In a different Universe to our own, but a Galaxy very similar to our own. There is an event, that will change the Universe it self for ever. It's a battle that happens everywhere, in place and in time. It is as old as the Universe it self, but can't exist without it. On the plant called Earth, is where the battle is happening. In a place that used to be near a small town, now the surrounding area is nothing but a waste land. In this place you will find two extraordinary fighters, one being a natural life, and the other artificial. They are currently shooting out mass amount of energy, that is clashing into a huge ball of energy in between them. So much so the ground around or near the ball of energy, is crushed or destroyed.

One of these fighters is called Gohan, he is a half Saiyan & Half Human being. He has glowing golden hair, a rich blue for eye colour. The clothes he is wearing has seen better days, it's a purple T-shirt and pants that are lose, with a red material acting as a belt around his waist. Gohan represents Good

And the other fighters known as Cell. He is an android created by an evil scientist known as Doctor Gero. Cell has a green, black and white like hybrid body of an insect and a human. After absorbing the two other androids created by Doctor Gero, Cell gained his "ultimate form". Cell represents Evil

"Why can't you people just stay down! AHHH" Cell says increasing the energy he is using, to blow away the four earth fighters behind him. One being a bald small white male, wearing a orange suit, another being a white male with black hair, and a few scars here and there, with an orange suit as well. The third is a white bald male, wearing a white t-shirt and green pants, and finally the fourth is a green namekian wearing the same thing as Gohan, just for his size. All four go crashing a few yards away, Two of them get back up and continue the assault of Cell. Soon after the other two get back up and join their comrades. "They just keep lining up to die!!" Cells says to himself getting more frustrated. He increases the power direct to Gohan and the other 4 fighters, the energy ball between Cell and Gohan increases in size, but is now favouring Cell.

The four fighters put more power into their attacks. "AHHHH! NO CHANCE! YOU HAVE NO CHANCE!!!" Cell shouts drastically increasing the power to the four fighters, which slowly blows them away for good, one by one. Gohan see's this and is worried about them, but cell is just too strong. The energy ball is closing in on Gohan and because of this, he is being pushed back, dragging his feet into the ground. This looks like its it, for earth and maybe the universe, Cell is simply to strong. The found around them, starts breaking up and floating into the air, the planet starts shaking violently. And big cracks are appearing in the ground all over the world, and they slowly start to open up even more. The four fighters are down for the count, but they are not die, not yet anyway. If the fight isn't decided soon, the planet will blow up soon, leaving the fighters against Cell floating in space with no air to breath. And that wouldn't bother the android, seeing as he can breathe is space somehow. "SAY GOODBYE!!!" Cells shouts smugly, the energy ball is now dangerously close to Gohan, and has grown to an incredible size. "AHHHH!! MWHAHAHA" Cell laughs evilly.

BANG!!!

A big yellow energy ball is shot at Cell from above, making the android, almost knell to the floor. Looking up he see's the one person, Cell wished didn't interfere. "VEGETA?!!!" Cells concentration on the energy going to Gohan is slightly disturbed. And Gohan seems to sense this and gives everything he has left, into his energy. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" The energy ball is almost instantly incloses Cell, and it is now glowing various shades of blues and whites. It is too much for Cell and it shoots past his energy beam. Gohan pushes home his advantage and starts walking forward, keeping up the energy.

Cell starts breaking down into pieces, the energy is destroying his body. "AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Cell shouts in pain. Gohan gives it one last push and the energy beam explodes forward. Cell's body starts to break down even faster, and become disoriented. "I"LL BE BACK!!!!!!!!" Cells shouts before his voice is echoed into nothing. His body is now just bits and pieces, and not connect to each other. And continues to break down till there is nothing left, not even a single cell of Cell. Gohan guides the energy into space, so not to blow up the earth, after trying so hard to save it.

Gohan is floating in the air, while taking deep breaths of exhaustion. His energy is falling fast, and his glowing hair and skin turns back to normal. His hair is black and spike, like his dad's, but just more spiky. Soon Gohan falls to the floor, having not enough to keep him afloat in the air. And crashes on the floor on his back, sending a pain through his body. A few moments later, his friends gather around him and are smiling at him, well minus Vegeta obviously. Gohan laughs through the pain, taking in deep breaths.

"Huh, look at him. Guess saving the world takes a toll on you." Piccolo says looking at Gohan.

"Hey Gohan let me ask you something. Where you holding back all your power, all that time. Just to scare us? Because boy it worked!" Krillen says looking down at Gohan, Who just looks at him and smiles.

"Gosh you guys, I can't believe we serviced that!" Says Yamcha, reflecting on the events just gone.

"I know" Tien ages with him.

"And don't you worry about those bruises Gohan, we'll have Dende to fix you right up, you'll fell like a zillion bucks" Krillen says to Gohan.

Gohan continues to smile and laugh through the pain. Yamcha walks over to the side of Gohan, "Ive got you big guy" And he picks Gohan up in his hands and arms.

"Sorry for the mess" Gohan says weakly, and blacks out from exhaustion in Yamcha's arms.

Gohan wakes up an hour later, with Dende using his healing powers on him. With Dende himself look straight into his eyes, with a smile on his face. "Gohan! Hey! haha" Dende says to Gohan, who says hello to his friend. Dende suddenly looks down to the floor, with a sad look on his face. "I mean Im really sorry about your father, Gohan" The atmosphere is now destroyed, because everyone is forced to think about their fallen friend.

------------------------------------------------- 3 MONTHS LATER ----------------------------------------------------

Gohan has spent the three months, studying, relaxing and hanging out with his friends. He is not training with Piccolo at the lookout, trying to take his mind of what he has lost.

"Good job Gohan, I'm proud of you kid" Piccolo says putting his hand of top of Gohan's head. But he is quick to notice Gohan's mood "I'm sorry about your father Gohan, you will see him again. And like he said, he will want to catch up, knowing him, he will want a fight with all of us." Piccolo smiles at the thought. But this doesn't have the effect Piccolo was aiming for.

"It's my fault he isn't here.... If I finished off Cell like he said... He would still be here." A tear runs down Gohan cheek.

".... Gohan....." Piccolo takes in a sep breath. "Gohan it's not your fault..... And for the record, Vegeta and myself had a chance to end Cell before he came complete. But it's not even our fault then, if you want to blame anyone, blame Doctor Gero. But holding onto the past is not the best way to move on Gohan, and I should know."

GOHAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comes a shout from none other than the boys mother. "GOHAN!! GET OVER HERE AND FINISH YOUR HOMEWORK!!!"

"But... Mom, I can do it later, and I want to" Gohan starts to protest

"No buts mister, you can play with Piccolo after its done." Chici says, Gohan nods and says his good bye's to Piccolo

"I'm glad she is not my mother" Piccolo mumbles before walking off, to somewhere else at the lookout.

---------------------------------------------------- 1 YEAR LATER ------------------------------------------------------

Gohan is standing over 7 glowing small orbs on the ground. The sky is pitch black and there is a huge dragon known as Shenron looking at Gohan, waiting for something. Gohan has spent the past year blaming himself for his father's death, no matter what others told him, he just couldn't see it their way. He has had not much time to himself as he would like, the Homework that is given to him, has double and more complex. His mother is somehow stricter and he doesn't see his friends as much. It got to much for him and he ran away, with the dragon ball radar. He has spent the last few days finding them, and he finally got the 7th an hour ago.

Gohan is looking down at the orbs, wondering if he should do this. He has been thinking to ask the dragon to go to otherworld, but not technically die, so he can see his dad again. But can still come back later. It's my fault dad is not here, Im just a burden to them all. I bet they think, it would be better if I was never born. Gohan thinks to himself, rubbing his eyes, from the tears that are threatening to flow out. But before he could make even one wish, he hears something that he didn't want to.

"GOHAN!!!!!!! DON'T YOU DARE MAKE A WISH!" Screams Chici, out of the window of the airplane car she is in, which lands right next to the half Saiyan and half Human child. Gohan starts to panic. "I wish I was really, really, really, far away from here! And I never want to come back" Gohan says in his head. But unfortunately for the half Saiyan, Shenron, can take wishes physically or mentally. Chici rushes over to her little Gohan, and she has her hand raised to slap Gohan silly, for making her worry. But before she can do anything, Gohan is encased in a bright yellow ball, and with a bright flash, he is gone. And Gohan's vision turns to nothing but darkness.

------------------------------------------------------ IN THE VOID -------------------------------------------------------

In the void of space, there is a green dragon, with a yellow under belly, flying through the emptiness of space. Along side him, in a bright yellow bubble, in the child that made the wish. His friends and mother tried to undo his wish, but Shenron can't undo this curtain wish. Because Gohan is the one who has to make the wish to return.

"Gohan.... Wake up child" Shenron says to the saiyan, who starts to stir.

Gohan is wakes up and rubs sleep from his eyes. Looking around he only see's darkness or space rather. And next to him, is Shenron. To say he is confused is an understatement. "Shenron? What is happening?"

"You wished to go to a place far away from Earth, so that is where I'm taking you." Explains Shenron

"WHAT!! NO I EVER!" Gohan retorts back shouting.

"You wished it in your mind. I can receive wishes through speech with either mouth or mind. And at the time that is the wish, you wished for. Now the place I'm taking you to, is a peaceful land, the inhabitants are not like you. So I will have to change you to like them, so it doesn't cause mass panic, for them or yourself. I warn you thought Son Gohan, danger lies ahead, and they will need your help."

Gohan doesn't even get to try and reason with Shenron, as he starts to fall back asleep. As his transformation process is started. And the familiar darkness is to strong for Gohan, as he falls into a deep sleep.
