“So this was the cause of the magical disruption in the area” everyone turned to face the new arrivals as a brown-eyed girl -with an age around fifteen ‘or so I’d guessed-‘ with long, flowing royal blue hair, wearing a yellow and blue striped dress with shoes of the same colour as her hair, and wing like attachments just above her ankles- stood beside me, placing her hands above my arm the area between her hands and my arm glowed with a bright green ‘mist’

Celestia and Luna were stood there

“You’re hurt” The girl smiled up at me

“Thanks Wendy” I smiled

“So, how old are you now?” Natsu glanced between me and the solar and lunar alicorns stood before me

“Around Three-hundred-and-twenty-three-ish” I smiled

“Well at least you’re the record holder for the oldest member,” he smirked

“And you’re the most short tempered, Natsu” I raised an eyebrow

“Says the one with horns” he grinned

“Magic, I ain’t gotta explain squat, so to speak” I beamed as Wendy lower her arms, glancing down to the healed limb, flexing it a few times

“‘Natsu,’ as in ‘Natsu Dragneel,’” Celestia glanced toward me, and then toward my fellow dragon slayer

“How does she know me?”

“I basically said that you beat a god slayer, which you kind of did” I winked

“And I trust that you did so without revealing any sensitive information?” Erza gave a light frown

“I only said that he beat a god slayer, I didn’t say when or where” I smiled

“Good enough” she nodded

“So, what is this… castle?” Luna gestured to the building

“This is the Fairy Tail Guild” Natsu grinned

“Quite a remarkable structure, to be sure” she smiled, glancing toward me, her smile faltered

“Then I’m to assume that you’re Celestia and Luna?” Makarov smiled

“I am Princess Celestia Dawnbreaker, and this is my sister, Princess Luna” Celestia glanced toward me, then toward Makarov, gesturing to her sister, who gave a small wave

“Isn’t that the name of your weapon?” Grey glanced toward me also

“One of them, but there’s always a bigger fish, per se” I smirked

“You got another one?” Natsu blinked, I nodded “Cool!”

“So, what brings the two strongest beings on Equis down to visit a few mere wizards?” i tilted my head

“We felt a, for lack of a better term, disturbance, in the magical output around this particular area, so we came to investigate” Luna bit her lip

“And here you are,” I clicked my tongue “what can we do for you?”

“We were curious” she gave a faint smile, oh the argument I could’ve stirred up right there and then, but, wisely enough, I chose not to “So this is a guild hall, it’s a little… big, don’t thou think?”

“It needs to be, with the amount of wizards we have, the question is, where do they go now that they’re here instead of home?” I exhaled sharply

“I believe I can take care of that,” Celestia smiled “I can cover all charges or the train to and from Canterlot, and offer them one of the free guest rooms”

“This is coming out of my bank account isn’t it?” I smirked

“Not at all” she raised an eyebrow

“Canterlot,” Grey stifled a laugh “where’s that?”

“By the castle in the Mountain city near here” I gave him the flattest stare I could

Once ‘introductions’ and negotiations were made; I stood in front of the guild hall beside Natsu and Wendy, Twilight and her friends stood before me

“So, this is Natsu, the one you said beat a ‘God Slayer’? Rainbow Dash eyed the dragon slayer from head to foot “he doesn’t look so tough”

“You’d be surprised” I gleamed

“Who’s the girl?” she glanced toward Wendy, who hid behind me, using my wings as cover

“I’m Wendy” Wendy murmured

“She’s like Fluttershy” Twilight observed

“Fluttershy’s not a sky dragon slayer” I deadpanned

“She’s a what!?” the element bearers gasped in perfect unison

“How can such a fragile young lady use such barbaric magic?” Rarity scowled “it’s unbelievable”

“Grandeeney’s not a barbarian!” Wendy snapped, standing beside me

“And neither is Igneel” Natsu frowned

“You said you found Crystagia, how is she?” Wendy smiled; as a snow-white bipedal cat deep-blue eyes stood beside her

“She’s as she’s always been, perfect” I smiled “Nice to see you Carla”

“A pleasure, as always, Tesla” the cat smiled

“Talking cats, whatever next?” Twilight blinked as the element bearers stared toward Carla with a look of borderline-horror

“I think you’ll find; dear equine; that we can fly, just as your blue friend can” Carla smirked, a pair of shining wings sprouting from her back

“I guess anything’s possible in a new world” Twilight raised an eyebrow

“That it is” I smiled

“So, how many times have you activated ‘Dagon Force’ whilst you were gone?” Natsu grinned at me

“At least twice” I shrugged

“These ponies drive you insane do they?” he smirked

“Somewhat,” I sighed “No offense Snowdrop”

“None taken Daddy”

“She just called you…” Natsu trailed off, bursting into laughter as he ran into the guild hall

“He beat a god slayer?” Rainbow Dash laughed

“Let the kid have his fun” I waved a dismissive hand

“It’s like you said, they can say what they want to you, but if they so much as lay a fraction of a hoof on your Nakama then they’re done for, right Daddy?” Snowdrop nuzzled into me

“What on Earthland?” I glanced behind me; Grey was stood beside Erza and Natsu, grinning like an idiot, as was the fire dragon slayer beside him

“Did I just hear her call you ‘Daddy’?” he smirked

“You might’ve” I shrugged slightly “Depends, are you stupid?”

“Coming from a pyro like you that’s saying a lot,” he exclaimed “you got enough balls to back that up, he turned his body to an angle placing  a clenched fist on an upward facing palm to his side, a cyan magic circle appearing in front of his hands as he did so

“More than you ice boy,” I smirked, both fists blazing

“Knock it off, the pair of you” Erza frowned I quickly nodded, dissipating the fires around my hands, Wendy lightly prodded my chest, causing my to flinch slightly

“You’re hurt?” Wendy raised her hands to my chest, creating the same bright green mist/aura as before

“Is that healing magic?” Twilight blinked, Wendy nodded

“So she’s not all bad then, eh Rarity?” Blaze smirked

“Alright, I apologize for my rudeness…?”

“Wendy,” the sky dragon slayer smiled “it’s Ok though, Tesla says that an insult only becomes a problem if you make it into one, and that it’s also something grey and Natsu should learn

“Score,” Blaze cheered

“I know, right?” I raised an eyebrow

“I need to do what now?” Natsu gave a smug grin

“Learn to lighten up” I shrugged, Wendy lowered her arms

“Says you,” Blaze laughed

“Is there a problem, Blaze?” I raised an eyebrow

“Not at all, although you are being a little hypocritical” she smirked

“Whatever, you say, fire hazard” I grinned

“Is there a problem, stretch?” she simpered, glancing toward the trio of wizards, who, sans Erza, were grinning at me like complete utter morons

“So how does the average Fairy Tail wizard use magic anyway?” Twilight tilted her head “I didn’t see any items or appendages in which magic could be channelled through

“There’re two types of magic, ‘holder type,’ which is channelled through an item, like a wand or a staff for example, and then there’s ‘caster type’ magic, also known as ‘ability type’ which means that the wizard in question uses magic that flows through their being,” I explained

“Like dragon slayer magic?” she smiled

“That’s technically both ‘caster type,’ as well as Lost Magic’” I corrected her

“So, unicorns would be caster type wizards then?” she nickered

“If you were to count your horn as an item, you’d be a holder type, if you were to think of it as a part of you, you’d be a caster type wizard, so it works either way” I shrugged, yet again

“You’ve been on the internet again, haven’t you?” Blaze guffawed with laughter

“Bite me” I chuckled

“What about pegasi and Earth ponies; and what of their innate magic?” Twilight magicked up a stack of paper and a quill, setting the first sheet of paper onto a clipboard

“If it’s a part of who or what they are, no offense to anyone, then it’s caster type, technically speaking “If you were to give an earth pony or a Pegasus a spellbook with either a wand or a staff, it could be possible that they could become a wizard, perhaps even another Starswirl maybe, who’s to say?”

“Starswirl, who’s that?” Erza blinked

“Apparently, he was the greatest mage on Equis” I bit my lip “I wouldn’t know much, you’d have to ask Twilight or Celestia about it”

“Starswirl the Bearded is the most important conjurer of the pre-classical era” Twilight

“Alteration beats conjuration” Blaze almost snapped

“How so?” Twilight frowned “Starswirl could summon a celestial dragon if he saw fit”

“And if you get enough alteration-based wizards, or one that’s skilled enough, they can use their strongest form of telekinesis to snap it in half, figuratively”

“Impossible” she scoffed “the celestial dragons are familiars that’re on Celestia’s Level, maybe her and Luna combine even!”

“You haven’t met Gildarts have you?” I chortled “with a flick of the wrist, and he’s able to tear down an entire building,” I laughed “and it also works on magic, so say Starswirl were to summon a spirit-based familiar, he’d reduce tit to ash with a single movement of his arm”

“You’re over-exaggerating, Brother” Blaze sighed

“Am I?” I raised the other eyebrow “he beat Natsu fairly easily, and that was without even moving, technically”

“Alright, how can one being have such power then?” Twilight frowned

“You’re asking me that question?” I burst into laughter “do you not see the irony, Sparky?”

“I only let Gildarts win” Natsu pouted as he folded his arms

“I was kinda there, Salamander, you tried to beat him, he shrunk you down to size, then essentially toyed with you before flaring his powers to immeasurable amounts, and then you were reduced to a mumbling wreck crying your eyes out” I shook my head

“Say what now?” Grey turned to Natsu, bursting into laughter

Dear is not; evil it’s what shows you your weakness, once you know your weakness you can become stronger kinder and gentler,” I sighed “did Gildarts not teach you that, Pyro?”

“One more word, Tesla, see what happens” Natsu cracked his knuckles, my back gave a loud *snap*

“Merde” I cursed, collapsing onto my arse

“And that’s what happens when you piss off an immortal co-ruler of the country” Blaze folded her arms

“Ain’t it just?” I mumbled as Wendy sat behind me placing her hands above my back, I bit my lip as I felt the misplaced disk start to slip back in, gradually making its re-entry, the green aura returning once again

“What’d you do that’d warrant a slipped disk?” Wendy blinked

“Just a prank war gone somewhat horribly wrong” I tilted a hand

“Involving a certain book?” Blaze patted my head as the green mist that’d formed between my back and Wendy’s hands intensified somewhat, the slipped disk snapped back in I tasted iron as I flinched “I still find it hard to believe that you screamed like that, brother”

“Blaze, shut up” I frowned

“Make me” she winked

“There that should do it” Wendy lowered her hands

“Thanks, Sky” I simpered

“You’re welcome, Rick” she smiled

“So, what was that about another word?” I turned to face Natsu

“Given your state I think you should at least wait a few hours for the healing magic to take effect, if you don’t mind” Wendy smiled

“If you say so” I sighed

“A battle between dragon slayers, not again…” Blaze sighed

“What do you mean, ‘again’?” Twilight

“Laxus went AWOL and decided to basically take an entire city hostage because things weren’t going the way he wanted them to” I rolled my eyes “it took Gajeel and Natsu combined efforts to stop him, after all, lightning is stronger than fire”

“Says who?” Natsu frowned

“It’s common science” I sighed, again “Lightning moves at around one-thousandth of a second, and the atmosphere of a lightning bolt burst at around forty-five-thousand degrees Fahrenheit, on average, were you to get struck by it enough times, -which is not very many-, you’d die” I explained

“Laxus uses lightning?” Twilight sat beside me, opposite Wendy

“Not quite,” I winked “he’s the local lightning dragon slayer, just don’t tick him off”

“And he almost beat Natsu also,” Blaze nodded “almost”

“Only because I wasn’t using ‘Dragon Force’” Natsu rebuked

“Even then you’d of probably only been on sub-par equal levels with him” I shrugged, again

“How many dragon slayers does this guild have!?” Twilight exclaimed

“Just the five” I said, smiling

“Aye, Gajeel, the iron dragon slayer”

“Alongside you, Wendy Laxus and Natsu, right?” Twilight glanced toward me; I nodded

“How many dragon slayers are there in the universe?”

“Possibly an endless number of them scattered across various planets, galaxies and star systems” I hummed “who knows, maybe there’s a dragon god slayer out there?”

“Didn’t Celestia say that the dragons of old were on level with gods?” Blaze patted my back, albeit, lightly

“That she did,” I nodded again “what’s your point?”

“Wouldn’t that make them dragon gods, if only through a technicality?” she tilted her head “including Crystagia?”

“Go on” I rolled a hand

“What if, all the dragons on Earthland are from Equis?” she beamed like the sun

“That’d mean that we’re dragon god slayers” Wendy glanced toward my sister, then toward me, lightly taking hold of my right wings, draping them around herself

“Sky dragon-god slayer, Lightning dragon-god slayer, Fire dragon-god slayer, Iron dragon-god slayer, and Gemstone dragon-god slayer” Blaze raised an eyebrow

“An interesting theory, dear sister,” I smiled “but there’s only one way to find out, really, is there not?”

“Aye we’ve to go to Canterlot” she nodded, glancing toward Wendy who was currently, very lightly, massaging my wings “what on earth is she doing?”

“Just applying a type of therapy to Rick’s wings” Wendy smiled “I did it for Grandeeney once, I thought it might come useful one day, so I kept knowledge of how to do it exactly” the pressure she was placing on my wings, if any was to be felt, disappeared as she let go, staring on the other side

On the way to Canterlot, my family, Blaze included, had taken the train to Canterlot with my friends, Grey, Natsu and Erza, also included, Wendy sat upon my back as I flew, in eon form, toward Canterlot

“Look what we’ve got here,” a greyish-brown Pegasus with a pale creamy-coloured mane and tail -alongside a mild silver Pegasus with a dark grey mane and tail and an orange Pegasus with a brown mane and tail-, exclaimed “time tah take him down a peg!”

“Wendy, lock your legs under my wings and wrap your arms around my neck” I glanced back to the nervous dragon slayer, she nodded, leaning forward, placing her legs under my wings and wrapping her arms tightly around my neck, as soon as she was in place, I did a one-eighty turn and soared back to ponyville, stopped, and turned back again, going as fast as I could as I soared toward the mountain city of Canterlot

“Hold on!” I cried out, she nodded as I noticed the trio of pegasi slowly returning, an all but invisible barrier beginning to form around me, which, surprisingly enough, broke, and I missiled forward as an explosion of energy erupted from behind me, said energy was a mixture of whitish-gold and azure silver

Gradually managing to stop I landed outside the castle within the gardens, setting myself under the shade of a tree

Wendy slowly sat upright placing her hands on her head “Troia” she whispered to the winds

“Are you Ok?” I glanced back to the young girl, who nodded

“That was incredible, thank you Rick” she gleamed, draping her arms around my neck, embracing me

“That was a sonic rainboom” I sighed “I’m glad you didn’t fall off, Lady of the Skies” I glided through the castle entrance, quickly finding the throne room

Once Twilight and the others arrived, we entered the throne room

“Sir Rick” Luna slowly nodded, I ignored her, lowering myself to the ground, thus, allowing Wendy to climb down, she staggered a bit, but easily righted herself

“How’d you get here so fast?” Rainbow Dash blinked, sitting on my back

“Sonic Rainboom” I grinned

“We told you that an eon could break the sound barrier” Blaze grinned

“We trust that thou art here for a good reason?” Luna sighed “Rick, we’re sorry about earlier, can thou forgive us?”

“I’ve no need to” I rolled my shoulders; then clicked them “but yes, we are here for a good reason”

“Go on,” Celestia raised an eyebrow

“You said that the dragons of Old Equis were gods in their own right, yes?” I tilted my head, she slowly nodded “Blaze had a theory that a few of the dragons, if not several of the ones from here on Equis went to Earthland, and if so, would that make us dragon-god slayers, not to sound arrogant?”

“That is something you’ll have to find out for yourselves” Celestia gave a flat stare “though I must ask, how is it that you healed so quickly?”

“Magic” I nodded toward Wendy

“And you bought her along because..?” she hummed

“She’s a sky dragon slayer, she’s as much right to know Natsu and I do” I scowled

“Very well” she sighed “I figured that you wouldn’t leave without good enough reason, so I’ll tell you,” she smiled “the dragons of the pre-classical era were a godlike sort, not to be contended with unless by a certain unicorn,” Blaze snorted “Starswirl was the only one who could go hoof-to –claw with these beasts,” I glowered at her “so when he passed on, we had nopony to stop their imminent rampage, so, a truce was made, we, alongside Faust, sent them to various worlds, and eventually they spread themselves across the universe, It may be possible that Crystagia found a loophole, or has the ability you do to travel and possibly even transcend reality, I’ve no honest idea, but if the dragons you know as your tutors and/or foster parents were sent there from Equis, then yes, you are, by a technicality, dragon-god slayers, or so you say” she lectured

“How long ago was this?” Erza raised an eyebrow

“It has been an eon since the age of the Dragon Empire came to a close” Luna gave a weak smile “Truly it is a time of peace”

“But at what cost?” Blaze frowned “The dragons of old are gone, and now there are none left to tell others of their legends, f their power, fame and above all else, magnificence, save a few, save us,” she went on “it is a time of peace, but without a few decent dragons too keep the ones we have now inn check, it’d only be a matter of time before they too, pass on, and a wars starts, I’m not declaring it myself, I’m merely stating a theory of what could happen around a few generations down the line, what happens then?”

“How can you think of such things?” Luna stared at Blaze and I

“I hate to say it, but my sister’s got a pointy, in a few hundred years, or maybe a few thousand, they’re going to be dragons to prideful and/or stupid to do the right thing and descends themselves ad another species into chaos, maybe even a living hell” I shrugged

“And thou would know this because how?” she frowned

“I’m part dragon, even more so considering I’m an eon” I smirked

“Demi-dragon-demi-god,” Blaze laughed “how in the heck does that happen?”

“Genetics” I snapped my fingers, reverting to human form “And speaking of which, that’s another question that’s been going unanswered for too damn long”

“Thou wish to know of thy parents, or thy origins?” Luna raised an unamused eyebrow

“Both preferably” I turned and walked out of the room

“And don’t even think about asking Faust or Firefly!” she exclaimed

“I’m an eon, not a knight or a thief, certainly not a liar” I glanced toward her, tutting

“Thou art a fiend” she scoffed

“Says the talking pony” I turned to face her

“And thou, an eon, a being without reason to be here, dares argue with us?” she snapped; I clenched my fists “last we checked thou had done the unthinkable, thou art a liar, thou art a thief, thou art a most wicked thing of creation” I snapped, I inhaled and screamed at the top of my lungs;

“At least I’m not the one who’s born out of a fucking test tube!” I blared “one thousand years ago, when Nyx, the real princess of the night, ruled against Celestia, she found six beings, ones capable of using the elements against her, but she had the cowardice to try and save herself rather than her country, and when they fired the blast from the elements toward her, she used her last line of defence to deflect it toward Nyx, who teleported herself unto the moon to save herself, only to be locked up there for a thousand years!” I boomed

“Can you imagine her fear for her loved ones, for her Nakama, and then she returned, only to find her so-called sister had been spouting utter lies and slander about her, and then she herself was fired upon by the elements!” I blared “she was betrayed Luna, by her own subjects, by the descendants of her family; how would you feel if that happened to you, Luna?” I snarled “is it any bloody wonder, ponies and the inhabitants of Equis alike fear, hate, or distrust you, you’re a bloody freak, and coming from me that’s saying a lot!” I continued even further, turning my gaze to her sister “and Celestia, who in the fucking hell do you think you are, she was your sister for Thor’s sake!”

“Tesla, that’s enough!” Blaze snapped, I blinked, turning to face her; everyone was staring at me, Wendy, my family, sans herself of course, and Fluttershy were either crying or close to it at least, I looked down at my hands, turning them over, noticing the scales that were quite visible upon them as well as my arms and wrists, I glanced toward Luna, who was lying on the floor, now nothing more than a nervous, blubbering wreck, tears cascading down her face

“Overkill” Natsu simply stated, and it wasn’t a complete lie, either

“The tongue has no bones, and yet, it can deal more damage than an entire fleet” I bit my lip

“I take it you think Nyx would do a better job than we would?” Celestia raised an eyebrow

“If you weren’t such a tyrant she’d be at her rightful place!” I snapped, blinking, gulping audibly

“Rick, is that how you truly feel?” I turned; Nyx was stood there, staring at me in apparent shock-and-awe

“It‘s how it should be, for you’re the real princess of the night, Tsuki No Fujin” I smiled

“I’m both honoured and flattered that you think that, Rick” tears clouded her eyes, I blinked, my scales disappeared with a flash of light as she pecked my cheek, teleporting out of view

“Snowdrop…” I crouched down to her, she inched forward, flinching as I placed a fragile hoof on her mane, leaping forward; clinging onto me with al her might “I’m sorry, all of you, truly, if I can make it up to you, I will”, I changed to eon form, Snowdrop leapt unto my head, and Winter Bell, Gracy Gloom and Scootaloo glided onto my back

“So, you use your other form for a means of transport?” Celestia smirked

“Not quite,” I inhaled, as a lavender sphere appeared before my mouth, turning my head toward one of the windows, firing a large pinkish beam that instantly melted the glass, quickly closing my mouth, ending the blast “Luster Purge, a unique ability only used by eons, just thought I’d let you know, Celestia” I spat

“You have a means to do just about everything don’t you brother?” Blaze laughed as Wendy patted my side, I glanced toward her

“I forgive you” the sky dragon slayer scratched me under the chin, I promptly collapsed to the floor

“Teslakana, goes claw to fang with dragon emperor, gets downed by a thirteen year old

“Sixteen” Wendy winked at me as I gradually made my ascent, hovering back up off the floor, pecking my cheek

“Well this is certainly interesting” Erza chuckled

“Yeah, who’d of thought that Wendy’s got a crush on lizard-features over there” Grey whistled

“Are you not a tad short for a sixteen year old?” Celestia raised an eyebrow, it was true, whilst most people her age were around five to six feet tall; she was a mere four feet eight inches tall

“I’m fine,” Wendy smiled this is how I’ve always been, after all” she sighed “though why’d you do it?”

“Do what?” she blinked

“Lock your sister on the moon,” Wendy tilted her head

“It was a terrible act, even I admit to that,” Celestia exhaled sharply “and it’s one that I came to quickly regret,” Luna stood upright, shaking on her hooves a little, avoiding all eye contact with me, Celestia draped a wing around her sister “if I could make amends to all that I’ve done, I would, believe me, if it were in my power to do so, I would follow through without hesitation, no matter the risk”

“And, in an alternate, possibly parallel world, you probably have” I gave a weak smile

“Why do your moods swing so carelessly?” she titled her head

“It’s just another mystery that remains unsolved” I rolled my eyes

“So Rick, what kind of relationships do you have with these equines?” Erza smiled

“Ponies” Snowdrop corrected her “And Tesla’s my Daddy”

“He’s what?” Grey and Natsu both turned to me as i hovered, with Wendy once again on my back

“Ours too” Gracy Gloom chimed alongside Scootaloo and Winter Bell, the three wizards stared at me in apparent horror

“Believe me it’s not the way you think it is” I held

“Except for Winter Bell” Blaze smirked

“You did it with a pony?” Grey laughed

“At least I acknowledge their existence, you and Juvia could learn from that, ice-boy” I snapped

“Listen, I don’t have any feelings for her Ok, she’s been like that since we met whilst fighting against the element-four” he frowned

“Should I perhaps tell her that?” I grinned “that you don’t care what happens to her, she’s a great mage you know, Grey Fullbuster, you could work with her to create the greatest unison raid anyone’s ever seen, and yet you admonish her, even I can see that much”

“And what would you have me do dragon-boy?” he scowled

“Bugger if I know, it’s not my relationship problem” I laughed, glancing toward the entrance to the Fairy Tail Guild, where a woman with long, pale blue hair stood wearing a Russian-style hat, which had a lightly coloured butterfly clip attached to it with a fur-coat and knee-high boots with a black skirt also “Speaking of which,” I gestured toward her, bowing as I did so

“Fine, but if this doesn’t work, I’ll see if I can get you two together, sound fair?” he grinned

“I’d say you’re insane, but you’ve a deal” I nodded, lowering myself to the ground, to which, Wendy climbed from my back to the ground, allowing me to revert to human form as she jogged inside the guild hall, followed by Natsu and Erza, who nodded toward me as they walked into the building, Grey and I approached Juvia, who’s cheeks turned a bright scarlet as Grey walked toward her

“Juvia” I smiled, she nodded “Grey’s got something he’d like to say to you she blinked, turning to the ice-make wizard

“You have?” Juvia gasped

“I’ve been meaning to apologize for ignoring how you feel about me for all this time” Grey bit his lip

“And,” I rolled a hand

“I…. I’d like to start to build a relationship with you… Juvia” he stammered she draped her arms around his neck and planted her lips on his

“I’d love to be with you, my dear Grey” she gleamed, turning to face me “And you, Rick, thank you” she pecked my cheek “how can I repay you?”

“I’m Rick, and eon, a human, and a dragon slayer” I smiled, reverting to human form

“Be that as it may, the princesses must still be informed!” she insisted

“As you say, Twilight” I smiled, within several minutes of her ascending the staircase, Both Princess Luna and Princess Celestia stood before Nightmare Moon and I

“Nightmare Moon,” Celestia frowned

“Is here as an ally, not a threat” I stood between the three alicorns

“Tread lightly Rick, she’s the reason we have Nightmare Night, and of course, the Summer Sun Celebration” she glanced between myself and the alicorn of the stars stood behind me

“If she meant harm, I would’ve returned here to let Twilight know of her being on Equis, post-haste” I raised an eyebrow

“But what’ll happen, should she meet Nyx?” Twilight stepped forward

“Who knows?” I shrugged, only for a trio of beings to land upon my being

Just then, there was a flash of light, and Nyx and Nightmare moon were reduced to mere twin, pitch-black spheres of energy, the two of which spun around one-another as they ascended, I placed my goggles over my eyes as they collided, creating an almost blinding light, and then there was darkness on a level of which would require for neither the sun or the moon to exist, followed by a second burst of light and a new being emerged, with both moons and stars in her royal blue mane and tail, and with a pair of magenta eyes with a rich, indigo coat

“A fusion of the gods,” Blaze whistled as I lowered my goggles around my neck “or so it’d seem”

“That it would, Blaze” the alicorn spoke with a calming, motherly tone, not unlike that of the princesses “So, is she Nightmare or Nyx fan-fiction reference unintended” Blaze tilted her head

“Call me what Rick did when I met him” the being gave a warm smile “‘Nyx’”
