From his youth, Joshua McInnis encountered numerous supernatural events. Most of these events were things that others would consider as mere coincidence... but he knew better.

Too many coincidences, too many patterns, helped prove to him that there was more to it. Some actual practices in his past helped only confirm his belief that supernatural energies and events exist within existence itself.

This belief helped guide his journey throughout his life, and it finally bore fruit.

Now, he has begun a journey beyond his reality. A journey starting in the peaceful world of Equestria, where the start of the paradise life he sought begins. But... will it really be so simple?
