She had successfully saved the world (once or twice) and had finally got the mare. Now, Twilight finds herself facing her most demanding set of challenges yet: being in a relationship with the Great and Romantic Trixie.

Of all the possible obstacles this could throw her way, surely inviting Trixie to have dinner with her family would be the smallest.

Written largely because I had a desperate need to clean some fluff out the system, this has somewhat indulged my curiosity at what happens after the romantic kiss and implied 'ever after' finally comes about.
