Chancellor loves games. There isn't a single game he won't play or master. He lives for the moment when he can see the sweat and crush egos. He plays to win and hates to lose. But there is one game he loves more than all others: Chess.

There isn't a pony alive who plays the royal game like Chancellor. He's arguably the best player at Canterlot University and enjoys it immensely. His collection of chess sets almost matches the amount of tournaments he's won.
