You ever read those really stupid fanfictions where some jerk dresses up like villain for a costume party and then magically ends up in Equestria with the powers of said villain? You know how those almost always have them acting like a jackass, getting petrified for a thousand years and then bursting out of their stone prison with Discord to ... be a jackass once more? You know those stupid stories?

Hi, I'm Dave. I'm pretty tall - about seven-two or so - and when I was getting ready to go to DragonCon, there was no question who I would be. Puddles. From Puddles Pity Party. The most epic sad clown ever. But I need just one thing to complete the outfit ... good thing there's this costume shop set up conspicuously outside the entrance. And wow does that guy look conspicuously like a humanized Discord! Nothing can go wrong with this plan!
