Pokemon Origins: Equestria Girls

Red and Blue, two goof balls, go outside of the kanto region, one of the six regions of the pokemon islands. They head to Canterlot city, and attend Canterlot High.
Its been one year since the attack. I remember it like I remember winning the Pokemon league. I've had this pain for too long. All I have is the Pikachu that I caught, only for the sake of completing the Pokedex. This pain that I had, drove me up this mountain. I've been on this ice cold mountain for 4 months, and this story is how I ended up here, and how I lost the true magic of friendship...
Takes place inbetween Equestria girls and Rainbow rocks; even though it says mane six, there is no twilight sparkle
Chapter 1: Beginnings
I've been on this mountain for 4 months now. All I have is my Pikachu with me up here. I used to be a cheerful guy, but all of that was taken away. I used to attend Canterlot high, had a group of friends, and even a girlfriend. My name is Red, and my life was ruined by one individual: Blue. This is how it happened.

"What happened Oak?!? WHAT HAPPENED?!!?"
There was an open knife wound in his chest. The professor coughed and winced at the sharp pain. His shirt was soaked in blood; the sticky maroon substance seeping out from a deep cut in his chest made by a knife. His eyes looked up at Red, fear and sadness evident in the glassy orbs. He looked so weak...So pale...Red's eyes widened in horror and disbelief. There was already a lot of blood on the floor from the professor's wound. There may not be a chance of him surviving such a deadly blow to the chest. All of the other employees were lying dead on the ground. All Pokemon, including Red's were gone.
"Red... c-come here."
Tears were forming in his eyes.
"I s-saved one of your pokemon. It was p-Pikachu." He paused.
"Before I die, I have to tell you something."
He looked at Oak with tears dropping from his face.
"I always wanted to go to the outside world. Outside of the Kanto region. Outside of the pokemon islands. Is a new world... A new world...." Professor Oak closed his eyes, and loosened the grasp of the pokeball in his hand.
"OAK!!! DON'T YOU GIVE UP ON ME!!!!! PLEASE DON'T!!!!"
He let out his last breath. And with that, Red was lying on the body of the man who gave him his first pokemon: Professor Oak.
"Professor O-oak. I promise I will bring the man that killed you to justice.... I promise..." Red, in blood stained clothing, grabbed his Pikachu's pokeball and left the lab, never to come back.
4 days later....
Red was in the airport, getting ready to go to Canterlot City to go with Oaks old acquaintance, her name being Celestia. She showed up for the funeral, and offered to take Red and Blue to the real world without pokemon. He packed for himself and his Pikachu, while Blue packed for himself and his Eevee. After I beat him in the League, he found the Eevee hurt in a forest and nursed it back to health. It eventually became clinged to him and never left his side. He caught it and decided to bring her with him.
"Okay boys, now, do you want anything to eat?"
"Yeah, sure!"
Red hadn't eaten breakfast this morning because he was busy packing his bag and Pikachu's bag, so he was incredibly hungry.
"Red, have you ever heard of packing beforehand? That's how I scored a meal this morning." Said Blue in a prideful tone.
"How did you know I didn't eat breakfast?"
"Because, when me and Celestia got to your house, you were still packing."
"I guess I was." He said smiling sheepishly. They went to go eat and they went on the plane immediately after.
"That was good." He said with his belly full. His Pikachu ate too, but it had to go in its pokeball when they got on the plane, so did Blues Eevee.
"So, how long do you think the flight will be Blue?"
"Eh, a few hours. Nothin much. If you need me, I'm gonna be snoozing, so don't bother me." Blue took out his night mask and put it on his face, but before he could fall asleep, Celestia asked them a question.
"Hey you two, as you know, I used to be a Pokemon Professor, like Oak. Do you know what I did after my retirement?"
"I believe Gramps told me that you became a principle of a high school."
"That is correct Blue. I have a question for you about that." He lifted the sleep mask off of his head because he suddenly gained interest to what she was saying.
"How would you like to attend Canterlot high school?" They were both 16 so they would be old enough to join in.
"I'm all for it! What about you Blue?"
"I guess I could give it a try. It could be a good chance to get some ladies."
Celestia spoke once more. "Then it's settled! You guys will be attending tomorrow. I will have one of my students to show you around."
And they left the kanto region, soon to leave the pokemon islands.

One day later...
As the two boys entered the doors of their new school, they were greeted with silent halls.
"I can assure you boys that these hall will be flooded with students in about.... Now." And directly on her mark, the halls were flooding with students.
,"Whoa...... That's a LOT of students."
"Indeed it is, and it is my duty to watch over all of them. Follow me to my office. Let's get you enrolled here."

A few seconds later...
zzzt-SUNSET SHIMMER, PLEASE COME TO THE OFFICE. THANK YOU-zzzt
"Uhhhh! I already served my detention time!" Yelled an exhausted girl with yellow skin and fiery hair.
"Looks like more time for something that TRIXIE said I did. Nobody wants to give me a chance except for... My friends." She grabbed her stuff and headed to the office. Once she got there she prayed under her breath that the detention time wouldn't be as long as last time. She opened the door.
"Hello Sunset, I would like to introduce two new students: Red and Blue. Red and Blue, meet one of our former students: Sunset Shimmer."
"Wait, so you mean to tell me that I'm not getting detention time?!? Thank God!"
"Why would I give you detention? You've already served your time."
"Truth be told, Trixie has been ratting me out for things I didn't do to Principle Luna, and she's been giving me detention for these past 4 days."
"Well, I'm going to have to talk to her and Trixie about that. Meanwhile, I want you to show Red and Blue around the school. Do you think you can do that?"
"Sure! It's always great making new friends... Especially when you don't have a lot..."

Chapter 2: Making a new "friend"

"Over there is the math class, taught by Ms. Harshwhinny. She also does a optional literature class, but I would stick to the math class. And that's about the whole school!" She turned around to see Red mapping out the school,in one of his notebooks, and Blue taking pictures on his phone.
"Okay, where will our lockers be located?" She didn't really know where the lockers were going to be located.
"Follow me." The two boys followed Sunset until they ended up in front of a locker with her name on it: SUNSET SHIMMER.
"We can share my locker until you get locker arrangements. I have a lot of room so there's plenty of space to share."
"Thanks! We're both thankful that you've been so kind to us. Isn't that right Blue?" Blue was looking at himself in a mirror.
"Still got those good sexy looks. Huh? Oh sure Red." Sunset looked a bit embarrassed.
"Are you okay? Your cheeks are glowing bright re-"
"I'm fine! Really. Thank you Red." She put her hand on his shoulder and smiled at him.
"Okay! Well Bl- Blue?" He looked around and saw Blue talking with a girl having white hair and blue skin. She also wore a star in her hair, along with a purple skirt and a blue jacket.
"Dang, that girl really likes blue. Wait, not The person Blue! I mean the color blue! Dang it!" Blue started walking towards Red and Sunset.
"Hello Sunset." She hid behind Red, who was confused at what was going on.
"Red, I would like you to meet my new friend Trixie, who also gave me a whole new story about your friend behind you there. Isn't that right Sunset?" Blue had a look in his eyes, but a look that Red hadn't seen before. They was full of hatred and distrust, something Red would have to go through later.
"Wait, what's going on? I'm confused."
"Sunset Shimmer here has been keeping some secrets from us Red. Even after we just met her."
"Blue, what do you mean?" Red looked at Sunset with confusion in his eyes.
"Apperantly, Sunset's a terrorist." She walked in front of Red.
"That is WAY far from the truth. Trixie knows what actually happened! And that's old news, because I have changed!" She was only an inch away from Blue, pointing her finger at him. Everyone in the halls were staring at what was happening.
"Sure you are. And I'm Trixie the Lame and Weak." She said with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. Red was in complete and utter shock. He couldn't process what was happening.
"Let me tell you something Sunset. You are never going to change. And you, Red boy!" Red pointed his attention to Trixie.
"You shouldn't get involved with her, or she'll turn you into a demon and get you in huge trouble." Red still couldn't process this. He looked at blue, who's eyes were mournful, but were soon full of hate.
"What she said. Smell ya later Red." And he walked off, but before he could leave, Red had one last thing to say to him.
"Hey Blue."
"Yeah Red?" Red grinned.
"After school, do you want to have a Pokemon battle?" Blue turned back and smiled.
"You bet I do. Meet me behind the school later." And with that, he walked off.

For lunch, they had tacos, as it was Taco Tuesday. "So Red, how was your first day at CHS?" He didn't know how to respond, so he decided to go with the honest truth.
"I actually have no idea. The tour was great, and the teachers seem nice, but there's something that's bothering me. I actually have no idea what it is, but I think It has to do with that situation from earlier." They went to go find a seat.
"Do you have any friends here?"
"No, but there is a group of five girls who try to consider me as their friends. I deny it though. They keep trying but they just don't know where or when to stop." They sat down. Red found Blue at a table, sitting next to a guitar player with blue hair.
"Okay then. Why don't you want friends?"
"I just feel... that they will weigh me down. It's nothing against them, but I just don't consider them as friends." She looked at them, one of them staring back while the others were talking.
"You know, I used to be a huge jerk here. You know, the bully?" Red thought for a second.
"You know, there was only one huge jerk in my school, and his name was purple. Blue and I became the best of friends when we stood up to him together. We both got black eyes that day, but we both knew that it was worth it. That's when I met his grandfather, Professor Oak. I will always remember what he told us that day."

" You two did good. I am proud of you Blue for making a new friend, and you too Red. You stuck with him, and didn't chicken out, like his other friends did. I want you two to make me a promise to each other." The professor took out 2 bracelets.
"I want you to promise that you will stick together even through the hardest of times. Do you promise to never leave each other's side?"
Blue spoke first. "Sure! It'll be good having a sidekick around! Especially a cool guy like this."
"I promise too Mr. Oak!"
"Now Red, you can just call me Oak."

"I have a battle to go to now! Sorry, gotta run!" Sunset sorta liked this guy.

Chapter 3: An interrupted Pokemon battle

Red ran through the halls as everyone packed up to go home. He went to Sunsets locker and put in the combination that was on the piece of paper.
"23... 39... and 42! Now... Let's get to the back of the school! I hope that Sunset's okay with me getting my stuff. She seems like a nice girl." He was still troubled with the situation from earlier. 'How can she be a terrorist? She seems way too nice to be something like that.' Thinking like this, he remembered the terrorists that killed Professor Oak. 'I will avenge him...' He walked toward the exit, not knowing that he was being followed by a certain Pink haired girl.
Red didn't feel alone. As he came to the exit he looked back to see if anyone was following him, but not succeeding. "Must be my imagination. Now, to go to that battle!" He went outside where he saw Blue, standing there, just waiting.
"I talked to the team captain of the soccer team Red. She said that we could use the soccer field-"
"That's great! I-"
"Red, I didn't finish!" Blue looked at the crowd behind him.
"We can use the field... If they get to watch."
"Well, okay! I'm fine with that. Let's get to starting the battle!"

Red and Blue walked up to each other.
Red began. "May the best Trainer win."
"I plan to win. Thanks Red!" And with speed and precision, they both went to their commanding area.
BATTLE BEGIN
At the exact same time, they took out their pokeballs and said what any trainer would say.
"I CHOOSE YOU!!!!" The balls hit each other simultaneously. Out of the first ball came a yellow mouse type creature that had red cheeks and a zig-zag tail. It had two pointy ears with black on the top of them and two brown lines on its back. The other one looked sort of like a fox type animal. It's fur was brown and the coat surrounding its neck along with the tip of its tail were light brown.
"Let's start out with something simple Eevee. Use tackle." And on command, the fox like pokemon charged and hit the mouse like pokemon on command. The mouse pokemon fell over but got up immediately after.
"Okay Pikachu, use quick attack!" The mouse like pokemon disappeared but appeared behind the fox like one. He hit they fox and sent it flying, but it recovered mid air. By then, everyone watching could figure out that the mouse was Pikachu and the fox was Eevee.
"Eevee, use swift while you're still in the air!" And with a whip of the tail, stars came flying towards Pikachu.
"Use thunderbolt to counter the swift Pikachu!" It's cheeks had small lightning bolts coming out of it.
"PIKAAAAACHUUUUUUUUUU!!!" Lightning went and hit the stars, but didn't stop there. It went past the stars and hit Eevee! The Eevee was low on HP. It fell from the sky when a voice interjected.
"STOP THE FIGHT!!!" Everyone looked to see a girl with light pink hair and yellow skin, very, very angry. They also saw principle Luna behind her.
"You two boys. Meet me at the principles office. You are in VERY big trouble." Blue sighed.
"Return Eevee. You fought hard." And Eevee returned to her pokeball.
"You too Pikachu. You did well." And he went into his pokeball. As they walked by, the pink haired girl said something that they were confused by.
"You two should be ashamed of yourself, hurting those poor babies like that!" And with that, she walked away, and the boys walked to vice principle Luna's office.

One 5 minutes of walking later...
They sat down in two chairs. The Vice Principle looked them in the eyes.
"What were you two boys thinking, Hosting a dogfight like that? Right now the staff is trying to sort the bet money and trying to give it back to their rightful owners!" Red began first.
"We're sorry ma'am, we didn't know that they were going to place bets like that."
"Yeah lady, they said that as long as they get to watch us battle, they would let us use the soccer fields. They never said they were gonna bet on who would win."
"Even so, I must punish you for your actions of animal abuse." They yelled at the same time.
"ANIMAL ABUSE?!?" Blue got angry suddenly.
"Listen lady, we didn't do anything wrong! Who do you think you are anyways?!?"
"I am Vice Principle Luna, the woman who is giving you 3 hours of detention time and him 2 hours for not talking back." She said pointing to Red.
"Now all I need is your names, so I can fill out these detention forms."
"My name's Red, and he's Blue." She filled out the forms and handed them to the two students.
"I want you two to go to the library now. After that, you may return to your legal guardians. I will see you two later." They walked out of the office and towards the library.
"Great Red! We got detention on our first day. And the sun's already setting! What's next? Getting our pokemon taken away?!?"
"It's okay Blue. It could be a LOT worse than this." Little did they know that they were being followed by a certain pink haired someone...

Two hours later...
"I don't know about you Red, but doesn't it seem like these people are working a bit late?" He looked at his watch. It was 8:05 PM.
"Dude, your detention's over. I still have an hour left. Ughhh!"
"Okay then Blue. I'm gonna go take Pikachu running. See you in an hour."
"I guess... I'm just wondering what kind of trouble in with Celestia."
"Hey, everything will be alright." Blue looked at Red and smirked.
"Okay then. Smell ya later!" And with that Red made his way towards the track.

Chapter 4: Apologies

Red was outside with his Pikachu, who was practicing the move 'Quick Attack' on a track.
"Come on Pikachu! Let's do our best! Let's train hard to bring down the man who killed Professor Oak!" Pikachu looked at Red with a smile on his face.
He said "Pika!" Which meant "Me and you both made a promise to him. We will fulfill it!"
"That's the spirit Pikachu! Now, use Quick attack!" Pikachu ran and got faster as he did it. He ran 5 laps around the track and kept trying until he was tired and sweaty.
"Okay Pikachu. Take five." Pikachu went to sit next to Red on a bench in the dark.
"It's been 50 minutes since we got out. Do you think Blue's okay?" Pikachu responded by nodding his head. Red picked him up and placed him on his lap.
"Celestia's gonna be pissed when we get to her house. I guess that means no more battles for the time being. And on our first day too! Life just doesn't always go our way, does it?" Pikachu shook his head.
"Um excuse me?" The same pink haired girl from earlier walked to the bench.
"I hope this seat is avaliable."
"Um... sure. Nobody's sitting here, so I guess you can take a seat." She sat down. About 3 minutes of awkward silence later, Blue came out.
"Yo Red! Let's go!"
"Alright! Pikachu, return." As he took out the ball, Pikachu vaporized and went into the ball.
"Okay! Let's go!" But before he could go, the girl grabbed his hand. He looked back at her and saw that she was crying.
"Are you okay?" She looked at him in the eyes.
"I'm sorry! I just- I don't know why I started crying there. Listen." She paused.
"I need to talk to you."
"Wait a minute." He went over to Blue and came back. "Okay, I'm listening."
"I just want to say... That I'm sorry." Red was confused. Sorry for what?
"I don't understand. What do you have to be sorry for? You didn't do anything wrong."
"I misjudged you. To be honest, I was very angry when I saw that you were hosting a dogfight." There was that word again! A dogfight! It wasn't a dogfight, it was a pokemon battle!
"I thought you deserved that detention. But immediately after you got sent to the library, Celestia came in. Luna had to explain why she sent you two boys to detention. Celestia had to explain that it wasn't a dogfight but a battle."
"I don't see what the difference is."
"A dogfight is when they put two animals in a ring, and they fight to the death. Those poor doggies get mauled..." Her eyes filled with tears.
"What you were doing wasn't a dogfight. She told Luna that you were..." She paused to wipe her eyes.
"She said that you were excersising your relationship with your pet. That's when I came in. I questioned how making poor animals fight each other was doing that. But all she said was 'they made a promise to each other that can never be broken.' They couldn't take you out of detention because it was already filed in your permanent record." Red was shocked at all of this information.
"When I came outside for my nightly stroll, I saw you with your little mouse. I could tell that the mouse was happy with you, which confirmed what the principle said. Now, we're here. So I only have one thing to say." She took a deep breath.
"I'm sorry for misjudging you." Red didn't know what to say.
"It's fine! I can understand why you would think that way. I should be saying sorry to you for having seen that." They sat there, just staring at each other. Red looked into her aqua eyes, and saw kindness. It was like she was purely made out of it. She-
"Hey Romeo, it would be great if we went home now. I'm getting kind of hungry if you ask me."
"Oh! Sorry!" He looked back at her.
"My name's Red. What's yours?" She took a deep breath.
"My name is Fluttershy."

Red and Blue went to a nearby Burger shack, which apparently was 5 out of 5 stars.
"I'll take one double-double and this guy here will have one too."
"What do you want to drink?"
"We'll have two colas. That's all." Whenever Blue ordered, he never let Red choose anything, and that just showed how prideful he was, but he was paying. The rule established between them was that whoever paid got to order. Let's just say that Red wasn't as excited when Blue ordered.
"Come on Red. Let's sit down. I need to talk to you." They sat at a table for 4 and let out their pokemon.
"So do you got the sweets for that girl or what?"
"Wait, WHAT?!?" Red couldn't believe Blue would ask a question like that. A girl he just met? And talked with for 5 minutes?
"Why would I? I just met her!"
"And that proves that you do right there. Guys usually get nervous when someone asks if they like someone. Here's the deal. You need to embrace her or-"
"Dude, I already told you! I don't like that girl. We can be friends at most!"
"Ooh, putting her in the friends zone huh? Well, don't worry, I will fix that."
He dialed a number.
"Hello? Excuse me, is this Fluttershy?"
"Yes it is." Red could see where this was going.
"What are you doing?!?" He tried to make that statement as silent as possible, but Fluttershy could hear him.
"Oh, is that Red? Can I speak to him please?" Blue grinned.
"Sure thing." He handed the phone over to Red, who was extremely pissed at the moment.
"This is Red."
"Oh hello Red. How is your day?" Blue snickered.
"It's good, even though it's nighttime."
"Well... I have a question."
"Yes?"
"Would you um..." She paused.
"Do you..." She coughed. Blue and Eevee were cracking up.
"Do you want to got to dinner tomorrow!" Fluttershy just asked in front of all of her friends. They thought she wouldn't be able to do it.
"Um... Sure! I'm not doing anything tomorrow, so... Is 6:00 good?"
"It's perfect. Thank you Red. Goodbye." She hung up.
"I DID IT!!!" She faced one of her fears, thanks to Red.
Meanwhile back at the burger shack...
"So what'd she say?"
"Well, tomorrow I'm going out to eat with her at 6:00."
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?"

Chapter 5: The Rocket still lives

After they left the burger shack, Red and Blue went to a nearby bike shop where they won two bikes by guessing the correct answer to a supposedly "hard" question. They took the bikes with them so they could get to Celestia's home faster. Then, she called.
BZZZZ! BZZZZ!
"Oh! Hold up Blue. Celestia's calling me."
"WHAT?!?!? DON'T ANSWER-"
"Hello? Oh hi Ms. Celestia!" Blue got pissed.
"Let me see that! Hello?"
"Blue? Oh thank goodness! Where are you? I'm coming to pick you up!" Red snickered.
"We're... Right next to an apple orchard."
"Okay, you might be by Sweet Apple Acres. I'm coming. Stay where you are, okay?"
"Sure thing."
"Ok, I'm heading to my car now." Blue hung up. 'I hope those boys are okay...'
"Well, all we have to do now is wait! Wanna play I Spy?"
"Shut up Red!"

10 minutes later...
"Help! Thieves!" Red woke up.
"Help me! They're taking my apples!"
"Blue, wake up. Wake up!"
"Huh? Awwwww. I was having the best dream. What is it Red?"
"Someone in the forest needs help. I need you to keep an eye out for Celestia, while I go see what I can do." He let pikachu out of his pokeball.
"We're going in." As Red got on his bike and Pikachu got on Red's shoulder, Blue stopped them.
"You guys can't go!"
"Why not?"
"First of all, Celestia told us to stay put. And second of all..." He pointed to the forest.
"Oh! I should get my flash light shouldn't I?" He got it out of his bag and put it one his bike.
"Red, that's not the point! Celestia told us to stay put, and I'm not about to disobey her." Red thought about that for a second.
"That's why you're staying here. Call me when she gets here." And with that, he left.
"Wait, Red!" He was gone.
"I hope you don't get yourself into any trouble..."
------------
In the forest...
"Wow! There are A LOT of apples here!" Red was in the middle of darkness with only his Pikachu and his flashbike. It was about midnight when they got there. There was nothing to be seen but trees. They heard two voices.
"That solves our girl problem. Is she dead?"
"No sir, but she's unconcious."
"Okay then. Tie her up against the tree and put duct tape of her mouth. We're gonna have some fun later."
"Understood sir!" Red turned off his flashlight to see if there were any other light sources around.
He found a faint orange over in the distance.
He whispered to Pikachu.
"We're going to have to advance on foot, or we might draw their attention." Pikachu nodded. The two carefully advanced making sure to be as quiet as possible. They eventually got to the light source, where they saw a girl with blonde hair and orange skin tied to a tree and two men dressed in getup with a big red "R" on the shirts. This can only mean one thing.....
"Team Rocket..."
"Hey Thomas! Did you hear anything?"
"No sir."
The grunt looked around.
"Take zubat for a walk. I want you to scout the area to find any intruders while I get the apples for the boss."
"Why don't I get the apples and you go in the dark... Scary... Full of critters-"
"Because I'm the boss of this operation and you're gonna do what I say! Am I clear?" They were definitely Team Rocket because Red got a much clearer view. The were wearing the hats and everything, but what were they doing in this area of the world?
"Understood sir! Go zubat!" He took out zubats pokeball and threw it in the air, letting the zubat free.
"Let's go for a walk. Also, be on guard for intruders." He walked out the opposite direction that Red was in. Red's phone was vibrating. He rushed to turn it off, but it was too late.
"I know you're there! Come out, come out wherever you are!" Red got out of the bush.
"Fine, you found me. Well played." The grunt had scars all over his face. He also had a pokeball in his hand. He dropped it, letting the living creature inside of it free. It was a Persian.
"Well, if it isn't Red." How did this guy know him?
"How long has it been? A few years?" His Persian growled at Red.
"You don't remember me? Seriously?" Red shook his head.
"It's Giovanni! Your old buddy! Remember?" Red couldn't believe it. Giovanni had changed.
"There is no way you are Giovanni! I dismembered Team Rocket! How is it still here?"
"It started back up soon after you dismembered it. About... A year after you became champion?" This was Giovanni. It was only possible.
"You ruined my life Red." He pointed to his scars.
"YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!" He breathed deeply.
"Now..." He paused.
"Now I intend to make you pay... With your life." He turned to Persian.
"Maul him." Persian growled and prepared to jump at him.
"Ow!" Giovanni looked down to se a Pikachu biting his leg.
"Get off of me!" He shook Pikachu off and kicked it into a tree. Pikachu was unconcious.
"Now you can maul him." The Persian jumped at him until it got hit by a vine whip.
"You're gonna have to get through me first." Red turned around to see a Venasaur and Celestia behind him.
"Go untie her Red. Bring her with us." She threw him a pocket knife. He ran over and started cutting the ropes.
"Quit it Celestia! This is between me and Red!" Blue came up behind Celestia.
"Actually, it's between you, Red, and the police now!" Giovanni looked at him in anger.
"This won't be the last you've seen of me Red!" A helicopter came and a ladder came out of it.
"Return Persian."
"Return Venusaur." Thomas was on the helicopter.
"I heard you screaming, so I phoned in a helicopter immediately, sir!"
"Good. Phone the director. Tell him that we failed the mission."

Five minutes later...
Police were investigating the apple farm. The blonde girl came to the two boys.
"I just wanna thank y'all for savin' my family's Apple Farm. My name's Applejack. Yours?"
"I'm Blue, and this is Red."
"Wait, do you mean the Red that Fluttershy's datin'?"
Red interrupted. "I would hardly call it a date. It's basically just a... friend dinner."
"Yeah, Red. The meaning of the word 'date'!" She examined him.
"You seem like a pretty fit lad. Tomorrow, why don't you sit by me and my friends at lunch?"
"Sure! Fine with me!" He looked over at Blue.
"I don't know about you, but I don't want to ruin my manliness. Sorry!"
"Red, Blue! Come over here would you?"
"Sorry, gotta go! Goodnight!"
"See y'all tomorrow. I'm gonna get some shuteye." They walked over to Celestia.
"Let's go home you two. I'm proud of you both today. And Red?"
"Yes?"
"I have to get you prepared for that date with Fluttershy."

"I'm up!" Red turned the alarm clock off. 'Ugh! Why am I so tired? Whatever. I'm just going to have to power through today.' Pikachu was also tired when he got up.
"Blue, get up!" Blue rolled over drowsily.
"Just a few more minutes.... I need to see my wife...."
"Okay Pikachu, do what's neccesary. Use nuzzle." Pikachu got into the bed with Blue and tazed him.
"Okay! I'm up!" Him and his Eevee sat up and a stared in anger at Pikachu and Red.
"Boys! Come and get your oatmeal!"
"Yes! I'm sooooo hungry right now! Come on Eevee!" It jumped on his shoulder.
"Hey Red."
"Yeah?"
"I'm gonna get my oatmeal first!"
"Wait, what?!? I won't let you!" They both ran out of the room and tumbled down the stairs.
"You boys seem excited about food. Oh, by the way, I want you to meet someone." Vice principal Luna walked into the room.
"WHAAAAAAAT?!? WHAT'S SHE DOING HERE?!?" Blue screamed.
"You have already met?"
Before Red could explain, Blue butted in again. "You betcha! She's the one who gave us detention last night!"
"I am deeply sorry about that. I'm not very familiar with Pokemon battles, but even if I wanted to take your detention back, I couldn't because I already put it in your permanent record." She looked down.
"Uh-huh... I barely got half of that, but it's whatever now. Let's eat!"
She whispered to Celestia. "I take it that they have forgiven me?"
"Yes, I'm pretty sure they have."

On the way to school...
"Hey Red."
"Yeah?"
"Today's the day dude!"
"The day for what?" Red knew what he was talking about.
"Your first date!" Red blushed.
"I told you it's not a date! It's a friendly dinner." He smiled pridefully at that.
"Yeah, A.K.A a date."
Celestia joined in the conversation.
"I also have to get you prepared for the date. I'm actually quite impressed that you were able to ask out Fluttershy."
"Well...." He cringed. "She sort of asked ME out."
"Well, that's even better!" Blue was trying so hard not to laugh.
"Pardon me Celestia, but how is that possibly any better? That sorta takes away my dignity."
"Well..." She paused
"Fluttershy is comfortable around you and that shows something. There are only two types of people that she is comfortable around." Blue was almost crying while trying not to laugh.
"Her best friends or the really kind people. She probably categorized you as really kind, but I could be wrong."
Blue finally broke. "Yeah, I think you might be about... 100% off."
"This is going to be a long car ride isn't it?"
"Yes Red, it will be."

Lunch...
"Hey Red... Can I sit by you dude? Flash and his gang are absent today. I also need to talk to you." Red nodded. As soon as they got the food on their trays.
"You know that Sunset girl right?"
"Sunset Shimmer? Yeah, sure! Why?" Blue suddenly got nervous.
"I need... To talk... To her..."
"Oh, okay! I think that she got detention, so you'll have to wait until that's over."
"Aw, okay then. Moving on from that, where is YOUR group of friends?"
"I actually don't know. They said they would be here, but they aren't anywhere in sight."
"Um Red..."
"Yeah Blue?"
"I think there's a pink girl who might be a cereal killer with a huge smile on her face behind you..."
"I'm not even gonna look back..." A third voice joined the conversation.
"Why not silly? I have something for you!" Red thought of that something being a knife in his back.
"Is she Team Rocket?"
"No man, I think she's safe." Red looked back to see a giant cannon.
"Well Blu, we're fu-"
BOOM! There was confetti and balloons everywhere.
"Wait, another PINKIE PARTY?!?!?" One person said.
"I think so! Let's party!!!"
A huge banner unfolded saying 'Welcome Red and Blue'.
"I was never told of a party! This is amazing! What do you think Blue?" Blue was on the ground, paralyzed from utter shock. (haha, get it? Shock? No? Okay, on with the story!)
He looked at Blue with a grin on his face, but before he could do anything, he was jumped.
"Hi! My name is Pinkie Pie! I already know who you two are but yesterday I didn't! So I was following you around and saw that you saved my friend Applejack! I also didn't throw a 'WELCOME TO CANTERLOT HIGH' party, so that's what this is rightnowhcbydushdhhekdche!"
"Uhhhhhh....." Too much was going on for Red's puny mind.
"And then she said 'oatmeal? Are you cra-"
"That's enough Pinkie darling." Red still couldn't process any of this. It was like his brain was falling apart.
"Awwwwwwwww, I was just getting to the best part!"
"I'm sorry on her behalf darling. My name is Rarity. You are?"
"My name is Red, and this is Blue." He pointed to the paralyzed body on the floor.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, and I must say, I do admire your clothes. They really make your red eyes stand out."
"Really? Thanks!"
"You know, I don't think you have met all of my friends." She counted her fingers.
"Yes, there is one of my friends you haven't met. Oh, this simply won't do." Blue got up.
"Red! I just had a huge nightmare.... OH CRAP ITS REAL!!!!!!" Blue was paralyzed AGAIN.
"Anyways, about that friend..."
"Oh, yes! Her name is Rainbow Dash."

Chapter 7: A short talk in the Sunset
Blue sat up, everything being blurry. It was bright, wherever he was. He looked around, seeing blurred images of Red and..... Fluttershy?
"Blue?" He grabbed his head from an intense headache.
"Gah!!!!" His vision clearer, he could see that he was in the nurses office.
"What..... happened?" Red chuckled.
"You've been asleep for four years! Me and Fluttershy got married and had kids!" Fluttershy blushed and Blue laughed.
"Nice try Red. That already got me once before. Plus, you would want ME to be the best man at your wedding." Red and Blue chuckled.
"I guess that you WOULDNT fall for it again...." Red said, smiling sheepishly. Fluttershy was confused at what was happening.
"I don't get it." Red smiled to Fluttershy.
"It's an inside joke between me and Blue. I needed you here to make it believable...." He sighed.
"But he didn't fall for it." Fluttershy giggled. The bell then rang, making her realize that she was late for class.
"Oh! I have to go Red! I'll see you tonight!" It was band period.
"Crap!!! I should go too!!!" Red yelled, falling while standing up. He recovered quickly.
"Listen, I think that Sunset is in the library right now. You said something about talking to her, huh?" Blue nodded.
"Listen, I'm gonna go to band. You can go talk to her." Blue laughed.
"What instrument are you gonna play?" Red looked to Blue.
"I have no idea." He left the room, leaving Blue all alone.
"Well, here goes nothing!" He said, standing up. He advanced towards the library, where Sunset was residing.
Sunset was sitting, reading on Canterlot history, just as Blue walked into the library. He went to a shelf, looking to the books that were available.
"Is there a reason you came here?" Sunset asked impatiently. Blue chuckled.
"Pretty much. I came to talk to you." He grabbed a book and sat down.
"You shouldn't let Trixie get to you. I know what she told me, but I can tell that you're too kind for that." Sunset sighed.
"I USED to be a jerk, but I've changed. Nobody see's that in me...." Blue chuckled.
"Well, I can see it, and Red can see it. The other students are just.... ignorant." Sunset looked to Blue, who was smiling.
"I don't understand why they're so ignorant of me...." Blue sighed.
"Listen. You willingly shared your locker with us, and showed us around the school. That shows a LOT. Believe me." He stood up and walked over to the library desk, grabbing a pen.
"Either that, or I snapped in the WRONG way when I fainted." Blue chuckled.
"I doubt that's it. You really are a kind person Sunset. You just need to show it." She sighed.
"How am I gonna do that?!? I've been trying for this past year, and nobody can see it!" Blue chuckled.
"You have two people who are gonna help you through this. Me, and Red. No questions asked, he's definitely gonna help. Heck, he's the boyfriend of the kindest person in school!" Sunset smiled to Blue.
"You know, you're a kind person too Blue." He rubbed the back of his head.
"I can be sort of a jerk sometimes..... ESPECIALLY with Red....." He smiled sheepishly. Sunset stood up.
"Listen.... I'm sorry for falling on Trixies point of view earlier. Forgive me?" Blue held out his hand, Sunset shaking it.
"I'm glad to make a new friend, Sunset." She frowned.
"I prefer the term..... acquaintance." He nodded.
"I can understand." He retracted his hand politely and walked away, waving.
"Smell ya later!" She smiled to him waving back. What was this that she felt? Would she finally...... gain an actual friend?
Red sat in the bathroom of Celestia's house, Blue cutting his hair.
"Listen, stud. I have this." He gave Red a Twenty dollar bill.
"No, I can't! It would be rude of me to not pay for dinner!" Blue chuckled.
"What are you now? Gentleman of the year?" Red smiled sheepishly.
"I.... guess so?" Blue pat Red on the back.
"You SHOULD use it. Do you have any money on you?" Red sighed.
"I'm broke....." Blue chuckled once more.
"That's why you need to get a job, stud! I work at Sugarcube Corner, which happens to be WHERE you're going tonight! I'm gonna be watching you the WHOLE TIME!!!" Red smiled.
"That's good to know. Be sure to prepare my food well, okay?" Blue nodded.
"I'll be sure NOT to spit in it." He looked over to Reds outfit. It was his standard, just without his hat. He even added a red bow-tie.
"Will Celestia take good care of Pikachu?" Blue nodded.
"I'm pretty sure that she will. She used to be a Pokemon professor, Y'know?" Red nodded.
"I guess......" He looked at his pokeball.
"Are you SURE I can't bring Pikachu with me? You're bringing Eevee!" Blue shook his head.
"You're on a date bro! It's gotta be you and the girl. Nothing more." Red nodded.
"I know you're right, but she likes animals! It wouldn't hurt to bring him!" Blue grinned.
"Who's the love master? Me, or you?" Red sighed in defeat.
"You......" Blue had a full on smile.
"Great! Remember to tell her that she's beautiful, kiss her on the cheek, get the wine and-" Red smacked Blue.
"The WINE? Really?" Blue chuckled.
"That's what you do if someone's picking on your girl, stud. I'm not picking on her." Red sighed.
"Let's go, shall we?"
"Not without you getting dressed first!"

Chapter 8: I'm not sure if Red is prepared for this
Red was in his suit, preparing for his date in the bathroom. What if she suddenly didn't like him? What if....... he did something embarrassing? Celestia came in the room.
"Come on Red. Let's go!" She said in a kind voice. Red nodded as he stood up.
"Aren't you excited?!?" Red nodded while smiling, which quickly faded into a frown.
"I'm just..... afraid that I'll do something wrong. Then she'll hate me....." Celestia put her hand to his back.
"I doubt that would happen. You're such a kind guy!" Blue walked in, looking at Red in awe.
"Oh..... My.... GOSH!!! I knew I could make you look more amazing than you normally do!!!" Red sighed.
"Can I PLEASE bring the hat? I think it would be a goo-" Blue shook his head, chuckling.
"It's rude to wear your hat indoors. You wouldn't want the KINDEST person in CHS to see that, do you?" Red shook his head.
"Fine...... I'm paying too right? Because that's the RESPECTFUL thing to do?" Blue nodded his head.
"You still got it?" Red nodded.
"Good. I'm gonna get you a discount there, so don't worry! Everything will be FINE!" Red nodded.
"Why don't we head out?"
Red looked out of the window of Celestia's car, seeing Fluttershy sitting on a bench. She was on her phone, waiting for Red to come by. The car stopped.
"Okay Red. Good luck with that date!" Red stumbled out of the car.
"Thanks Celestia....." He said, smiling sheepishly. Blue stepped out of the car.
"Smell ya later, Celestia!" He said, closing the door behind him. Celestia drove away, leaving the two boys. Red walked up to Fluttershy.
"H-Hey Fluttershy! Sorry I'm late!" He scratched the back of his head, his heart skipped a beat.
'She's gonna hate me for all of eternity!!! ESPECIALLY since I took her out to this cheap restaurant.....' Red thought, trying to hold back sadness.
"Oh, it's fine! I just got here too, so I was also late." She replied. Red looked to her confused.
"So.... you don't hate me for all of eternity?" Fluttershy gasped.
"Why would I?!? You're such a kind guy a-and I would never hate you!" Red sighed in relief.
"Thank Arceus....." She smiled to Red in a kind way.
"I like the bow-tie." She said, complimenting Red. He looked up, smiling.
"Thank you! You look....." He looked towards her beauty. His eyes widened as he realized it.
"You look beautiful....." She blushed at this. Red snapped out of this trance, hitting himself in the back of the head.
"Dang it! I meant that.... You look very lovely tonight!!!! I didn't mean what I said before!! Actually, I did mean it, but that's not how-" She put a finger to his lip, silencing him. She smiled as her cheeks glowed bright red.
"Thank you." Red's cheeks matched Fluttershy's pink cushions.

Okay! Aaaaaaaaand........ Action!!!
"Why don't we go inside? I'm not sure if we'll be eating out here...." Red said in a sheepish voice. Fluttershy nodded.
"I agree." She grabbed his hand, startling him. She didn't notice, but he was shocked. She was ALREADY comfortable with holding his hand?!? Didn't he just embarrass himself?!? They walked into Sugarcube Corner, seeing a bright light. Suddenly, they saw..... A lone table with a white table cloth? Blue stepped up in a fancy waiter outfit.
"Hello, my good sir. Have a seat, please." He said pulling both chairs out. Red and Fluttershy sat down.
"May I take your order?" Red was confused. Why was this place SO FANCY?!? He looked back to the kitchen, seeing Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Rarity staring, smiles on their faces. His mind couldn't process this, so he went with it.
"Uhhh..... Yes?" Blue got his notebook out.
"What will you be hav-" The door opened, revealing a teenager with a black jacket. His skin was a light shade of brown, and he had one sharp tooth sticking out of his mouth. He lowered his glasses, an evil grin on his face. Blue spoke up.
"I'm not sure if you are aware, but this place reserved for these two. Come back tomorrow." Blue ordered. The boy chuckled.
"I know that it is reserved. But when I heard that it was reserved for Fluttershy...." He put his hand in his pocket, grabbing something.
"I had to see who the new one was...." Fluttershy facepalmed.
"Discord, I already told you to leave me alone. I don't like you anymore!" Discord, still smiling, walked up to Red.
"You traded me in for this dweeb? How sour of you Fluttershy." He walked over to her, touching the top of her hand. She pulled it away, her cheeks being red hot.
"I thought that you were the kindest person at CHS! Was that not true?" Blue put his hand on Discord's shoulder.
"If you would exit the restaraunt, It would be pleasant to us." Discord chuckled.
"I don't want to pleasure you though. What would be the fun in that?" He grabbed Fluttershy's arm, forcing her to stand up.
"She's coming with me!" He said, dragging her outside. The three girls attempted to catch him, and the two trainers even tried to chase him outside. They saw that he was in a car, driving away. Fluttershy was in the back, banging on the window.
"Help me!" She screamed.
"Quickly! To any car!" Blue shouted. He stopped in front of one, breaking its window to unlock it. He and Red sat down.
"Don't tell Celestia I know how to Hotwire." Blue said, starting the process. After about 30 seconds, the boys were heading off, leaving the three girls behind.
