The pony world, and the human world maybe intersecting each other's realities-
Goth is based off my original fan made comic called EG Goth which is currently on going. What happens in the EG Goth world, ends up happening in the MLP Goth world. Twilight starts to believe that maybe the pony and the human world may be tearing each other's realities apart due to her travel to and from the human world. The genres are drama, action/adventure, magic, and romance. Some of the themes are friendship (of course), and shoujo-ai. Some of the pairings you can expect to see in future chapters as well as the comic is Luna x Fluttershy, Twilight x Sunset, Rarity x Applejack just to name a few.
Little Doggy
Twilight was in the library portion of her castle when she heard a loud, obnoxious knock on her castle doors. She knew by looking out the window, seeing how the sun was set and Luna had risen the moon, it wasn't any of her friends. Reluctantly, she arose from her chair; tipping toeing across the marble floors because she didn't want to wake Spike from his slumber. Getting to her castle doors felt like it was taking a while longer than normal, and then realizing it, she simply teleported to the front doors. Again with her magic, she opened the door just ajar, but with little to no grace at all, her doors flew wide open to reveal Trixie.
“THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE!!!!!!!” With her exaggerated and dramatic tone that she often uses, “has heard from a little talking doggy that you may have a crush on me.”
Twilight's face was in full red, crimson tide and nothing could escape her mouth except for a couple of “uhhs”. Then finally she managed to say, “excuse me.” With that she slammed the door in Trixie's face, getting a loud and annoyed 'hey!' from the mare. Twilight teleported to Spike. She shook him from his little bed, and still with her powers, shook him some more until his eyes were wide, and dizzy. “Why does Trixie think I like her?”
Spike fell to the floor once Twilight's hold was off of him, putting a little pudgy claw to his head, he responded back to her. “Duh, that's because you do.”
“Now Spike, I mean in reality. She's outside my door right now saying she heard from a “little doggy” that I like her.”
“Well there you go.” Spike picked up his blanket, bed and was walking toward the library doors for his room.
“There I go where.” Twilight now stood in front of Spike blocking his exit from the library, but he simply moved around her.
“Well you just said that Trixie said a talking doggy told her....” He paused and turned to face Twilight with his smug look he often gets when he knows he's right especially when speaking to Twilight. “Do I look like a dog to you?”
Yep, Spike was right and this time Twilight decided to walk back to her castle's front doors instead of teleporting just to slow the time of her arrival, and she hoped by the time she got there, Trixie would have just left. But no, that was not the case when she opened her doors to see Trixie, annoyed, beautiful but still annoyed still standing at her front doors.
“Is this true, Twilight? I mean of course it has to be, I mean who can resist my charms...but in all seriousness, do you?”
Twilight wanted to say yes...but Trixie wasn't the only mare she wanted to knock hooves with, if you got her drift. So she decided to make it simple until she could figure out something else. “Trixie,” she started off. “You know I'm talking to Flash.”
“Who?” Trixie asked.
“Flash Sentry...” Repeated Twilight but that didn't do much good anyway since Trixie was looking at her as if she was a jack rabbit. “I gotta go.”
Again, the door was slammed in Trixie's face. Twilight stood with her back pressed against the door wondering why Trixie would come to her out of the blue saying such a thing. Talking dog...the only talking dog she knew of was Spike for when her and Spike went to the human world, it's not like Fiona could talk. But no, she shook her head, her mane going about left and right, there's no way communication could be coming into the pony world from the human world. After all, Twilight and Ceslestia plus Luna were the only ones with portals to that world. No way, it just couldn't be. A yawn flew out of her mouth, practically with wings, maybe it was a book with wings. Nonetheless, Twilight was getting drowsy and to her, Spike had a good idea: sleep.
Twilight's eyes opened and in front of her was a school locker, and her hands were out stretched reaching for her books. She stopped and took a breath, where was she? She turned around, and listened to all the chatter. Through out Equestria High she saw all the familiar faces of the other humans like her friends. Rarity was applying make up to her skin, trying to figure out which foundation would go well with not only her skin complexion, but also her clothes. Applejack was talking to Applebloom about...apples, while Rainbow Dash stood to the side juggling her soccer ball. When she glanced around the halls some more, she didn't see Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy anywhere. Her brows narrowed and she was going to close her locker, and ask about their whereabouts, but she couldn't. For screaming her authority, and cockiness about the halls was Trixie. Twilight blushed seeing her walk towards her.
"THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE!!!! Heard from a talking doggy that you have a crush on her." Twilight's eyes pulled back, her jaw nearly dropped-it was deja vu. Trixie just told her that about no more than maybe twenty minutes ago, and here she was saying the same exact lines over again. Talking dog? Spike! Twilight searched about her feet, and then her backpack that was slung over her shoulders, what was going on? "Well? Is this true, Twilight? I mean I know I'm amazing, and powerful and what girl or boy wouldn't want to be with me but I'm just curious to know if it's true."
Twilight's face was hot, her ears were burning, and she felt a sneeze coming on. "You know I'm with Flash." Twilight finally said.
Trixie narrowed her brows in a suspicious manner, and with a grinning mouth she replied in a whisper only her and Twilight could hear, "Oh please, Twilight. Your relationship with him is just about as fake as when Sunset was with him." Twilight stepped back closing her locker, pressing her books up against her bosom, dotting her eyes from left to right, hoping for her friends to come to her rescue. In that same low, and seductive voice, Trixie continued. "Besides, everybody's to hooked on why you go to Celestia's office after school hours."
Twilight stepped on one of her untied shoelaces, and was falling back with a scream WHEN-
She awoke from her nightmare. Twilight quickly pulled up her hooves to her face to check to make sure she was still a pony. Sweat beads were forming at the temple of her head, and her mane was matted to her scalp, and forehead because of all the sweat. She looked at her pillow and saw the imprinted shape of her head. Over on the floor near the book shelf, Spike slept calmly, nothing to stir to.
Twilight looked out her window. With a hoof she felt her eyes, in the dream, she felt something was covering her eyes, like glass or something-GLASSES! She was wearing glasses in the dream!
Author's Notes:
Upon joining this site, it has been very confusing so far. lol Also to stay up to date with EG Goth then be sure to follow my Tumblr @thecandiceuniverse. It'll take some time for me to get used to this site but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually. I plan to update this fan fiction two times a month while the comic is to be updated once a week-(hopefully). =)
A Sleepin' in the Sun
It was around 1:15 in the afternoon and Applejack was tending to her apples out in the apple fields. She was bucking, and kicking as many trees as she could before sun down came. Although she still had plenty of time to get the last tree, she felt she was running out of time. Over to right of the acres, Big Mac was doing as many as he could. Over to the left of the acres, Sweetie Belle was doing all that her little fillie hooves would allow her to do. Apple Jack took her hoof and wiped the sweat off of her forehead. "Woowe! The sun sure is doing a number on us, ain't it. It's just burning me all up. Maybe we 'ought to break for lunch soon, y'all!" Her voiced carried over the trees, both the nude ones and the ones still with apples on them. Big Mac and Sweetie Belle both nodded their heads in unison.
They took down a few more apples from a few more trees then headed in to their house on the hill. Granny Smith was dozing away as she normally did on those days. That's what she would do, sleep, eat, or talk, then do it all over again. It was surprising she hadn't kicked the bucket yet. Apple Jack took the horrible thought from her head. "Hey Granny, Granny, we're gonna fix ourselves some yer lunch. You want any?"
Granny Smith woke up with a start, sipping the saliva back into her mouth. "Wait, what, ugh, who said that?"
"Granny, it's just us, your kin." Sweetie Bell hoped on over to her granny and gave her a hug. "Apple Jack was just asking if you wanted lunch. We're about to eat."
Granny shook her head and started to rock back and forth in her favorite rocking chair. "Oh no, you youngins, I'm k' where I'm at. Y'all enjoy ya lunch." The three youngins as Granny Smith called them headed into the kitchen to fix them an apple sandwich along with apple cider, and apple pie.
When lunch was done, their bellies were round and full. They drunk some more of the cider, and the three of them settled out to continue the day's work of bucking all the apples out of the trees. The next day, they would have to decipher which ones were good and which ones were bad, but first, it was important to just get them all out of the air and onto the ground in their respectable buckets.
Once outside, they split up into their acres again, and started back up. As Apple Jack was bucking, her eyes began to waiver, and close. It caught her off guard, and she was quite angry at herself for slipping up like that. But then as she continued to work, it started to take hold of her once more. The sleep that is and eventually she gave in. "It wouldn't be wise for me to keep bucking when I'm tired as a wall weasel after breaking and entering. Let me sit for a spell." The tree she was bucking had enough shade to put distance between her and the sun, and she let her eyes come close right after she tilted her hat downward to give her space.
______
"Apple Jack...Apple Jack...APPLE JACK!" Apple Jack awoke with a fright, nearly knocking her books off from her desk....desk...what was she doing sitting at a desk? She glanced around and saw she was not only sitting at a desk but also appeared to be in a class room. She pushed back her chair, and noticed all the funny looking creatures around her. She then looked down at her hands-hands, she had hands. Hands is what Twilight told her about when she went to the human world. She was a human! She glanced around once again, at the teacher who yelled out her name, and her class mates. She saw Rainbow Dash quickly writing on a piece of paper, and she saw...was that Sunset Shimmer?
"Sunset Shimmer?" Sunset darted her eyes here and there.
"You shouldn't be calling out Sunset Shimmer's name, you shouldn't be sleeping in class either." The teacher hissed at her.
"Class?" Apple Jack said.
"Don't play stupid either. One last slip up like this and I'll have to report you to Assistant Principal Luna."
With the mention of Assistant Principal's Luna's name, Rainbow Dash let out a 'pff'', as if annoyed by the name itself. Apple Jack looked at her again still wondering what she was writing. But not wanting to get in trouble, and still confused, she decided to just stay awake and focus on the class assignment.
A few minutes later, Apple Jack felt something hit her hat. She was still wearing her hat without a notice from the teacher. Nonetheless, she looked down and saw the waded up piece of paper on her desk. She looked around the class room to see where it came from. When she caught eyes with Rainbow Dash, she knew it came from her. Not wanting to get in trouble again, she made sure the teacher's back was turned before she opened the note. And she would try as she might to not be so loud when opening the letter. Well, at least she would find out why Rainbow Dash was so urgent in writing it. What's gotten into her that afternoon?
_____
Apple Jack awoke to find Sweetie Belle and Big Mac looking down at her. Apple Jack tilted her hat back up, confused by her dream. It was her first time seeing a human so up close and personal, and there were so many of them too. Apple Jack looked at her siblings once more. When she glanced over at each of their acres, she noticed they were both done with their work, but because she dozed off, she still had to finish her acres. She sighed.
"Well you know what they say." She tried to brush it off. "All work and no play makes Jack a dull colt."
"That's what 'they' say, Apple Jack, not you." Responded Sweetie Belle.
And of course, Big Mac must have agreed with his younger sister because he said, "Yep!"
Author's Notes:
My goal is to pretty much get better with each chapter. And just see how it goes/grows. But only time will tell. =) I'm also still getting used to this site; it's kind of confusing with the categorization. I don't even think I categorized it right. =/
