"Um, Rarity? I'm not sure if this is a good idea."

Rainbow Dash, one of the greatest fliers in all of Equestria, was in the middle of speaking to Rarity, one of her closest friends. Currently, they were both in the living room of Dash's new home on the outskirts of Ponyville. Some time ago, during Twilight's first few years in the town, Rainbow had lived in a cloud home, not unlike many of her kin in the city-state of Cloudsdale. However, it soon became clear to her that, aside from Fluttershy, spending time with her friends wasn't going to be possible there. As such, with the help of her companions, Rainbow chose to build a new home for herself, one that was on the ground directly beneath where her old house had been. And that was where she and Rarity now stood, with the latter looking at her friend with a raised eyebrow.

"My dear Rainbow Dash, I thought you said you wanted to spice up your love life?"

Rainbow frowned at that.

"I do! It's just...I'm not sure if I'm gonna like this kind of thing all that much."

Rarity shook her head a little.

"Darling, you'll never know unless you try. Besides..."

Looking right at Rainbow, Rarity began to smirk a little.

"...I seem to recall your energetic nature tends to cause more than a few issues in the bedroom with your gentleman friend, especially during your last heat week."

Rainbow blushed fiercely upon hearing that.

"Hey! How was I supposed to know David's hip was going to fracture? Besides, the Doctor gave him a clean bill of health and everything."

Rarity took a step towards her friend, her voice calm and soothing.

"Rainbow, we all know that you love being the dominant one in...that sort of thing. But I assure you, letting the reins go every once in a while will do wonders for yours and David's relationship. Besides...don't you think he'd just love getting the chance to do this?"

Rainbow snorted at that.

"I'll bet he would! Still..."

She gave her friend a few moments of silence before eventually letting out a long sigh.

"Oh...alright! I'll do it this once. But if it doesn't work out, I don't want to hear about this again, agreed?"

Rarity smiled widely after hearing that, after which she lifted a hoof and gave a cross-my-heart motion over her chest before placing the end of her hoof over her eye. Rainbow recognised the motions of a Pinkie promise well by this point, and let out a small dry chuckle over it. Rarity though, after having given her word to her friend, began to make her horn glow it's usual magical colour. Rainbow watched with some hesitancy as she caused a nearby length of rope to levitate towards her, after which Rarity looked at her with a somewhat sultry look.

"Well then, let's get you to the bedroom, shall we?"

Having known Ponyville for quite some time, David found it pretty easy these days to get from the train station to where he needed to go. As he made his way down the main street of the town, he was greeted by the many friendly faces here, always being given a smile and a wave by those he'd become acquainted with. But while he enjoyed the company of every one of those mares and stallions, there was one pony in particular that was closest to his heart. That thought alone brought a smile to his face as he made his way towards the outer edges of the town. He had to admit though, that it was unusual for Rainbow to contact him the way that she did. Come this afternoon, the letter had said, and nothing else. Usually she wasn't so vague about such things, and more importantly, she'd tell him to his face. Still, his marefriend had asked for him, and he was not about to disappoint her.

It didn't take long for him to arrive at Rainbow's home, a small but comfortable place that he often came to these days, though he would have given anything to have seen what the inside of her old cloud house was like. Approaching the door, he raised a hand and began to knock on it a few times. After a few moments where nothing happened, the door began to open. However, David's eyes widened with surprise when he saw that it was Rarity, and not Rainbow, who greeted him on the other side. Smiling to herself, Rarity began to speak in that refined manner David had come to expect from her.

"Why David! Such a delight to see you my dear!"

The man's eyes shifted from left to right, as if instinctively realising that something was up. Even so, he answered her, albeit in a somewhat nervous manner.

"Yeah...you too. Is...is Rainbow in? You see I got this letter and..."

Rarity tried her best to stifle what David recognised as a giggle before nodding a little.

"Oh yes, she's in, Dear. You'll gave to excuse me, I was just popping off home now."

David raised an eyebrow at that before politely stepping aside, allowing the mare to walk past him. David could see her trying to hold back a snicker, prompting yet further confusion from him. Even so, he still waved when Rarity did the same as a means of saying goodbye. It was only when he'd walked inside and closed the door behind him that he could hear Rarity laugh out loud. Shaking his head at this behaviour, David took a few steps further in, seeing neither hide nor hair of Rainbow. Curiosity began to grip him as he started searching the various rooms. She wasn't in the kitchen, nor the living room. Eventually, he approached her bedroom which, by process of elimination, was the only other place she could be. Knocking on the door, he began speaking softly.

"Um, Rainbow? You in there?"

A moment of silence followed, after which he heard Rainbow, who was sounding uncharacteristically nervous.

"Er...yeah. Come on in, David."

The man still wasn't sure about what was going on, but even so, he slowly pushed the door open. After seeing what was on the other side however, his eyes widened so much that one could swear that they were about to pop out of his skull. Rainbow Dash was there, lying flat on her back upon her bed. She had been put in a spread-eagle position, with all four of her legs pointed in different directions. More than that she'd been tied there to the four posts of her bed, with the rope tied around the part of her legs where ankles would be for humans. As strange as this sight was, what was stranger was Rainbow's face, which was blushing so fiercely that it would have been easy to mistake her head for a tomato right now. David looked utterly speechless, prompting Rainbow to speak up first.

"So...erm...how've ya been?"

That caused him to break his trace-like state somewhat and shake his head before placing his hands on his hips.

"Rainbow? What...what's all his about?"

The mare looked away a little, still clearly looking embarrassed about the whole thing.

"Look, I...I just felt that maybe we needed to...ya know...try something new. And certain ponies had ideas and...well...this was one of them."

With that, all the puzzle pieces from the last few minutes were starting to come together in David's mind. Rarity's presence here. The stifled laughter. Clearly this was her idea and that she'd talked Rainbow into going along for it. Now, under normal circumstances, David might not have been comfortable with having his and Rainbow's private bedroom activities being discussed by other ponies, even close friends like Rarity. However, as he looked at the way Rainbow was right now, he couldn't deny that it was an alluring sight, especially with that adorable blush on her face as she kept looking away from him. Gaining a small smirk on his face, David began to approach the bound mare, his hands clasped behind his back.

"So...you're kinda my early Birthday present then? All tied up and ready to open?"

Rainbow's head snapped in his direction, looking a little angry at that.

"Hey! If that's the way you're going to act, then maybe I don’t want...to...oh!"

The mare's tirade was suddenly interrupted by a new and warm feeling washing over her. David, having apparently welcomed this chance to be the dominant one for once, had placed his hand upon Rainbow's exposed underside, gently sliding his palm around her belly in a circular motion. Rainbow, although initially taken aback by this, was soon feeling more than a little relaxed by her boyfriend's actions, her limbs relaxing quickly. She let out a few soft moans as David’s hand stroked her, his fingers trailing through her cyan fur.

"Hmmm, not bad, David. Not bad at all. Never took you for the gentle type."

David smirked a little at that.

"Well, usually, our time in bed is a bit more...active."

The two lovers shared a chuckle at that before Rainbow began to relax further, closing her eyes and resting her head onto the pillow behind her head, more than content to let her boyfriend do all the work. David, during his time with Rainbow, had learned a thing or two about what to do when pleasing a mare, though that had mostly been through luck on his part. However, there was one thing he remembered quite well from their early couplings, and a mischievous smile appeared on his face as he lifted his hand off Rainbow's underside. Instead, he moved his hand upwards and began to reach around behind her, towards her wing. Rainbow, having felt him remove his hand, opened her eyes again to see what he was doing. When she saw what it was, her eyes widened a little and she began to squirm, much to David's delight. She watched his hand reach the base of her wing, where it connected to her torso, and bit down on her lip, knowing what was coming. Taking the base between his thumb and forefinger, David began to massage it gently, eliciting yet another moan from Rainbow.

"Oh! That's good! Keep going!"

David smiled at that, more than willing to comply with his marefriend's wishes. So, he finally climbed on top of the bed, making sure to remove his shoes before doing so. Afterwards, he repositioned himself so that he was now straddling Rainbow, his thighs on either side of her. Rainbow blushed a little as she looked up at him, watching as he reached forward and grabbed hold onto both wing bases with both hands. She moaned louder than before as he started to massage her there more vigorously than before. She squirmed in her restraints, her head turning from left to right and back again, her face becoming more and more red. To be honest, David himself was also feeling quite hot at this point. Having this kind of control over their sexual encounter, knowing that she'd consented to just letting him have his way, was a major turn on for him, especially when she seemed to really be getting into it.

Smiling to himself yet again, David let go of Rainbow's wings and looked down at her affectionately. Rainbow too looked up at him with love in her eyes, though seemed a little nervous as she saw him lower himself so his face was mere inches away from hers. She expected a kiss or something, though that wasn't exactly what David now had in mind for her. Instead, he smirked a little before moving his head downwards, puckering his lips and then planting a tender kiss upon Rainbow's neck. The effect was immediate as Rainbow snorted a little before letting out a fair amount of laughter. Happy that he got the desired reaction, David carried on planting kiss after kiss on Rainbow's neck, much to the chagrin of the mare herself.

"S-s-s-s-stop! You HA! You know I’m ticklish there! Haha!"

David pulled away from her, still smirking as he looked at her.

"Aw, but you're so cute when you laugh!"

Rainbow, having calmed down from her laughter, frowned at her boyfriend over that comment.

"How many times do I have to tell you, I am not cute! I'm awes-ahahaha!"

Unfortunately, Rainbow couldn't finish that sentence as David got back to work, simply using his fingers to tickle her neck instead. He watched with great amusement as his marefriend laughed, blushing as she did so. As he'd said to her, he always found her adorable when she did this, so there was no way in Tartarus that he was going to be given an opportunity like this and not take it. He carried on for a minute or two until he was satisfied, stopping his fingers' dance on Rainbow's neck. The pegasus took a few moments to catch her breath, glaring angrily at her boyfriend for a while, though still smiling in spite of herself every once in a while. David chuckled at this, quite happy at what he'd made her do so far. However, as he considered that, a new thought came to mind. He reared himself up a little before looking behind him, after which a devilish smile crept onto his face. Turning back to Rainbow, he lowered himself again before whispering in her ear.

"You know...this has given me a wonderful idea."

Rainbow looked at him with confusion over that, at which point, David moved off her and began to reposition himself yet again. This time, he was facing away from her, and was instead sitting beside Rainbow's left hind leg. Her look of confusion became one of terror as she saw David reach down and carefully lift up her leg, still smiling at her mischievously. It was here that Rainbow began squirming against her restraints again, only this time with far greater effort.

"No! David please! I...I don't like anypony touching my hooves! You know that!"

But instead, David kept on smiling, reaching forward with his free hand and preparing his index finger. He looked upon the end of Rainbow's hoof, wherein he saw the soft middle inside the hardened outer circle. Desiring to elicit yet further adorable laughter from her, David pressed his finger straight into the sift skin in the middle of her hoof. He was expecting a barrage of loud laughter after doing that, but instead, he encountered only silence. His smile now fading, David turned to look at Rainbow's face, and his eyes widened with shock. She was staring up at the ceiling, her eyes wide and her mouth hanging open. It was the face of someone who had been shocked immensely. More interesting was the fact that David could see drool leaking out of it. He looked on as Rainbow's tongue exited her mouth and licked it, shortly before she looked back down at him.

"Do...it...again."

There was no emotion in her voice as she said that, and for a moment, David was quite disturbed. But her look was changing, becoming one of hunger, and he felt deep down that it probably wouldn't be a good idea to keep her waiting. So he did as asked, pressing his finger deep into her hoof, and this time, there was a noise. It was a moan, though one that sounded far more pleasured than before. He turned again to see Rainbow's face, which showed clear ecstasy over what she was feeling. In this moment, David felt the need to speak.

"I...wasn't expecting this to be your reaction, Dash."

Dash continued to drool from her mouth as she looked at him.

"I've never told anypony...but that spot is a huge kick for me. Most just think I’m ticklish there, but you...you get to work me up like nopony ever has."

Finally, David felt happy about this part of their experiment, and so looked at her more amorously. He turned back to her hoof, making circular motions with his finger there, causing louder and louder moans from Rainbow. Moving to his thumb, he began kneading and massaging her there, causing a wave of pleasure to course through the mare's body. And while she kept on pulling at her restraints, this time it was not for escape, but to pounce on her boyfriend for making her feel so good. David turned, smiling at being able to make her feel this sort of thing. But he stopped when his eyes caught sight of something down below. Her private area had been exposed to him since the start of all this, but now he could see her become quite wet down there. Clearly her pleasure levels were far higher than he'd been expecting from this, especially since she started bucking her hips.

"David...do it."

The man looked at her directly, her eyes pleading with him.

"Rut me...PLEASE!!!"

This was the first time he'd seen Rainbow like this. She wanted him. She needed him, and only him. To say this made him heated would be an understatement, as he let go of her hoof and quickly changed position, so his body was now parallel with hers. Their faces now close, David wasted no time in kissing Rainbow furiously as he began unbuttoning his shirt with a free hand. Rainbow too was busy, her tongue entering his mouth and playing with his, still moaning all the way. Once David's shirt was gone, he got down to his pants which, thankfully, were much easier to take off. He didn’t remove them completely however, just pushed down enough to let out the only part he needed right now. Rainbow pulled back from the kiss to look down at what her body was demanding she have inside her. Looking up, she looked at him with that same pleading look, and David looked at her more amorously than he'd ever done before. Already hard, he carefully positioned himself to be in line with her before taking an almighty thrust, plunging deep within her.

This did what you'd expect, causing Rainbow to throw her head back as far as it could go before letting out a veritable scream of pleasure. For David, the feeling was mutual, as he now let out a clearly pleasured grunt as he pushed deeper and deeper inside his marefriend. Soon enough, he was hilted in her completely, pushing hard against her back wall, after which he carefully pulled out before thrusting in her again, causing her another moan from Rainbow. Past experience had taught him that it took quite a bit of rutting to get Rainbow to be feeling this way, so his little playtime with her must have aroused her far more than he'd hoped. Not that he was complaining. After all, having his marefriend be this pleasured before he'd even entered her made his own experience all the sweeter. He kept on thrusting each time a little bit faster, with both him and Rainbow panting hard from the actions.

Eventually, the time came when David could feel his climax building in him. Although, judging from how wet and tight Rainbow was, it was probably a good bet that she was getting to the same place. Looking at her, and the way she was smiling through her massive blush, he knew his guess was right. So, he kept on moving in and out of her, until eventually he reached his limit. Putting all of this remaining strength into this last thrust, he plunged hard into her, so much so that for a moment he feared that even his balls would get sucked in there. But regardless, he'd accomplished what they both wanted, with Rainbow screaming once more, her opening tightening further around David. The man felt himself empty into her, just as Rainbow let loose a torrent of her own juices onto his waiting member. They both revelled in this tsunami of pleasure that washed over them, coming down from that high point only gradually.

However, as the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end, and so their body temperatures began to drop. With their intercourse over, David lowered himself carefully onto her, still panting from the experience, much like Rainbow. The two lovers kept on lying together like this, exhausted at having gone at it so vigorously. Eventually, Rainbow managed to regain enough of her strength to speak to her lover.

"David...tell me...to say...thank you...to Rarity."

David chuckled at that before leaning forward and planting a tender kiss upon Rainbow's lips. Afterwards, Rainbow smiled affectionately at him before speaking again.

"So...how about you be the one tied up next time?"

Although initially worried at that prospect, David soon smiled at his marefriend.

"Only if you're gentle."

A mischievous smile crept onto Rainbow's face after hearing that.

"Don't worry I'll be exactly as gentle as you've been with me."
