KRONOS
--Hostile Takeover--

Dash eyed Twilight as they left Bit & Bridal. "Have fun?" she asked.

"Only a little..." Twi muttered. "Jade showed up before we could actually do anything..."

The cyan mare nodded as they got to her car. Just then, Dashie's phone vibrated, only once.

She pulled it out and read it. "Damn... Luna's calling a meeting..."

"Well... What about the Skulls' hideout?" asked Twilight. "I could go if I had a car..."

Dash eyed her before spotting a car coming down the road. The cyan mare then stepped in the way and held out her hand, making the driver slam on the brakes. The vehicle skidded towards Dash but stopped mere inches away. She then pulled out her gun and aimed at the driver.

"Out of the car!" she ordered.

The colt inside went wide-eyed and quickly got out, running away. "There," said Dash, eyeing Twilight. "Car. Now, find out what you can and meet me back at the hotel."

Twilight nodded and went over to the stopped car, climbing in and fastening her seatbelt. Dash did the same before driving off. After taking a deep breath, Twilight turned the car around and headed for 25 Dawn Avenue.

A black mare with opened the door to Luna's room and stepped in. "You wanted to see me, ma'am?" she asked. She was wearing skin-tight, black spandex pants that went down to her ankles and a shirt, sleeves down to her wrists. On her hands, she wore thin gloves of the same material as well as thin, knee-high black boots. Around her waist was a belt that held a large knife and three throwing knives on each side as well as two gun holsters on the back. She looked ready to hunt down anyone she was ordered to.

"Yes, Rogue..." said Luna, standing up. "I wanted to thank you for your help. You've done well," she said with a smile.

"You're welcome, and thank you, ma'am," Rogue replied. "I try to do my best."

"And you succeed. You've done a much better job than those other leaders..." Luna replied with a sigh. "So... Anyways, tell me..." she cooed darkly as she sat back down. "How is dear Celestia?"

Rogue smiled. "She's alive... Barely, as you requested..."

"Good," said Luna, standing up. "Go and continue keeping an eye on them," she said, leaving her desk and heading towards the door. "It's almost over and then I can use your skills for more... interesting purposes."

Rogue smiled. "Good. I look forward to killing someone," she said, following Luna out of her room.

Twilight pulled up to 25 Dawn Avenue, parking her car.

"An abandoned factory?" she asked, getting out and pulling her gun from its holster.

After turning off the safety she walked to the building, banging on the door with the gun's chamber. She then pressed her back to the wall beside the door, taking deep breaths as she waited for combat. And waited. And waited. When nothing happened, she tried the handle to find the door open. Taking one last deep breath, she burst into the building and looked around the factory floor.

"Where is everyone?" she asked, looking around. "Just like the Fallen..." She then pulled out her phone as she kept walking, dialing Dash's number. Putting the phone to her ear, she entered what appeared to be a small office.

"Hello?" came Dash's voice.

"Dash?" Twi asked. "It's me. Twilight."

"Yeah, I know you're voice, Twilight. What do you want?"

"I'm at the Skulls' hideout and it's the same scene as the Fallen's hideout. Empty. No one's here."

"Something big is going down... Look, we're almost back at the hotel. Meet here when you're done and we'll look into it."

Twilight nodded. "Alright, Dash..." she said.

"See ya, mistress," Dash said with a chuckle before hanging up.

The mare gave a smirk before putting her phone away, suddenly noticing a map on the table. Taking it, she found various points circled and labeled.

She then let out a gasp. "These are the locations of the gang bases!" She then looked around and found Kronos, a warehouse by the docks. "Couldn't hurt to check out."

Luna and Rogue made their way down the stairs and stopped on the first floor, looking down at the entire gang gathered in the lobby. Once she did, everyone stopped and looked at her.

"Not yet," she announced. "Few minutes..." she added with a smile, making everyone resume their conversations.

Twi pulled up to the docks and got out, unholstering her gun and quickly moving to the warehouse. This time she took a chance and simply ran inside, looking around. No one was around.

"Where are they?" she asked, looking around when she suddenly heard herself step in a puddle. "Oh, great..." she groaned, taking a step back before noticing an odd smell. She then knelt down and felt the puddle. "Odd..." She then noticed a trail leading to the back.

Standing up, she followed the trail of liquid to the back and found herself stopped in front of a door. Upon opening it, she found stairs leading down to the basement.

"This is getting creepy..." she muttered, aiming her gun ahead of her as she headed down the stairs.

When she got to the bottom and looked around she gasped in horror, seeing something she once saw in a book.

Luna's phone vibrated and she took it out, reading a text. Ready, is all it said. The alicorn smiled and put the phone away. She then cleared her throat.

"Alright, the meeting's starting," she called as everyone stopped to look at her. "I'm sure many of you are wondering why I called you all here so suddenly..."

"Yeah," a colt replied. "Even the guards?"

"I will get to that," Luna said, a little irritated at the interruption. "Firstly, I'd like to thank you all... If it weren't for you, we wouldn't be where we are right now," she said as she got smiles from most of the gang. "Your total incompetence has really paid off..." All the smiles faded. Luna then started to clap slowly. "I thank you."

There was total silence as everyone just stared at her. Cadence and Shining Armor eyed each other before returning their gaze to Luna.

Suddenly, a colt spoke out. "Uh... Luna, ma'am?" he asked. "What's going on?"

"Luna?" the alicorn asked, giggling. "Oh, I suppose it was time you all knew..."

"Knew what?" the colt asked.

"This charade has gone on long enough!" Luna yelled before becoming totally engulfed in green flames.

The whole crowd all gasped in absolute shock and horror. The flames soon disappeared, revealing a black mare with holes in her arms and legs. Her fingers were sharp like claws and she had a jagged horn. She had green hair down to her butt, also with holes, and a tail to match. She wore a long green skirt that covered her crotch area and her left leg, leaving the other exposed. For a top she wore what looked like green bandages, revealing a bit of the underside of her breasts. She looked out at her audience with her green eyes and creepy smile.

"Behold!" she yelled in her true voice; one that had an eerie echo. "Your new ruler! I am Chrysalis! And this city is now mine!"

As she spoke, the missing rival gangs entered the lobby from the sides, surrounding the Elementals. The front doors opened as the leaders stepped in.

"Well, looks like it's game over for the Elementals..." Gilda cooed darkly, looking around as she was dressed in her yellow bra and panties, now with the addition of a long black coat that went down to her ankles.

Kyra smirked, wearing her typical outfit. "Too easy..."

Shimmer kept quiet, only chuckled darkly.

"You have failed, Elementals!" Chrysalis yelled victoriously before pointing to the group of Blades. "You! Take our friends to the basement and keep them there. And be sure to relinquish them of their weapons!"

The Blades members nodded and began to herd the Elementals out of the room. Cadence took Shining Armor's hand so they wouldn't get separated.

"How could this happen?" Cadence asked, a tear rolling down her cheek. "Wh-Where's Luna and Celestia?" Shining Armor shook his head before smiling. "What's so funny?"

"Twilight's not here..." he said. "And, I know she won't let Chrysalis get away with this..."

"You really think she can stop that... thing?"

"Twilight is stronger than she looks... I have faith in her..."

Rogue stepped up to Chrysalis and leaned in. "We're missing one..."

The Changeling leader eyed her. "Who?"

"Twilight Sparkle."

Chrysalis let out a laugh. "Her? She won't be a problem... There's no way she can stop all of us by herself."

Outside the hotel, Twi was parked a block away, staring in horror.

"Oh, no..." she whimpered, seeing enemy guards outside. "What the hell am I gonna do?"
