(1st Person POV)

In a bedroom.... 2:15 AM

The nights in the office, next to the large cooler where the kegs and the stocks all of the bottles and cans of alcoholic beverages are kept, were even hotter than the lower levels of Hell itself. My job as a bartender came at great price: In return for doing my job, which of course was to get people reasonably drunk, I had to make sure that my customers are able to get home. But not only that, but the taxes for the licenses and products were also to be payed up.

The boss went up to me and complimented me on a job well done for the whole night. It was my last night as I was to become a brand new bartender in a new place within the next few days. And as a token of appreciation, the staff had decided to throw me a fare-well party. And after getting so fucked up on my favorite drinks, I was given a cab ride home.

A part of me wished that I could still work at that place so that no one would miss me all that much. But.... not once did I ever regret going into this business. Not even when I was growing up in a family that had little to nothing. My parents would have been so damned proud of me if they saw how successful that I am nowadays. A working man of 25, able to say to himself that he was going to a higher ground in his current career.

And as I laid on my bed, after I had finished up with a nighttime hot shower and got dressed after drying up, I decided then and there to just sleep off the damned drunk stupor that I was in.

A moment later, I had heard a noise that woke me up. I looked at the alarm clock on the bed stand next to my mattress. It was 3:15 AM. I angrily thought 'What the hell is making all that shit-faced noise, God damn it!?'. When it continued, I decided to go down to investigate where the damn noise was coming from. I put on a black t-shirt, my favorite blue denim jeans, a pair of fresh boxers and white socks, my black and blue runner slip-on shoes & my jet black hoodie.

The headache from my hangover was getting a bit more aggravated with every step that I took towards the noise. After taking a flight down the stairs to the ground level, I opened the door that led to the alleyway that was close to a bowling alley. It was now getting even louder. The fact that no one else was around, more than likely still asleep, had confounded me. 'How in the name of our sweet fuckin' lord Christ is anyone not hearing what I'm hearing right now?!', were the thoughts that warped around my head. And with a growl, I decided to further go into the investigation. The sound that had plagued me was now looping as I further went down the alley. Yes, looping. Oh, how I wished to find the people responsible and beat the living shit out of them was getting to sound even better with every step I took.

Only.... there was just a weird, large circle of lights that got smaller as I approached nearer. This is where I had to be as honest with myself as possible. If it was some type of an experimental portal, like the ones that I had only seen in a few of those new flash games, then I just wouldn't go through it. But then, the sonic sounds were toned down to that of an Irish tune. Complete with a drum and flute, along with an acoustic guitar that played a tune that got me to relax. And surprisingly, I started to feel my hangover rapidly go away. The bliss was overwhelming my whole body. Then....

I fell to the ground involuntarily. Or was it...? A series of light patterns had ascended above me. 'HOLY SHIT!!! I'M CAUGHT IN A FUCKIN' WORMHOLE!!!' was the thought that had given out to a frightened scream. I won't lie: I screamed like a bitch! No kidding! And after a few seconds more, I saw a light at the end of the hole. Maybe this would take me to some weird place that is like an alternate universe, or even the possible future....

?????-?????

The darkness had taken over my body. Gravity was such a cold mistress to me. All that I heard were my own thoughts. 'Am I dead? Is this some kind of some fuckin' dumb-ass plan for my soul by the Devil? Or what if I'm simply unconscious right now?' I simply chose to believe the third idea.

Then, I feel a bit of something magical surrounding me. My thoughts on that event said: 'Oh hell no! No metamorphosis or mutation or some shit like that for me!'. Then the magic just slides off in a flash. It looks a bit like the flash from any camera.

Little did I know, I felt something touching my face, chest, arms and legs. And it wasn't even me. It wasn't even a hand.... was it a- ? I didn't know what it was, at first. But I had an idea as to what it was.... it must have been a hoof. Then, I feel the same thing on my mouth within a few seconds after.

Within moments, I heard: ".... a human being."

"You mean...... the ancient race...... vanished in myth?"

"The one...... masters?"

"....living with.... harmony...... past?"

This was just curious and strange to me, all at the same time. The voices were getting clearer.... "The what and the what now?" I clearly heard from some kind Southern accent being yelled out from a distance. My eyes were opened nearly immediately. The sight of a clear blue sky had greeted my eyes. My new breath of fresh air had to be taken in, so with a rather shrill gasp, I inhale as much as I can. Clearly, I was still alive, feeling my arms flinch a bit. After a cough came out, I rose my fists and arms to the sky and shouted out:

"HOLY SHIT!!! I THOUGHT I'D NEVER GET OUT OF THAT WORMHOLE ALIVE!!! I'M ALIVE!!! IIII'MMMMM AAALLLIIIIIVVVVEE-AH!!!"

Then, just as I was getting used to feeling so alive, a familiar scent of lavender caught my nose.

"What the--" I spoke out, noticing that my voice was joined with a female voice saying the same halted phrase. I jolt my body up in a sitting position, hoping that I didn't have a rough landing. I was used to being thrown out of many bars, thus landing on the asphalt ground on many occasions. But after sitting up, I noticed that my clothing was still on my back. And my wallet and cigarette lighter, along with my now completely useless cell phone, were also in there. As was my still full pack of cigarettes. But as a bonus, I felt around for my non-erected member. I praised the Lord silently that I still had it. And I observed that I wasn't even on something hard.... I was on a large patch of grasslands.

I looked over to the voice that was joined with mine. The sight that greeted my eyes was so supernatural: a talking miniature horse was speaking. Or.... was it even a horse at all? I moved back a few feet away in a lot of fright. Yeah, that's right! I was so scared of what was happening now! So sue me! The next thing I remember yelling out was: "Woah! Holy shit!"

I looked even closer while slowly crawling towards whatever it was that greeting me. "....This is just.... wow!" I gasped while observing the creature in front of me. I observed the color of this equine: lavender with a deep purple and red-streaked mane and tail. And to go along with the details, I saw a deep purple color in her rather large eyes. She also had a symbol on her flank that resembled a few small white stars that surrounded a larger, six pointed pink star. She, by my guess, had that look that spoke of a majorly surprised student learning about me in a nearly up close and personal matter.

She then asked: "Oh wow! You can speak like we do?"

This caught me off-guard for a moment. Then I spoke back: "Yeah, I-I guess so. But the big question is: What the heck are you?"

"Huh? What do you mean?" she asks me in a look of confusion. As she lowers an eye, I begun to answer her inquiry while pointing a finger at her: "Well, I noticed how you look like the hybridization of a pegasus and a unicorn horse. And then, there so happens to be.... uh.... some kind of symbol on your...." I was very close to saying 'your ass' to her, but thought better than to say that, so I simply replaced that phrase with: "I-I don't wanna say anymore." I smiled regretfully, hoping that I didn't offend her in any way.

"Oh! You mean my cutie mark?" she asks while shaking her rump for me to see.

"Yeah. That," I grunted to her. She gives a rather girly giggle with her eyes shut just a bit before gazing at me once again. And then.... she began to answer me as I gave her my undivided attention:

"Well... I think I can give you a bit of the well-known information that commonly known: This happens to be a cutie mark," she begins to say. 'There.... what now?', was all that I could think in my confusion.

"And each cutie mark symbolizes what a ponies calling in life is. Mine just so happens to show that my calling in life is to learn and explore the many levels of the many different types of magic," she explains to me within a moment. 'Well, that explains the symbol on her flank. Okay then!', I nodded while keeping my attention on her. Oh, I was feeling like a kid in kindergarten class once again. This was just majorly exciting for me! And then, the mare got my attention once again with another bit of info:

"And I just so happen to be what is known as an 'alicorn', the mix of regular earth, pegasi and unicorn ponies."

If any of my friends from my planet, knowing that I was in a whole new world, saw any of this happening right now, I am more than sure that they would have freaked out and ran for the forest behind me. But as for me? I was enjoying every single minute of it.

"My friends here," she says with a hoof pointed towards another direction, "are the best examples of the other three races of ponies here in Equestria!"

I turn my head for a moment and noticed a group of ponies that also have some different traits. While it is true that what I saw before was just cool, the next vision became just as mind-blowing! With my observational skills, I quickly saw how they were very much different from the purple alicorn. Most of them had given a giggle, while one of them simply laughed, and another one blushed.

Two of the ponies did not have a horn, nor a pair of wings. They were regular earth ponies. One of then had a blond mane and tail that was tied near the bottom of it, had an orange colored fur coat, green eyes, and a cowboy hat on. Her cutie mark had a trio of red apples, upon a closer look that I took.

The other pony was singled out by a light pink coat with a curly magenta mane and tail, light blue eyes and a cutie mark that showed a trio of balloons on her flank. What set me off a bit was how two of the plastic party accessories were light blue and the other one on top was yellow.

But, that part didn't upset me at all. The pink one was all bubbly and bouncy from what I saw. And her wide smile was just, for the lack of a better term, infectious. The other pony was just grinning at me with her own smile. Not as much as her, but still quite happy.

I then saw a mare pony that had the horn that announced to my cranium that she was indeed a unicorn. Her marshmallow-white fur coat was enhanced by a light blue eye shadow that popped out her deep blue, almost sapphire-like eyes. And her curled purple mane and tail had also been seen by my eyes. With that observation out of the way, I had then gazed at her cutie mark: it was just a trio of diamond-cut sapphires that looked beautiful to see. Her behavior was of a refined lady as I saw from years before in a movie that I couldn't remember for the life of me. Class? Check. Elegance? Check. Beauty? Double check. Survey says? A refined mare.

My eyes were then turned to a pair of pegasus ponies that were on the ground, looking up at me. A light yellow coated mare with her own pair of wings had looked a bit fearful. Her mane and tail was the same color scheme as the pink earth ponies coat, and it was stylized in its own long beauty and elegance. Her light green eyes spoke of her timidness and fear. And as I saw this behavior, I reminded myself to not frighten her, or even get the purple mare angry at me. I then quickly saw a trio of pink butterflies on her flank. Her behavior was one that I quickly looked away from so that I could look to the other one who was flying up a bit high from the ground.

Her sky-blue coat was the first thing I noticed, other than her pair of wings, which were moving a bit rapidly. Her ruby-red eyes were able to tell me that she was a mare that always lives in the thrill of the moment. Her smile, as well as the burrowed eyes, also spoke that line. Her mane was just a bit unkempt and wild, but the color scheme was just.... fuckin' brilliant. But what I saw next had given me a moment of being just a bit thrilled myself: Her cutie mark was that of a single cloud with a lightning bolt that contained the three colors that one usually knows about in any art class; the primary colors of red, blue and yellow, to be exact. The mark on her flank reminded me of the same symbol from Disney's 'Hercules'. But, not once was I gonna believe that she was a goddess.

Then, after taking in the fact that the purple mare was quite different, I decided to ask them all if they were in the same correct subspecies that I noted. I had also decided to stand up then and there. And when I did, I was able to note that I was quite a giant. If it started to rain, I would be the first to know. Hah-hah-hah-hah-hah. "So, unless I'm mistaken, you," I begun with my pointing finger towards the pink mare, "are an earth pony, right?"

"Yes indeedy!!! Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie! It's a pleasure to meet you, stranger," she practically squeaks as she answers me while bouncing up and down. I had then pointed the same finger to the unicorn and continued my questioning with: "And.... you happen to be a unicorn, correct?"

Her eyes go wide for a moment before answering me. "Why yes! I am, of course, named Rarity. But you can call me Miss Rarity if you prefer that," she states in a voice that reminded me of a Transatlantic accent from the Eastern States of my home country. I shook my head, thinking that if I wanted to inflate her ego, I would rather just be a beast. But I thought better than that and simply stated, "I'll keep that in mind, but just saying the name works better."

I walk up to the pegasus ponies just a few feet away to keep a safe distance from them. The blue one simply flew a little higher. Most likely to get a better view of me, I believed. I resumed my questioning by pointing to the yellow one and asked, "And I guess you and the blue one are the pegasus ponies, right?" The adorably fretful pony squeaked away and walked backwards just a bit.

The blue pony had just flown down to give the mare a bit of a confidence boost. "Aw, come on, Fluttershy! He's not gonna hurt you.... right?" On the last word, I saw how her head craned a bit to look at me. Her subtle inquiry had set my gut to be wrenched out if it was pressured just tightly enough. I looked to her and asked: "Now why would I want to hurt any of you?"

The yellow mare had then taken a few feet towards me, but she doesn't look at me as she says in a hushed voice, "Uhm.... hello... I'm.... I'm Fluttershy." I was somehow able to slightly hear what her name was. I smiled a bit more and said, "Fluttershy, huh? It's a pleasure to meet you, my new friend!" Her movements then went back a few more feet. I sighed, trying my best to not just hug her immensely like a big plushie doll. She was just that adorable to see.

The blue pegasus then moves up to me in a hovering flight and says to me: "Don't worry, big guy. She'll come around eventually!" I had only very much hoped so. But before I was even allowed to ask, she then announces: "And I just so happen to be the only and only Rainbow Dash! Nice to meet you!" I was able to figure out that she had a bit of a brash tone in her voice. What an ego she has! But, underneath it, I saw that she must have had a good soul underneath that attitude. I see her hoof extending to me as if she wanted me to shake it. But, given that I was not able to give her a high-five, I simply closed my fist and bumped her hoof. She then hovers a few feet away and smiled at me.

Next thing I know, a pair of hooves grab my attention as my hand is being shaken rather rapidly. The orange-yellow mare had taken my appendage and started to profusely shake it while announcing herself to me: "And ahm Applejack! A pleasure makin' your acquaintence!" She then lets go of my right hand and places her hooves back on the ground as she moves her right foreleg and hindleg in a crossing position.

My attention was then moved back to the purple alicorn that had given me that bit of information as I semi-circled to her. Her voice had me going back to where we were a few minutes ago. "And I'm Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship and current ruler of a small town called Ponyville. It's an honor to meet you, sir!"

'Is she serious? A fu-- freakin' Princess?!', was my thought as I heard those words from her. The look on her face was only a bit serious, but she still had her own adorable smile. Oh, this.... was just AWESOME!!! I bowed down to her with a knee up and another down while responding to her official claim with: "You too, your Highness!"

She was so taken aback by my gesture that in a nervous giggle, she quipped out, "Oh! Please, just call Twilight'! All of my friends do, anyway! Heh-heh!" That nervous smile told me that she was more of a nerd than a Princess of the new land that I learned was called Equestria. But that didn't stop me from giving a small smile of my own to her. But just as I was about to tell her that I would be more than willing to call her by her name, I heard the hoof steps of three new ponies coming up to me.

I looked to where I heard the falling steps on the ground. And within a few seconds, my jaw suddenly dropped to the ground. A trio of alicorns, as I saw from just looking at all of them, were not only a few feet taller than the other group of ponies, but a lot more beautiful than anything that I ever saw in my whole lifetime. The way that I could describe my findings was not even gonna be close enough to emphasize my new-found awe. But just as I was about to say something, the pink alicorn decided to speak her announcement to me:

"I am Princess Mi Amore Cadenza of the Crystal Empire. But I'm better known as just 'Cadance'." And when those words were spoken, I felt an indescribable feeling of infatuation for her. Her horn and wings were of the same color as her fur coat. Her eyes were a light pink color shade. Her mane and tail had the mixed trail of magenta and blond yellow streaks. And her cutie mark, as I saw from a quick glance, was a blue, crystallized heart with a golden banner at the bottom of it. Her smile to me was that which spoke of being a personality that could bring a smile to any pony, or person for that matter, that was feeling down. I'm not kidding! She was certainly hot as hell!

But I must digress for now. My head soon turned to the alicorn who had then spoken up after the pink one was done. I had given a bow to her before giving my attention to the new one that had stepped up.

"I am Princess Luna, the Princess of the Night, and co-ruler of the land of Equestria." Her mane and tail had the glitter of a night sky that was emblazoned with starry constellations that shined greatly. Her greenish blue eyes had spoken of how even though she was to be taken seriously, she wanted it to let it also be known that she was compassionate to her subjects. And when I saw her cutie mark, I saw the night sky with a crescent moon in the middle of it. With a final look at the beautiful mare, I became just as infatuated with her. Just like I was with the pink one. I took a bow to her and turned my head to the last one.

This alicorn, as I saw, was taller than the rest of the party. But upon a small but still noted observation, I was a few feet taller than the mare. Her hoof had then been pressed to the golden chest piece before announcing herself to me.

"And I am Princess Celestia, the Princess of the Day, and ruler of all of Equestria." When I heard her voice.... oh God! I heard the tone of a compassionate person who was able to soothe the inner beast within my heart. Her horn was a lot taller, yet just slightly thinner, than the other alicorns' horns. And it, along with her quite larger wings on her back, was as egg-shell white as her coat. Her eyes, however, was a slightly light purple color. And her mane and tail, just as a noted observation, had flowed just as freely as Luna's tail. However, the scheme of coloring was the opposite: A rainbow pattern of pink, purple, blue and green had just been too mesmerizing to look away from. This made me just stare in awe for a few blissful moments before breaking off my gaze to look at every pony that surrounded me.

Within moments, I had learned the tales about how the smaller ponies all got their cutie marks. Applejack got hers after realizing that a life in the city of Manehattan was just not right, and all while she observed how a rainbow was leading her back to her home at Sweet Apple Acres. And from there, she had been working and living her life as a farming pony who was able to bring only the best of apple-related treats and her family's best hard cider.

Rarity discovered her calling while making a few costumes for a play that was being made during her time as a small filly. When her horn had begun to glow, it was also guiding her towards what was to become her destiny. I nearly laughed when she told me of how it was a rock that her horn had guided her to. But then, as she remembered clearly, a mysterious sonic rainboom had shaken the ground, splitting the rock in half, just to reveal to her that it was embedded with a rather large cluster of multiple gemstones, and how all of them were just in many different colors. She went back to her school just in time for her new ideas to be shouted out to the world as the costumes were then spruced up with all the different jewels for all of the plays attire.

Fluttershy, after a moment of getting a bit braver for my sake, then told me of how she got hers. It was just within a week of the Young Fliers Summer Camp. She was quite a weak and clumsy flyer, much to the agonizing sneers that came from the other younger campers. And when Rainbow discovered this, she rose to her defense by challenging the bullies to a race. And when it began, Rainbow flew so fast, Fluttershy was accidentally pushed off from the cloud that she was sitting on after raising the checkered black and white flag. Oh, my heart was going about maybe 70 an hour! But when she was close to dying from a horrible accident, a swarm of butterflies had come to her rescue. This story had gotten me going. I wanted to hear more and more of this occurrence. And even though she resisted singing about how she was in a magical land, her story then came to a conclusion after I herd how the same rainboom from before had given her the ability to talk with many creatures from the woodlands, thus earning her cutie mark and discovering her destiny.

Twilight then began to recount how she got hers at the entrance exam for a prestigious academy for the young and talented unicorns in the city of Canterlot. She told me that before she was an alicorn, she was just an ordinary unicorn filly that was so fixated on getting into the school. She was on the verge of failing her exam when the same phenomenon activated the unknown source of magic within her. And with that, not only was she able to discover her level of power, but she also caught the attention of Princess Celestia, who had calmed her down within a few seconds. I turned to the same Princess Celestia that was still near me, and she nodded to me with a heart warming smile. But not only that, but the baby dragon, whom she named Spike, had become her number one assistant from his birth. And her cutie mark was then seen with her wide eyes. And from there, she continued her studies on the many forms of magic. And when she finished an unfinished spell from Starswirl the Bearded, that was when she became the alicorn that she was now known as. My heart felt a leap of joy as that tale ended.

Pinkie Pie then jumped in with her own tale: while growing up in a rock farm, her whole family had done nothing but work all day. No smiling, no joy and no parties at all. Then, while she worked on a patch of that rocky ground, the same rainboom had cleared the skies of its gray clouds. And when she saw it, she started to feel all giddy and excited. And when it disappeared from her sight, all that she wanted to do was find a way for her to keep herself and her family smiling. Then, she called her whole family over so that she could introduce a big party for all of them. And, of course, it was a smashing success. Her cutie mark was then given to her. "And that was how Equestria was discovered! Ooh, and maybe later, I'll tell you how I got my cutie mark!" she then quips just so randomly. I said to myself, 'It's Pinkie Pie - don't question it!', in my mind as I rolled my eyes.

Rainbow Dash then recounted her story on how she got her mark. The setting was in the same place as Fluttershy's tale, but it was told in her own perspective. While racing the bullies that insulted her friends honor, she went so fast, she caused a rather awesome sonic rainboom to be visualized. But not only by her, but her friends as well. She discovered not only that she loved winning, but how the adrenaline of going fast had thrilled her. And that was how she got her cutie mark, thus discovering her own destiny.

And as I listened in on these tales, even the other Princess ponies had to say their own tales. But they all just made me lose myself before finding myself after about an hour or so. I was just that enthralled with the telling of their own lives. But... the only thing that really got my attention was how Princess Celestia and Princess Luna were well over a thousand years old. My head and heart concluded that I was not even going to be halted by their respective ages. I was still in love with those two. I could not deny it any longer. But the same level of love was then felt for the other members of the party. I was not in any form of denial: my heart belonged to all of the little ponies!

I then turned my head to Princess Celestia and started to ask her for something.

"Listen, uh.... Princess Celestia?"

She looked to me with that smile that shined a goddesses compassion.

"I know that we all just met today, but, and I hope that this isn't asking too much, but I have to ask.... may I, uh...." I was stammering in a major blush that spread to my face. But I stopped myself for a moment to ask myself: 'Is this request really worth all the trouble?'. "What is it?" she asked me while I kept my eyes locked on the ground. "Well, the thing is.... I-uh.... just wanted to know if.... I-if I-I-I could....", I stammered in a surge of fear, dreading the answer being a no. But then, I took a big breath and calmly asked: "If I could, well.... hug you?"

As the mares near me gasped in shock from what I just asked, I had then realized that maybe I should have kept my big mouth shut. However, my fears were then quickly replaced when I felt a soft hoof on my chest. It was the Princess of the Day, and she was giving me another of her loving smiles. I gaped in awe.

She then said to me: "Yes. You may give me a hug, good sir."

A giant wave of happiness had suddenly enveloped my whole being. I knelt on one knee while keeping the other one just slightly bent upward. Her hooves then surround my shoulders as I shuddered for just a bit before realizing that her warmth was just so soothing. And with my arms fully surrounding her shoulders, we then locked each others bodies in the warmest, and indeed the most heartfelt embrace that I ever received in my whole life since before my mom and dad died when I was just a preteen. A few tears fell from my eyes and just dropped onto her coat. As I rubbed my eyes on her shoulders, her wing feathers then did the same thing that her forelegs had been done. She then rubbed her face on the left side of my face, telling me that I was in a safe place now. Never in my whole life did I feel any safer than while I locked myself in her compassionate lock. All that I wanted to do within that moment was just let my sadness out to her, but I made it a point to tell her later. And it was probably wiser that way. A few more streams of tears had fallen, giving her neck a staining slide of my salty tears. But even I believed that she was kind enough to keep me in her forelegs. I had then noticed her scent: Strong hints of vanilla and a citrus flavor, possibly an orange, had caught my nose. And it was just intoxicating. The soft warmth of her coat was enough to say to myself that at some point, I should get blankets that could be just as warm. When my tears and small sobs finally stopped, I moved away from her royal body and thanked her in my silence. My guess was that she was more than happy to give me the gift that was denied to me for so long now.

I had then started to realize, after a moment of clearing my brain, that I had *COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN!* to introduce myself to the ponies before me. I had begun to cast myself off as being a big-time idiot when I had then swept that small detail. I then began to say: "Aw, jeez! I just remembered that I was supposed to introduce myself to all of you!"

The mares had given either a small giggle or a short laugh. I chuckled a bit before saying my piece.

"Oh yeah! We didn't ask what your name is. So.... who are you?" Twilight asked me curiously.

I looked to all of them and said: "My name is Derek Louis. And I am wondering if all of you could do me the favor of making me a citizen of this glorious country that I wish to take my residence in?"

"I believe that we can arrange something for you, Mr. Louis," Princess Celestia had answered to me. And within a moment, the other ponies from Ponyville, as I learned just moments ago, said that we would be able to catch up later after I made a much needed trip to Canterlot. I made my way to the carriage that would take me to one of the many destinations that I would trek to. And within a moment of talking about the legal shit that I would have to follow through, I decided to ask a certain that one question that had been on my mind since the moment that I unlocked myself from the Princess who was able to raise and lower the sun every single day.

"Princess Celestia?"

"Yes, Derek?"

"I am wondering if, when you get the time during the whole process of my legalization, you could listen to the reason as to why I was crying on your neck and shoulder?"

She simply looked at me and sweetly replied with a hoof to my cheek: "I would be more than willing to listen while we get you to become a new citizen of our wonderful lands."

And with a whistle from Princess Luna, the carriage then began its flight from the ground up. I was not just excited about the flight, in case you were wondering. But when I would get my right to live in Equestria, I would resume my career as a bartender once again.

But while that goal was placed, I also made it a point to at least have one date with a few mares. But not just any mares. Oh, hell no! I would give every one of those beautiful mares that i met a night that will be more than just romantic for all of us! And I would start with the first one that I became an instant friend: Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship.

I smiled at the prospect of the ideal date that was in my mind.... I felt that nothing was gonna stop me from doing that for her! And after a date with her, I will then proceed to do the same for her friends! And then, with a careful approach on my part, I would date the Princesses that were on the same ride with me. Now, I know what you're thinking: 'Derek! How can you think of such things?'

Well, I'll tell you how: I felt confident that when I got to know them all in a personal matter, then I would give them all an ideal date. That's how! So there!
