The Muppet Theatre is quiet...way WAY too quiet, especially with the place empty and void of Muppet life. It has been sometime since the Muppets reunited and save their theater from Tex Richman, who happily gave it back to them after they made him laugh. The gang is preparing to restore their fame and build their way up, so to speak.

Of course, I spoke too soon. It WAS quiet and now laughter and weird noises is heard as the gang came back in after a tour of Europe. They have a run in with world criminal Constantine (who looks like their pal Kermit) who was manipulating them into stealing the Crown Jewels. But now with the villain in jail and the world tour (minus the 'world' part) over, the gang heads back home.

"Okay, gang, welcome back!" Kermit calls out to his friends who cheers wildly. "Wow, we have a great tour, eh?"

"TOUR, TOUR, TOUR!" Animal growls as he jumps around like mad.

"Whoa, Animal, buddy, calm," Floyd Pepper chuckles, pulling his friend by a leash to calm the mad Muppet down, "Yeah, I enjoy it too...minus the whole problems with Constantine."

"Yeah, can't you believe he tried to married moi and almost hold me hostage?" Miss Piggy scoffs as she pet Frou-Frou. The pig smiles towards her froggy love, adding, "But he will never compare to vous, Kermie dear."

"Yeah, thanks Piggy." Kermit said sheepishly. She always does this to him. The frog clears his throat (a not so literal frog in it), "Okay, gang. We got our world tour done..."

"AKA our newest movie," Gonzo exclaims as he drags in his cannon though it went off, knocking him down. "Yes!'

"...right, right! So what shall we do for a encore?"

"SEQUEL, SEQUEL, SEQUEL!" Animal exclaims eagerly, jumping up and down. Kermit sighs, shaking his head.

"Uh, Kermit," Walter ask, raising his hand up. "Well, since you got your theater back...and we did made a hit in Europe...maybe we could get the show going."

"And how about letting us background characters in more often, huh?!" Rizzo the Rat scowls, pushing in front of Walter. "You took too much screen time since you came along, kid!"

"Well, sorry! You just weren't needed for the sequel and..."

"Oh, right, knock a guy down while he's down, why don't ya?!"

"Rizzo, calm down; Walter, that's a good idea. We could get our show going." Kermit said with a thoughtful look, making the gang cheers. "Now what we need are acts..."

"Got them, chief," Scooter chirps, holding up a list of acts while showing it to Kermit. "Lists of acts we didn't thought of yet..."

"Scooter, it's blank!"

"Oh, that's because we didn't thought of what we didn't thought of yet!"

"Oh good grief," Kermit groans, shaking his head in disbelief; this may be more complicated than expected. "Okay, you guys just...practice for something and if you got any ideas, my door is always open!"

The Muppets didn't waste any time in doing whatever it is that they like to do. Fozzie follows his best friend into his office. The frog has recovered from the bad case of bad identify when Constantine took his place and used his friends for his robberies. Kermit thought for a while that they didn't need him...boy, was he wrong!

"Fozzie, I need your opinion." Kermit sighed as he sat his desk; Great to be back in here again.

"Oh, well, I am thinking we should hire George the Janitor back to clean this place up," Fozzie comments, noting some of the dust and cobwebs in the office as he swept some with a paw. "We didn't think of cleaning this place since..."

"Not my office, Fozzie! I mean guest-stars. Back when we started the show, we would find the best guest stars at reasonable prices. Nowadays, they are either dead or too expensive!"

"Oh...well, we could make some guest-stars up."

"Fozzie, I thought folks would bring imaginative characters to life." Kermit groans, waving a flipper at his friend's silly idea.

"Dr. Bunsen Honeydew could!" Fozzie said with a smile, much to Kermit's notice. What does the bear mean?

"Well, Kermit, I'm glad you took an interest!" Dr. Bunsen Honeydew exclaims as he types in some buttons on a pad. Kermit and Fozzie are watching as Beaker was cleaning off a machine. "Since guest-stars are so expensive...or dead...nowadays, I decided it's time we 'pull' some from other universes."

"Alternative universes; that's bizarre," Kermit remarks to Bunsen's idea with a groan. He pauses to think about this. "Of course, we the Muppets had done THAT before!"

"Beaker, if you could begin pulling the lever..."

"Meep meep meep meep," Beaker exclaims as he pulls the lever. The assistant moves out of the way, not wanting to get hurt should things get out of hand...AS USUAL.

"Now then, I have programmed the machine to bring in any guest-stars, not just normal ones, but ones who are cheap, can sing, act, whatever, and can fill in to begin the show." Bunsen said proudly as the machine begins activating.

Suddenly a black hole appears, much to the Muppets' notice. Fozzie impressed spoke, "Wow; A black hole! Is that our guest-star?"

"Actually, it will bring our guest-stars here to wherever they are."

"Bunsen, wouldn't it be awkward if we bring someone who doesn't even know what's going on?" Kermit ask Bunsen in worry. "We may be kidnapping...and this isn't like when we kidnapped Jack Black!"

"Well, I'm sure the machine can pick someone, right?" Bunsen asks Kermit with a smile. The frog groans a bit.

Kermit got a bad feeling about this.

In another universe and place, Twilight and her friends are checking out the box, looking concerned. It has been a while since the Day of the Moon when Fanged Dahlia and her allies tries to make the prophecy come true...and the evil threat of Myotis.

"So...where 'de Sam Hill are we gonna find them keys?" Applejack ask with a frown. "Ah mean, we didn't even look fer any yet."

"I don't know. We were so busy that we didn't have time to do so." Twilight admits to Applejack with a sigh. "Man, my hooves are killing me from all that running around we did."

"So are my wings." Rainbow said, sitting in a stool. "I just want to go one day without going on a crazy adventure that threatens to kill us and all that stuff."

"Like a black hole appearing from out of nowhere and suck us in!" Pinkie remarks in agreement. Suddenly without warning, a black hole appears without warning, "Ooooh! I am psychic again!"

Suddenly the Mane Six yelps as the black hole begins sucking them in. They tried to escape, screaming. Twilight's attempts to teleport prove useless as she scream while the Alicorn and her pals are pulled into the black hole...when oddly enough remains open; At least the sucking stops.

Spike came in with some nachos, looking around. He frowns while asking, "Girls; Hello; Awww, man; why do I get a feeling that something crazy just happened and I just missed it?!"

Pinkamena was reading and her body twitches as the group sees. Golden Heart said in concern, "Something wrong?"

Pinkamena explained, "Well, it seems that the Mane Six was sucked into a black hole to another universe by some strange puppet-like beings."

All were puzzled but know how she acts like Pinkie Pie. Sombra was looking out a window for a bit, seeing the ponies as he said, "So many colors of ponies roam from far and wide, all new and happy, even if bad times come. So much has changed."

He goes back in with the gang.

Rizzo and Walter was passing by Bunsen's law when they saw something's closing inside. The rat exclaims, "Hey Walter! You see that?"

"Yeah, something's glowing...that must mean something's big is going to happen!" Walter exclaims with a smile. "Let's check it out."

"Me first, pal! You get too much screen time in the last two movies!" Rizzo remarks dryly to Walter. The rat apparently had enough of being the background character.

Walter nods; only fair. The two went inside as the black hole is glowing. Kermit calls out, "Bunsen! Is that hole supposed to be glowing?"

"Indeed, that means someone is coming!" Bunsen exclaims eagerly. "Get the mattresses ready for landing, Beakie!"

Beaker replied with his usual meeps as he gets to the mattresses to set them up.

"Hey, what gives here?" Rizzo calls out loudly over the noise.

As Beaker set the mattresses up, Fozzie eagerly explains, "We're going to get some guest stars! Oh boy! I hope it's something neat!"

"Okay, by my calculations, the guest-star or guest stars could land safely." Bunsen said with a grin to the others.

Screaming is heard...as something six familiar ponies fell out of the black hole...and landing right on Kermit, Fozzie, Walter and Rizzo, causing them to yelp as the Mane Six crash into them and not onto the mattresses.

Bunsen paused then said, "I think you move the mattresses a bit too far, Beaker," Beaker meeped sheepishly in reply at this.

"Wheeee; let's do it again!" Pinkie giggles happily as she got up.

"Not in a zillion years." Rarity scowls as she got up, dusting herself off.

"Man, now I remember why I try to stay out of these things!" Rizzo groans as he got up himself. Rarity saw him...and screams in panic.

"AAAAHHHH; A RAT," Rarity screams as she smacks Rizzo a few times with her front hooves.

"Ouch, ouch; Hey lady, ouch," Rizzo screams as Rarity hits him a few times. "Are you nuts?! Ouch!"

"Ooooh! A talking rat," Fluttershy giggles as she flew in and grabs Rizzo, saving him while hugging the rat. "I've never seen a talking rat before; so cute!"

"Huh. Well, that's a first." Rizzo remarks in amazement; First time in years that someone called him 'cute'.

"Fluttershy; He's a rat! He spread diseases and stuff!" Rarity exclaims frantically to Fluttershy.

"What is this? The Plague all over again," Rizzo snaps as he got out of Fluttershy's hold. "Lady, those were ticks that killed off half of Europe, not rats! Stop giving us the anti-rat treatment!"

"Bunsen, when we asked for guest stars, we didn't think of just ponies." Kermit said to Bunsen puzzled. "We got enough equines on our show as it is."

"Oooh, a talking frog," Fluttershy exclaims as she flies over to Kermit. "I haven't seen a talking frog before! He's cute too!"

"Errr, thanks, but be careful. I got one pig being over possessive towards me as it is." Kermit said, blushing by the cute comment by Fluttershy.

"Okay, what's going on?" Twilight demands in frustration. "Why are we being kidnapped?"

"Kidnapped? Don't you mean 'foal-napped'? Wocka wocka," Fozzie laughs a bit eagerly, making some of his own friends groans a bit.

"Ahem, my name is Kermit the Frog, the leader of a group known as the Muppets." Kermit explains to the Mane Six with a grin. "Heard of us?"

"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!" Rainbow exclaims, knocking aside Twilight, "The Muppets; The funniest puppets on Earth?! Megan brought over video tapes of you guys!"

"Megan?" Kermit ask puzzled.

"What? You never heard of Megan Richards, the author of those stories involving her adventures with ponies?" Twilight ask, atching an eyebrow.

"Kermit, I think it's those strange ponies from the same books!" Fozzie exclaims to Kermit with a grin, "And the same ones who appear on Total Drama Equestria!"

"Don't remind us." Twilight remarks in amusement. At least it isn't bad guys that did this, but famous celebrities. "Wait, hang on. Why did you bring us here?"

"Well, here's the thing." Walter said, being the first to speak. "You see, we just got back from our tour in Europe and we decided on restarting the show."

"But we needed guest stars, so Dr. Bunsen Honeydew uses his invention to bring some for us to use." Kermit explains, motioning to the scientist nearby. "It brought you. I apologize for bringing you here without notice but we kinda need some guest-star at this point to help getting our show a-going."

"Well, I don't know..." Twilight said in concern. This is short notice and all.

"Awww, come on, Twiley!" Pinkie giggles, hugging her pal. "This will give us a break from, all the fighting and such that we did."

"Yeah, it would be so cool, performing for a bunch of humans again!" Rainbow exclaims, throwing air hooves into the air. "Besides, at least our lives won't be in danger."

"And I could design very good costumes for all of us, darling." Rarity giggles a bit. "Uh, that Hilda lady still works here, right?"

"No, she retired." Kermit explains to Rarity, making her grin a bit. "Of course, we can always have you do some costume designs."

"Shucks, Ah don't mind showing off some talents or so." Applejack remarks with a smile.

"Well, it sounds...nice." Fluttershy said meekly, although she's a bit stage fright as usual. This isn't like performing for her animals at home.

"So come on, Twilight, how about it," Applejack ask with a smile to the princess.

Twilight saw her friends looking eagerly to her, all wanting to at least give the guest-star thing on the Muppet Show a chance. They are hoping she would agree to this.

"Well..." Twilight started. She started thinking this over as she said, "It was kinda sudden when we were pulled here, but since there doesn't seem to be any troubles for us right now, and that we're all having a break..." the purple Alicorn shrugged as she said with a smile, "Why not?"

"Oh, good," Kermit remarked. "Walter, will you bring the ponies to their rooms, please?"

"Hang on, hang on!" Rizzo remarks with a deep frown. "Can't I get some word in? I'm tired of being the background character!"

"Okay, fine. Rizzo, get the gang around." Kermit sighs a bit, "Looks like we found our guest-stars."

"Thank you!" Rizzo said, "Finally, I get to do something major; Better than that low-talent whistler!"

Walter frowns a bit. He didn't mean to put Rizzo into the background...this stuff sorta happened.

"Rizzo, we know what yew mean." Applejack said with a sigh. "Sometimes Spike get stuffed into 'de background no matter how important he is 'ta us."

"Oh dear, Spike," Twilight said in worry. "We almost forgot about him. Oh, I hope he's all right!"

"So yeah, I came in here, they went missing and that black hole is here." Spike explains, bringing Ben, the CMC and Phobos into the room, pointing to the black hole. "I think they got sucked in there."

"Hmmm, interesting," Ben said, glancing at the black hole curiously.

"You think our enemies are behind this?" Sweetie asks Ben in concern and worry, fearing that the enemies are striking...AGAIN.

"We don't know yet. The only way to find out is to go through on the other end of this black hole."

"Black Hole," A familiar voice spoke up. Chase the Fighter AKA Shadow Dragon (but they don't know that) came in, arching an eyebrow. "What is this black hole?"

"Mommy and my aunties disappear again. We think they've gone through that black hole." Nyx explains to Chase in concern.

"Perhaps the Dark Mystic Ponies are behind this?" Scootaloo ask her friends in concern, "Or those Apocalypse Pony freaks?"

"No, they wouldn't strike so soon...and so are the Apocalypse Ponies." Chase said, shaking his head. The disguised villain got a good reason to say that: he would've been informed should his allies were planning on doing. Nope, this is something outside all together.

"In that case, we should investigate and hope for the best." Ben said in determination. "We best be prepared. Spike, Phobos, get some equipment and snacks."

"Right-o," Phobos exclaims as he and Spike head off to get the supplies needs.

"Girls; I know you wanna come along too and would hitch a ride anyway, so I guess you're in!"

"Yeah," Apple Bloom exclaims with a smile to Ben. "We could come along!"

"Yep, we could be...Cutie Mark Crusader Black Hole Explorers." Nyx said with a smile of delight in finding something that her friends would love to do.

"YAY! CUTIE MARK CRUSADER BLACK HOLE EXPLORER," The CMC cheers out loudly, enough to almost give Chase a bad ear ache if that's possible.

"Chase? Would you like to come along?" Ben ask Chase with a smile. "I figure this could be one step to proving the skeptics wrong about you."

"Yeah, why not? I got nothing else to do." Chase remarks with a shrug of agreement. The villain figures that if he goes along with this, Shadow Dragon would be one hoot closer to winning Twilight's trust. He suspects that she still got suspicions about him...

And rescuing Twilight is one way or another to get her to his side.

In the wacky world of Muppets, the gang is in the stadium, watching as Kermit announces, "Okay, gang! Pay attention, pay attention."

"If we're going to pay attention, we would rather use cash or credits." Pops remarks to his pals, making them laugh hardly.

"Very funny, Pops. Ahem, I got some good news. With the help of Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, we got some guest-stars for our show. Tell me, how many remember the pony stories made by Megan Williams?"

"Oooh, I do, Uncle Kermit, I do!" Robin exclaims happily as he waves a flipper in the air. "Aunt Piggy read that stuff and always allows me to read them.

"Ha ha; Ha ha; Ha ha;" Miss Piggy said sheepishly upon hearing that, "Robin dear. Your Uncle Kermie and I aren't married yet...despite how close we did last time."

"Well, hop to it! You seems anxious than before!"

"Silly froggie, isn't he?"

"Well, I read those books." Zoot remarks with a grunt as he waxes his sax. "Those ponies are a bit...uh...80s?"

"Like, for sure!" Janice exclaims with a smile. "I also love those shows that like shows those ponies from Equestria."

"Well, you will be happy to know that we managed to get some of them. From all the way from Equestria: the Mane Six! Yay," Kermit cheers a bit, making the Muppets gasps with glee.

The Mane Six trots onto the theater. Twilight smiled, waving as she said, "Hey guys. Thanks for having us on your show. We promised to make this as entertaining and productive as possible."

"And some dare deviling!" Rainbow exclaims, hovering in the air excitedly, "Hey, where's Gonzo? I wanna do an act with him involving my Sonic Rainboom!"

"Oooh, what an idea," Gonzo exclaims as he suddenly appears near Rainbow, a look of delight is on his face. "An indoor Sonic Rainboom! Uh, what is it?"

"Well, let's try it in the show later and find out!"

"Ooooh, 'dat's risking, Rainbow." Applejack remarks in concern to her Pegasus friend. "Doing yer Sonic Rainboom could end up causing more damages than good."

"Hey, I did it three times before...maybe longer, AJ." Rainbow remarks with a smile, lying on her back in the air somehow. "I can do it indoors, no prob."

"Well, I promised, Princess Sparkle, that your friends' time here on the show will be less painful and more quiet as possible." Kermit said to Twilight who smiles back. At least a break from all the fighting that she and her friends had done is possible.

Suddenly Rarity is heard screaming. The gang saw Animal chasing her across the stage, yelling, "WOMAN, WOMAN, WOMAN, WOMAN, WOMAN!" The two rush off the stage before the drummer came back, "PONY WOMAN! HA HA HA," Animal rushes off to chase Rarity some more, much to Kermit's embarrassment.

"Okay, if you ignore what Animal likes to do for a living."

"Got my knock out darts," Pinkie said sternly as she somehow holds a gun over her side. "Time I catch me an Animal; Ha ha ha ha!"

"Okay, gang, let's get this show ready!" Kermit calls out to his friends who cheers on a bit. "We got to think up some acts and then maybe hope for the best!"

As the Muppets prepared for the rebirth of their show, Robin notes Fluttershy getting a bit scared as she hide behind a tree prop...which got taken away by Sweetums and another Muppet monster. The yellow Pegasus pony shivers a bit in worry.

"Hey, Miss? Are you okay?" Robin asks Fluttershy in concern.

"Oh, well, yes...oh, a little." Fluttershy said to Robin with a sigh. "It's just; I'm a good singer, especially around my friends and animals. But well, I..."

"You got stage fright, right?"

"...yes...."

Robin smiles a bit, coming over and hopping onto Fluttershy's back. He spoke, "Awww, I betcha I could help with that. Stage fright can be a pain but it can be conquered if given the right help."

"Well, my friends tried to pressure me onto stage before...let's say I want to take a few baby steps." Fluttershy said to Robin with a shy smile.

"I promise, Miss..."

"Fluttershy."

"Right, Fluttershy. Why, give me a chance and you can sing your heart out in no time!" Robin exclaims to Fluttershy. "Well, no pressure if you aren't up to it, but still!"

Fluttershy pauses then smiles a bit at Robin's idea. Perhaps she could use some help in her trek to get to singing on stage...one baby step at a time. It would be...nice.
