Thomas and Lady stumble upon a line on the magic railroad that they've never seen before. They go to investigate and get pulled through to another world filled with colorful, talking magical ponies. They end up ponies as well, and have to get used to their new bodies and get help from a certain group of ponies. As Thomas and Lady are getting to know them, more ponies arrive, ones that Thomas knows.
