"Sorry to keep you waiting sir, country problems," The driver said as he climbed onto his vehicle. I was to be taken to Ponyville, there I would plan out to kill Discord.

        "It's funny, You don't see many humans around here. They mostly stick outside Equestria in their own place. Only made contact with them two hundred years ago. But it feels like just recently. Although you did help us with mich technology."

        "This place feels different. So many ponies here, it's kind of hard to fit in," I said as I looked at my map. We were just leaving the airport.

        "Maybe you guys aren't really trying to fit in. Or maybe two hundred years isn't enough. Funny to say that my ancestors never knew about humans back when they lived. Your ancestors would've known a different species of ponies."

        "Yeh, the merge really changed a lot."

        Two hundred years ago, when humans were going through a space age, A catastrophic event occurred merging both worlds together into one big world. Nothing much was changed except Equis was on one side and Earth was on the other. We're still to name the whole world together, but we deemed it unnecessary since we haven't found other life due to the event halting the space age progress. NASA was put on halt and we focused on the other "world", Equis.

        "You're not a civilian are you? Most civilians have left the country to the crystal empire, the Friendship kingdom. Or moved out to the edges, like around Appleloosa. You look more dangerous. How did you even get in here? You're not working for either the NLR or the SE are you?"

        One Month earlier.

        "Mr Lennard. Come here. Take a seat."

        I moved towards the seat ahead, the person I was talking to was incognito, I had no idea who he was. Never the less, he'd called me telling me he had a good offer for me.

        "Mr Lennard, do you know why we called you here?"

        "You wanted to offer me a job?" I said as I sat down and stared deeply into his eyes.

        "A Job? No. Not a job, but a mission."

        "Isn't that basically a job?" I asked confused.

        "Sure, you could call it a job, but it's more of a one time thing, and it's more rough than normal jobs. You could say, guerilla."

        "Just get to the point. What do you want me to do?"

        He took out a file and started reading it. The file said top secret on the front. Top secret files are either bad, or just bad for some people.

        "You know Equestria? The run down country in Equis that used to be rich and peaceful?"

        "Yeh. So?"

        "Well, This basically explains it," He said as he chucked the file at me. I picked it up and read over it.

        "So, you want me to go to Equestria and kill this guy called Discord?"

        "Well yes. You see, Discord has been supplying The Solar Empire and the New Lunar Republic with many weapons to aid in their battle. You stop him, and that will be less weapons for Equestria."

        "And why would that matter for you?" I asked as I looked over Discord's image in the file. He was clearly not a pony, more a bird like pony. Half bird half Pony. Or was that dragon.

        "Look, We're paying you quite a lot for you to do this. We don't have to tell you every aspect that's outside the deal. So. Do we have a deal?"

I huffed at the payment I would receive. $1,000,000. Considering this isn't an easy task, I guess it works out.

        "Fine. You have a deal."

        "Excellent. Also, we've included in 400 bits, the currency of Equestria. That should get you equipment you need."

        Present time

        "No, I'm not working for either the NlR or the SE."

        "Look at me, asking all these questions. Would it even matter to me? What does matter is that a customer gets to their destination."

        "You never know, I could be a secret spy that for some reason is sent to to eliminate all cab drivers."

        We were closing on what appeared to be a small camp in the middle of an intersection.

        "Uh a Solar empire Guard post. These guys really like to claim parts of the land. If they don't like you, they're probably going to kill you."

        I huffed at the thought of that. That's a cheap way to restrict access while not having to set much up.

        We went up to the guard post where we were halted by some ponies. One came up to speak to us, but he never got a chance to speak when somepony cried out.

        "MORTAR!!"

        I looked up and saw a mortar shell flying towards us. I quickly leapt out of the car and rolled a few metres when the Car suddenly blew up into flames. The Car rolled up next to me. I got some concussion, but I didn't really feel any damage.

        Reaching out, I grabbed my only weapon, A machete. A troop came past me, but he didn't see me. He wasn't armed and I quickly took him down. A hut was nearby and I leapt inside it. My first plan was interrupted, I wasn't going to get to Ponyville straight away, I'm going to go somewhere that isn't here.

        Nearby, there was a case. I opened it up and found a flare gun inside. That was good enough, There was lots of grass around. I picked it up and loaded the flare. I holstered it and tried to find the way out of here. By now, I guess they would've noticed my presence.

        I exited the hut and quickly ran behind it. The lucky part was that the back was facing away from the guard post and there was some rocks up ahead I could hide behind. I took a deep breath before starting to run. A few metres out, I looked back and fired the flare at the guard post lighting it. It took a while before one noticed it, but I was already behind some rocks. It was just my luck that I made it without a real gun.

        It was only twenty minutes in and I had gotten indirectly attacked. It's been ten minutes since that and I was sure that it was safe. I checked my map, it was one of the few items I managed to get out. The others were my bits, passport and machete. There was a bar close by that was called Apple's Bar. I guessed they sold cider, and were probably open to practically anything.

        It wasn't too far of a walk, and I was really looking forward to finding a place to stop.

        I made it to Apple’s Bar. To my surprise, There was a weapon store close by. I entered the weapon store and was shown quite an arsenal of weapons. I don’t know where discord is getting these weapons, but they seem similar to our weapons, Too similar.

        “Hey, you’re going to buy anything here?” The vendor asked. He was a purple unicorn who looked like he only had interest in these weapons for selling.

I indicated the weapons that I was purchasing. “Uh, sure. I’ll take a G3, 4 magazines, an m1911 3 magazines. And that’s about it.”

He handed me the equipment and I paid. I could rob, but these weapon stores are probably a branch, and I don’t want to lose them.

i left the Weapon store with my equipment and went over to the bar. I don’t think they had anything against weapons because there was no guard posted.
