“Ugh… Damn paperwork…” A half awake Twilight Sparkle groaned to herself. She had been trying to take care of something that the Princess had requested for her to accomplish and had been pulling an all nighter to where she was right now half awake. “Why am I stuck with having to do this? My brother is helping Cadence during her maternity leave and I’m stuck with this… Man, life isn’t fair at times.
“Well what do you expect when you’re the nerd of the family.” Veronica said as she appeared behind Twilight.
“And just when I thought it would be Barbara with my morning coffee…” The Alicorn groaned, closing a book she had before applying a seal on it. “What are you doing up this morning?” She asked.
“Barbara kept on kick me in the face, so I couldn’t stay in until the afternoon. Also, be prepared to see her walking in from outside.”
“And just when I thought I had to handle one excruciating headache today,” Twilight groaned, dragging herself into the kitchen and leaving her work unattended.
“So what’s you up to Twily?” She asked, before a bolt of magic barely missed her face.
“First warning… Only my brother calls me Twily. Not you.” She groaned.
“Geez, what did you have this morning? Wheat constituted bitch?”
“No… A case of morning paperwork that had me pull an all nighter while you were trying to sleep.” The Alicorn groaned. “The royal parliament is trying to clean up a major mess now that one of it’s members is dead.”
“Which one is dead?”
“A prick of a stallion if you ask me,” Twilight said, using her magic to levitate the creamer she was using over to where she was. “Want some coffee?”
“Eh, sure. It’s been awhile since I had some.” Twilight then nodded, getting a second cup for Shalltear as she poured the hot coffee.
“Cream and sugar as well?”
“What am I Sweetie Belle? Surprise me.” Taking the notion, Twilight added in a small amount of cream while placing it on the nearby table. For her, she needed two sugars and some cream for her to properly function at this hour in the morning.
“You do know you could’ve gotten somepony else to do that paperwork. Octavia might be able to help with that.”
“Well, last I heard, she was busy having to undergo some tasks for Princess Celestia. Not to mention that Princess Luna is reforming the Night Guard and Cadence is on Maternity leave with her foal. And yes, she is pregnant.” Twilight replied. “This whole mess with the dead parliament runs deep.”
“Well that’s how it is with the government. It’s always corrupted with something.”
“Yeah, but this is a different case. This Stallion had friends in the guard to allow him to get away with many offenses. Including fraud of the royal treasurey, sexual Harrassment and Rape.”
“And Celestia was this gullible and stupid to let this stuff get pass her?”
“Actually, he was straight up lying to her in her face. I told her personally that he was not to be trusted, but now she’s learning the hard way.” Twilight groaned. “Goddess damned Blueblood…”
“From what I read in my journal this Blueblood guy is dead so why should they be doing stuff like this for a dead guy?”
“Many of his victims are still alive, so we need to-.” Twilight was speaking, until she noticed Shalltear shaking a little, almost dropping her coffee. “Shalltear, are you okay?”
“........” Shalltear said nothing as tears began to appear around her eyes.
“Shalltear? Shalltear, you’re making me worried. What’s wrong?”
“.......I remember everything.” Shalltear said as a crimson aura appeared around herself. “So what the journal was saying was true then.”
“S-shalltear, what are you talking about-!?” Twilight asked, panicking to herself a little now as she watched the aura radiate from the vampire.
“Twilight….where is Celestia now?”
“S-she’s overseeing day court proceedings in Canterlot.” She told her, a little worried and scared. “I can write a letter to her on your behalf though-.”
“Don’t.” Shalltear said coldly as the atmosphere around Twilight began to freeze. “I’m going up there myself to have a…… personal talk with her.”
“W-wait!” Twilight tried to interject. “Let me at least come with you. If you barge in there unannounced, it will disrupt current proceedings. I can get her to talk to you on the side and have Luna take over in the courtroom. Plus, wouldn’t you burn with the sun out?”
“I’m not a low level vampire! And unless you want to get caught up in my wrath, then I suggest you stay clear of me until I’m done talking with Celestia.” Shalltear roared, before storming past Twilight and disappearing a few minutes later. Leaving the Alicorn to stare at what just happened in disbelief.
“W-what went wrong… Oh horseapples, what did I do wrong?”
(Canterlot, Royal Court)
“And that is why we should place the monsters in a separate town where we don’t need to deal with them.”
“I acknowledge that you have some concerns with them, Mr. Pocket Watch,” Princess Celestia replied. “However, there is no evidence as of right now to support your claims. I am taking it as a possible consideration, but as of right now, there isn’t anything to back up your suggestion. Case dismissed…” The Alicorn then took a brief sigh, feeling something in the air as she soon made a small announcement in the courtroom. “Court will now take a one hour recess and will resume once this recess has been finished.”
With that, she began to step down away from the podium and walk back towards her room and catch her breath. But when she opened her eyes, she said one word. A name. One that she knew was in the same room that she was in.
“Veronica?” She said, turning around.
“That’s Shalltear to you maggot.”
That caught Celestia by surprise. “W-what’s with the abrupt response? Is something wrong?” She asked.
“I remember everything. Everything that involved about my past in Equestria, and especially what you did to me.”
“W-what!? I never laid a hand on you!” Celestia snapped. “Why would I want to harm you, Shalltear?! I respect you!”
“Oh? So that wasn’t you that sealed me in a coffin for the past one thousand years then?”
“I mean now! I made mistakes back when I first became a princess. Mistakes I regret… Shalltear, why do you remember these things? It was you who asked for your memory to be erased in the first place!”
“Maybe…… but.” Shalltear appeared in front of Celestia and grabbed her by the throat. “That was something I starting to regret doing. And you’re gonna pay for fucking my childhood and life up in Equestria. You may have gotten away with it then, but now it’s payback time.”
“O-oh…? What about Luna then? What do you think she will do when she see’s that you killed her sister. Someone she sees as family...”
“Who said I was going to kill you? Oh no my dear little princess, I’m going to beat the living hell out of you.” It was then though that Shalltear noticed something. Something that she did not see before. She was seeing the fur on Celestia’s body fade, instead revealing burned and singed skin that was turn multiple times. Wounds that left permenant scars.
“You think you can hurt me? I’ve been hurt worse than I’ve ever had to handle before… You know why? It was when Luna turned into Nightmare Moon. When she gave into her anger… But do you really want to know the reason why she turned… It wasn’t her jealousy towards me…” She said, now pushing Shalltear off. “She changed because the jealousy in her was inspired by what you did to Atlas Star… You created Nightmare Moon.”
“Don’t you fucking dare blame me for what happened to Luna. You should’ve done something other than just give that bastard a slap on the wrist after what he and his friends did to me you bitch!” Shalltear’s grip on Celestia’s throat tighten until she heard a familiar voice from behind.
“THAT’S ENOUGH!!!” A new voice boomed throughout the room, as Shalltear turned to see Luna. “My sister is not a liar and I will not tolerate you treating her like one. Details of everything that Blueblood’s family had done are now coming to life and we are now taking proper actions. Let go of her… Now.”
“Stay out of this Luna, your sister has to pay for what she did to me all those years ago. And I been waiting a long time for this.”
“What she did to you was only a slap on the wrist. She BANISHED me. What do you think your friends will think when they hear of this from you? Atlas is dead! Blueblood is dead! Spit on their graves and defile their tombstones. They do not deserve to be honored if they treat you the way they did.” Luna snarled. “Because if you dare harm my sister… I will make this ever so painful on you.”
“What makes you think you can beat me?” Shalltear said letting go of Celestia and appearing in front of Luna. “What makes you think you can hurt me, and not get away with it?”
“What makes you think you can hurt my sister and not get away with it?”
“You didn’t have a problem with it when Max did it.”
“I always believed that she needed to learn her lesson on Blueblood. Now though, you are angry over having you sleep in a coffin in the castle all this time.” Luna grumbled. “If it were her, she would’ve banished your coffin to the sun and have you die in an inferno. But she decided not to. Because there was one person who she had to fight that caused her injuries to be worse than when she fought me… but convinced her to spare you.”
“Oh? Then who was it?”
“Luna, don’t-.”
“Amelia,” The Lunar Alicorn said. “That was her name. It was the only other warrior besides you that beat Celestia in combat. In return for winning, she was to spare you. If Celestia had won… well, she would’ve had you be with him instead.”
“You expect me to believe that? If this Amelia actually did beat Celestia, then where is your proof? Where is she then?” It was then though that a dark eerie feeling drifted throughout the room, hovering above the vampire as she turned to see the face of the figure that entered the room. She covered her face originally with a hood, but it was when she took it off that Shalltear’s eyes widened.
“Veronica? Is that you?”
“W-Who the hell are you?”
“Really? You don’t recognize your own sister?” The woman said. “It’s me… Amelia.”
“A-Amelia? It can’t be, you were announced dead back home.”
“Surprised?” She said, Holding out her hands to the side. “Things are a bit wonky for me if you asked me… You would not believe all the shit I have been through, sis.”
“What are you doing here anyway? Can’t you see I’m in the middle of something.”
“Yes and I’m trying to tell you not to do it unless you want to go off the deep end like Eric.”
“What do you mean by that, and what does Eric have to do with this?”
“The moment that he beat the living shit out of some fools, he lost his sanity and went full on psychopath.” Amelia explained, having a holographic image spawn in her hands of her brother.
“Unlike him, I won’t go full blown psychopath when I finish beating the hell out of Celestia. And right now I have a lot of pent up rage and it’s starting to annoy me like it did when I was in a coffin long ago.”
“Seriously?” Amelia sighed. “You could’ve been given worse. Hell, Eric was turned to stone before breaking out and I’m glad that son of a bitch is dead.”
“And you couldn’t gotten me out of my imprisonment?”
“What do you think you would’ve done the second you were freed?” She questioned. “Unlike me, you can’t change time and space to your will. Therefore, your choices will have consequences… I have an idea though…” She said as she floated down to the courtyard. “Fight me. You win, you get to do what you want with Celestia. I win, you have to calm down… a LOT.”
“Hey, I’m right here!”
“You’re not involved in this anymore, Sunbutt!”
“I feel pretty involved.” Celestia groaned, looking back at the Esper.
“I don’t waste time with those who’ll fight someone else battle for them.” Shalltear said as she was about to leave. “Be warned, Celestia. As long as my rage is still with me. I will make you pay for your past mistakes.” It was then though that the Esper down below sighed, using a finger to pull the vampire down into the quad area. Causing her to crash from ten feet above ground and land on her face.
“Now I want to fight, not for Celestia though I could care less… I want to see how strong you are. Besides… I’m five times stronger than her or Luna… combined.”
“I’m not interested in fighting someone like you. My business is with Celestia, and I wouldn’t be so bold as to try and hurt me. Other wise Guardian would have a fit with you.”
“Well then… that was quite a mood killer.” Amelia sighed. “Plus, I thought you just finished your business with her. You did seem pretty contempt on leaving… Shalltear.” As she said that, a spark of lightning grazed past her face as she notice Shalltear’s crimson eyes.
“The reason why I’m leaving is because you’re here. I’m not an idiot unlike most people. The moment you leave is the moment I will fight her.” Shalltear said before she teleported back to Twilight’s castle.
“In that case… I’m not going to be leaving anytime soon.” Amelia grinned… “Hmm… Bloodfallen… I wonder how she would manage… Oh this will be hilarious.” She grinned, grabbing a familiar blood red diamond from her back pocket. “Oh Amy… I got someone I would like you to meet.”
“And who would that be?”
“My sister… She’s now a vampire named Shalltear Bloodfallen… I was thinking that if she wanted to wreck the living shit out of her Celestia… she could use a good companion. Besides, you should never bring a man to a woman’s job, am I right?” Amelia asked, chuckling to herself a little.
“Oh haha very funny.” Amy said sarcastically. “How much anger does your little sister have towards her Celestia? Is it I’m gonna do passive aggressive kind of anger like I do, or the kind where she would beat the crap out of you and goes back home to sleep off the anger and rage built up?”
“Well, think this. She was assaulted and raped by somepony, Celestia let them off with a slap on the wrist, she kills them and then Celestia has them sleeping in a coffin for almost a thousand years… So right now… To put it lightly… She’s fucking pissed.”
“Truth be told I would possibly be in the same boat as her, but I think I might know a way to solve it.”
“That’s why I was asking for your help. She’s not listening to me and I needed someone to help her. Be glad I thought of you first instead of Molly.”
“From what my mom told me, you can’t keep one from attacking the other or keep all that anger bottled up. Seeing how both side were in the wrong in this case why not have them fight each other until they both are burned out. It worked with me and Molly when you suggested it.” Amy suggested. “Plus you’ll be the ref so this shouldn’t be a problem.”
“Alright, I’ll bring you here then.” She said, channeling her energy into her token as she yanked Amy out of wherever she was. Causing her to land flat on her face… again.
“Seriously?” Amy said as she Amelia notice that Amy was naked and covered in soap. “You could’ve just waited until later? I was getting ready for bath sex with RD.”
“Yeah yeah. You two can do that whenever. This is more important because my sister is a fucking time bomb right now.” Amelia said, using her powers again to pull in Amy’s gear. “Get dressed, we’re going to Ponyville.”
“Fine, but you owe me for this. You know that?” Amy said as she grabbed her gear and walked off behind a rose bush.
“I know… Also… you might want to be careful… those have large-.” SHNK! “-Thorns.”
“OW! SON OF A BITCH! WHO PUT THIS ROSE BUSH OVER HERE?!”
“......I get the feeling that this is going to be a long and painful day huh?” Celestia asked.
“Well you should’ve thought of that before you did all those past mistakes.” Amelia said as she teleported off to get Shalltear.
“.....She does have a point sister.”
“Don’t you start.”
