Up in space, Knight At-Lass has just finished operations for the Gorns plan to capture the Gundams. Next to him on his left is No-Ble and Lo-Vee and on his right is (oddly) an orange Gorn. Before them are several Drone, Trooper, Commander, and Warrior Gorns. “Members of the Specials, you are the best that the Gorn Armada has to offer. Your mission is to engaged and destroy that armed group of human survivors form Earth. And seize their mobile suits as you do so. Satellite scans detected two of the Gundams on Terra using rockets to reach space.”

“And considering we haven’t seen two of the Gundams for a few weeks now, it can be assumed that they also somehow went into space. It is unknown why they’ve wen up here into space, but they won’t be hiding for much longer. Right now we are currently deploying probes to detect the Gundams. When we get a hit, Operation Gundam Capture will commence. I expect great things form you all.”

At-Lass, No-Ble, Lo-Vee and the orange Gorn then salute the Gorns before them, making them salute also. Among them is Lieutenant Ibrahim Smirnov.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MF mode

July 8, 3330 AD

1352 hours

“Death Blades, docking complete. Continuing with Sand Dune docking proceeder.” Christina said as the Sand Dune approaches the Da Vinci.

“Hatch four open,” said Lucy. “Relative guidance system activated.” A continuing line of white light appears, helping the Sand Dune maneuver safely into the hanger bay.

“Guidance system locked in. Sand Dune, now docking.” Said Amani as she floats into the bay backwards. With a thud she lands and two hooks stop it from going any further. A plate rises and hooks into the Gundams feet. After the hatch closes, Amani opens her Gundam’s cockpit and floats out to the hanger’s door. “I hope Snowflake is doing okay.”

Bridge

1400 hours

After putting up their pilot suits, Amani and Hilary go to the bridge, where everyone is waiting. “Hi, Chris!” Hilary said as she and Christina give each other a hug.

“Good thing you found those rockets at that terrorist base,” said Imamu.

“Old man Ian wants to upgrade the equipment of the Gundams, and we need at least three Gundams to provide enough QN Particles to enter the atmosphere.” Wu added.

“And that’s why you all need some rest,” said Graham. “You need to be at your best for when we test the new gear he’s planning.”

“All righty!” Siad Hilary.

“But, Mr. Graham, what if we get attacked during our overhaul?” Amani asked.

With a shrug, Graham replies by saying: “Then I’ll curse God for that.”

“I’m not sure that’s something a captain and former Gundam test pilot should be saying,” Amani said under her breath as she, Wu, Imamu and Hillary go to their rooms.

At-Lass and Lo-Vee watch as several Troopers, and that orange Gorn helping, maneuver a small mobile suit carrier into position. “Attitude control complete. Hatches open.”

“Increasing linear catapult voltage.”

“Two-way communication system ready for launch.”

“Launch.” The orange Gorn said. Up on the screen, small probes — each around a meter long — are launched from the carriers. After a few moments, 120 smaller probes are launched from the larger ones.

“All probes now fully deployed. Moving to designated positions.”

“Two-way comlinks are now operational.”

“We have now covered approximately 75% of our territory in geostationary satellite orbit.” The orange Gorn said to the Knight and Princess. “The special particles that the Gundams emit interrupt all communication devices within the area of effect. We’re taking advantage of that by releasing several hundred small probers with two-way comm ability. If communications fail within a given area, then it means that there’s a Gundam in the vicinity. So, Knight At-Lass, do you think we’re gonna catch any fish in this net?”

“We have a problem if we can’t, Lieutenant Amb-Uscade.”

“Lieutenant Am-Buscade, are you sure you want to be out there when we find a Gundam? You are the last Lieutenant Gorn.”

“It’s all right. My late father was a Knight and my late mother was a Warrior, so I have to live up to their expectations.”

“You meet up with Lance in Saddle Arabia?” Claire asked.

“Yeah.” ‘Coal’ said as he drinks some soda. “I helped him out of a small jam and we talked for a bit.”

“What did you talked about?”

“Mostly about why we were in Saddle Arabia. Though it quickly turned into a small debate about the Gundams.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.” Illusion then went on to explain what Lance told him about his home being destroyed by the Gorns, and then reveling that he was a Gundam Meister.

“He said that?”

“Yes. I’m not sure if he was telling the truth.”

“Well, if his then we should investigate both him and his friends,” said Claire. “Starburst and Starfall had their suspicions on them for a while now.” She added as they leave the restaurant. “Oh! And the modifications to the Celestia Being are done.”

“Then what are we waiting for?”

In the hanger, Bastion and Crescent Moon are doing some routine maintenance on the Celestial Being. As they’re making sure that all of the joints and weapons are functioning, Illusion and Claire walk into the hanger. “Ah, young Prince Illusion. Back already?” Bastion asked.

“Sorry for being late. Politics is really complex.” Illusion replied. “Are the modifications complete?”

“Indeed.” Said Bastion. The Celestial Being now has golden armor plating in several areas and it’s now marble white in appearance. “I’ve reinforce the backpack and the joints and applied an anti-beam coating to the surface. For weaponry I’ve designed this prototype riffle to run on a combination of solar energy and your magic, Illusion.”

“It’s magnificent, Professor.” Said Claire.

“Buuuut even with the Anti-G system activated, you’ll feel about 10 Gs when turning at full speed.” Crescent Moon pointed out.

“Huh, so Lance is that human I found.” Said Starburst. After Illusion and Claire left the hanger, they quickly went looking for Princess Twilight, Prince Flash Sentry, Princess Starburst and Starfall.

“It would appear so. And, if what you and Starfall saw was true, then they’re hiding in the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters.” Twilight said.

“But why didn’t you tell the other members of the Anti-Gundam Investigative Task Force?” Flash asked.

“I’m not sure, really.” Illusion replied. He receives some confused gazes form the others. “I guess it was out of sympathy. He told me that the Gorns destroyed his home and his faith in his god.”

“Well, whatever the reason may be, we at least now know who one of the Gundam Meisters is.” Said Starburst.

“I wonder where they are now?” Starfall asked.

Christina and Lucy are busy. Right now they’re testing the E-Sensor, and so far everything is fine. “This is so boring!” Christina whined.

“Don’t worry. We’re almost done with the E-Sensor tests, then you can go to bed.”

“Yeah, yeah.” Chris yawns quit loudly then. “But I’m so tired. We’ve been working on this for nearly 5 hours now.”

Lucy then yawns. “Great, now you got me doing it.”  Soon, due to pure exhaustion, they fall asleep. The E-Sensor then picks something up.

“I’ve never expected them to be so close.” The surprise Lieutenant Amb-Uscade said.

“Notify the Specials right away. Mobile suit teams, scramble immediately!” Lo-Vee ordered.

“Let’s go,” No-Ble said to At-Lass, Lo-Vee and Amb-Uscade.

After getting the Zeheart and Fenice onto the Multipurpose Transport Ship Four, Ibrahim has been busy peeping the systems. “Lieutenant Ibrahim, how is the full sensory projection system?” At-Lass asked.

“No problem, Knight At-Lass. Everything is green across the board.”

“This will be our first battle in our machines, Lieutenant. Lets try to avoid a repeat of last time.” No-Ble jokingly said.

“That won’t happen again.”

July 8, 3330 AD

1830 hours

“Lucy, Chris, what’s the status of the E-” Graham stops dead in his tracks after he enters the bridge. Both Chris and Lucy are fast asleep. “They really need to learn to stop and take a break every once in a while, otherwise they won’t be drooling on themselves. Wake up, sleeping beauty,” Graham called gently, first nudging Christina's sleeping form.

Christina yawned, stretching a bit as she woke up. “How long was I out?”

“By the amount of drool on your face I say a little less than 30 minutes.” Graham replied as he floated over to Lucy, while an embarrassed Christina tries to clean up her drool, which is kinda hard to do when it sticks to your face because of the zero G.

“Wake up, Lucy,” Graham gently called, when he sees the E-Sensor acting up. As Lucy begins to wake up, Graham checks the E-Sensor. It displayed something that it detected a few minutes ago: a cube-like device that what four plus-shaped attunes around it. And there’s hundreds of them. “Those are comm devices!” He gasped, a small amount of fear in his voice.

“What!? How long was I out!?” Lucy franticly asked.

“No time! Inform everyone on Da Vinci! The enemy knows our location!”

“Ian, what’s the maintenance status of the four Gundams on Da Vinci?” Graham asked.

“Lightning Flash is all finished. But Rapidfire can’t use the cannons on its leg and most of its armor is still striped. And Sand Dune and Death Blades are still in the state they were in when they arrived.” Ian answered.

“Then send Sand Dune and Death Blades first. There is a chance that the Gorns figured out how to listen into our communications, so have them maintain radio silence for 720 seconds. Blitz and Rapidfire will stay to protect Da Vinci.”

“Da Vinci, opening hatches 2 and 4.” Christina said after she and the rest of the crew put on suits for the oncoming fight.

“So we’re gonna draw the Gorns off with the two Gundams?” Lasse asked.

“That’s part of the plan.” Graham replied.

As Imamu enters the hanger bay, he sees that part of Rapidfire’s right leg is missing and an orange stub has replaced the left. “Sorry about the look, Imamu. I had to do a quick fix by putting a stabilizer on the left leg, but the fire control tuning is still-”

“As long as I can fight,” Imamu interrupted as he floats over to Rapidfire’s cockpit.

Death Blades then prepares to launch. “Pink Blades. Hillary Duo. Getting this party started.”

Knight At-Lass’ Multipurpose Transport Ship Four

“Knight At-Lass! Two additional comm cutoff points have appeared, heading away from the first.” A Drone at the ships controls said.

“Are the Gundams splitting up?” At-Lass asked himself. “No, they’re trying to draw us off by sending out just two Gundams. That means there’s a high probability that the first communication cutoff point is a transport ship of some sort. Humph! Then let’s fall for it and throw our own feint right back at them. Ships One, Two, and Three, launch all mobile suits. Navigators on Two and Three, switch to auto-pilot, detach bridge and return to base. Number Three, don’t forget that you’re tracking the third cutoff point.”

Within a few minutes, all mobile suits form ships One, Two and Three have launched and are following Ship One in a straight line, just as he planned. “Ships Two and Three detaching bridges. Ship Three tracking third communication cutoff point. Ship Two, changing course and tracking second communication cutoff point.”

“Ship One will lead our main force straight to the first communication cutoff point. Our target is the possible enemy carrier. When we catch it, commence operational maneuvers.”

“We’re getting a visual of the enemy forces. Bringing up maximum magnification.” Christina said as the visual is displayed. The four ships are shaped as circles with three trapezoids surrounding it with the smaller face pointing inward, similar to a radiation symbol.

“The approaching ships are four Gorn multipurpose transports, designated Darklight.” Said Lucy.

“Two ships are breaking off; one to the left and one to the right. Most likely to engage Sand Dune and Death Blades.”

“They figured it out. Contact Sand Dune and Death Blades immediately!” Graham ordered.

“But we cant! You had them turned off all communication systems.” Christina said.

“I know.”

Knight At-Lass’ Multipurpose Transport Ship Four

“Can we get a visual of the enemy ship?” At-Lass asked.

“Right here, sir.” A Drone said as a visual is displayed.

The Gundam Meisters’ ship is a long, narrow craft, white with blue trim in a few places. The bridge is set at the back of the vessel, on a tall conning tower set above the rest of the ship. The bridge sat above the square, blockish central section of the ship, with two massive engine blocks shaped like white and blue arrowheads attached to the sides. Bolted on to the front of the ship where the two knife-like forward modules, which gave the ship the appearance of having two crocodile jaws above the mouth that are the hanger doors.

“So that’s the Gundam Meister’s spaceship? Just how many humans survived the Earth invasion to have built something like that.”

“I’m afraid to say it, but I made a huge miscalculation.” Graham said as a map of the current situation is displayed. “I expected that the ships approaching us were Darklight transports. The two ships approaching us should have all of the enemy fighting strength. My original plan had the enemy seeing through my feint and ignore Hilary and Amani, and coming straight at the Da Vinci. Then the two Gundams would have been able to make a pincer attack from behind. But the enemy responded to our feint with one of their own. The mobile suits on those two attacking ships have already been launched, and now Amani and Hilary are being delayed while they destroy the enemy transports.”

“And while they’re busy dealing with empty ships we’ll be attacked by waves of Gorn mobile suits.” Said Wu, catching on.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MF mode

After Amani fires multiple GN beams at the ship, it explodes. But once the smoke and dust settles, she sees something surprising. “No mobile suits? They weren’t carrying any. Then that means…”

“It must be him.” Graham said.

“Who?” Lasse asked.

“The exact same tactic was used a year before we left Earth on the Ark.” Graham answered. “The Gorn forces at that battle were being lead by a fairly new Knight class Gorn trying to prove himself: Knight At-Lass.”

“Lightning Flash, Rapidfire, opening hatches. Lightning Flash is to take up an interception position in front of the Da Vinci.” Said Lucy. Outside, Wu launches from the ship and gets in-between it and the approaching Gorn ships. “Rapidfire is to secure its legs to the hanger and standby to intercept with its QN Gatling Gun and QN Machine Gun.” Imamu has some difficulty stabilizing the Rapidfire, but is successful as he grabs his QN Gatling Gun and QN Machine Gun.

“Da Vinci’s priorities have now been shifted to defense. Disengaging normal power,” said Lasse as the lights go dead.

“Are we really going to fight those guys?” Lucy asked. “But most of the ships weapons are still offline.”

“Yeah, but we’ve got Gundams!” Christina said.

“Only two of them.”

“Activate the QN Missiles.” Said Graham. “All we have to do is survive for 300 seconds.”

“Here they come!” Lasse said as one of the Darklight ships gets closer.

“Wait a sec! That thing is moving too fast!” Wu said over the comlink. “They’re planning to ram the Da Vinci with an unmanned ship!”

“They’re gonna ram!?” Escaped from Christina’s lips.

“Fire the QN Missiles and deploy the QN Field!” Graham ordered.

“Roger!” Lasse responded as several hundred missile are fired at the Darklight. After they penetrate the Darklight’s armor the ship begins to bloat as a large amount of QN Particles fills it. Soon it explodes, the shrapnel heading straight for the Da Vinci. But the ship releases a large amount of QN Particles right as the shrapnel is about to hit, creating a field that blocks it.

“That was unexpected.” Said Graham.

“I’m confirming enemy mobile suit teams!” Imamu suddenly said. Looking to where the Darklight came from, they see a large amount of Shadow Bolt suits.

“They were hiding behind the transport!” Graham hissed.

“I’m counting 36 enemy units.” Said Wu.

QN 003-AJ Gundam Rapidfire

“Do you guys think your clever, huh?” Imamu said in a mocking tone as he open fires upon the Shadow Bolt suits. However, the suits all dodge by going below his line of sight. “Ugh! My aim’s off because the machine’s weight is different.”

QN 005-RD Lightning Flash Gundam

As the Shadow Bolts begin firing their liner rifles at the Da Vinci, Wu speeds towards him and draws out his new weapon that Ian made: the GN Beam Trident. Using it he pierces a Shadow Bolts weak point and rips it in half. The remaining Shadow Bolts scatter as he goes after them, but he stops when he realizes that that’s what they want. “If I go out too far then our defenses will collapses.” He turns around and heads back to the Da Vinci.

“I hate to admit it, but Knight At-Lass is my kind of guy.” He aims his Dragon Fang at a Shadow Bolt and launches it, dragging the Shadow Bolt back and, using his GN Beam Trident, pierces and destroys it.

“The enemy’s getting cold feet.”

“Yeah, and the QN Field can take this kind of attack.” Lucy and Christina both said.

“I don’t get it. All of this goes against standard Gorn doctrine for a mobile suit assault on a ship.” Said Graham. “Wait! The Gorns — No, Knight At-Lass’ objective isn’t the Da Vinci! He’s trying to capture a Gundam!”

“That means Amani and Hilary are in danger!” A worried Wu said.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MF mode

As Amani hurries to where the Da Vinci is, a million worrying thoughts are going though her head. “I sure hope they’re okay. I’m so worried about them. Calm down, Amani, you’ll be there soon.” Suddenly several unknown objects appear on the E-Sensor. “What’s all this?” She asked as she gets near the unknown objects, when several small explosions ring about around Sand Dune. “A mine field! They lured me in!” She cried, unknowingly going past a Darklight ship.

Knight At-Lass’ Shadow Bolt

“Sir! A Gundam just flew into the mine field we set up.” A Drone on the Multipurpose Transport Ship Four’s bridge said.

“Good. Warrior No-Ble, Princess Lo-Vee, Lieutenant Amb-Uscade, and Lieutenant Ibrahim, lets go.” He said as the ship launches all of its mobile suits. Except for Lieutenant Ibrahim’s and Warrior No-Ble’s machines, they are all Shadow Bolt suits.

Amani finally gets out of the field, and notices the Gorn mobile suits heading straight for her. “Sorry, but that was nothing to Sand Dune.” She said as she prepare to open fir-

“Ah! Why is my head filled with this sharp, stabbing pain!?” She asked. Its just like before in Maretonia, but why? Getting a better look at the Gorn mobile suits, she sees one strikingly familiar. “The Zeheart is causing this? No. It’s the pilot! I know that pilot!”

Knight At-Lass’ Shadow Bullet

“Knight At-Lass, the Winged Gundam’s movements are a bit odd. And it stopped emitting those particles also.” Lieutenant Amb-Uscade noted.

“Is the machine malfunctioning, or is it a trap?” At-Lass asked.

“Knight At-Lass, I volunteer to go ahead.” Lieutenant Ibrahim said.

“We’ll use the Carbon Nets first. Lieutenant Amb-Uscade!”

“Roger!” Lieutenant Amb-Uscade said as he and several other Shadow Bolts surround the Gundam. Aiming their liner rifles, they all fire small rods at it. They split apart, reveling nets. As they snare the Gundam, it doesn’t do anything for some reason. Lieutenant Ibrahim then maneuvers his machine above the Gundam and steadily moves towards it.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MF mode

“No! Don’t! Please, go away!” Amani pleaded, but they go unheard. As the Zeheart gets closer, the pain in Amani’s head intensifies. “Go away! I’m begging you! Go away!”

“Matching relative velocity. Contact initiated.” Said Ibrahim as he floats down to the Gundam and grabs i-

“Ahhhhhhhhh!” The pilot of the Gundam screamed.

“What?”

Knight At-Lass’ Shadow Bolt

“That voice. It's the same as before. It's the voice of that same young girl.”

“But why is she in pain?” Lo-Vee asked.

The pilot of the Gundam continues to scream in pure agony, for some reason. “Is she reacting to Lieutenant Ibrahim?”

“Wait! Remember what that Trooper said?” At-Lass asked them. “She’s the same as Lieutenant Ibrahim!”

“You really think so?” No-Ble asked.

“At-Lass, the Gundam Meister has lost consciousness,” said Ibrahim, made apparent when the screams stop.

“Roger that. All units, take the Winged Gundam into Ship Four and then fall back to a safe distance. Commander Ot-To, rendezvous with the main force and signal them to fall back.”

QN 005-RD Lightning Flash Gundam

Wu launches the Dragon Fang at some of the Shadow Bolts, but they starter before it could reach. “Every time I get close they scatter! Damn! I hope Amani and Hilary are okay out there.”

“Wu! You okay?” The unmistakable voice of Hilary said.

“Hilary, where’s Amani?”

“I thought she was back already?” Hilary said as she moves up to Lightning Flash.

“Go look for her. I can handle these lizards,” Wu said as he charges towards the Shadow Bolts.

Knight At-Lass’ Multipurpose Transport Ship Four

Several Gorns watch as the Winged Gundam is loaded onto the ship. “The Winged Gundam is stored and secured.” A Drone on the ship said to At-Lass.

“Good. Now have the crew remove the pilot and restrain her.”

“Maintenance team. Roger that.” A Trooper said as he and his team float down to the Gundam.

One places a scanner over where the cockpit should be, but gets an error. Trying a different method, he tries again. But he still gets an error. “Hey, chief! I’m getting an error message no matter what scanning method I use.”

“Really? I wonder if its because of those particles.”

Knight Ar-Lass’ Shadow Bolt

“Ship Four is preparing to head out.[/color]” A Trooper on the ships bridge said.

“That wasn’t very exiting for a first battle, now was it?” No-Ble asked.

“Such things don’t concern me.” Ibrahim replied. “The only thing that matters is the mission and its completion.”

“Sir, I’m detecting something on the E-Sensor. Its feint but it's moving closer to our position.” Lieutenant Amb-Uscade suddenly said.

“I’ll go investigate.” A Drone said as he pilots his Shadow Bolt to where the anomaly was detected, when he suddenly stops. “What?!”

“Huh?” Escaped from At-Lass as a silhouette appears briefly.

Suddenly a mobile suits begins to appear on the optic sensors. Its body is mostly white and pink in color, with black lines were the exhaust ports are at. It’s arms and legs are white, but its hands are pink also. It also has some kind of backpack. Its head is similar in design to a hooded figure, only the face can be seen. Above its crystal clear dark red eyes is a black v-shaped fin that’s twisted halfway.

“It’s the Pink Gundam!” At-lass shouted as the Gundam grabs its beam scythe and slashes the Drone’s Shadow Bolt suit. The Drone screams in fear before his suit explodes.

“All machines spread out! Ship Four, get out of this zone right now!” Lo-Vee ordered as the Pink Gundam slashes another Shadow Bolt before heading to Ship Four.

“That Gundam Meister must know that his comrade is in Ship Four! Lieutenant Ibrahim!”

QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades

“I don’t care how they did, but I’m gonna get my BFF and send these Gorns to Hell!” Hilary yelled, when he E-Sensor picks up something. It’s the Zeheart, and it's heading right for her. The Zeheart fires beams at her, but Hilary skillfully evades. Grabbing her QN Beam Dagger Gun and fires, but it dodges. “How’d it do that!?”

Knight At-Lass’ Shadow Bolt

“At-Lass, leave this to me and you go after the Winged Gundam.” Ibrahim said as he has his Zeheart charge at the Pink Gundam.

“Very well, Lieutenant Ibrahim. Wait for us at the rendezvous point, Ship Four. Make sure to drag the Gundam Meister out of the cockpit. If needed, you have my permission to use cutters.”

QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades

“The ship’s getting away!” Hilary cried, when she senses that the Zeheart is charging at her again from the upper left. “You won’t get away with this!” Hilary roared as she uses her QN Beam Scythe to slash at the Zeheart, but only manages to cut off its right leg. “How’d I miss!?”

“Ho-How dare you do that to my Zeheart!” Ibrahim shouted.

“At-Lass, if this goes on then-”

After a few minutes of trying to open the cockpit hatch, only two things have become apparent. First is that the armor is unbelievably strong. And second… “Bridge, there’s no switch on the outside of this thing. We’re using the cutter.” A Trooper said as he’s given a device that looks like a chainsaw. The edge begins to glow a faint orange as its turn on.

In the cockpit, Amani slowly begins to stir. I can hear … a voice.

“You will not stop us!” The pilot of the Zeheart said as he fires relentlessly at Hilary.

“That’s right, it's his voice.” She said, when she suddenly groans in slight pain, her hair moving to cover her left eye, exposing her red, right eye.

“Yeah, that’s right. It’s that boy. The one form before!” Asami said as she activates the Sand Dune. She activates the suits transformation sequence, surprising the Troopers as they all float away in shock. It breaks the hooks easily as a Trooper sounds the alarm. She then changes the shield to its pincer form and a QN Blade pops out of it.

Bridge of Knight At-Lass’ Multipurpose Transport Ship Four

The two Commanders flying the ship are taking it easy. With the ship on autopilot and the rendezvous point only a few minutes away, they’ve got no prob- “Emergency in the container!” A Trooper suddenly shouted, surprising the two Commanders. They then hear screaming as the sound of metal being cut by a superheated blade is heard.

Knight At-Lass’ Shadow Bolt

“Knight At-Lass! The ship is being destroyed form the inside!” A Commander cried.

“Ship Four, what’s happening? Situation report!” At-lass demanded, but all he hears is screams before static. He then sees that Ship Four’s signal … is gone.

“Ship Four’s signal has … been lost.”

“What a terrible turn of events.” Lo-Vee said.

“Indeed, however we will not return empty handed! No matter what it takes, we’re gonna capture the Pink Gundam!”

QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades

As Hilary continues to fight the Zeheart, she can’t help but notice that he’s different. “This guy’s not fighting like a Gorn. He fighting like Amani, but why?” Suddenly she notices that the Shadow Bolts and the Fenice are heading right for her. “Reinforcements? Doesn’t matter ‘cause they don’t know that they’re messing with Pink Blades, the quit-literal God of Death!” She roared as she fires her QN Beam Dagger Gun and fires multiple shots at them, but they all dodge. “Did they already figured out the QN Beam Dagger Gun’s weakness!?”

Knight At-Lass’ Shadow Bolt

“We know that you can only use that gun when an enemy is near.” Said At-Lass as four Shadow Bolts surround the Gundam. They fire E-Carbon lines at the Gundam and ensure its limbs.

“Fire the gel!” Said Lo-Vee. Two Shadow Bolts aim a gun like device at the Gundams limps are fire. Canister fly towards it as they spray a gel at the joints. It quickly hardens, rendering the Gundam complexity immobile.

QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades

“Okay, this is bad.” She said. Trying her best effort, she aims her QN Beam Dagger Gun at one of the Shadow Bolts, but the Fenice kicks it out of her Gundam’s hand. Suddenly two more Shadow Bolts grab her form behind. “I need to get out of this!” She activates her thrusters at full blast, and steadily begins to move forward, much to the surprise of the Gorns.

“At-Lass, we can’t hold it!” A Drone cried.

The Pink Gundam has more thrust then six Shadow Bolts combined!? “Ibrahim, I don’t care if it’s a head or an arm, just take something!”

“Roger!” Ibrahim replied as he charges towards the Gundam.

QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades

“I need to use the QN Field!” Hilary cried, but… “I can’t form it! The Shadow Bolts are blocking the major ports.” She looks over to the Zeheart, it gaining speed as it charges for her. What am I suppose to do! What!? She franticly thought, when something takes over. He eyes begin to show a rainbow-like pattern as her Gundam’s name appears above two additional words as the screen turns a blood red. It reads: ‘QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades Reaper Mode’.

As Ibrahim is about to make contact, something unexpected happens. The Gundams backpack suddenly detaches, sending the two Shadow Bolts back. The armor on the legs and arms detaches as well, breaking the E-Carbon wires, as well as the gel. The chest armor then detaches, stopping Ibrahim as he and the others all look in awe and fear at what just happened.

“It … changed?” He asked as the v-fin and a part of the Gundams ‘hood’ detach as well, with the hood pulling out blood red tendrils, giving the appearance of hair as a smaller, straight v-fin on the forehead. The Gundam now looks like a white skeleton, various blade-type weapons all over its body.

“What now?”

“It shed its armor?” Lieutenant Amb-Uscade and Warrior No-Ble both asked as the Gundam grabs what appear to be Beam Sabers, three in each hand, for a total of 6.

Suddenly if flings the Beam Sabers at each of the Shadow Bolts around it, each one pricing the heads and, consequently, the cockpits. “Cancel operation! We’re leaving the area immediately!”

QN 002-PP Gundam Death Blades Reaper mode

As the remaining three Shadow Bolts, the Zeheart and Fenice leave, Hilary just stays put, shocked. “What … What was that? Wait, didn’t Professor Mori say something about this?” She asked, remembering what the professor said to her so long ago.

In the mobile suit bay, a 9-year-old Hilary is busy. She’s spray painting the Death Blades, or as she prefers ‘Pink Blades’, which is why the spray paint is pink.

“What the heck are you doing!?” a 13-year-old Lance suddenly said, making Hilary jump. Looking she sees that both Lance and a 12-year-old Amanda are in the bay.

“Just thought I customize my Gundam, is all.”

“With spray paint?” A disbelieving Amanda asked.

“Yep!” Said Hilary as she god to grab a new can, but sees that they’re all gone. “Where’d they go?”

They suddenly hear a cough, and see Professor Mori entering the room, carrying a bag of the spray paint.

“My spray paint!”

“Hilary,” the professor said as he casually drops the bag. “Death Blades is an excellent piece of art. Think of a better way to use it then writing graffiti all over it.”

“I just thought to give it a feminine touch.” Hilary replied. “And besides, Pink Blades is a lot better than Death Blades. Why is it called that anyway? The only blade it has is that QN Scythe and that small gun doesn’t even count. Shouldn’t it be called Pinkscythe or Deathscythe or something?”

“Trust me, Hilary, the God of Death here has a very good name,” said Professor Mori. “As for why, you’ll find out soon enough.” He finished as he leaves. “I’ll have some of the armor painted pink the proper way for you. Until then, don’t write graffiti on it.”

“Is this what he meant? Is this the God of Death’s true form?” Hilary asked. “But, how did this happen?”

After a while, Imamu finally blasts some Shadow Bolt suits. “About time!” Suddenly they see a whit light in the distance. “The withdraw signal.”

“The enemy mobile suits teams have begun to withdraw.” Said Lucy.

“That means we all survived.” The relived Christina said.

“Don’t let your guard down. We still need to find Death Blades and Sand Dune.” Graham pointed out.

“Roger that.”

“Lieutenant Ibrahim, how’s you machine holding up?”

“Long distance acceleration is out, but cursing is no problem.”

“Good.”

“All of those resources and manpower, and we weren’t able to capture a single one.”

“It’s surprising how powerful those Gundams are.”

“Sir! Something is approaching from directly ahead of us.” Lieutenant Amb-Uscade suddenly said.

“What?” Ibrahim asked, when they all see a familiar shape.

“It’s the Winged Gundam!”

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MS mode

“I’ve tracked you down. A Super Solider piloting an experimental mobile suit. Yes, you’re the one. Do you actually think I would let you mess around with my brain?” Asami said. “You’re the same as me, aren’t you? That’s right, two peas in a pod. First they enhanced your body, then they messed with your brain! Turning you into a monster!”

“I’m engaging!” Ibrahim said.

“Lieutenant! Not with your machine like that!” No-Ble called out as Ibrahim charges towards the Gundam.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MS mode

“You sure are a brave little boy!” Asami said as she fires the GN Beam Submachine Gun at the Zeheart, but it moves to the left, avoiding the beams. But Asami aims to where the Zeheart will be and fires, and the beams all hit their mark.

“What the?!” Ibrahim asked as he quickly moves up, but the Gundam aims at where he would be and fires, the beams hitting his machine again. “Is she toying with me?”

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MS mode

“I told you: we’re exactly alike! I know what you’re gonna do, before you even think about it!” Asami said as she continues to toy with the Zeheart.

Xvv-xc Fenice

“Lieutenant Ibrahim!” No-Ble yelled out as he and Lo-Vee are about to go help, when Lieutenant Amb-Uscade suddenly gets in-between them.

“Princess, At-Lass, No-Ble, take the lieutenant and get away!”

“What?”

“You’re abilities and the Lieutenant’s are crucial to the Specials. Please, avenge my death.” He said as he charges towards the Gundam

“Lieutenant Amb-Uscade!”

“Leave him alone!” Amb-Uscade roared as he nears the Gundam.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MS mode

“Stay back, little tin lizard! You should value your life a lot more.” The Shadow Bolt then tackles Sand Dune, but Asami activates the shield’s pincer claws and grabs the Shadow Bolt’s neck.

“Lieutenant Amb-Uscade!” Knight At-Lass cried as he and the others reach the Zeheart.

“Everyone, please get away!” The Lieutenant Gorn said as the pincers slowly price through the armor.

“Lieutenant Amb-Uscade!” Cried Ibrahim as he’s about to-

“We’re withdrawing, Lieutenant!” At-lass said as he steps in to stop Ibrahim.

“But sir-”

“Do not wast the sacrifice of a brave solider.” With that, At-Lass, Lo-Vee, No-Ble and the reluctant Ibrahim leave.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MS mode

“What’s this?” Asami asked when she noticed them leaving. “You’re just gonna leave and abandon one of your own? So much for the Gorn Armada! Every coldblooded lizard for himself!”

“Someday…”

“Huh?”

“Someday the time will come when you all get what you deserve. And you will be punished for disrupting the order of the society we have built.”

“Stop bragging about your damn species! A society that conquers worlds, slaughtering billions and rebuilding its people and captives into monstrous soldiers? What kind of ‘order’ is that!?” Asami asked the Gorn, when a deadly smile appears on her face. “Ya know, I’m still pretty pissed off about the boy that got away, soooo … I’m going to kill you slowly!” She shouted as a blade pop out of the pincer shield and slowly makes its way into the Shadow Bolt’s head, to the cockpit.

“What the…?” The Gorn groaned before screaming in fear, realizing what’s happening.

“How does it feel the have your life slowly crushed by overwhelming force with no hope of fighting back?”

“No! Stop! Stop it, please! Ah!”

“Now that’s what I call ‘begging for your life’, and it’s downright delicious!” The bloodthirsty Asami said. “Now tell me, who do you think of? Your mother, or your lover? I bet you're seeing your life flashing before your eyes right now!”

“Stop it, Asami.”

“Huh? Hold on, Amani. I’m just getting to the best part.”

“Please, stop it.”

“What the hell are you talking about? I’m doing this for you because it’s obvious you can’t!”

“I’m begging you: stop it.”

“Oh, okay. Sure thing, Amani. I got it. I just can’t argue with you.” Asami said, but… “Just kidding!” She laughed as she has the blade go through the Shadow Bolt’s head completely, killing the Gorn in an instant. “This is fun, isn't Amani? Hallelujah!” Asami shouted as she flies away, before the Shadow Bolt explodes.

Watching the single from Lieutenant Amb-Uscade carefully, Ibrahim is hoping for the best. However the signal is lost, meaning only one thing… “Gundam!” Ibrahim said under his breath.

QN 004-FS Gundam Sand Dune MS mode

Now back in control, Amani is floating in space, waiting to be found. She’s shivering, but not form the cold. “Why? Why do you love to kill people so much, Asami?” She asked, on the verge of tears. “Is that … Is that really me? Is that my true nature? And if it is, then that means I’m … a monster!”

Bridge of the Gundam Meisters’ battleship Da Vinci

“I’ve located Death Blades. I’ll bring it up on the monitor,” Christina said. Sure enough the image appears, but they’re all in for a shock. What they see is the Death Blades without its armor, looking like a skeleton with straight blood-red hair.

“That doesn’t look like Death Blades.” Said Lasse.

“So that’s what Professor Mori meant by the Death Blades true self.” Graham said.

“I’ve just located Sand Dune,” said Lucy. “Amani? Do you copy? Amani? Huh?”

“What? Is something wrong?” Graham asked.

“She’s … crying,” Lucy answered.
