A Day of no Tomorrow , This is my 2nd fanfic I've planned out so far , This story was inspired by the Book ' Lord of the Flies ' I also ripped some Ideas off Katawa Shoujo

How , What and Where?

It all started as a seemingly easy exam day at school , all the students were moving in one direction , the school gates all happy now that School was officially over for the Summer holidays , There was so much chatter in the school's main hall that Henry and his best friend Josh couldn't hear each other screaming to the top of their voices.

" Sorry Jassie I can't hear with all the commotion going on! " said Henry as he slightly tried to maneuver through the crowds of students " Can this just wait till we get outside? "

He just caught a glimpse of Josh nodding as he took a shortcut out of the main building once there he turned around to see Josh approaching his eyes filled with excitement , it was like a wildfire in his grey eyes.

Let me tell you a bit more about us.

I'm a teenager , 16 years old , I have brown curly hair and dark brown eyes , also I usually love being the Center of attention , always tying to seek fame and popularity at school , But people always re-known me as average , even though I'm probably 30% smarter than the ' Average Joe ' I'm also pretty tall for my age , Jasmin is a bit different , She's a Tad shorter than me , also 16 years old but she's got Long blond hair and she's abnormally strong and very resilient , she's Also your typical Rich American kid but surprisingly she doesn't abuse her power and wealth over people making her a really great gal along with her Adventurous and challenging personality , she usually manages to beat me in most of the fighting sports except archery for some reason , I guess I'm talented with the eagle eye.

Henry quickly went over to Jasmin slowly and calmly looking a bit annoyed.

'She was nagging me all day to tell me this , and I bet its going to be some random crap about something again ' Henry thought to himself as he giggled a bit at the thought.

" Hey Henry I'm going to be hosting a little party tonigh- " as Jasmin got interrupted by non other than Charlie.

Now Charlie is the Exact opposite of me , He's always the Center of attention even though he doesn't want to , and He's also very Comical ( No wonder ) , He cracks jokes all the time , makes people around him laugh and he's very Energetic and somewhat serious at needed times , I've also heard him talk about some weird Feminist conspiracies which made me laugh at his seriousness towards this subject , I think he's even converted his room to a post apocalyptic bunker , This one time He run up to me Butt-Naked asking me for money in the Boy's changing rooms right after gym class I've never face palmed that hard since then . But overall he's a generally nice and popular guy.

" Guys I've been on the internet yesterday and ohmygodthefeministsarecoming! " Charlie just spewed.

Jasmin was then the first one to break the awkward silence around us " So as I was saying I'm hosting a party tonight you know , a little get-together thing and best of all , My bro actually managed to get us some booze! "

" You know that's Illegal right? we're still a bit young for alcohol don't you think? "

I saw Jasmin take my words into consideration as she searched for the right words to say.

" Yeah but its still pretty tempting to try , we're going to drink anyways when we get older "

" Still I guess it can't hurt to try " I said with regret.

" Can Charlie come? "

" Sure I guess ," Said Jasmin " Anyways I'll have to go guys the School bus is about to leave See ya till then! " as she went running off.

" Hmmpph " I moaned to myself as I left with Charlie right next to me while I leave school.

Several Hours go by as Henry wakes up at Jasmin's Mansion

" I bet he's dead " I heard a Familiar voice while I open my eyes to see nothing but Blurriness and loud echoing music around the house , while I see a load of people just partying and dancing all over the large Living room I suddenly realize the music is dupstep , Jesus I hate dupstep , Jasmin seemed to like it but me and Charlie thought it was ear cancer.

I focus all my concentration and realize Charlie and Josh are leaning over the couch inspecting me and checking if I was generally okay.

" Ugghh what h-happened. " I said under my breath.

" You slipped on some Spilt beer on the floor and knocked your head , you were out cold for about ... ummm 30 minutes now. " Charlie said while Looking somewhat concerned.

" Meh accidents happen , Can you guys help me up and get me outside , I think im going to throw up , It smells like Puke in here! "

" Alright Henry just sit Tight " Jasmin said as she and Charlie helped me out of the Couch and onto the backyard.

Surprisingly  there were no people out here and the scenery was amazing , too bad people don't appreciate nature these days.

" Well I'm going to go for a walk , since I don't like seeing a bunch of drunkards around me puking everywhere , You guys wana take a stroll? "

Charlie and Jasmin mumbled a bit while exchanging glances but agreed with me soon we we're walking into a small little forest with a path. as we approached a Cross sign.

It read

LEFT - TO BRIMSWALK CAVES

RIGHT - TO EXIT FOREST

Jasmin quickly spoke " Hey guys , I've heard No one was man enough to go to Brimswalk caves alone , Some weird curse some say , Others said Pedophiles and Hobos live there , I've been dared to go there and since there is no better time to do it , you guys wana go there and watch my back and stuff? "

Charlie then Denied " Bad Idea Jazz, Bad bad Idea. "

" I agree with Charlie , Jasmin I really think its a Good idea to go into a cave at night knowing who-knows-what is in there. "

" He's just not manly enough and so are you , think of it We manage to go here at night we're popular as hell! " Jasmin said with a change in tone.

" Ughh fine Jasmin but I'm calling you 7 year old from now on "

She ignored that last comment as he took lead and walked towards the left of the path , God knows why I agreed with her , I guess me and Charlie don't want her to get hurt.

As soon as we were walking on the path something weird happened , I've never seen something like this happen before.

There was a Small Portal that Shone Orange light.

What the hell? Either the Alcohol Fumes were making me Hallucinate or I keep playing Portal 2 constantly at 5 Am in the morning.

Jasmin Looked surprised she couldn't believe it with his Own eyes.

" Is this for real? " she said.

" Dunno " Charlie slurped as he walked towards it and put his hand through and retracted it.

" Sweet Jesus Charlie don't! " Jasmin looked as she accidentally tripped over her own drunkenness and tipped charlie and her into the portal.

" Wow amazing the friends I have to damn put up with its like being a damn baby sitter , now they just jump into a Faffing portal without being scared or anything at first , GOD HELP ME! "

I realized my friends were probably shitting themselves at where they were , and Well there's only one way to help them , I took out my Phone and started texting.

" Mom , Dad . If I'm gone for more than a Week , Tell everyone I died saving my sorry ass friends , They're drunk I'm sorry mom And no I didn't drink anything , I love you guys , tell everyone back at home I said Hi "

I finished texting as I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

I swear the things I have to do for my friends I thought as I ran through the portal.

I Open my eyes and All I see is Blackness , I Sit up from my position in a similar forest , with Charlie and Jasmin On the ground both asleep , Thank god not dead.

I thought to myself What was that portal anyways? and why haven't I teleported? maybe its just my imagination.

Great Charlie and Jasmin are asleep on the floor and I'm stuck in the damn forest I'm not so sure I can drag their bodies out all the way back to the house with how tired I am.

"well I guess I'll have to do something right? great...." I mumbled to myself as I dragged their sleeping bodies into a few bushes , I guess that should keep them warm and safe.

Well I'm not going to die yet thank god. Maybe I should go back to the Mansion and get Help for these two.

Except I didn't find the Mansion , It was about 8 Pm at night looking at my watch and the trails they were different , I was expecting to see our foot prints in the dirt path but there were none , What , The hell? there's Horse shoe Prints  on the path almost the size of my palm.

' Hmm I didn't see these before , Maybe I just wasn't paying attention while I was walking ' I thought.

I kept on walking but there was no Crossroad... What the hell?

I Jogged back To where I've hidden The Drunken Duos and decided to Use a branch to cover up the drag marks , I then started to make a leaf bed on the opposite side of the road where I've hidden Charlie and Jasmin.

I start setting a small Leaf bed up for me as well while I strip leaves off a few branches with my Pocket knife , I don't know why I had it but it came In handy it might also be useful for hunting if we get stuck in this hell hole.

I start to lay on my makeshift bed Looking up towards the Calm star filled sky , and I see something whoosh past , Something small and cyan , Me too tried to see what it was.

"Probably a Bird" I muttered to myself as I fall asleep.
