Sunset turn to the princesses parents and little brother who are tied up and have duct tape over their mouths. After she learn who Sailormoon is, all she needed to do was capture her family and hold them till Moon came home. Followed by her using a knife to cut into her little brother’s arm and placing the knife at his neck, for Moon to place the crystal on the table. And now with the crystal in her her hands as a power source she can use her magic again. (2)

“Don’t worry, I’m not forgetting the other scouts or those other magical girls. Too bad you all kept yourselves hidden and never contact each other. Just makes things easier for me,” Sunset said teleporting away to get the other magical girls magic objects.

“Nope as the only way for that Neo Tokyo or Silver whatever age of peace where Moon rules. Is by the magical girls not doing anything to stop the great freeze from killing off most of the people of that world off. And them taking over and such,” Twilight said.

“Seen it happen so many times with the Moon kingdom. So we’re not going to help people who are willing to allow something like the great freeze to happen so that their version of what should happen and with them on top to happen,” Sunset said.

1 - Seeing how all the magical girls need to talk to use their magic. Removing their tongue so that they can’t speak will prevent them from ever being able to transform or use magic again.

2 - The reason why this doesn’t happen in magical girl shows, with the only expedition being Star Vs. the forces of evil. Where Toffee captured Marco, forcing Star to give up her wand or watch Marco die. Is because it works and that people in those setting have a mindset, where even if the magic girl interacts with people she knows for years, and even if the magic prevents people from recognizing them, while doing nothing to hide how they act or sound like.

Like if Batman still acts the same as he does as Bruce Wayne and doesn’t bother to change his voice. People who known him for years will be completely fooled. Or like the only talking horse in the world, Will have no one figuring out that the talking superhero horse who wears a mask that only covers his eyes will have everyone fooled.

I don’t like how lazy magical girls writers are, in hiding who the magical girls are, with some exceptions mainly the ones that have the girls look different from how they are outside of magical girl time. I feel it’s like how the one person in the Chicken Boo cartoons who knows he’s a giant chicken while everyone else around them can’t see it.
