A Colt's life.
Chapter 3: The Heist (P2)
Previous Chapter"Hurry the hell up gane!" Manson said, trying to rush the already nervous colt.
"Gane, you need to hurry, I have multiple heat signatures coming up the stairwell..." Max said, informing Gane.
Gane was not near halfway done, and the small error of slipping with one of his tools set him back. He proceeded to cut into the sides of the bolts. He finished the third out of six industrial bolts. Surprisingly to Gane, it was incredibly easy to cut into these bolts. None-the-less, Gane continued almost dropping the tools again. He took his hand-crank drill, and cut into the fourth bolt. The drill wouldn't cut the bolt. He pressed harder, before taking out his gun and shooting the fourth bolt. He did the same with the other bolts, and collected the shells and rounds, to keep the evidence with him. He then used a cloth to wipe up the gunpowder cinders, for safety. "The chopper is here!" Briff said in a happy voice. "Are you done?" Jakob asked. Gane nodded yes. Gane wrapped up his toolkit, and put it in his Kevlar-coated backpack. "Ok, Briff, pull of the hatch!" Manson commanded. "Got it." Briff responded. Briff pulled off the solid steel safe door with ease. Manson grabbed the bag inside, and most of the diamonds. He put the sparkling gems inside the bag, and ran to the roof saying, "Lets go!". They all rushed up the emergency access door up to the roof. "Get to the choppa!" Jumpy Quoted, with his love of movies. They ran up into the pitch black chopper, got in, and flew away. By the time the guards got up into the diamond room, they found out that the other guards have been tranquilized, and the diamonds were gone. They also found out that the tripwires, cameras, and other safety functionalities were disabled, and that there was no deaths, and one injury. The injury was a broken arm, from a person falling and hitting a solid iron statue. The broken statue was taken out of the one's pay. But he did receive full medical benefits, from working there for over 20 years, and not using any of his 98 accumulated sick days. He lost a total of 34$ out of one of his 2000$ paychecks. And the CEO of the company was broadcasted across the bank, showing basically everyone how his bowels don't work well.

"Ok fillies, gather 'round. Lets see our loot." Manson said, with a very pleased tone in his voice. "Yay, loot! What did we plunder, captain?" Jumpy said, obviously joking. "Finally, some cash!" Max exclaimed. "It isn't cash yet." Jakob said, trying to make max sad. It didn't work. Manson opened the bag. He dumped out all the diamonds onto a tray. He found a little object at the bottom, and it was blinking red. "Shit!" Manson yelled. "We cant stay here anymore, we have to find a new hiding spot!" Max said, in a very worried voice. "Brother, help me pack this stuff up please!" Max said to Briff. "Ok" Briff responded. Briff and Max started packing up the computers, scales, ammunition, and other supplies. Jakob started helping the two. "Gane, how did you not notice this?!?!?" Manson said, yelling at Gane. "Manson, fuck off! You were the one who grabbed the bag! If anyone is to blame, its you!" Max yelled, dropping a keyboard. "No need to fight people! We need to help each other, to get going!" Jumpy said, in a rare moment of sanity. Gane took the tracking chip out of Manson's hands, and threw the chip out of a window, into a old, broken car. He packed up the diamonds, and they all left in Max's van, with all of the necessary items. They then lit the warehouse on fire, and after they got 52 meters away, set off a 20 pound load of plastic explosives.
