Rainbow Dash's Alternate Story

Rainbow Dash was flying around testing her flying skills and, of course, showing off when she noticed that Fluttershy, one of her close friends, was being bullied. Being her loyal self, she quickly flew over to her and defended her.

"Leave her alone!" Rainbow Dash demanded.

"Oh, what are you going to do, Rainbow Crash!?" The bully asked.

"Keep making fun of her and find out!"  Rainbow told the bully, shouting.

"You think your such a big shot, why don't you prove it!" The bully told Rainbow.

"What do you have in mind?" Rainbow asked the Pegasus.

They then began to set up a race which would have 3 pegasi competeing. Rainbow Dash and the two bullies. Rainbow Dash, before walking to the starting line, prepared her wings and muscles for the race. Fluttershy, who was worried for Rainbow asked her

"Um... Rainbow? This race against those meanies... Do you really think its a good idea?"

"Don't worry Fluttershy, I could be these feather brains with one wing tied behind my back!"

Rainbow Dash confidently started walking to the Starting line with her wings spread out wide and a smile on her face, only to be interrupted by one of the bullies.

"Your going down!"

"In history maybe! See you boys at the finish line!" Rainbow Dash replied.

The crowd went quite as Fluttershy started to slowly raise the flag. Sweat started to flow down Rainbow Dash face, but she just smiled. Fluttershy pulled the flag down and the three racers sped in her direction causing Fluttershy to fall of the cloud. Rainbow Dash, in the lead, looked back at the other racers and began to speed up. One of the other racers crashed into a pillar and got stuck therefor having to quit from the race. Rainbow Dash, flying faster than she had ever flew before, put a big smile on her face happy about flying fast and enjoying herself. Out of nowhere, the other racers crashed into Rainbow, causing her to fly to the side.

"Ha ha, later Rainbow Crash!"

"Hey!" Rainbow Shouted.

She began to fly as fast as she could and flew straight past the other racer. She began to notice a strange cone forming around her. She ignored it and continued to fly. She flew as fast as the speed of sound when she suddenly stopped. The cone formed into a arch and began to reform VERY quickly, sending Rainbow dash to flying back into the direction she had been. Rainbow crashed into a Pink pony, roughly the same age as her. She apologized and quickly returned to race. By the time she got to the finish line, it was already to late. The other racer was there and began to bully Rainbow. Speechless, Rainbow flew home with tears rolling down her cheek.
