What was once believed to be just another statue in the royal gardens turns out to be something much worse. Two brothers are brought from thousands of years in the past to a modern more peaceful Equestria than the divided one they lived in.
The younger brother Xath is a psychopathic killer with multiple personality's and the power to threaten even Celestia herself.
The elder named Kain is a soldier who is barely capable of basic human interaction and has a violent grudge to settle against his younger sibling.
When Xaths' insanity threatens hundreds of lives it falls to the Elements of Harmony, under the harsh tutelage of Kain, to stop him. But Kain is not an innocent party. Indeed in many ways he's a worse person than his brother. It soon becomes clear that Kain is in some ways just as dangerous to the elements as his brother.
Gilda comes to ponyville with the intent of restarting her friendship with Rainbow Dash but somehow gets dragged directly into the middle of these events. Now she has to desperately tread water caught between the less than benevolent Celestia and other more sinister forces.

Humanized Ponies and OCs.
There will be a shipping subplot involving two characters who at this stage will go unnamed because I can't honestly believe I'm seriously pairing them.
Will be adult situations involving sex but it will be off screen and for the sake of plot and humor.
Rated M for violence. Nothing insanely gory but there is one scene that made me cringe to write.
The only reason the characters are humanized is for my convenience as a writer.
