Dark Spark "Sparkler" but in the crime world, more know as "Dark Thief". After a month of Sunset Shimmer trying to get Sparkler to stop her from her ways of crime, Sparkler finally decides to quit. As Sunset convinces Sparkler to find another hobby, Sparkler finds a very interesting choice. It's name called Black Widow Magic, thanks to her years of crime, but her sprit is slightly darker than it was, but dark enough to think that her decision of doing this will bring great pleasure.

Once she gets to meet Queen Twilight Sparkle, The mare who was taken over by the dark magic long ago. Queen Twilight accepts Sparkler gratitude and teaches her new student about the ways of Black Widow Magic. Soon after Sparkler has deemed herself worthy of the Magic Queen Twilight grants Sparkler the wish to be a unicorn instead of a Pegasus to use to the Black Widow Magic more strongly. After Sparkler gets her horn Queen Twilight turns her over to Nightmare moon for more experience. Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie, Rarity, and Rainbow summon the power ponies to help stop Sparkler before she gets too caught up with Black Widow Magic that she is taken over by it.
