"Wub" Me Like You Do
Chapter 1: Prologue - The Confession
Load Full Story Next ChapterThe Name is Treble
On a lovely day in the human world, specifically the town of Canterlot, Treble happily moonwalked towards the school ,listening to music through his headphones.
He had spiky black hair that was exaggeratedly styled to look like it was from an anime, white skin, and blue eyes that was covered by a pair of sunglasses. Along with his headphones and sunglasses, he wore a blue, unbuttoned, checkeredpolo shirt, a white undershirt that had a treble clef symbol on the middle, skinny, black pants, and red Jordan shoes.
“You forgot to put in ‘handsome’ and ‘dashing’, Mister Author!” Treble said with a smirk.
Treble wasn’t the usually boy that you meet in a typical highschool setting. The people around him considered him crazy, insane, deranged and unhinged due to his unpredictable and out of this world behavior. Some would find it annoying, some would find it funny and amusing, and some would just stay quiet and not question it.
“You know, I’d still prefer it if you said ‘dashing’ instead of ‘crazy’ or whatever kind of big words you just said above,” he continued.
“Shush, the Author is trying to properly introduce us,” a deep smooth voice said.
“Oooohh, right, the cliché part of every first chapter of a story!”
Not only was he mad as the Hatter, he also had a voice inside his head that would occasionally pop in to give him advice or insult him. No one knew for sure if there really was one or it was just his imagination.
“Great, are we done with the introductions?”
Yes. You may continue.
Treble stopped walking backwards and faced forward. From this distance, he could already see the school of Canterlot High and a few students going inside the building. As he got closer, he saw the Wondercolt statue and a few particular girls standing near it.
Treble let out a sigh and frowned as he looked at the school. He then took off his headphones.
“Man, why did we have to move here? And it’s my last year in high school!” Treble exclaimed. “I was doing so well back in Manehattan!”
“I mean, your father blew up that building next to your apartment,” the voice said to him.
“He was just testing his new explosive equipment.”
“INSIDE your apartment,” the voice continued.“And your mother wanted to get away from the crazy stalkers and paparazzi that’s been chasing her.”
Unknown to Treble, it looked like he was talking to himself. The students around him began to think he was a weirdo.
All of a sudden, the school bell began to rang, prompting every student to get to class. The whole front yard was soon deserted, leaving only Treble alone. He rubbed his neck and shrugged, and soon he began to walk towards the school as well.
“Well, time to make a perfect f*cking first impression!” Treble exclaimed.
Before he could enter the school, Treble heard murmuring nearby. He became curious by this and started looking for what it was. He soon found himself at the side of the school, where he saw a girl and a boy facing each other, with the latter having an uneasy look. Treble hit himself in a corner and spied on them.
The girl had long, aqua hair with dark blue streaks and wore a dark crimson jacket with the sleeves rolled up and a pink skirt. The boy on the other hand was not important since he was just a random student.
“Looks like a confession,” Treble whispered as he drank a can of soda that he mysteriously pulled out of nowhere.
“I like you, please go out with me!” the boy said.
Treble grinned. I knew it!
“Sorry, but I already like someone else,” the girl said.
Treble spat out his drink and looked in shock. He revealed himself and slowly walked towards the two.
“YOU’RE BREAKING MY HEART!” Treble cried in sadness.
“What the?! Who are you and what are you doing here?!” the girl said. Treble ignored her as he walked towards the boy.
The boy had tears flowing out of his eyes, and so did Treble. The latter placed his hand on the boy’s shoulder and tried to comfort him.
“You worked up every fiber of courage you could, didn’t you?” Treble cried in sadness.
“Y-Yes…” The boy replied in sadness.
“S-Since when have you liked her?”
“F-F-For a year now…”
“D-D-Did you want to fondle those boobs?!”
“Yes, I did!”
“LET HIM FONDLE THY HOOTERS!” Treble exclaimed to the girl as he walked towards her and placed his hands on her shoulders.
“WHY SHOULD I?!” the girl exclaimed.
“Think about it! What would you do if the person you liked rejected you?!”
The girl became dumbfounded upon hearing Treble’s statement. With the realization, she quickly imagined how her confession would go if she did it with the one she liked.
“And what if that person liked me instead?!” Treble continued.
The girl let out a loud shriek and dropped to her knees. Her whole mind went black as she knelt dumbfounded on the ground.
“Th-That would be painful!” the girl cried.
“Then what do you wish to happen?” Treble asked while kneeling in front of her.
“At least… At the very least, a memory,” she whimpered while wiping the tears out of her eyes, “A kiss from Warhawk that I will remember forever.”
Treble let out a warm smile and placed his hand on the girl’s shoulder once more.
“Now you understand,” he said warmly. “Now, let him fondle your boobs.”
“That’s his memory?!” The girl asked in confusion, referring to the boy that confessed to her, “B-But a kiss and a fondle are far too different!”
“YOU FOOL!” Treble exclaimed back. “Women seek kisses as memories, and men seek boobs!”
The girl was once again stunned by this.
“If you truly understand the pain of heartbreak without even a memory, then break the chain of sorrow with your massive rack!” Treble continued.“Just one feel! Just one feel is enough!”
Moved by Treble’s words, the girl mustered all of her energy. Thinking that what she was about to do was right; she stood up and took a deep breath before facing to where the boy was.
“FINE! BRING IT ON!” the girl shouted.
“THAT’S A GOOD GIRL! NOW COME, BOY!” Treble shouted as well.
While the insanity was happening, he’d already disappeared. The two found themselves dumbfounded with the current situation, both thinking he had left due to the despair he felt from rejection.
“Well this is awkward.” The girl chuckled.
“Do you get confessions often? You seem like you’re used to them,” Treble asked.
“Well, I mean I’ve gotten plenty of confessions since me and my sisters were vanished here from Equestria,” the girl answered, “From men from the nineties and men tod- Wait, I wasn’t supposed to tell you that.”
“Oh right! You must be one of those Sirens that can mind control people!” Treble pointed out.
The girl gasped in shock.“How’d you know?!”she exclaimed.
“I’ve read the back part of the Rainbow Rocks DVD,” Treble explained.“Oh, how rude of me.I haven’t even introduced myself! The name is Treble Mix, I’m a transferee here.”
“Huh, no wonder I didn’t recognize you,” the girl pointed out. “My name is Sonata Dusk, nice to meet you!”
“Nice to meet you too!” Treble smiled. “Say, shouldn’t you be in class? The bell just rang, you know.”
“Nah, I’m just going to skip the first period since I’m already late,” Sonata said in a carefree manner. “So what brings you to Canterlot?”
“My folks and I just moved from Manehattan. My dad did something incredibly crazy and my mother wanted peace and quiet.”
“What do you mean?” Sonata asked confusingly.
“Dad’s part of a demolition crew and my Mom’s a model,” Treble explained while rubbing the back of his head. “My dad blew up a building that wasn’t even supposed to be blown into smithereens and my mom is getting away from the city paparazzi.”
“Does she pose naked like the ones you see in Playboy magazines?”
“…Why are you asking me this?”
“…No reason.” Sonata smiled. “Anyway, I remember Sunset talking about a transferee yesterday, so I’m guessing it’s you?”
“Yes… Plot progression!” Treble said while clenching his fist in the air.
“Excuse me?”
“Nothin…”
Sonata stared at Treble confusingly and shrugged, not willing to question what he just meant. She then led the way while Treble followed on and headed towards the entrance, where a fateful reunion with an old friend awaited.
