"Oh my gosh, there are so many cute babies, I can't tell which one is Pinkie's!" Fluttershy exclaims, pressing her face against the glass. which separated her and the babies. Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich are fiancées, and Pinkie has been in the hospital due to being pregnant with twins. Both fillies.  Thanks to Twilight Sparkle, the pair have had a list of over 100 names, relating to mostly pie.

"From what I've heard, they're twin fillies!" Twilight Sparkle says, also looking into the room containing all the babies.

Soon enough, a door is heard creaking open, as Nurse Redheart steps out, levitating a clipboard. "Um... any ponies here for... Pinkamena Diane Pie aka Pinkie Pie?" She calls out. The mane '5' head over to Her, and Nurse Redheart guides them to Pinkie Pie's room.

"I bet one's going to be a unicorn or something!" Rainbow Dash exclaims.

"Why do you say that?" Applejack asks.

"Because that's what happened with the cakes! One's a unicorn, one's a pegasus. Heck, I even think Pinkie will probably have an alicorn!" Rainbow Dash jokingly shouts, making the group laugh.

FInally, they reach Pinkie Pie's room. Twilight puts her ear to the door. No sound. No crying. "I'll leave you all alone now. Call me using the button if you need anything!" Nrse Redheart says, walking away.

Twilight knocks on the door, and a bubbly voice yells "COME IIIIIIIN!" and like said, they walk in.

The room is dimly lit, to strain the newborn's sight. Cheese Sandwich was standing next to the bed Pinkie Pie was laying on. In her hooves were two earth pony foals, both fillies. One had the same coat colour as Cheese Sandwich, but the same mane style and colour as Pinkie. The other had the same coat colour as Pinkie Pie, but the same mane style and colour as Cheese Sandwhich.

"Oh my... they're sooooooo cute!" Fluttershy steals, taking a good long look at the twins.

Pinkie Pie giggles. "I know right? They're like... the cutest!"

"So... have you decided on any names yet? You did read over my list of 257 names relating to pie and sandwich, right?" Twilight Sparkle asks, gaining a nod from Pinkie as a reply.

"Yes! We have decided on... Treacle Pie for the yellow one..." Pinkie introduces, glancing at the golden-yellow filly, who lets out a yawn. "And this is Sugar-Cream Pie!" The pink filly also yawns, making everypony in the room 'Aaaaw!'.

"Doesn't Cheese mind that both the fillies are taking Pinkie's surname?" Rarity asks, flipping her mane.

"Nah, I don't mind at all! I think it suits the kids to be honest!" Cheese replies, smiling. After a while, the babies burst out crying and everypony else left to give the new family some peace. Pinkie and Cheese have decided to get married a few months after the babies have been born so they can be part of the wedding.

Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich awoke again in the night. Since their babies were 100% healthy, they were aloud to go home. But peaceful nights don't last forever, and Sugar-Cream burst out crying in the middle of the night. Cheese Sandwich decided to take care of her whilst his fiancée had a deserving sleep.

"Ssssh, it's okay... it's okay..." He whispers to Sugar-Cream, who continues to cry. Cheese feeds her a bottle, and she instantly spits it out and begins crying. Cheese sighs, and hears hoof-steps trot downstairs. Cheese carries Sugar-Cream downstairs to check out who the pony was, and sure enough, it was Pinkie Pie.

"Hey honey, what are you doing down here? I told you I could handle the babies whilst you rest." Cheese Sandwich asked his fiancée, who was warming up some milk for both babies.

"Silly Sandwich, I'm making this so they can sleep better! I'm fine!" Pinkie blurts out in her usual bubbly tone. She bounces over to Cheese and gives a quick peck on the cheek. She glances at Sugar-Cream for a moment. "Oh... I'd never thought I'd be a mother of such utie pies! HAHA, get it? CUTE PIES! BECAUSE I'M PINKIE PIE!" She laughs, snorting in between.  The couple share a quick hug, before Sugar-Cream is fast asleep in her crib, and they both head off to bed.

It was a peaceful night from there.
