Sweetie Belle decides to visit Button Mash after him leaving her for quite a while, when she gets there, she finds something that was not suppose to happen.
What is love? Well, love is beautiful and can bring happiness to everyone in the world. In this case... Sweetie Belle doesn't have anypony for Hearts and Hooves day coming up. So Apple Bloom and Scootaloo try to cheer her up by having her visit Button at Manehattan. But, when they get there... Button did something that he shouldn't have done.
A Colt that Broke her Heart.

Months... It had been months since Button had left her. She still has the necklace he gave her, and she never took it off. She wore it all the time. She even remembered what he had said before he left.

"This is it." Button sighed.
"Here..." Sweetie Belle said.
She gave him a music note necklace.
"To remember me."
"Thanks, Sweetie Belle." Button said.
"No problem, I hope you'll come back and visit." Sweetie Belle whispered.
"Hey, don't worry I'll be back, I promise!" Button said, trying to cheer her up.
Button pulled out something out of his saddlebags and it was a Minecraft diamond necklace. She smiled and accepted the gift. She wore it, and he wore her necklace.
"Promise?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"I promise." Button yelled cheerfully.
With one last tight hug, Button got into the car and it began to pull away.
Her body acted on its own, Sweetie Belle, crying harder than ever, took off after the car. She looked up and saw Button crying as well with his hoove on the window. She ran and ran until her little legs couldn't take it anymore. She watched the Mash family's car turn a corner.
Button had left Ponyville, had left Sweetie Belle. She sat there alone on the empty road.
"Oh Button Mash, why?, why did you have to leave me, I'll never forget you," She said, as she looked down at the necklace Button gave her and cried uncontrollably.
Apple Bloom and Scootaloo were searching for Sweetie Belle and spotted her sitting alone in the middle of the road. They walked up to her and Scootaloo said,
"What's wrong Sweetie Belle?"
"B-B-B-Button Mash, h-he's gone." She said, while sobbing.
Scootaloo and Apple Bloom hugged her trying everything they could to cheer her up, but it didn't work.

"Promise?" Sweetie Belle heard in her head constantly.
Sweetie Belle sniffled, and wiped an escaping tear off her face.
"Oh Button, please come back soon for Hearts and Hooves Day, I'd hate to spend it by myself." Sweetie Belle thought.
Sweetie Belle was desperate for him to come back, she hoped and hoped every single day that he would come back to Ponyville. But, eventually... She gave up hope and almost completely forgot about him. Now that February was here, she instantly remembered that February is the time of romance and love everywhere you go.
Scootaloo and Apple Bloom went and explored all of Ponyville and learned so much about the place. Sweetie Belle rarely hanged out with them, since Apple Bloom and Scoots were sick and tired of Sweetie Belle being depressed most of the time. But now was the time that they would save their friend's broken heart, and make her happy.

- Outside Carousel Boutique -
"Hey Scoots." Apple Bloom asked.
"Yea?" Scootaloo answered.
"Ah reckon it's time Sweets has to move on from Button Mash. She hasn't been acting like herself ever since he left Ponyville." Apple Bloom confirmed.
"That's why we're here... So we can help her move on." Scootaloo complained.
Apple Bloom rolled her eyes and knocked on the door.
After a couple of minutes, Rarity answered the door.
"Hi Rarity!" Apple Bloom and Scootalop yelled cheerfully.
"Hello there, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo. What brings you two here?" Rarity asked.
"We came here to talk to Sweetie. Is she here?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Oh yes, she's here... She's in her room if you need her." Rarity answered.
Apple Bloom and Scootaloo smiled at each other and quickly ran upstairs.
They knocked on her door and waited for a response.
"Sweetie Belle? You here?" Scootaloo called out.
A couple of seconds passed by, and Sweetie opened the door.
"Girls? What are you two doing here?" Sweetie Belle asked, surprised.
She didn't expect them to come by without asking first. But that wasn't really important.
"Sweetie Belle we need to talk." Apple Bloom and Scootaloo said at the same time.
"About what?" Sweetie Belle asked innocently.
Apple Bloom and Scootaloo pointed their hoofs at the diamond necklace Sweetie Belle was wearing around her neck, and she realized what they meant.
"Alright girls, what's wrong?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"We need to talk about your little love problem." Scootaloo answered.
"Please don't start this again." Sweetie Belle pleaded.
"We need to find ya a new crush! It's almost Hearts and Hooves day! And you got nopony do yah?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Actually I do have Somepony in mind!" Sweetie Belle cheered.
"Really? Who!" Scootaloo and Apple Bloom asked.
"Button Mash!" Sweetie Belle replied.
Scootaloo and Apple Bloom instantly facehoofed themselves.
"Look Sweetie, you need to get over Button it's been months since he broke up with you and you haven't been acting like your usual self lately." Scootaloo explained.
"Because, Button is the only one who I can like. Nopony else in our class is interesting to me, And he didn't break up with me... He just left to Manehattan." Sweetie Belle said, feeling depressed.
"Aw it's ok Sweets, how about we go visit him then? I'm sure it'll be a great reunion for the two of you!" Apple Bloom suggested.
"Yea Sweetie, come on! Let's go! We can leave right now!" Scootaloo cheered.
Sweetie Belle instantly grew that joyful smile of hers. She hasn't seen Button in a long time.
"Alright! Then it's settled, let's go visit my amazing gamer Colt!" Sweetie Belle yelled.
The three of them smiled at each other and ran downstairs. Rarity noticed them in a hurry so she quickly asked,
"Sweetie Belle where do you plan on going in such a hurry darling?"
"I'm going to go visit my Coltfriend!" Sweetie Belle yelled cheerfully.
"Oh, Button Mash? Are you sure about that?" Rarity asked.
Apple Bloom and Scootaloo went outside and quickly ran to the train station, while Rarity kept on asking questions bothering Sweetie Belle.
5 minutes later of Rarity being annoying...
"Please be careful when you're there. I'd never forgive myself if something happened to my precious little sister." Rarity said.
"Don't worry Rarity! I'll be fine trust me." Sweetie Belle said.
"Oh alright, I guess I'll see you when you get home." Rarity said.
"Alright, bye Rarity!" Sweetie Belle shouted, while running out the door in a blink of an eye.
"Oh Celestia please watch over her." Rarity thought.

In the Train...
Scootaloo, Apple Bloom, and Sweetie Belle were sitting together, all anxious to see how Button was doing.
"I can't wait to visit him! I missed him so much!" Sweetie Belle shouted.
"Me too! I wonder if he's changed! And I wonder if he's friends with my cousin, Babs Seeds." Apple Bloom asked.
"He probably goes to the same school as hers, so most likely he is!" Scootaloo answered.

In Manehattan, at Button's new house.
The Crusaders searched for his house all day long and eventually found the right one, considering the family name was "Mash"
"Oh my Celestia! I can't believe it! we finally found his new home!" Sweetie Belle said.
"Yea It took us long enough, took an entire day! Nothing but boredom I'll tell you that!" Scootaloo complained.
"Scoots calm down, now let's go in!" Apple Bloom said.
Sweetie Belle was the first to walk up to the door, along with Scootaloo and Apple Bloom following her.
Sweetie Belle took a deep breathe, and knocked on the door.
After a minute or two of waiting, someone finally answered the door, and sure enough, It was Button's mom!"
Mrs. Mash saw the three fillies jumping up and down in happiness as soon as she opened the door and said,
"S-Sweetie Belle?"
"Hi Mrs. Mash!, is Button home?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Uh, yea and it's very good to see you again! It's been a long while." Mrs. Mash said happily.
"I know right! It's been a couple months! Do you mind if I go see Button?" Sweetie Belle asked.
Mrs. Mash smiled and nodded her head, letting the three girls running in and climbing up the stairs as fast as lightning striking the ground.
Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, and Apple Bloom heard him screaming and yelling when they found his door.
The door was a little bit opened, just enough to see what was going on in Button's room rather than barging in on surprise.
The three of them looked through the opening of the door, staying hidden and they're Jaws instantly dropped to the ground.
"What's Button doing? He's playing with Babs?" Sweetie Belle whispered.
"Apparently, what a surprise I was right, he is friends with Babs!" Apple Bloom whispered.
Sweetie Belle saw the two of them having fun playing a game on Buttton's console, and she had a weird sensation in her body all of a sudden.
"Sweetie Belle relax, don't get jealous they're just friends. I'm sure he still like-likes you." Scootaloo said, trying to calm Sweetie Belle down.

"Hey Babs, there's something I've been wanting to ask you for a really long time." Button asked.
Babs turned her head to look at him and asked,
"Yea Button? What is it?"
Button put down his controller and looked under his bed, pulling out a heart shaped card.
Button walked back to Babs, and gave her the card saying,
"Will you be my Special Somepony for Hearts and Hooves day?"
Babs immediately blushed, she had no words for him, except tears of happiness.
"Oh Button, yes! I've been waiting a long time for you to ask me that!" Babs cried.
Button smiled and got an instant hug from her.
Sweetie Belle witnessed the whole thing, and opened the door.
"Button?" Sweetie Belle said, tears in her eyes.
Button's heart instantly froze and he turned around in shock,
"Sweetie Belle?"
Button saw the tears forming in her eyes and he looked back at Babs.
"Oh no this isn't good." Button thought.
The Plan
"Button?, Sweetie Belle cried."
"Gah! Sweetie Belle? Is that you?" Button asked in surprise.
"H-how could you forget about me?" Sweetie Belle cried. Tears started running down her face.
"I... But!" Button started, but was cut off from Sweetie.
"Don't play dumb! I'm done with you Button!" Sweetie Belle screamed. She took off the necklace he gave her, and threw it on the ground.
Then, she ran out of the run crying hard, she left a trail of tears too. Scootaloo and Apple Bloom had angry faces and said,
"Button, what you just did wasn't right to do."
"Hey! I can ask somepony to be my special somepony if my original one doesn't see me anymore!" Button complained.
"That's not the point, did you know how much she cried over you leaving? It took us months to get her normal and forget about you! She wanted to visit you so you guys could be happy! But nooo.... You just had to break her heart and make things worse!" Scootaloo yelled.
Button sighed, but was pulled into a kiss from Babs. Surprisingly enough he enjoyed it. Scootaloo and Apple Bloom rolled their eyes and went downstairs.
When they came down, they saw Sweetie crying at the table, as well as Button's Mother, Love Tap trying to comfort her.
"Sweetie what's wrong?" Love Tap asked.
"H-he doesn't like me anymore! He likes Babs now!" Sweetie replied, sobbing a bit.
Scootaloo and Apple Bloom had angry looks on their faces and they whispered to eachother.
"Let's get revenge on Button!" Scootaloo suggested.
"Why?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Because... He broke our best friend's heart! Nopony does that without consequences. Plus, he asked Babs to be his special somepony which is wrong because Sweetie Belle was originally his, and now she has nopony for Hearts and Hooves Day!" Scootaloo complained.
"I guess yer right on that, so I reckon Button and my cousin Babs are going to spend time with each other today, so what do Yah plan on doing?" Apple Bloom asked.
"It's simple, we ruin their date without hurting their feelings." Scootaloo suggested.
"That... Or we could get somepony else for Sweetie Belle! She has to move on. It's life! It's like my big sister saying to me, you never know what you have until it's gone!, and Button Mash is going to feel that way when he realizes that he just lost the pony of his dreams." Apple Bloom Replied.
"I like that idea better, except maybe we can make Button jealous! I'm sure Babs won't mind it." Scootaloo said.
"Well... I guess, but if you make us hurt my cousin's feelings, you have another thing coming!" Apple Bloom agreed.
Scootaloo gave her a wink and crossed her heart, "I won't I promise!" She said.
Apple Bloom gave her a smile and they went back to Sweetie Belle.
Sweetie was still crying at the table, Love Tap tried her best to comfort her, but it didn't work. So she just left it to her two best friends.
"Sweetie Belle! Listen, you gotta move on from Button he's happy now with Babs. Nothing's gonna change from now on! Unless you move on. We're tired of you being depressed. Just be yourself from now on!" Scootaloo yelled.
Sweetie Belle looked up at her and asked, "How can I? I thought him and I had a connection to each other! We loved each other to pieces!"
"Sweetie it's okay, he'll know that he lost somepony from his own doing. My big sis tells me that all the time. Live your life to the fullest and enjoy life! Ignore the romance for a while and just have fun with us." Apple Bloom said.
Sweetie Belle sighed and then Scootaloo asked her,
"Sweetie I have a plan for you! If you miss him so much, then make him jealous."
"How?" Sweetie asked.
"Try getting another Coltfriend, make him jealous." Scootaloo explained.
"You guys are idiots, that'll never work!" Apple Bloom complained.
"Might as well give it a try! Who knows? Maybe he'll come crawling back to Sweetie." Scootaloo said.
Sweetie Belle started smiling happily, maybe it would work out for her and Button. After all, her dream was to marry him.
Both Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle ran out the door looking for a Colt, while Apple Bloom followed them thinking to herself, "This is not going to end well."
