Chapter 1: A Lost Filly

A Lost Filly

The true princess

Chapter 1

------------------------------------------

Silently, a jet black hooded figure swooped behind a life size marble king. The movement was noticed by a blue royal Guard who begun to defensively inch forward into the shadow. His golden armour simmered, reflecting early moon light rays across the walk way.

With each stride of the dominate stallion the figures body shock with fear, she remained silent, praying to the king and queen of equstria she would continue her quest. Her heart beat with a speed of commander hurricanes wings during one of his daring and skilful races.

The fast approaching guard had left his post at the entrance of a golden arch. She had been planning this day for months and some stuck-up royal guard wasn't going to prevent her from reaching the goal, not after coming this far!

Tiny Hooves pounded the polished tiled floor as she galloped. Her black suit griped her body hiding her coat, pink mane was tied back In black bandages. Her rose eyes and Snow White horn was also visible. Her legs lost grip on the tiles causing the unknown pony to slid under the arch and finally into yet another hall way.

No guards occupied the corridor. This discovery was a relief to the pounding heart of the hooded figure. Only marble sculptures of equestrian rulers lined the floor like wonderbolt cadets before training. Her light step carried her body as she took the time to examine the marble in the moonlight. Blood ran cold as she saw a sculpture of him..... The king that haunted her night... "King Sombra!"

"WHO'S THEIR?" Yelled the guard  from before. She spun to look at the sudden yelling her heart retuning into panic as his steps became louder and louder. His armour clinked with every powerful step. Her instincts took over as she jumped to the nearest wall but landed firmly against a wooden door.

Without thinking, she pushed the door open with a suprizing amound of force. As fast at her long legs could go she hid, closing it swiftly behind. Her chest rose and fell as she gasped for air, each breath stung like a bee sting.

A clunking of armour continued getting louder and louder.... It halted just out the thin crafted wood... It felt like hours befor the noise begun again but it move away becoming a faint Eco.

As her aching chest begun to calm she looking into the room. The only light source was king tembra's moon light that flooded in from the open balcony, the light fell upon a foal's cot, it was decorated with perfectly crafted sliver stars and moons even the mobile that hung above, had the image of a simple half moon.

She approached, her curiosity getting the best of her. she looked upon a bundel of blankets, they shuffled to revile a sleeping blue unicorn. Her mane was a light blue and matched her fur perfectly. The filly continued to shuffle till two perfectly sculpted wings were on full show.... "An alacorn?"

Unnoticed by the unwelcome visitor, the wooden door swung freely with a pail blue magic ora, it's silence allowed the dark blue stallion to walk in. She continued to watch the foal as she sleeped, there was something different about the weak pale blue filly lying soundly under her watchful eyes.

"What are you doing in here?" Whispered a deep brash voice, the words where Spock with pure anger and hate. every mussel in the shadows body froze! this was her doom!

"Turn... Around... Now!" His voice remained at a whisper to avoid waking the filly from her peaceful slumber.

Her hooves shook as she stepped 180 degrees now facing the stallion she feared the most... King Tembra! He wasn't as hated has his younger brother king sombra, but no pony wanted to run Into either of the brothers. Many ponies wondered what the queen saw in the strict uncaring stallion king.

His sharp cut mane swooped over his face, it's almost black colour contrasted with his pale blue coat. a golden crown sat proudly upon his head as anger spread like fire across his mussel and eyes.

"Remove your mask before I chuck you in the prison for the rest of your little life!" His patience was wearing thin as he looked up on his prisoner, his anger boiled up, she hadn't  moved, only shacking with fear!

"IF YOU DONT...!"

"Dear what's going on?" Asked a shy posh voice, every word was spoken with clarity. a long legged mare freely walked into the moon light, her golden coat was a perfect reflection of the sun that she controlled, many golden shades resented her mane as it curled up in small ringlets.

"Sorry my queen, but we have been Brocken into by this little pony!" The stalling explained, still hovering over the timid intruder. Shortly the queens eye fell upon the pony, her eyes shimmering in her husbands moon light.

"My king, she is only a young filly." the tall mare explained before turning back to the filly. "Come with me my dear, why don't we have a little talk!" The queen held her loving hoof out to give the frightened young pony with kindness, which she gratefully accepted.

----------------------------------------

The royal queen studied the filly who walked almost confidently beside her, the filly was taller than most fillys but slimmer than most mares. She still hadn't taken her body suit off but I was still clear she had a pail white, as pure as a angel, coat.

"What is you name?" The mare asked trying to find out some detail from the filly.

"C-Celestia!" Whispered the filly still not comfortable with freely talking with the ruler of equestria. If it wasn't for that stupid discord, she wouldn't be in this mess!

"Well that's a lovely name." the awkward silence returned as they moved down another tiled hall, every room and hall way looked the same as the last. "Celestia, I am going to be honest with you... I am not happy that you found your way into the palace... so I would like you to tell me something very important, what did you come here for?" The gentle but confused eyes of the queen made Celestia realise her mistakes. there was no way to get out the palace without the mares help, she had no choose but to explain.

"I was wanting to visit the liabary... I love reading about magic but I have read all the books in the orphanage library and my friend told me the best books are here in the palace." Celestia's voice was at a panic, she tyres to explain as quick as possible in an attempt to seem innocent.

Celestia's eye lids where rammed close, her mind told her this was it. the queen would decently throw her in prison for this but nothing happened, only the light giggle was heard.

"Hehe, my dear is that all you wanted?" Queen Sola calmed her giggles and turned to the now shocked filly. "You didn't have to break in before my sun rise!" She explained. Celestia's face didn't change, she just look eyes open at the royal golden mare. "You silly filly, why don't I make you a deal.."

"If you come to me just before moon rise tomorrow, I will take you to the royal liabary!" Started queen Sola before she discovered the chance to teach her lands pony. "But only if you promise not to break in anymore!"

Her proposal was answered with a nod of agreement from the now very hyper filly.

The queen stopped next to a large door. it was different from others they had seen, it was silver with golden hinges and locks. "Here we are!" Announced the older mare as turned to the guards that stood on each side opening the heavy door with their magic.

"Sargent zing please can you escort Celestia home ?" Asked the queen the stallion in question would never have disagreed but it was polite for the mare to ask, that was one of the main reason she was loved across her land of earth ponies, unicorns and pesasi.

"Yes, queen Sola!" said the guard.

"I look forward to seeing you tomorrow Celestia!" Queen Sola said in all her royal kindness. Celesia only replied with a graceful smile as she trotted into the night with the trusted Sargent.
