"Spike!! Where are you with that inkpot?" The young alicorn mage yelled

"I'm coming Twilight just wait!" replied the rather agitated apprentices assistant.

"Well hurry up! I don't mean to sound rude I can't just stand around all day waiting for you, there are important matters at hoof! If I don't send these invitations to my coronation then all of Equestria will know me as the princess who forgot to send invitations for her own ascension to being a world leader! Then Celestia will wonder if I'm too forgetful to be one and she might take away my title as a princess! And maybe even my wings! What will everyone think!?!?"

"Oh brother." Spike muttered when he saw her disheveled mane and watched her pace a groove in the floor. He remembered the last time she did this, what a day THAT turned out to be. "Come on Twi. When has Celestia ever been that mean?" she pondered for a second

"...Never?"

"Exactly! If she took away your crown for something so silly than I'd think a Changeling had turned into the worlds leader." he chuckled, still nervous she might go full crazy.

"Your right." Spike let out a sigh of relief "Sorry spike I don't know what I was thinking, now let's start writing!" BOOM!!!! The two occupants of the tree house home nearly jumped out of their skins at the sudden cacophony of the explosive sounding boom and the sound of everypony in the town screaming. Spike barely had time to react though because suddenly he was standing outside in the street markets of Ponyville.

"Twilight!" A familiar southern voice called.

"AJ? What the buck is going on!?!" She demanded

"Ah don't know, ah was just standing here selling the latest batch of cider and ah heard that big explosion! It sounded like it came from the Everfree!"

"If it was from the Everfree...." Twilight suddenly gasped "Fluttershy or Zecora might be hurt! Applejack, You check Zecora's hut I'll go to Fluttershy's cottage to see if she's okay."

"Why do I have to go into the dark scary forest while you go to the petting zoo?" The farm mare inquired. Twilight shot her a very threatening glare and Applejack knew instantly that what she said was bucking stupid. "Right, Zecora's...." And then she off towards the forest leaving Twilight and spike in the square. Spike, who had been on the floor from the sickening experience of having his ears almost blown out while running around in a room that he was suddenly no longer in had just recovered and started standing before being vaulted through reality once more, this time he was standing at Fluttershy's house and had accidently landed on a Rooster who thanked him for the unexpected guest by scratching and pecking at him.

"Spike! Get up and stop playing with the chicken! We have to see if Shy's okay!"

The young reptile sat up instantly and angrily stared at Twilight or a second "Yeah, sure."

The duo burst through the doors, "Fluttershy! Are you here?" a small whimper came from under a quilt.

"She's here." Spike said rolling his eyes.

"Tw-twilight Spike? I-is that you?"

"Yep, are you okay? Are you hurt?"

"I'm fine, I was just tending to the cutesy wootsie little kittens and I-I heard that scary boom and I kinda sorta got too scared and ran inside and I mean I um " the timid Pegasus trailed off.

"So your ok?" Twilight asked with concern.

"Oh yes, but we HAVE to see where that boom was! I mean..i-if you don't mind, some animals might be hurt."

Twilight couldn't help but smile at the Pegasus peeking her head out from under the wee little quilt, "Yes, we have to investigate! For science!"

"And to help the cute little critters, I couldn't live without them they're just so!" She let out an excited squeak "You know?"

"D'aww!" She said hugging her friend, as she left the embrace she looked at her and Spike with a determined smile on her face "Let's go!"

After about twenty minutes of hoofing it (What pun? I see no pun here.) Twilight suddenly motioned for a stop, the three instantly stopped dead in their tracks. They slowly approached the smoldering crater, the mages horn lit up and suddenly the smoke clears clearing way to the center of the dent in the Earth.

"Is that a..." Spike began bewilderment filling his eyes.

Twilight looked and suddenly she too was filled with a sense of wonder "Human." Lo and behold, right in front of the shocked trio was what appeared to be a Homo Sapien. 'There's no way!' Twilight thought 'I must be dreaming, wake up! but she didn't and based on her knowledge on lucid dreaming it was clear to her that she wasn't 'It's bipedal, has fingers and opposable thumbs so it can't be an ape, and it has... she was sure of it now only humans possess the knowledge create such machines like guns.

"What is that thing!" Fluttershy said looking quite scared at the unfamiliar creature.

"It's a Human."

"What the buck is a human!!! I-I mean if you don't mind asking..."

"It's quite alright, and to answer your question these Humans are what populate the world I was transported to by the mirror during the Sunset Shimmer incident." She explained.

"S-so they won't hurt us?" the Yellow Pegasus timidly inquired.

"Not without good reason no, they seem to be a very peaceful race but after being provoked too much they are capable of astonishing quantities of violence." she said with a rather concerned air at the last phrase.

"Oh m-my"

"ugh..." The creature groaned as he started to stir from his crash induced slumber.

"Shh! He's waking up! They've never seen creatures like us and he might be a bit sca- AAH!" Twilight was suddenly being pinned to the ground by the human.

"WHERE AM I!!!!"

"AAH!!! EQUESTIA! YOUR IN EQUESTRIA! I CAN EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IF YOU LET ME GO!!!"

"I can't see, my visuals are gone!!!!" Fluttershy who was extremely scared began to step away, instantly the rather angry and deranged looking human snapped his head in her direction.

"O-oh dear!" instantly Fluttershy found herself unable to move as the being was pointing a large weapon directly at her.

"WHERE ARE YOU!!! STAY AWAY FROM ME!!!!!GO AWAY!!!!!! GO! GO ,go, go away

thud Fluttershy (Who had been hiding behind her hair.) finally peeked out to see that her attacker had collapsed onto the ground and wasn't moving. "What was that all about!?"

"Well like I said he hasn't seen creatures like us before, he was going to be scared although I did not expect such a violent reaction. Come on! We have to get him to my house!"

Spike eventually came out of a bush he was hiding in "He seemed like he had seen some shit, I wonder what happened to him?"
