Ch.1: The Reuniting of Mother & Daughter!/The Revival of Hateful Evil!

The Crystal Empire, a shining utopia, and home of the Crystal Ponies! I know what you're asking, 'Nathan, what makes the crystal ponies different from regular earth ponies?' Well I'll tell you if you'd just sit down and shut-up! You see, the more a crystal pony feels happiness, they then glow for a brief second, making them look much better than before, and well, good thing they have a loving leader right? Correct! Seriously, I'd be disappointed if you just skipped Season 3 altogether because of what people told you, making you unable to understand what happened in between. Anyways, Princess Cadence, ruler of Crystal Empire, and princess of love, the I guess cupid of MLP & her husband Prince Shining Armor were just leaving their castle for a picnic.

"Skyla, come-on sweetie, we're at the front doors already." Cadence called.

"Hold on mommy & daddy, I'm coming!" Said a pink unicorn filly, who was rushing towards them. "I just had to hoof bump all of the guards."

"Have a fine picnic little one!" Flash Sentry said.

"We will!" Said Nanako, I-I mean Skyla.

Then Yu Narukami enters my house.

"Did somebody say Nanako was here?'

"No! Go back to stopping the midnight stage!"

After Yu left from his brief cameo, we find ourselves at the crystal park, where the grass is always a glistening green. Cadence then began setting-up the picnic.

"Hey Skyla, while mom's setting up, wanna throw around the Frisbee?"

"Yes! Yes! Yes! Please daddy!" She said while bouncing.

"(So cute, hopefully Pinkie Pie wont mentor her in the ways of spontaneous energetic movement.)" They both thought.

So Shining & Skyla threw the frisbee back and forth for a few seconds.

"The blanket's ready." Candence called out.

"Yay! Yummy food!" Skyla chirped as she bounced to the picnic table. "I want a steamed carrot!"

"Ha, ha, slow down, here sweetie." Cadnece said while handing her a plate with a steamed carrot. "And, as a bonus." She gave Skyla an added corn on the cob.

"YAY! You 2 are the best!"

As the family was happily eating their food, a light began glistening!

"Huh?" Said Shining Armor.

"What the?" Said Cadence.

"Whoa!" Gasped Skyla

A huge white orb glistened in front of them, they had to shield there eyes from the intense light, Shining grabbed Skyla and put her behind him as he & Cadence readied themselves for what was coming! That's when red & pink hearts began being absorbed into the orb!

"What is that?" Asked Shining Armor.

"It's love! Love is being absorbed into whatever that thing is!"

"Could it be a changeling dear?"

"Maybe a new species of cherub!"

"How dare you speak that way in front of your mother Cadence!" Said the orb.

"What?!"

*Flash!*

After the light died down, they were all met with an elegant tall unicorn. Her coat was a cream color, her pink mane went to the color of night at the ends, her yellow eyes had blue eyes shadow as she smiled at Cadence. Her cutiemark was a snowflake, her body was adorned with many pieces of blue jewelry with yellow hearts on each piece of jewelry. Cadence's jaw dropped!

"Mo...mother?"

"What?!" Gasped Shining Armor & Skyla.

Cadence ran to the unnamed mare and hugged her! Hugged her tight!

"Huh, well Skyla, say hello to your grandma."

"M-mom!" Cadence said while all choked-up! She was so happy as tears rushed down her face. "I-I thought Sombra killed you!"

"Shh, shh, it's alright Cadence, it's alright...mother is here, and nothing is gonna...wait, why do you have wings?" Then she looked at Shining Armor & Skyla.

"Also, who are those 2?"

"It's a long story."

"Well, I'll gladly hear it."

Meanwhile...

"Nerzo Sir! The 200th girl has appeared! What are your orders?" Asked a lowly grunt. "Hey! I'm not a lowly grunt! I'm Garble!

Yeah, whatever, anyways, here's Nerzo's reaction: "What a stupid question! We take the many red horns we've recovered from the many worlds we've traveled to and use them to revive King Sombra! With his power, we can stop Spike, for the good of Equestria!"

"Of course! Everyone, begin the revival of King Sombra now!" The minion called out.

"Right!" The others responded.

"Now, I'll just be heading back to my posi..." He was stopped by Nerzo standing in front of him.

"No....no...."

"*gulp!*"

*Chomp!*

Nerzo ate his minion! Then n another room, Dr. Ivorobotnik AKA Eggman, was hard at work!

"Hmm...yes! This should do it! Alright...Bokkun! Orbot! Flip the switch!"

Then they flipped the switch! Electricity flowed all over the pile of red & black horns which had the alicorn amulet laying in the middle! Then dark mist began appearing!

"Grrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaagh!!!" The black unicorn king known as Sombra had arisen and his powerful aura sent Eggman & his robots back! Well except for Metal Sonic!

"Yes! It worked Eggman!" Said Grounder

"Of course it worked! I am the greatest mind in the wor..." That's when King Sombra blasted Eggman & his robots to pieces!

"Sir! King Sombra is free!"

"Hexo! Thorn! Capture him!"

Then the warlock known as Hexo & the masked dragon known as Thorn went to work with apprehending the monster by casing him within a magic bubble!

"Gragh! Let me out! That dragon & princess are gonna pay!"

"Easy, you'll get your revenge soon enough!" Thorn assured him.

Meanwhile...

"And that's the end."

"Sombra's gone, my daughter got adopted by Celestia as her niece, ascended to alicorn princess, and finally got married, took back the Crystal Empire, then had a child. Great work little one!"

"Thank you mother."

Then Princess Amore turned her attention to Shining Armor & Skyla.

"I hope to get to know you 2."

"Yay! I have a young Grandma!"

"I hope to know my own mother-in-law beyond the stories Cadence told me of you!"

"Thanks, now...why is there a statue of a dragon in this city?"

Author's Notes:

Yes, yes, yes I know, Amore's a distant relative of Cadence, but I prefer having her as Cadence's mom! At least putting in Best Filly: Princess Skyla was worth it!

Ch.2: It May be Vulgar Love, but Love Nonetheless.

"And that's what happened!" Cadence concluded.

"Hmm...so it was you who saved us all?"

"Y-yeah! T-Twilight was running out of options, so she had me take the Crystal Heart to Princess Cadence then with the light & love of the citizens, decimated King Sombra!"

Princess Amore then took a good long look at Spike.

"You look nothing like your statue." Said Princess Amore.

"Oh, Uh...sorry, I insisted on updating the statue, but the city refused!"

"Sorry Spike, but everyone prefers the cute child version of you." Said Cadence.

"*sigh!*"

"It's fine dude, if it were up to me, I'd change it no matter what they say!" Said Shining Armor.

Then him & Spike fist bumped like brothers.

"Oh, I didn't mean it in any...offensive way." Said Princess Amore.

"You didn't?"

"I know, I just meant that you've certainly grown, so...you mind explaining to me why you're not living here in the Crytsal Empire, where an entire nation loves you?"

Spike blushed as Princess Amore approached him.

"Oh, well. It's just that I have tons of friends back in Ponyville, it would be sad to just leave them all." Spike said while closing his eyes and rubbing the back of his head. "(What a flatterer, also Princess Amore is...)" Then his thoughts turned to audible words... "Is so beautiful that she blows Cadence's beauty away."

"Hey!" Said Cadence in an annoyed voice.

"Hmm hmm...you're funny."

"Huh?"

"You spoke what you were thinking."

"BWAH!!! Oh my goodness, I'm sorry Cadence!"

"It's fine." Then Cadence looked away with pouting cheeks. "Guys I'm friends with would always call my mom hotter than me."

"Aww, don't fee bad honey, I think you're more beautiful."

"Oh Shining."

Then they hugged.

"Wait! Let me join in the hug!" Said Skyla.

Spike & Amore looked at the happy family of 3.

"Mommy, Daddy, can grandma & uncle Spike join?"

Cadence & Shining motioned Spike & Amore towards them, joining in the embrace.

Later that night, Spike was standing in the balcony, watching the passing by crystal ponies walk by all happy, as the young adults party for the night, and the parents bring their sleepy children home. He leaned on the railing as he watched the full moon, with clouds covering the top and middle right of it. A wind blew in between his scales. tiny white stars scattered the night skies.

"Good evening Spike."

"Wha!" Spike gasped. "O-oh! H-h-hey Princess Amore."

"Looking over the castle I see, a hero's life knows no bounds?"

"Eh, Cadence & Shining Armor got the Crystal Empire." Spike replied. "I don't really feel like leaving my friends."

"I admire your loyalty, maybe I could come with you, seeing that my daughter has been able to treat my former citizens with a kind heart."

"Y-you really wanna come with me to Ponyville?"

"Why of course, Skyla informed me of how wonderful the citizens are whenever she came for a visit."

"Yeah, they sure are, they didn't even mind that I was a dragon, it truly is the friendship capitol of Equestria, where Princess Twilight, my boss/surrogate sister/BFF lives."

"Spike, is something wrong?"

"Hmph, we've only just met and you're already able to figure me out?"

"Yes, now tell me, why do you feel sad whenever we talk about Ponyville?"

"Well...it's just that everyone of my friends is dating now or married! AKA everyone in Ponyville." Then Spike looked away.

"That's too bad, they all chose someone over a magnificent hero."

"Why do you trust me all of a sudden? In the history books I read in this city's library, it says here a dragon crushed the Crystal Heart & scattered the pieces!"

"Yes, but if the citizens trust you, you aren't a threat, you are someone who deserves my friendship."

"(Damn...)...friendzoned by even this beauty."

"You spoke what you were thinking again."

"Ah!" Spike almost fell off the balcony as he jumped in shock!

"I wonder, what is it that's making you speak instead of think." Amore said as she came closer.

"Y-yeah, I wonder why." Spike had nowhere to run! Amore walked closer & closer to Spike as he nervously sweat.

Then once Amore was in his face, their lips dangerously close...she pulled away.

"Phew!"

"Hahah, I'll see you tomorrow."

"(Wow, falling for her just like that...now I know where Cadence got that ability.)"

The next day...

After breakfast, Spike helped wash the dishes.

"*sigh!* Another day, no girlfriend still."

What had happened last night flashed before his eyes.

"I really shouldn't be thinking of that."

"Spike!" a cute voice squeaked.

Spike turned around and Skyla gave the dragon a hug.

"(Should I really just move here?)" Spike thought as he hugged Skyla back. "(Everyone loves me here, but everyone loves me there as well...)"

"Spike, please don't leave! You just got here yesterday & we haven't even played yet."

"Skyla, don't worry, I ain't leaving till tomorrow morning, we got plenty of time to play!"

"Yay!"

"Tall, a celebrity here, handsome, can cook, and good with kids?"

"Yeah grandma, Spike is all of that!"

Spike couldn't stop smiling a blushing.

"Looks like you enjoyed the compliments." Said Amore.

"H-hey! I learned to be humble, and not let the praise go to my head!"

"But it still feels good, doesn't it Spike?"

"Y-yeah, it does."

Spike & Amore stared at eachother.

"(I can't believe.)...I'm falling for such a pretty mare again."

"You're falling in love with Grandma Amore?"

"Dang it!" Spike then looked away. "Look, I know what you'll say, it's just vulgar love, so I understand, I was rejected because of love at 1st sight. So I know you're gonna say to no to..." Then a hoof was put on his shoulder.

"Yes."

"What?!" Spike said in shock.

"What?!" Said Skyla in a happy squeak!

"You want me? Just like that?"

"Well, my husband is gone, I'm not the ruler of the Crystal Empire anymore, and all's I have is my family. So, dating someone well loved in the community is just the thing I need after losing it all..." Then her head was right under his chin. "Wouldn't you agree?"

"Well..."

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" A hoard of ponies were screaming!

"What the?"

Spike looked out the window, something was attacking the Crystal Empire!

"Skyla! Stay inside!"

"Spike what's going on?"

Then Spike & Amore began running out of the castle and then met up with Cadence & Shining Armor!

"Cadence, Shining Armor, what's wr..." Spike was then silenced by the sight! "No...way!"

"Mua ha ha ha ha ha ha! Your crystals shall be mine once again!" Roared King Sombra!

"King Sombra?!" Spike & Amore gasped.

King Sombra then looked down.

"No....you! Princess Amore! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!! I KILLED YOU!!!" He then roared again! "I TURNED YOU INTO A STATUE AND THEN SCATTERED THE PIECES TO THE WIND!!!"

"I brought her back!" Said Cadence.

"WHAT?!!!"

"Cadence, what do you mean by that?" Asked Spike.

"I arranged to put her back together as a sign of friendship all across Equestria during the summit! Remember the crystal statue?"

"The one I made sure not to eat?"

"Those were the missing pieces of Princess Amore!"

"Me?"

"Yes mother! I hoped putting the pieces together would bring you back, but it didn't work. I thought you were gone forever but then you appeared yesterday! After you met Spike? I checked with Celestia & Luna if the statue was still there, and they it disappeared! Meaning I succeeded, it just tool a while!" She Explained.

"So, all of my greatest foes have gathered before me just to die!"

"No! You're the one going down Sombra! I've beaten you once! I can do it again!"

"Hah! You're so confident are you?" That's when a pair of red & black wings sprouted!

"N...no way?!"

"Come! I insist!"

"How did you become an alicorn?!" Asked Shining Armor!

"My new allies revived me just to kill Princess Amore all over again!"

"Why?"

"I don't care! Point is! You're all gonna die here!"

Meanwhile...

"Guys, the 200th ship has emerged!" Trahzo, the author of this story announced! "Ready to follow me into battle and make sure that ship happens?"

"Yeah! Let's fucking do this!" Agreed Omnifox!

"Sure." Agreed Blood Brandy!

"Hi I'm Titaniumpony from Devinatart, I'll be guest starring!" promoted Titaniumpony!

"Let's do it!" Agreed Spikerulez302!

Then the 5 headed off to the Crystal Empire!

Ch.3: Spike vs. Thorn! Thorn's Secret.

"Ominfox! Your target is this woman! Don't let her get near Spike & Amore!" I said while handing him the picture of Mashina!

"Got it!"

"Bloody, you got this old man! Send him back to his world!" I said while handing him the picture of Narutaki!

"Sure thing!"

"Finally, Titaniumpony! Send this man back to the jail in his home world!" I said while handing him the picture of Ghetsis!

"Alright!"

"Let's go Spikerulez302!"

"Right!"

So as me & my troops take care of the others, Spike charges at Sombra!

"I'm gonna cut that horn right off and use it as a..."

Spike was then smacked by a white gloved hand!

" *grunt!* What the?"

A dragon in a white biker outfit stood before him! His suit & white helmet concealed his entire body!

"What the? Famous actor Zen Thorn? What are you doing here, and why did you just slug me?"

"Oh, I'm the one who aided in reviving this guy, and now I shall aide in kidnapping Princess Amore!"

"What?"

"Now Hexo!"

Then a human in black appeared! Used a spell to shoot fire at Cadence & Shining Armor knocking them away!

"No!" Spike cried out before being punched in the face again!

"Your opponent is me!"

Thorn went in for another punch but Spike blocked! Spike tried to Punch Thorn but Thorn ducked and then punched Spike back harder!

"Gwaaaaah!" Spike had crashed!

"Spike!" Amore gasped!

"Hexo! Grab her & take her to the ship! Her cutiemark would look lovely in a frame!"

"You...I don't think so, you..." Then Thorn opened his helmet and then blasted lightning from his mouth! "Aaaaaaaaah!"

Then Hexo surrounded Amore in a dark force field!

"Gyah!" grunted Princess Amore.

"You like? It's a special spell I made, it causes the living creatures I capture with it to feel immense pain every time they touch it!"

"AAAAAH! It hurts!"

Then Thorn and Hexo flew off!

"No! Amore!"

Spike was about to fly but that's when King Sombra captured him in his magic!

"Forgot about me you piece of miserable useless trash?"

That's when King Sombra threw Spike at the castle, the force made him smash though the walls and land face 1st on the floor!

Cadence & Shining Armor ran to Spike!

"You okay dude?"

Spike was out cold!

"Let's get him into the castle Shining!"

"Oh look, a statue in Spike's honor I wonder what would happen if I did this!"

Sombra destroyed Spike's statue! Pieces of it scattering! The citizens saw their hope being crushed!

"Muahahahaha! I'll just have a little fun with MY citizens until you come out of MY castle!"

Later...

Spike had awoke half an hour later.

"Huh? What happened?"

"You fainted after being smashed through the castle!" Said Shining Armor!

"Spike stay here & watch Skyla, we'll be back! Let's go men!" Cadence commanded!

"Yes Princess!" Then off the troops marched with Flash Sentry in front!

"Spike, are we gonna die?" Asked Skyla with worry in her eyes.

"Not if I can help it sweetie! I'm gonna go up to that ship! Then I'm gonna tear that helmet off of Thorn's head so his scales can feel the pain directly!" Spike then jumped out of the window and off he flew!"

"Go get 'em Spike!" Skyla cheered!

Meanwhile, I Trahzo & Spikerulez302 arrived to assist the Prince & Princess!

"Who are you 2?"

"Doesn't matter at the moment! We're here to help!" I told her! "Spikerulez302! Send me upwards!"

Then Spikerulez302 threw me into the air!

"Here I come King Somb....

*Bam!*

Then I was sent flying higher into the air!

"Dammit! Wait, this is perfect! The more air time I have, the more I can charge my ultimate attack!" I said to myself before charging energy into my hand!

Meanwhile...

"Hexo, while Nerzo is out, go and assist Sombra with his rampage! I got this one!"

"Fine!"

As Hexo passed by, Spike sneaked past Hexo and then entered the room Thorn is holding Amore captive!

"So, you've made it this far have you?"

"Yeah! Let Amore go!"

"No!"

"Why not?"

"It's for the safety of Equestria that this mare does not become yours!"

"Why not?"

"It's for Equestria's safety."

"Equestria's safety? How?"

"Irrelevant! Though I did have an ulterior motive for assisting in this!"

"And what would that be?"

Thorn then turned around! And pulled his helmet completely off!

"Because I hate you!" Thorn said in a Jason Todd sounding voice.

"What the!"

"I know, surprising right?" Said Thorn.

"This makes no sense at all!"

"But yet I'm here! Standing & speaking in front of you in real life!"

Spike was face to face with...

"Yeah, now that I've revealed myself, guess I don't need to call myself Thorn anymore and tell you my real name. 'Sup? The name's Spike!"

Spike couldn't believe it, this dragon that stood before Spike looked exactly like him except for his purple eyes.

"D-don't lie to me! I know you're a changeling! H-how can there be 2 of me?"

"Easy..."

*Flashback!*

"Like you, I was hatched by a unicorn, but this Twilight threw me into an orphanage as soon as I was born!"

"How do you know that?"

"Because Celestia told me! I asked her myself!"

"What?"

"Yeah! When I went to see this Twilight Sparkle I was given the cold shoulder because she didn't remember meeting a baby dragon in her life! I wanted to be friends with her, but she said no because she was busy being the best student to Princess Celestia! Y-you have no idea what it's like getting picked on constantly by the fillies & colts I lived with! I became a foster child, going from house to house, never establishing a bond! Then one day, after one of my foster parents tried to kill me..."

*Flashback!*

*Huff!* *Huff!* *Huff!*

"Get back here you worthless dragon!" Thorn ran through the snow as his pursuer held a knife! "I blame your kind for killing my wife!"

Thorn tripped and landed face 1st into the snow!

"Finally! Say goodb..."

*Shing!*

The stallion fell dead!

"That's enough." Said a voice.

"That's when Master Nerzo found me! The only kind face I've ever met! He took me away from my shitty world! He told me how I was the only Spike with no Twilight, no happy life, and no love! He told me that I had to kill you in order for my life to be rewritten and so I'd live a life of love! I may have gotten tons of fans over the years from my career as an actor, but their praise could never compare to the praise of true blue friends!"

"Poor me, you must have had it rough!"

"You have no idea! You may be me! But you don't know the pain in my heart!" Then Thorn's claws began generating electricity! "Now that you've come here to save the damn Princess from the dragon in billions of cliche romantic/fictions that has been done to fucking death and beat right down to the ground, let's make a happy ending for me! Hold still!" Then Thorn shot electricity at Spike!

Spike dashed to the left and then countered by shooting a fireball but Thorn blocked with a light screen made of lightning!

"Don't do this Thorn! Rebel against the Nerzo! You can become my brother and we can also share Twilight."

"No! I want my own Twilight! I want my own happy life! I want my own world! Spike want it all!" That's when Thorn grew! His biker outfit popped and went to pieces as he expanded! Soon he was twice as big as Spike!

Spike looked into Thorn's savage eyes with eyes of want to understand him! He saw the true misery his life had over the years! Thorn looked into Spike's eyes, seeing the light in Spike's eyes! Thorn wanted that light! Spike wanted to brighten the darkness within Thorn's eyes. Thorn tried to punch Spike, but Spike dodged then used his lender body to swiftly slither around Thorn's arm and to his head where he dealt him a powerful blow!

*Pow!*

Thorn fell back!

"Why wont you let me kill you?!" Shouted Thorn.

"Why wont you just admit you've been brainwashed into doing evil?" Shouted Spike!

"Get bent!" Thorn replied!

That's when Thorn breathed lightning all over Spike! Sure it hurt but Spike refused to stop moving! He kept on running at Thorn to hit him once again!

"Gah! Why are you winning?"

"Because, it may be the cliche love, but Amore's kind heart towards me even though we just met yesterday, has made me fall for her! And I shall be the knight who slays the dragon!" Then Spike leaped and with one last slash! Defeated Thorn!

Spike then clawed Princess Amore out of the magic bubble! The pain of Hexo's magic had made her pass out.

"You're safe with me Amore."

"Grr...I-I-I'm not done ju-just ye...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"Thorn!" Spike gasped.

"Thorn, you lost! Pathetic!"

"Master Nerzo, what is the meaning of this? I thought I was like a son to you!"

"Ha! What a great laugh you are! I only took you in, hoping you could stop Spike & his 200th shipping, but no, like all the other evil Spikes I tried to take under my insect wings, you all just fail me!"

"Th-there were others? Master you told me I was the only one!"

"And you believed my lie because you were so desperate for kindness! What a load of sad garbage you are Thorn!" Then Nerzo used his insect jaws to bite Thorn's head off! "Now then! Spike, if you'd be so kind as to surrender the mare, then Equestria shall be saved!"

"No! What's so important about stopping me from falling in love?"

"In many worlds, you fall in love & win the hearts of many different mares. But, there's something wrong with that."

"What's wrong with me being a lady's man?!"

"I found a hidden prophecy that if you win the heart of 200, then Equestria will enter a powerful war that will result in Equestria's doom!"

"That is seriously stupid!"

"It is not! I saw that future with my own spider eyes! Give me the mare! She must not be allowed to...

*BOOM!!!*

"What the?!"

"Hey Spike!" I greeted.

"Who are you?"

"The guy who stopped the revenge of King Sombra!"

"How? I gave him the magic of many horns plus the alicorn amulet!"

"Plot convenience! Spike, get out of here while I handle Nerzo!"

"I don't know who you are, but thank you!" Then Spike ran off with Amore in his arms.

As I had my epic battle with Nerzo, Spike & Amore returned to the Crystal Empire safe & sound.

"Guys, I got Princess Amore!" Spike announced.

Everyone rejoiced as Spike returned victorious. Amore awoke soon after and began quickly dating Spike, sure Cadence & Shining questioned it, but learned to accept it like how their daughter Skyla did. Spike told everyone in Ponyville that he'd be moving to the Crystal Empire. Hah, the most shocked was of course Twilight who refused to let him go at 1st, but knowing Cadence, knew Amore would be good to Spike. A year later, they got married and lived a happy life in a hut in the grasslands on the Crystal Empire with their kid.

Meanwhile in the remains of the space ship I destroyed!

"That Trahzo thinks he could kill me? Yeah right! Hexo, appear!"

"You called master?"

"I knew you weren't dead! Now come! We need to head to the world where the war of 200 ships shall happen!"

Then they entered a portal!
