Applejack has always wanted a foal, but she's never met the right guy to settle down with. She decides that the best solution is to go to a sperm bank, but upon undergoing testing, she learns she's going to have trouble conceiving at all. She then goes to go a Prancian fertility clinic and gets recommended to Doctor Frahn, who says he can help Applejack, no problem. He uses a spell on her to increase her fertility, and before long she's pregnant with the foal she's always wanted.

Except there's a bit of a problem. Doctor Frahn might have misunderstood what Applejack was asking, and he miiiiiiiiiiiight have used too much fertility magic as a result.
