“Back Down Sombra!”  Princess Twilight Sparkle screamed. The king had escaped his icy prison for the second time and was IN the alicorn’s HOUSE. Twilight used as much power as she could to trap him again, but he was fighting back. The dark king laughed. “Twilight Sparkle, why in Equestria would I do that, especially when I’m standing in front of a princess,” Twilight blasted magic at him, at which Sombra stepped out of the way. “All I want is an heir.”

Twilight stopped, standing from her crouch. “A what now?” She asked, blinking in shock. Why would he want one if he wasn't really king anymore, let alone asking her? "An heir, Twilight Sparkle. You know, the ruler after their mother or father? Doe it ring a bell?" "Yes, Sombra, I know what an heir is. I'm not dumb! But why are--" It hit her.

"I'm not carrying any child of yours, Sombra!" She cried, crouching again. "I wouldn't let you touch me anyway!" Sombra smirked. "I don't have to." Then he shot dark magic at Twilight, engulfing her. She screamed in pain, and Sombra stopped. Taking shaky breaths, Twilight stared at Sombra in rage.

"Good day, Miss Sparkle." Said Sombra, and then, he was gone.

Chapter Two: Her Friend's Reaction

Over the next couple of days, Twilight went to Zecora for spell cures.

"I'm sorry Twilight Sparkle, for there is no cure; the fetus inside is completely pure." Zecora continuously said, leaving Twilight Sparkle disappointed. So she gave up on Zecora and went to Doctor.

"So a spell put the foal in you?" He asked after Twilight explained her story. She nodded. "Well, I can tell you that we don't offer a medicine for miscarriage, but you can put her or him up for adoption," Twilight thanked him for his help and decides to put the foal up for adoption.

When she told her friends the ENTIRE story, from Sombra to adoption, they were angry with her.

"Why would you give 'em away?! Even though Sombra is the pa, it doesn't mean that the foal is gonna act like 'im," Applejack explained, putting a hoof on Twilight's shoulder. "Yeah, the foal might be friendly." Fluttershy said, hugging her hooves to her chest. Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity nodded their heads. Twilight smiled.

"Thanks girls," Twilight said as she turned to go home. "I'm sure they'll be no trouble."
