1 - Everypony Meets The Girl
It was a lively day in Ponyville. Nothing out of the ordinary, until Twilight met the millionth human character to be suddenly dropped into Equestria. In this case, it was Misuzu Kamio, the blonde protagonist of Air.
Twilight introduced herself, "I am Princess Twilight Sparkle, student of Princess Celestia. And you are?"
Misuzu introduced herself as well.
The first thing Twilight decided to do with Misuzu was to introduce herself to the other Manes. The first one to meet the girl was Rarity.
After introducing herself in her own building, Rarity showed Misuzu some clothes she knitted, then Misuzu made a shirt for her. The shirt was white and had a black "Gao Gao Stegosaurus" patch in the center.
Rarity then put the shirt on, remarking that it fit her fur as if the patch was pasted onto her, but then Misuzu started crying and keeled over. Rarity asked her, "What's wrong, little girl? You don't like my dress?"
This was followed by a redhead named Haruko appearing in her room. Haruko told her, "Stupid pony! I don't allow anyone to show up with Misuzu! She uncontrollably breaks down whenever she is close to someone. And I am Haruko."
Misuzu then threw a tantrum that knocked over Rarity's shelves of fashion supplies. Rarity got mad, yelled "This is a crime against fashion!" and kicked her out the door. Misuzu landed next to Twilight, who told her "Sorry Misuzu, but Rarity is a drama queen who takes fashion very seriously. Why don't you meet my other friend Fluttershy next?"
Misuzu and Twilight walked around again, eventually meeting Fluttershy playing with some ferrets. As soon as Misuzu ran over to the ferrets, Fluttershy ran away, tripped over a rock, and rolled down a hill like Sonic The Hedgehog. Twilight told Misuzu, "Her name is Fluttershy." Then Twilight thought to herself, "Misuzu broke down when we were talking to Rarity, so Fluttershy probably saved herself the same problem."
Three seconds later, Rainbow Dash flew and pinned Misuzu to the ground, angry for scaring Fluttershy and riling up Rarity. "Why girl, why did you bother my friends?!?"
Twilight explained Misuzu's condition while Misuzu started throwing tantrums at Dash while pinned. Then the two started rolling around like wrestlers until Dash covered Misuzu's mouth. "Something's wrong with her! Have any doctors tried to help her?!?"
Then Haruko appeared in front of Rainbow Dash, saying that doctors did try to help Misuzu, but they could not do anything about her condition.
Dash replied, "This girl is crazy!" before punching Misuzu and Haruko, then being jinxed by Twilight. Dash jerked around in the air and then fell down.
Twilight told Dash "No Rainbow Dash. That's not how we treat psychological problems."
Dash, being dizzy, gave no reply as Twilight proceeded to take Misuzu to Sugarcube Corner. Pinkie Pie was hosting a surprise party there, yelling "Hi, I'm Pinkie Pie and I threw a party just for you!"
Haruko tried to stop Pinkie from hopping around Misuzu, only to be greeted and zapped by a buzzer on Pinkie's hoof. "You're invited too!" Pinkie said, but Haruko wasn't here for the party.
"Get away from Misuzu or else she'll start crying like she always does in front of anyone!"
Pinkie cartwheeled, unknowingly knocking Haruko away.
Finally Applejack showed up to greet the new girl. "Howdy newbie, I'm Applejack."
As soon as Misuzu was surrounded, she started crying again and AJ asked what was wrong. "What hurts, little girl?!?"
Misuzu replied, "My wings!"
Twilight remarked, "Wings? Did she use to be a Pegasus, Alicorn, or something? Well I know just where to look - into the past." She telekinetically grabbed a flashback potion from Pinkie's table and drank it, followed by the world around her flashing white and zooming in and out repeatedly.
2 - Flashback potion
After all the flashing and zooming stopped, Twilight found herself in Feudal Japan, wondering if Misuzu had a previous life there. After being attacked by some nondescript samurai, she shot and kicked them away easily while teleporting back and forth. As one more samurai whipped out a sword, Twilight disarmed him with a yell of "EXPELLIARMUS" and sent him flying at the same time. She used a magic nova to eliminate twenty of them simultaneously before spotting two winged humanoids. One of them was named Kannabi no Mikoto, but the other one had no name. These two were being attacked by similar-looking samurai and archers, and a white-haired samurai named Ryuuya toppled one and prepared to slice him before Kanna shouted "NO STOP IT!"
Kanna didn't want her friend to kill these guys, but they were sent by monks who hated winged beings for no apparent reason. Twilight summoned a barrier to protect herself from incoming arrows as she was aware that she was also about to continue shooting and kicking mooks while dodging their swords and arrows. The unnamed winged being was hit by two arrows, causing internal bleeding. Kanna prepared to pull out the arrows, but Ryuuya stopped her saying that it would only make the bleeding worse.
As the wounded winged being told Kanna to fly away, Twilight thought to herself, "Mortally wounded characters who talk for a long time are really dead." Then of course the wounded winged being kicked the bucket as Ryuuya got shot down and exploded into a Megaman death animation.
As Kanna flew away, she was shot at as well, then she started jerking around in the air. Twilight summoned binoculars to look around the field, spotting Buddhist monks staring at Kanna and flapping their lips. "No doubt about it, she's being jinxed. No wait- "
She heard one monk mutter "Crucio", the Unforgivable Curse that causes its target to feel great pain everywhere. Then the monks continued "If that winged being falls in love, both her and her lover will suffer great pain and die." And finally, one monk shouted "AVADA KEDAVRA", killing Kanna with a blue bolt and also giving her the Megaman death animation.
This sounded an awful lot like Misuzu's condition back at Equestria. Twilight knew that if she didn't solve Misuzu's curse problem, the curse would spread to all of Equestria as well. Twilight ran toward the monks' building, fighting off more enemies easily before charging up a Giga Drill Confringo and exploding all the monks with the resulting large, drill-shaped orange bolt. Then she teleported back to Equestria with a Megaman teleport effect.
3 - The Elimination of The Curse
Twilight wrote a letter saying "Dear Princess Celestia, I have met a girl who is suffering from a curse. This curse will cause both her and whoever gets close to her to get sick and die if it isn't resolved. I really need your help!" Then she put Misuzu to bed with her wearing pink pajamas. Twilight then went to her library to look for a counter curse for Misuzu's curse. Twilight sacrificed her sleep for that night to find it at all costs to save everypony's lives.
While Misuzu was sleeping, she was dreaming of having wings. This was a sad dream for her, as it reminded her of her previous life, Kanna, which was always being attacked. Then Princess Luna entered the dream, hovering right next to Misuzu. "Misuzu Kamio, our friend Twilight Sparkle wrote a letter to my sister Celestia about your condition. Your dreams are causing you to become weak and sick. Why don't you immerse yourself in something fun?!?"
Misuzu replied, "That won't affect my-"
Luna slapped her, telling her not to whine. "But forget about being a winged being that isn't an alicorn like Twilight or me. If your wings are doing nothing but hurting you, let me fix that." Luna summoned a sharp crescent moon boomerang and threw it, cutting Misuzu's wings. "There. And by the way, Celestia is always watching Twilight because Twilight is her student. Celestia noticed that you've done nothing to solve your own problem, but Twilight is a badass who has won a million battles, both physical and mental. Do you want to be more like her?!?"
Misuzu agreed to this, right before the world around her started to flash and zoom back and forth repeatedly. She had woke up in front of Twilight, asking her if she found a cure for the ancient curse.
Twilight, exhausted from reading every single book all night trying to find the cure, had gone insane from not being able to find a counter curse for Misuzu's ancient curse. "There is no cure...If I can't find a cure, I'll make a cure!" No wonder the doctors couldn't help Misuzu.
Misuzu replied, "I never want to wake up again!"
This reminded Twilight of when she saw the Avada Kedavra curse being used earlier. "If you say so. I have picked up a new spell. I normally wouldn't solve a friendship problem with it, but since your own curse is going to kill me and all my friends...UH-VAH-DUH-KE-DAV-RUH!" At this point, a green bolt of light shot out of Twilight's horn, hit Misuzu, and engulfed her in a bright flash of light.
Kanna's cursed soul was destroyed, but Misuzu found herself floating in a void that resembled outer space, but there was light. In addition, Princess Celestia was floating right in front of her with a message to deliver. "Misuzu Kamio, your friend Twilight Sparkle has told me about you. I'll give you credit for trying to make friends despite your ancient curse that caused you to feel intense pain whenever you were close to anypony. Since she went insane trying to find a cure for it, she ended up Avada Kedavra'ing you so that the curse wouldn't spread. She had good intentions. Now I want YOU to eliminate every trace of the curse."
Misuzu asked, "Why me? I've literally done nothing in my own show!"
Celestia replied, "That doesn't matter. I'm giving you a second chance, and you can become an Alicorn hero just like Twilight!" Her horn glowed while she continued flapping her lips, and Misuzu started morphing into an alicorn.
Misuzu fell down on all fours as her hands started morphing into circular pony hooves and her fingers merged. The same happened to her feet and toes. White fur started growing all over her body as her pajamas faded. Her nose, chest, and mouth became equine. She got a blonde tail the same color of her hair, which became her mane. And finally, she got wings on her back and a horn on her forehead.
Celestia told her, "Now you're an Alicorn, no longer cursed, and can use healing magic. Now go and heal Twilight and her friends."
As the Mane 6 formed a circle in Sugarcube Corner, Misuzu, now an Alicorn, teleported into the center of the circle and touched her horn to each of their foreheads, eliminating the curse that had spread to them. Everypony hugged the new Alicorn, thinking she looked familiar, before Twilight introduced her. "This Alicorn IS Misuzu Kamio, the girl I met earlier today. Celestia gave her a second chance at friendship, and turned her from a cursed loner into a medic Alicorn."
As Haruko showed up again an hour later, she appeared angry at Twilight for being with Misuzu, but Twilight told her everything that happened. "Misuzu was under an ancient curse that made her and others ill. I blew up the ones who cursed her, and then Princess Celestia gave her a second chance."
Misuzu thanked Twilight, tackled Haruko, and flew off into the sunset while holding her. "We will meet again later Twilight! Thanks for stopping the curse!"
Then Twilight wrote another letter. "Dear Princess Celestia, today I learned that no condition should ever stop you from making friends. Not even an ancient curse, because alicorns can take care of that."
