Celestia let out another sigh as she sat upon her throne. Still no response from her faithful student Twilight Sparkle. She began to think she wasn't going to get one ever again. Why would she though? Twilight Sparkle has a kingdom of her own, and with a kingdom comes responsibility. Didn't change the fact that Celestia had nopony else to talk to. Celestia, was now officially alone.

  She didn't bother speaking with Luna since Luna was constantly avoid her for some odd reason. The guards were to dull, the assistants and maids were all far too busy, which left Celestia with nopony but herself. She let out another sigh before she began to lower the sun and step down from her throne. Luna trotted past her without even a glance before taking her place on the throne and raising the moon.

  The lonely sun alicorn wandered the empty halls of the castle. Her head hung low in sadness. She did her best to fight back the tears forming in her eyes. Celestia had finally reached her room. She opened up the large golden doors and glided onto her bed and shut the door. She laid on her back before letting out another sigh before closing her eyes to get some sleep.

  A few hours later Celestia woke up again. She didn't know why. She laid her head back down and tossed and turned in her covers before groaning. Kicking the blankets off of her, she stood up and left her room to continue wandering.  Celestia began to believe that she was drawing energy from the emptiness of the halls, which fueled her sadness.

  She hung her head low once again before her tears began to flow. Suddenly she brushed against something. Her eyes shot open and her head flew upwards and scanned the area. She saw nothing. Then she felt something wrap around her hoof. She looked down to see a small creature, standing on two legs, hugging her right foreleg.

  Celestia slowly leaned down and curiously nuzzled it soft brown hair. The creature looked up at her with a smile. A smile that made her heart melt. The creature let out a giggle before speeding off down the hallway. Celestia followed it closely, watching as it marveled at the large halls and carvings and decors. Little did she know, a grin had spread across her face as she watched the little thing point and reach for certain shiny things.

  Celestia's ears flickered at the sound of clanging armor. Fearing what the guards might think of the creature, she grabbed it by the back of its shirt and placed it on her back before going back to her room. She shut the door behind her and set it on the bed. It looked around curiously before its eyes stopped on Celestia, who stood at the foot of the bed.

  It giggled before standing up and walking over to her and grabbing onto her muzzle. Celestia chuckled lightly before levitating it off her muzzle and setting it back down on the bed. The tip of her horn glowed and she reluctantly touched the creature's forehead and reading its history.

It is a human... male... its name is Cameron... age is seven... Celestia recoiled as the rest of the spell was clouded out. She tried again but got the same result as before.

Odd... She thought.

  Cameron looked up at Celestia with a smile. Celestia stared back down at Cameron with curiosity. But what happened next shattered her.

"Mommy!" He shouted before hugging her neck.

  Celestia was in shock. Her eyes wide, her body stiff and her heart pounding. Her eyes flicked down to the boy hugging her neck. She seemed to loosen up slowly and she wrapped her forelegs around him, pulling him tighter into the hug. A smile began to form on Celestia's face. She'd felt like her curse of loneliness was lifted. And it was. The human had found its new mother, and Celestia vowed to care for him.

  Cameron let go of Celestia before yawning and falling back onto the bed. His eyes fluttered shut and he immediately started snoring. Celestia's smile grew as she grabbed him and tucked him underneath the covers before snuggling him close.
