Hearts, Hooves and Heartbrakes Day

Once again its Hearts and hooves day in Ponyville and every pony has found the lover of choice. And Spike has decided its time to make his move and ask Rarity on a date. But little does he know, this Hearts and Hooves day he will meet a pony, who takes interest on him.

"Well Twilight I'm off to Rarity's house! Can't waste anymore time to ask her out." said Spike as he grabbed a recently bought bouquet of roses from the table.

"Wow Spike, I'm proud that you finally built up the courage to ask Rarity on a date!" she replied closing a book with her magic.

"Yeah, well now is a better opportunity then ever! It is hearts and hooves day after all!"

"Well you do have a point there." she replied with a giggle.

Spike walked toward the door and turned the nob.

"Wish me luck Twilight!" he said.

"Don't worry Spike, I'm wishing you the best of luck!" she replied.

Spike headed out the door and began to walk toward Rarity's.

On the way to Rarity's Spike was repeating various ways to ask Rarity out once he got there.

"Rarity! Will you go out with me!?...No that's sounding to desperate..."

"Will you go out with me?...Nah that wouldn't work..."

"Will you go--"

Spike bumped into a pony's leg which caused Spike to fall down rubbing his head.

Spike got up onto his feet and began to lightly shout, "Ow! Can you please watch where your--"

The pony turned around and looked at Spike.
