Mane 6 Creepy Stories
Chapter 1: Hell's Angel
Author's Notes:
I'm sorry that I personally don't have an editor, but this will be the last one (I hope if I can find an editor) where I won't have anybody pre-read my stories.
Twilight ran as fast as she could to Fluttershy's loney, desert cottage. She didn't hear what Fluttershy needed from her, but she did know that this was an emergency. When she arrived at the cottage, she could see Fluttershy standing in the doorway.
"Pl-please! Come in quick!" the yellow mare said as loud as she could in her quiet voice.
"What happened?" asked Twilight looking pretty panicked. Fluttershy wiped the tears starting to build in her eyes with her left hoof.
"Oh it's just terrible! My pet Angel is in terrible!" Twilight ran into the kitchen area of Fluttershy's cottage saw Angel Bunny laying there, on a blood-stained rug. The poor bunny was laying there on his left side twitching, crying, and clenching the huge open wound where his arm should be. "He was trying to make a sandwhich," Fluttershy started, "when he slipped and fell off the counter and cut his little arm off." Fluttershy pointed to the knife and the bunny's unattached arm laying on the rug. "Please! You've gotta help me Twilight! Don't you have a spell for fixing this?"
"Fluttershy , just because i'm an alicorn now doesn't mean I know any spells for fixing something like this!" Twilight yelled back to the yellow mare.
"Well there's nopony else to turn to! I am the only animal specialist in Ponyville and I've already done what I can with him. Since nothing I was doing was stopping the bleeding completely, I thought you might have a spell for stopping it." Twilight thought about this for a second, trying to think of something.
"How long has Angel Bunny been bleeding?" asked Twilight.
"Umm, about 12 minutes," Fluttershy responded.
"I can stop the bleeding, but I don't think that's going to save him. He's lost a lot of blood that can't be put back in. All this will do is slow down his suffering."
"So...nothing will save him?" Twilight looked down at her hooves, lowering her head, hating what she'd have to say next.
"No. I'm sorry." Fluttershy bursted in tears. She broke down onto the still bloody floor with her face down. Even though her sobbering was muffled because of the floor, Twilight noticed that her crying for Angel was louder than her actual voice. "Fluttershy, I know this may seem like a weird request but it might be better for Angel." Fluttershy looked up to meet Twilight's eyes.
"Wh-what?"
"Obviously Angel is in a lot of pain," Twilight said and pointed at the twitching bunny. "Well, do you think that he should be, *gulp*, put out of his misery?" Twilight was expecting Fluttershy to cry even harder than she already was. But that wasn't the case. Fluttershy lifted her head up from the floor and cleared up her eyes, although they were still a light red.
"I've thought about that Twilight," Fluttershy started, "but I can't do that to him."
"Well, there aren't many options for him. He's going to go either way. I suggest just ending his suffering." Twilight explained. Fluttershy looked at her red and white colored bunny and kneeled down close to it.
"Angel, sweetie, um-does it hurt very bad?" Angel nodded. "Would you li-like me to make it stop?" Angel nodded again. "Would you still love me if I made it stop?" Angel nodded once more, only this time he didn't completely get what Fluttershy was trying to ask. "Ok." Fluttershy bent over and grabbed the knife that cut off Angel's arm. Fluttershy's mind was racing with only two thoughts. Should she really go through with this. She was the element of kindness after all. But what would be considered kind? Killing an animal so it won't feel pain anymore or not killing an animal and letting it suffer? Well Fluttershy had already made up her mind, but didn't think it was the best decision. Fluttershy gently placed the knife above Angel's neck. With a quick snap of the wrist, the bunny stopped crying. "I'm sorry Angel," Flutteshy whispered.
"I'm sorry you had to do this Fluttershy. If you need someone to talk to about this, I'm there. You know where I'll be." Twilight told the yellow mare, and left. Fluttershy looked outside of the window of her now even lonelier cottage.
"Still pretty light out. It'll get dark soon." The yellow mare started to put her bunny into a horseshoe box and left with the box under her right wing.
The late-afternoon soon became evening and Fluttershy had walked deep into the Everfree forest. The yellow mare wanted to burry her fluffy companion in the same place she rescued him. When she finally reached the area, she rest down the horseshoe box onto the ground. She then started to dig up a hole in the ground with her bare hooves. When she was finished, she picked a lavender flower off of a bush and put it into the box. She refilled the hole back up with the dirt it once had. Fluttershy kissed the pile of dirt where under it laid her bunny. Fluttershy was about to continue off with her life until she heard a whimpering from behind the bush of lavender flowers. She moved the bush away to reveal a white bunny laying there with its arm broken.
"Do you need help there little guy?" Fluttershy asked the white creature. The rabbit looked over to the pony and extended the arm of his that wasn't broken. Fluttershy picked the bunny up slowly and trotted home with him on her back. This seemed like deja-vu to Fluttershy. This is almost exactly how she found Angel. Fluttershy just thought of it being a coincidence, so she didn't worry about it. She just wanted to help the little guy. Just like she did with Angel.
When Fluttershy arrived at her cottage, she immediately ran for her first aid kit. She opened up the drawer it was in, grabbed it with her mouth, and closed the drawer. She stumbled a bit running around her house to get everything else he might need. She was finally done after about 5 minutes and had come back to the bunny with a home-made cast. She put it on his arm and adjusted it to his perfect size. The bunny walked over to Fluttershy's forehoof and hugged it, since because he's so small that's the most he could hug. Fluttershy was experiencing major deja-vu now. Everything this rabbit was doing was exactly what Angel did when she saved him. Fluttershy suddenly had a crazy thought that maybe this was Angel, but reincarnated. But there have just been those instances where this new bunny was like Angel. Besides that there wasn't anything really similar between the two.
"Hey there, um, would you like to be my very special bunny pet?" Asked Fluttershy. The little rabbit nodded, which made Fluttershy so happy that she hugged him. "Um...is there a certain name you would like me to call you?" The bunny looked around the room to see if there was something that sounded cool as a name. The bunny kept looking until he found a framed picture of Angel and Fluttershy together. He hopped up onto the table the picture was on and pointed to it. Fluttershy walked over to the table and said "That was my last bunny. His name was Angel." The bunny looked over at the picture and just stared. He did nothing but stare. "Would you like me to call you Angel?" Fluttershy said noticing that the bunny was starring at the photo. He nodded with no expression. "Oh good! Well is there anything you want to eat, Angel?" Angel replied with a gesture that said no. "Ok! Tell me if you need anything! I'll be in my room for a bit." With that said, Fluttershy happily walked away. Angel was alone, and free to do whatever. He hopped around the cottage for a while, looking at everything and every animal. After a bit of hopping around, Angel's stomach growled. He was hungry but he didn't want disturb his new owner. He went over to the cottage's kitchen and peaked into Fluttershy's fridge. He found his favorite food of course, carrots, from the previous bunny living there. But he wasn't hungry for carrots, as that's his normal meal. He craved something different...a sandwhich maybe?...
It had happened again. The same way as before. Fluttershy didn't care as much for the second bunny as it wasn't with her for 7 years, like Angel the first. Fluttershy set down a different shoebox next to Angel's burial spot.
"I'm sorry you had to go too little guy," Fluttershy said, " Hopefully you get to meet Angel Bunny up in Rabbit Heaven." Fluttershy was walking away when she heard a whimper from behind the lavender bush. She split it apart to find another white, fluffy rabbit with it's arm broken. "Woah, this is the third time this happened!" She picked up the rabbit and took it home.
The same thing happened about ten more times. Fluttershy of course thought of this as being abnormaly weird. Each time she saved a rabbit behind the lavender bush, the rabbits seemed to hate Fluttershy. More and more they disliked Fluttershy, until there was one left. The last one...
This one didn't happen to accidently hurt himself. So he was able to sleep in Fluttershy's cottage. The only thing was that Twilight was coming to sleepover so he would have to sleep on Fluttershy's couch. When Twilight finally arrived, Fluttershy introduced her newest pet, Angel, to her.
"Wow Fluttershy, it's great that you've gotten over Angel the first! How is Angel the second doing?" Asked Twilight.
"Angel the second? This is Angel the twelth!"
"You had 11 other bunnies named Angel!?, said Twilight shocked, "how did you have 11 other bunnies in 11 days? What happened to them?"
"Well, when I burried Angel the first I found that a bunny was hurt behind this lavender bush. Ever since then, every bunny I saved hurt itself in the same way Angel had and I wasn't able to save them. I go back to that same spot to burry them an-"
"Wait hold on," Twilight interupted, "a lavender bush? Bunnies passing away and being hurt in the same way? Fluttershy. Can you take me to this bush and take Angel with us?"
"Sure, ok" Fluttershy said quietly.
"Also, bring a shoebox. And the knife that the previous Angels have died by."
Fluttershy took Twilight and Angel to the "bunny graveyard" and set down the horseshoe box and knife Twilight said to bring.
"Why did you want me to bring this stuff Twilight?" Asked Fluttershy. Twilight took a close look at the lavender bush's flowers it had.
"Watch," Twilight said as she grabbed both the knife and Angel the twelvth. Twilight cut off Angel's arm and left him be on the ground.
"TWILIGHT WHY DID YOU DO THAT!?" Fluttershy exclaimed.
"Watch," Twilight said again.
"HE'S GOING TO DIE TWILIGHT!" After a few minutes, the bunny stopped crying and had went into the light. Twilight dug up a hole and told Fluttershy to look behind the bush. There was no bunny to be seen behind the bush.
"Now look over here," Twilight told Fluttershy. Twilight put the bunny into the shoebox, and into the empty, dirt hole. As soon as she filled it up back with dirt, Fluttershy and Twilight could hear whimpering behind the lavender bush.
"Wha-how?" Asked Fluttershy stunned.
"That's not just any lavender flower bush, it's a "Lavender Memory" bush. It varies on what it does based on the scenario, but it looks like it's constantly showing when you met Angel and when you last saw him."
"Okay. How do I stop it from doing that?" Asked Fluttershy.
"You don't," said Twilight. "At least, not completely."
"Well how can I at least make this a bit better?" Asked Fluttershy.
"You have to remove and burn the flower that is inside of Angel's coffin," Twilight responded. "It won't stop it forever, but it will make it to where it won't harm you."
"How would the clones of Angel hurt me? Can't I just ignore the fake rabbit?"
"You can but you shouldn't. The flowers contain a magic that can destroy cities without using its full power. If the clone is ignored, it will gain a mind of its own and will hunt down the beholder of the memory. In other words, it will come after you and try to kill you." Fluttershy wasn't expecting to hear that from Twilight.
"Ok well if it's going to try to kill me, why don't I just burn the flower?"
"You can. I don't know what will happen though. I only know so much about these evil flowers."
"What do you think I should do Twilight?" Asked the yellow mare.
"I'm honestly not sure Fluttershy. You can either ignore it and try to live your life in fear, or you can burn the flower with unknown consequences." Fluttershy thought about this. Everything rode on her next decision. She chose but didn't tell Twilight. She walked up to the first Angel's little grave. She dug up the spot with her bare hooves until they finally touched the horseshoe box. Fluttershy opened the box and took out the lavender flower. It looked just the same as when she put it in, but this time there was a red aura around it, as to show that it was pure evil. She put down the flower and turned towards Twilight.
"Can you burn it, please?" Twilight pointed her horn towards the flower and set it aflame. Fluttershy jumped at the instant spark and stared at the flower. It was shriveling up but the aura around it was getting noticably darker and larger. Fluttershy turned to Twilight again but she was gone.
"Twilight? Where'd you go?" BOOM! A flash of lightning crashed down onto the flower and burned it into a pile of ashes. The aura became its own form and hovered above the ashes. "Finally, its going away." Fluttershy said to herself. The blood red aura, in a split second, flew into the grave Angel the first was in. Fluttershy stared at the grave and lifted up one hoof, getting ready to run. From Angel's grave arose a white bloodied paw. Another rose up after and was this time holding a knife. It looked just like the one used to end Angel's life. Fluttershy looked down at the basket, trying to find that same knife, but it disappeared. "H-how did you take it Angel?" But the thing wasn't Angel. Sure it had Angel's mortal body, but the thing controlling it was a tortured, demonic soul. In a very deep and scary voice, the demon ignored Fluttershy's question, and said
"It's time." Fluttershy was confused and scared.
"It's time for what? What did you do with Angel?" The demon ignored Fluttershy's question again.
"I can't wait to be with you Fluttershy" Fluttershy was scared out of her mind now.
"TWILIGHT! HELP ME! TWIIIILIGHT!" The demon stopped walking towards Fluttershy and said
"Twilight? Oh, you must've meant that." The demon smiled, showing razor sharp teeth and pointed towards the tree above Fluttershy. At the end one of the tree branches was Twilight's decapitated head. Twilight's eyes were rolled back and and her mouth was open, as if she were trying to say something.
"Oh god" whispered Fluttershy to herself.
"If you are so worried about your friends Twilight and Angel, you can join them..."
"No"
"...IN HELL!" The demon lunged forward at Fluttershy's neck and slit it open with the knife Angel died by.
Fluttershy woke up in her bedroom.
"Was that a dream or is this really hell?" Fluttershy looked down at her hooves.
"Welcome" said a voice behind her. She looked over and saw the demon, out of Angel's body. Angel was cut open and had him and his intestines hanging out. Same with Twilight, who was on the other side of the room. "Now, we can really play..."
