Rainbow has a small crush on somepony. How will she manage to tell him?
When Rainbow Dash gets stuck in the hospital, there is one colt who stays there to keep her company. Will she be able to admit her feelings to him? Find out! Currently being rewritten
Rainbow's Crash
Rainbow's P.O.V
I saw Soarin walk towards us. Man, I swear he actually brushed his mane today. Wait! I'm not supposed to think about how cute he looks or how handsome, or, or, ugh Rainbow snap out of it! If I can't handle standing here waiting for an assignment then I might as well leave the academy.
"Attention! Today's assignment will be to create the best tornado with a partner of your CHOICE! Last pegasus standing will get the rest of the day off. Choose your partner quickly" Soarin shouts out for us to hear. I was so lost in thought I didn't really listen.
I snaped out of my daydream and tryed to find a partner. My wing pony, Lightning Dust, walked up to me, "We should totally be a team, am I right or am I right?" she says, sarcastically.
"Umm, sure, whatever" I reply and stand in position, "As long as you don't push it to far, you got it?" "Yeah Yeah Like I would do it again" She replied hastily.
Soarin's P.O.V
"Alrighty, On YOUR MARK! GET SET! GO!" I yelled out eagerly, awaiting to see who will proceed to the next level of training. I had kept a keen eye on Rainbowdash, something just didn't seem right about her.
As the tornados started to form, I remembered what Spitfire had said, "Keep an eye on Lightning Dust, I still don't trust her after what she did" So I looked towards her tornado, which had formed quite quickly.
"WOOO HOOO! Keep it up Cadets!" I shout through a mega phone, hoping to boost their spirits.
Bulk Biceps lost control of his tornado and was launched into the air, soon followed by his partner and four other pegasi.
It's all up to Rainbow and Lightning, I wonder who will fall first I thought to myself, but I then gasped at the sight of Rainbow Dash falling out of the tornado bleeding.
I rushed to her aid and carried her down to the ground.
"Rainbow! Why are you bleeding!"
Rainbow's P.O.V (When the tornado's start)
As soon as Soarin said go, I leaped up into the air, streaking through the sky and went around in circles with Lightning following behind me.
Our tornado formed quickly, quicker than the others.
I flew around in circles and passed by Lightning dust. By the second time a flew past her, she turned over to face me, flying backwards.
"What are you doing?" I asked through gritted teeth.
"Nothing but a little old kick" She said laughing as she kicked me in the jaw .
I fell to the ground unconscious, and was out cold for a long time.
Soarin's P.O.V (Back in the present)
"Everypony STOP!" I yell out to everypony in the area. They all freeze and look towards me.
"Wha-What iz it soarin?" Derpy asks me. I look towards her with a troubled look. "Somepony hurt Rainbow, and I'm pretty sure that it was intentional" I say, and looked towards Lightning Dust who was walking towards us.
"Huh, what happened to Rainbow CRASH here? Looks like she took quite a fall" Lightning said harshly, acting like a total jerk, "Well, I guess I am going to the next level while you losers aren't" She walks away, smiling.
I see ponys coming over with a stretcher. Well I guess that Rainbow will be taken care of now, but I swear it was lightning dust who knocked her out, and most likely made her bleed. Aww man, I really wish Lightning dust was kicked out of the academy. Hmm, maybe if I get a pie and ask Lightning dust to come to spitfire's office, I could ask her what happened, and I would get the truth with that potion I got for my birthday. What I would do for Rainbow and get this incident sorted out. I can't help but think about how to get the truth out of Lightning Dust, before I ask Rainbow dash when she wakes up.
"Umm excuse me sir, but I just wanna say that you catching this here pony was mighty nice of ya, she would have probably had broken a few bones if she had actually landed on the ground", said a colt who had helped bring the stretcher.
"Huh? Oh yes, thank you for the complement, but is Rainbow dash going to be ok?", I ask him.
"Oh yes, thanks to you, she will be just fine in a few days", He replies, "Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get this pony to the hospital. Have a good day!" With those words spoken, he turns away to help carry the stretcher to a cart that will be pulled to the hospital not to far away.
I turn around and dismiss the class, and walk towards Spitfire's office in complete silence. When I reach my destination, I open the door and turn my gaze towards Spitfire.
"Hey Soarin! Uhh, why do you seem so upset? I thought you loved the tornado assignment", Spitfire says, giving me a troubed look.
"Oh no, it's not that Capt-err Spitfire, it's just that Rainbow dash's partner for this exercise was Lightning Dust, and Rainbow fell out of her tornado unconscious and her jaw was bleeding." I reply hastily, avoiding eye contact.
"Hmm, You did say her partner was Lightning Dust, so therefore, Lightning Dust could have possibly have done this" Spitfire replies, "But we need a plan to get the truth. The best way is to ask Rainbow Dash when she wakes up, but since Lightning Dust is suspect, I would say to keep her from any activities until Rainbow Dash can talk again"
"Sounds perfect to me Spitfire!" I reply happily, this will be great! I'm surprised how quickly Spitfire thought of this solution, it was way better than my plan, I think to myself as I dismiss myself from Spitfire's office.
In the Hospital

"Hmm, Nurse I will need you to get Ms.Rainbow a glass of water, I think she is waking up", said Dr.Stable as he walked up to the hospital bed where Rainbow Dash was sleeping, "Oh and also tell her friends. I think that they are in the waiting room"
"Oh yes, I will go get her a glass of water and tell her friends, I'll be right back" replied Nurse Redheart as she trotted out of the room.
"Ugh, what happened?", moaned Rainbow Dash as she woke up.
"Apparently you fell out of a tornado with a bleeding jaw and a broken rib", replied Dr.Stable, turning off a few machines.
"Oh, yeah that" said Rainbow as she looked down at the floor.
Nurse Redheart walked into the room with a glass of water and a group of ponies.
"RAINBOW!! OH MY GOSH I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR ALRIGHT! I JUST GOTTA THROW A PARTY!", Pinkie Pie yells out excitedly as she pulled her party canon into view.
"Pinkie! Now is not the time for a party", Twilight exclaims, using her magic to teleport the pink party canon back to Pinkie's house.
"Umm, hello guys, what are you doing here?" Rainbow asks the small crowd of ponies that are gathered in her hospital room.
"We came to see you of course darling, what else would we be doing?" Rarity replies.
"Oh yeah, I knew that.", Rainbow says sarcastically.
"Uhh, hey Rainbow Dash, Spitfire sent me to ask about what happened, uhh, when your able too" Soarin mutters, looking towards Rainbow Dash, "And to keep you company, if you like"
"Girls, and guys, ah think it's about time ta leave, visitin hours are almost over" said Applejack, beckoning everypony to follow her.
"Well, I gotta stay here, uhh ,see y'all later I guess!" Soarin says nervously, walking over to a cot that had been set up for him.
"Goodnight to you all" said Dr.Stable, walking out of the room, closing the door behind him.
"Hey Soarin, why are you staying here, and sleeping here?" Rainbow asks, looking at Soarin who was currently fluffing his pillow.
"Well, Spitfire told the hospital staff that I'm staying here for the next few days to keep you company, and also to find out what happened"
"Well, okay then...Goodnight Soarin"
"Goodnight to you to Rainbow"

"Good morning you two, it's time to get up, your breakfast is ready", Dr.Stable says as he places two trays down on two separate tables with his magic.
"Geez is it morning already?" mutters Rainbow Dash, sitting up in her hospital bed.
"It is, I guess", replies Soarin, getting off of his cot and grabbing his tray with his mouth, "Mmm, pieeeee"
Rainbow dash face-hoofed. "Seriously Soarin?! OHMYGOSH! CHOCOLATE WAFFLES!!"
"Seriously Rainbowdash?" Soarin replied.
"Seriously you both?!" Dr.Stables exclaimed, face-hoofing, "I have other patients to tend to, goodbye" With that said, Dr.stable walked out of the room.
"So Rainbow, what did happen in the tornado that got you so hurt?" Soarin asks, finishing his pie.
"You really want to know Soarin?" Rainbow replies, looking at her now demolished waffles.
"Well, yeah, I do"
"Ok then, here goes: I was in the tornado, and I was flying past Lightning Dust. By the second time I flew past her, she turned around, looking at me and flying backwards. I said 'What are you doing Lightning dust?' and she replied 'Nothing but a little old kick'. After she replied to me she kicked me in the jaw. I tried to fly away before more damage could be done, she kicked me again, breaking my rib and knocking me out of the tornado unconscious." Rainbow said sadly, looking out the window.
"Well, I'm terribly sorry to hear that Lightning Dust was the one who did this to you" Soarin replies, "But I want you to know that you have gone to the next level of training, and you will not be seeing anymore of Lightning Dust"
"OHMYGOSH OHMYGOSH OHMYGOSH OHMYGOSH OHMYGOSH OHMYGOSH" Rainbow exclaims.
To admit your feelings
A/N Rainbow is a tad bit OOC just so u know 
Rainbow Dash and Soarin were sitting in the hospital room, creating an epic Daring Do game that was to be played by the two of them. While creating this game, Rainbow noticed how odd Soarin was looking at her, weird glances or just plain out staring.
"So if we put the the river with the rockodiles here, then the player would have to roll enough numbers to cross it safely or else be eaten and sent back to start", says Soarin looking up towards Rainbow.
"That sounds great Soarin! Umm, by the way, why do you keep staring at me?" Rainbow dash replies.
"Oh, no reason, no reason at all", Soarin sighs, staring into Rainbow's eyes. Rainbow Dash looked away and grabbed her glass of water on the bedside table.
"This is getting a tad bit weird Soarin", Rainbow says.
"Uhh, never mind that, we need to finish the game, right?" Soarin asks, looking away.
"Yeah, let's get to it", Rainbow replies.
After finishing the game, and playing it five times in a row, Dr.Stable walks in with lunch and good news.
"Well Rainbow Dash, your time with us has come to an end, you can go home tomorrow!" Dr.Stable says happily, adjusting Rainbow's bandages.
"Already Doc? I mean, I've been here a few weeks and I don't think my rib has healed" Rainbow Dash says, puzzled.
"Oh Rainbow Dash, you saw the X-rays. Your rib is just fine", Dr.Stable replies, as happy as he was when he first came in.
"Hey that's great for you Rainbow! You can get right back to training to be a Wonderbolt!" Soarin joins into the conversation.
"I guess it is time to head back to the academy and become a wonderbolt!" Rainbow exclaims.
"That's the spirit!" Dr.Stable and Soarin exclaim in unison.
"Well, I best be going, see you tomorrow!", Dr.stable says happily, walking out of the room.
That night, Rainbow had trouble sleeping.
"Hey Soarin"
"Yeah Rainbow?"
"You awake?"
"Yeah"
"Well, I just wanted to say, uhh, I, uhh, love you Soarin, I really do"
"I love you to Rainbow"
"Huh? You mean it?"
"Of course I do Rainbow, I always did ever since I laid eyes on you"
"Me too Soarin"
Soarin got up and walked over to the hospital bed where Rainbow lay, and kissed her. "Goodnight Rainbow Dash"

"I dunno bout' you guys, but as much as I wanna stay, we should give Rainbow some privacy, after all, she is injured," Applejack said, beckoning everyone to follow her out of the room. I wasn't going to say anything, I was just gonna let them talk.

"I think that's good, Goodnight Soarin," she said as she nuzzled him.
