After the recent incident with the "Great and Powerful" Trixie and Ursa Minor in Ponyville, Lieutenant Captain Fidelitas is sent to the town in "Operation Shield" - an effort to prevent the incident from being repeated. But two Agents of Chaos in Ponyville are ready to play spoiler, and the temporary absence of Fidelitas removes a buffer between Lieutenant Captains Shining Armor and Aten.
