“Thanks” Blaze smirked “what’s that?” she pointed to a birdcage attached to a metal pole via hook-and-loop connection

“That’s Princess Celestia’s Phoenix, Philomena” she smiled “by the looks of it, it’s coming close to rebirthing”

“It’s in one of its death cycles?” I raised an eyebrow, she nodded

“I’m afraid what ponies will say or think when they see it fall to its ashes” she sighed

“Well, I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see” She shrugged, pouring the solar goddess a cup of tea, sliding a plate of baked goods onto the table as Celestia winked at me

“Did I?” I burnt the grass blade, setting my hand alight, crouching down and placing it near the pile of ash “come on Philomena, show us a real blaze of glory” the ash swept itself up in a miniature tornado, and, in a sudden ball of flame, a newly rebirthed phoenix emerged with a blinding light as the flames around my hand dissipated, I stood upright, Philomena perching herself on my arm, preening the feathers between her wing and her sides

“Never have I seen such a thing”

I turned around, Celestia stood there in front of both the crowd and Twilights friends

“Phoenix Song” Velvet Remedy “Tesla used it on Pyrelight in the wastes once, somehow refilled her with energy in the process”

“Indeed” Celestia smiled “I owe you one, Sir Tesla”

“You owe me nothing,” I rebuked, somewhat merrily, holding my arm out “I believe this belongs to you?” Philomena stretched her wings, as if to take off, turned her head to face me, her emerald eyes almost gazing into my very soul, and then flattened them back against her sides

“It appears that she trusts you enough to stay with you, my dear knight” Celestia simpered, Snowdrop stood beside me, Blaze lying atop my head, and Philomena perching herself on my shoulder

“Ok, so we have a talking ferret-thing, a dragon, and a phoenix, and then there’s the human and/or eon and/or dragon entity, this is like a really bad fiction” Blackjack laughed

“Who’re you calling a ferret?” Blaze raised an eyebrow “I’m a Quilava”

“Same difference” she shrugged

“Why I ought to…” Blaze mumbled

“Do what?” I glanced up toward my adoptive sister

“You don’t want to know” she grumbled

“Chances are her steel will outlast your flame, sister” I grinned

“But, if I can get it hot enough, it could melt through anything, isn’t that what you said,” she smirked, again “that if a fire is powerful enough it can burn through anything?”

“I didn’t limit it to just physical fire, Blaze” I rolled my eyes

“Oh, Kokoro no Chikara then,” she laughed

“Quite” I nodded, noticing a hooded figure standing far behind the crowd, staring at the ground as she dug at it with a silver-and-grey striped hoof

“Who’s that?” I nodded toward the figure, everyone present, other than Twilight, her friends, Spike, Celestia, my friends and family took one look at the figure, then quickly rocketed into their homes, slamming and locking the doors behind them

“Well that was rude” I frowned, the hooded figure glanced in my direction, nodded,and walked into the forest

“Was that out of fear, or mistrust?” Snowdrop blinked

“Most likely the former, judging by the smell in the air” I gagged

“I hope that’s fear” Blaze shuddered

“It is, just in tangible form” I mumbled “let’s go” I began to walk toward the forest, my friends and family walking beside me

“Where are you going?” Twilight blinked

“Where do you think?” I scoffed “I’m going to talk to it, her and/or him”

“There might’ve been a good reason they’re afraid of the pony though” she argued, walking alongside me with Celestia, her friends and Spike

“Pony,” I glanced toward her “what kind of pony has stripes?” she blinked “if anyone was paying attention to the being, or what it was doing, they’d have noticed stripes on its leg”

“Like a zebra?” Blaze glanced down toward me

“It’s a possibility”

“But Zebra’s come from Africa, what’d one be doing here in Equestria?” she frowned

“Is tourism outlawed, here?”

“Well, not, but it might be” she shrugged

“Freedom is the right of all sentient beings,” I sighed “and besides, I keep telling you that fear isn’t evil”

“It’s what shows you your weakness” Rainbow Dash hovered down toward us

“And once you know your weakness, you can become stronger, kinder, and gentler” I nodded

“Do we have to quote Gildarts?” Blaze grunted

“You don’t have to come with if you don’t want to”

“Nah, I’d rather stay,” she grinned “oh, and avoid the blue flowers up ahead”

“I know, I know” I hovered over a small clearing of cobalt flowers

“You’re scared of a few plants?” Twilight glimmered

“Beware, beware you pony folk, these leaves of blue are not a joke” I laughed

“What in the hay does that mean?” Rainbow Dash frowned

“You’ll find out later, should you choose to stroll on through them” I shrugged, sure enough, they trotted through them, save Celestia and Rainbow Dash, who flew over them, as did Blackjack and Snowdrop, landing by my side

“Is that where it lives?” Twilight pointed toward a house carved out of a large, mangled tree trunk

“Could be,” I nodded “might as well find out” I walked with her and the others to the window, the hooded figure, now no longer hidden by a cloak and hood, now revealed as a zebra mare with a Mohawk chanting in an unfamiliar language

“What’s she chanting?” Applejack shuddered “it’s creepin’ me out!”

“Let’s see, tribal masks, potions on the shelves, which’re also stacked with what look like alchemical ingredients, speaking in an odd language, and the fact she’s from Africa, what d’ya think Tesla, herbalist?” Blaze smiled

“Most likely,” my eyes narrowed slightly “but why the digging?”

“Maybe she was searching for something” Snowdrop suggested

“And so there’s theory A” I slowly nodded

“Either that or she buried something and came back to retrieve it” Littlepip shrugged

“And theory A; Revelation B” I smiled “definitely a herbalist, or an alchemist”

“Not in the sense we’re used to, eh Brother?” Blaze laughed

“Not at all” I chuckled as the door to the hut opened, and the zebra stood before us, eyebrow raised

“Standing by my hut would not be wise, as you’re one of the strangest beings that has been seen by zebra eyes” the mare tilted her head slightly

“Forgive our abrupt arrival, we just wanted to welcome you to Ponyville” I smiled, holding out a hand “Tesla”

“Zecora is my name, and potions and rhyming are my game” the Zebra now known as Zecora, shook my hand with a smile

“Like witchcraft?” Rainbow dash frowned, slamming her hooves together

“Never judge a book by its cover, but rather, by its punctuation and grammar” I scowled

“Thank you, Tesla, for your help,” Zecora smiled at me, frowning toward Rainbow now what is it you want, little whelp?”

“What was that?” Rainbow glowered at Zecora

“I think there’s been a misunderstanding” I bit my lip, turning toward the cyan Pegasus “just because she’s different, then you automatically assume she’s evil?” I snapped “if that’s the case, what do you think of me!?” she blinked

“You’re Tesla, you’re a human, an eon, and a dragon slayer,” she grinned “you’re awesome; way more awesome than anything I can do,” she glimmered “You’re a Lord for Faust’s sake, isn’t that enough?”

“I asked you what you think of me, not what you know” I raised an eyebrow, again

“I just did” she blinked

“So you did,” I rolled my eyes, exhaling sharply “and I’m far different from you ponies, as is Zecora, in her own way, look what happened to me, who’s to say she can’t do better?”

“She’s a Zebra!” she gestured angrily toward the striped mare

“And I’m an alien, in a way,” I shrugged “checkmate”

“Why are you so insistent on helping others?” she growled

“Because isn’t that what friends do?” I folded my arms “And aren’t you meant to be the element of loyalty, Rainbow?”

“At least I know my limits!” she glared daggers at me

“As do I” I sighed “they’re just broader, somewhat”

“Let me guess, your ex-marefriend again?” she smirked

“At least I’ve bloody well had one!” I roared, she suddenly gasped staring at me in half awe half fear, and a little bit of sadness, soaring back the way we came

“Tesla, calm down” Blaze almost commanded; I deeply inhaled, and then exhaled “good, now let’s continue, shall we?”

“We shall, would you care to stay, for I feel it might keep the forest creatures at bay”

“They’re of little problem to me” I shrugged, again

“Then I bid the farewell, and as for you, may your heart stay pure and true,” she winked at me, walking back into her hut

“See, no problem” I smiled

“If you say so” Twilight sighed, beginning to make our way back to ponyville

“I assume the hooded figure’s been taken care of?” the stallion from the stage a few weeks back smirked

“She has, but not the way you think it has,” I grinned

“You dealt with her the way any monster would, Tesla,” he spat “you are a monster after all, are you not?”

“I’m a knight, a human, an eon, and a dragon slayer, so there’re a few things I can do” I smirked

“You, a knight,” he chortled “don’t make me laugh!”

“Aren’t you already?” I blinked

“Touché, human” he slowly nodded “So what’s happening with her then?”

“That isn’t really for me to decide, as I cannot force my will onto another being, as I refuse to be so, obtuse, as it were” I scoffed “Celestia?” I turned to face the alicorn mare

“She will live under my protection under the same conditions and rules as everypony else, you needn’t worry, Tesla” Celestia smiled

“And you don’t mind that she’s a technical immigrant?” The stallion frowned

“I love all my subjects the same way Tesla cares for his friends,” Celestia smiled faintly “whether they’re born abroad or within my kingdom, I cannot control, Filthy Rich”

“And Tesla here?” he gestured toward me with an angered hoof

“He is my thane; and my knight, should you have a problem with that, you’ll have to take it up with him” she pecked my cheek

“You see me as I could be, had I a heart of darkness, not one of light, you’re an idealist,” I rolled my eyes

“What could you do to me, you’re just one being!” he snapped, Blaze, and Kiary quickly disembarked, clambering down to the ground, Philomena took to the sky flying in circles above us, I changed to ‘Alphamon form’ “touché, once again you have bested me, somewhat” it was then that I noticed the particularly large crowd behind him

“Hi” I waved a hand, giving off an invisible smile, the crowd gasped as one, single entity, slamming to the ground; bowing “You don’t have to bow, least of all to me” I facepalmed

“When a royal knight facepalms, you know you’ve failed” Blaze laughed

“Indeed” I grumbled “But I am just a knight, there isn’t a ‘royal’ in the title, sister”

“I wouldn’t be so sure, Sir Lord and/or Prince Tesla” she grinned

“Tempted to throw in a Gurren Lagann reference in there” I clenched my fists

“Episode eleven?” she sighed, I nodded “I think we’ve had enough references for a couple of months, Brother”

“Fair do’s” I smiled as Crystal and Angel appeared before me, gliding down toward me

“Well look at you, Tesla” Crystal gleamed “battle ready, are we?”

“Aren’t we always?” I tilted my head

“Touché” she nodded, rearing her arm back and striking my chest as hard as she could, I heard bones crack as she held her claw, biting her lip in pain “What’s that armour made of anyway?”

“That much is unknown to me, as of yet” I shrugged

I stood in the arena in ‘Alphamon form,’ Flash Sentry having challenged that my armour would break long before he would

“If you’re ready” I yawned, he charged at me, rearing both arms back and hitting me with both simultaneously, I didn’t so much as budge an inch, he spun around and landed a kick to the side of my head with a hind leg, then the other one, the whole guard was watching, but that of Celestia and Luna, as he brought both forearms down, hitting me with both hooves on the crown of the armour, his bones giving way with a sickening *crack*

“Why, won’t, you, just, move!?” he spat out each word in-between hits

“You use physical strength, not realising the hidden power that most, if not everyone possesses, Sergeant Flash Sentry” I smirked, somehow

“I don’t get it,” he hovered before me, clad in the golden armour that all of the solar goddess’s guards wore, now dented from the damage he’d delivered to himself “what on Equis are you talking about?”

“Your guardsmen colleagues would do good to listen to me now,” I grinned “with your physical strength, you could move pebbles and wagons, but if you set your whole body and mind to in, and wish for it with all your heart, you could topple mountains!” for instance,” I raised my hand in front of me, a vivid, light green circle appearing before it “Digitalize of soul!” wave after wave of green, eon-shape-headed beams of energy  came forth from the circle, covering the entire arena, Flash Sentry just barely managing to avoid them by taking to the sky

“Class dismissed” I reverted to human form, walking toward the gardens

“Since when, were you able to do that?” Crystal laughed

“Since I got the form” I shrugged as we stood on the edge of the forest alongside my friends and family, all were in their usual places on and around me

“Fair do’s” she smirked as we walked/glided into the forest

“You hear that?” I stopped, raising my hand as a loud moan resonated from elsewhere in the forest

“Sounds like someone’s having fun” Blaze laughed quietly

“Sounds like it” Crystal stifled a laugh as another; louder moan rang out from the forests depths

“Should we investigate?” Snowdrop bit her lip

“Tesla,” a third, even louder still, moan erupted from the same location “oh Seraphimon be damned I need you inside me now!”

“Don’t tell me…” I groaned

“Tesla,” Crystal folded her arms “who was that?”

“She said Seraphimon, so there’s only one person it can be,” Blaze guffawed

“And who might that be?” Crystal raised an eyebrow

“Ranamon’s back!” she chortled

“Shut up and run!” I bolted toward ponyville, my friends quickly following me

“What’s going on?” Rainbow Dash blinked as she glided down beside me as I stopped running, catching my breath in the park

“You don’t want to know,” Blaze smirked, patting the side of my head “Nor hell a fury like a female in heat, eh Tesla?”

“Someone in ponyville giving you a problem?” she grinned

“Nope,” Blaze shook her head “Rana”

“I guess I’ll have to ask Twilight about it” she shrugged, soaring off toward the library

“Whatever that woman does to you, you deserve” Crystal gave me a smug, ear-toear grin

“Woman,” Blaze burst into a fit of laughter “nah she’s a monster girl!”

“That depends on the perspective” I shrugged

“She your little fan-girl,” Angel aww’d

“She’s my little Ocean Gem” I quickly covered my mouth

“She’s an ocean based entity then?” Blackjack now joined in with the somewhat apparent running gag “This ought to be interesting for us then” just then, Twilight and her friends, minus Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, trotted toward us

“Rainbow Dash says you’ve a mare problem of sorts” Twilight glanced toward Crystal, then Angel, and then toward mare “Who is she, Tesla?”

“I’m under no obligation to tell you anything” I mumbled

“Then I guess we’ll find out when we drag you back to the forest then” Blaze grinned

“Fine” I rolled my eyes, walking with all others present back toward the forest

“Tesla?” a slightly faraway voice echoed throughout the forest, “Tesla!” I called out getting ever closer as its angelic tone calmed me, somewhat, I walked through the thick underbrush ahead of me, coming face to face with a familiar being, it’s skin was a mint green/pale teal, and it was as tall as I was, human in shape, with shell-shaped helmet and lower-arm protectors and a teal vest, all of which had rubies in them, her eyes shining like blazing garnets I the rays of sunlight that burst from the canopy, her attire of choice as a pale blue vest-type piece of clothing that went down to just above her knees doubling as a shorts and miniskirt, sort of, the part of her that completed the image, was the dark/mild cobalt hair that went down to above her waist, the silvery necklace that sported a radian emerald in it, and finally, the mild blue ankle band-type object above her bare feet

“Tesla!” the figure grabbed a hold of me, via arms that seemingly came from nowhere, taking a hold of my collar, shoulders and wrists, dragging me to her, her plump breasts squishing against my chest as she pressed her lips against mine, her somewhat salty taste and texture briefly overwhelming me as she draped her arms around my neck, eventually letting me go, staring at me straight in the face “I’ve been looking for you Sugarbear, where’ve you been Hun?”

“Places” I winked, pecking her cheek, she giggled, placing her hands in mine

“Now don’t go tellin’ me you got yourself committed to another Mon, my love, we’re just gettin’ reunited after all”

“Why would I?” I laughed nervously “you are my little Ocean Gem after all”

“That I am, and you’re my little Alpha, my love,” she licked my cheek come on, I found a beach nearby that’d be perfect for just the two of us!”

And so she dragged me all through the forest until the texture under my feet went from stiff as iron to light as a feather as sand passed under my boots, Snowdrop, Blaze and Kiary having long clambered/glided to the ground

“Well, aren’t we gonna have a lil’ fun?” she removed her clothing, save her helmet and armour, diving into the water, I quickly removed everything other than my boxers, diving in after her, when I surfaced, I came face to face with all who were present with me at the park, alongside Celestia

“Bugger” I cursed

“Indeed” Celestia smirked

“I’m not beautiful enough for you?” Crystal folded her arms, I quickly changed to eon form, diving back underwater, going as deep as I could, Ranamon quickly going after me, only to be pulled back to the surface by means of magic, turned around to face Celestia and the others

“Who is she, Tesla?” Angel giggled, I struggled, only to end up with failure

“Try as you might, you can’t break free” Twilight sighed, I tutted

“Like hell I can’t” and just like that, I was pulled back under

“I thought you said you weren’t committed!” Rana scowled

“Keep your voice down” I whispered, she nodded, albeit, reluctantly “I’m only committed to you,” I muttered “and to you alone, my little Ocean Gem”

“Darn straight you are,” she folded her arms “if I find you with another Mon, imma smack you one, ya hear”

“Why on god’s green earth would I do that?” I laughed, quickly covering my mouth

“Good, now rest easy,” she whispered, placing her arms out either side of her “I command these waters, sweetheart, and I order them to heal you, my little Alpha” she winked as a rush of energy coursed through me

“Who’s she?”

I turned around; Crystal was there, eyebrows raised, not looking at all amused

“Fuckberries” I swore as she surfaced, flying back toward the shoreline

“Just leave her to me Sugarbear, she’ll be gone before ya know it” Rana pecked my cheek “there ain’t no Mon who’s laying so much as a finger on my beloved!”

“We can hear you y’know?” Rainbow Dash laughed

“Trouble with the natives?” she laughed “that part of you never changes, my little Alpha” she waved her hand in a circle, I rushed to the surface, appearing above the ocean in a sphere of water

“Explain, yourself” Celestia frowned “Now”

“It happened before I met you, there’s nothing you can do to stop that,” I scowled “leave me be, pony abomination”

“Am I not you’re lover?” she looked at me with a look of fear

“Are you?” I shrugged, diving back underwater

“What’s she moaning about?” Rana spat

“Pony issues” I scoffed “best leave her be; before she tries to imprison you on the moon”

“She can do that?” she blinked “at least I’ll have the memories of you, Tesla”

“And I you, Rana” I placed my lips on hers, she placed her hands in mine as our tongues intertwined

“Where shall we go to, Sugarbear?” she giggled rather cutely

“Anywhere you want, my dear lady” I bowed

“I want you, right here and now, to swear your loyalty to me; and no one else” she folded her arms with a sly smirk

“I hereby swear my fealty and loyalty, to you, Rana, my little Ocean Gem,” I nodded “and I also to come to aid you in your time of need, my love”

“Good,” she laughed “I hereby dub you Sir Tesla of Aquarius, my dear oceanic knight”

In human form, I surfaced again, there was no one there, nothing remained but the sand, sun, sea, and our clothing, Rana surfaced beside me  

“They’re gone,” Ranamon huffed “now we can get some TLC time, if you catch my drift” she purred, tracing a hand around my chest as she draped the other around my neck

“Pun intended?” I chuckled

“Anything for you sweetheart,” she cooed, swimming with me to the shoreline, sitting beside me as the sun began to set over the horizon, turning the sky a fiery reddish orange “Ain’t it beautiful?”

“Not as much as you, the one with hair as soft and free flowing as the sea and the air that surrounds its vast area” I smiled

“Thank you, Sir Tesla” she giggled again, her tone as soft and melodic as harmony itself “but I must thank you for coming with me here, alone I hope”

“It’s nothing” I waved a dismissive hand “not like I had better things to do”

“Precisely” she smirked, pecking my cheek, leaning into me as the sun set, completely vanished over the horizon, replaced by the silvery-whitish glow of the moon and stars high above us “tell me who’s the prettiest, fairest and most beautiful out of them all”

“That’d be you, your grace” I bowed quickly

“And don’t you let anyone else tell ya differently!” she spoke haughtily “I’m yours as you are mine, my little Alpha”

“I am yours to do with as you so please and/or wish to do,” I slowly nodded, kneeling and bowing before her

“Good little Eon” she stroked my head as I turned onto my back, lying beside her “Do any better and I’ll have to reward you for it!”

“Thy gratitude is enough, milady” I smiled

“Oh now I’m gonna have tah reward ya!” she chortled, and so she did

I awoke the following morning to find myself staring up at the stars, being prodded

“Tesla,” Luna raised an eyebrow as I stared up at her “we believe we have much to discuss, little human”

“No, we don’t,” I nuzzled into Rana as her hand moved over my chest, nuzzling aback into me, pecking my cheek in her sleep “just let me go to sleep, Luna”

“Not until thou tell me who she is, and what thy plan is now that thou art no longer welcome into ponyville, Sir Tesla of Aquarius” She frowned

“I have a plan, but I’m going to need a little help” I bit my lip

“We do not wish to help thou, human” she spat

“Rana” I smiled, she blinked “her name’s Rana, she’s a close friend”

“Judging by thy dreams last night, we’d say that thou art much closer than mere friends” Luna’s eyes narrowed

“Ok, Ok,” I gulped audibly “I met her on another world, how she got here is beyond me, believe me, if I knew a way other than my own abilities, I’d tell you” I noticed her horn was glowing

“Go on” she raised the other eyebrow

“We were meant to go on a trip somewhere, but something rather dire came along and stopped us,” I sighed

“And what would that be, Eon?” she gave a faint smile

“We were enemies, her former masters wouldn’t hear of our relationship, let alone approve of it” I glanced toward Rana, who was mumbling in her sleep, something about protecting me, apparently

“So what did thou do?” Luna rolled a hoof, as if to encourage me, her horn still glowing

“Her masters found out, and they beat her within an inch of her life, or at least they would’ve if I hadn’t of defended her to the bitter end, so to speak” I smiled “they said that I could have her, they didn’t want anything to do with anyone who had love in their heart, or so they told me in a grim tone,” I went on “and so we went on the formerly postponed trip, and I think she enjoyed every bit of it as much as I did” I finished the Romeo-and-Juliet-esque tale

“Thou art telling the truth, Sir Tesla, we shall see the pair of thee in the morning, Sir Tesla, Rana” she bowed as she teleported away

When the actual morning came, I bolted upright, Rana sat beside me, giggling as she pecked my cheek

“Ya went out like a light after our fan last night, ya know that?” she laughed

“Anything for my ocean princess,” I kissed her hand as she raised it she gently placed my back on the soft, cool sand

“Hush now, quiet now, my Sugarbear

“Daddy,” Snowdrop burst forth from behind me, landing beside me, thank Christ for the fact that I’d thought to put my boxers back on after last night’s activities, and Rana, her clothing

“Daddy,” Rana frowned

“I went to her gravestone, sang a little song and before I know it she’s on my back calling me Daddy” I gave a nervous grin

“Just so long as you’re nut engaging in our little reward with ponies, I don’t care what happens” she shrugged

“Celestia’s redacted your ban from Ponyville Daddy,” Snowdrop climbed atop my head as I sat upright “she’s also convinced Twilight and her friends to let you go also” she gestured behind me

“That’s a rather ugly creature” Rarity gagged as I turned to face her and the others

“Says the talking, miniature horsey” Rana huffed

“This ‘horsey’ is about to kick your flank if you don’t quit it with the attitude!” Rainbow Dash scowled, slamming her hooves together “Let Tesla go!”

“I’m Tesla’s as he is also mine, ain’t there no changing that!” Rana spat

“What have you gotten yourself into?” Twilight raised an eyebrow toward me, I shrugged

“Hell if I know damned if I care” I sighed

“And what’s with the shells?” Rarity shuddered “trying to make a fashion statement are we?”

“At least my hair’s the way other people like it” Rana rebuked, nudging me with a gentle shoulder

“We so happen to like it the way it is” Twilight retorted “it’s different from others, that’s what makes it stand out more”

“You manage having different mane styles, but if a sentient being that’s different comes along, you go mental, why is that?” I raised an eyebrow in return, gently stroking Rana’s hair  

“Well aren’t we a little specist,” Rana spat “can’t ya handle a little variety with your life girlfriend?”

“I can handle plenty!” Rarity scowled

“Next thing you’ll be telling me is that ya make dresses for horses” she laughed

“We’re ponies, and yes, I’m an expert fashionista, Foul creature” Rarity snarled rather un-ladylike

“Case in point, quadruped” she waved a dismissive hand “Besides, I’d have more fun with Tesla here than all of you can in the world!”

“Yeah, Luna told us about that” Twilight shuddered “Tesla, will you come with us, with her, or stay here?”

“My little Alpha can make his own choices thank you purple,” Rana scoffed

“And on that note,” I exhaled sharply “if the rest of ponyville is going to be as you are now, I think I’ll stay here, with Rana”

“Then we’ll stay too” Twilight sat on her haunches “You are still Princess Celestia’s knight, Tesla, and a lord, be lucky that she’s kept your titles, and your place in society”

“That slug’s a princess,” Rana blinked, who’d of guessed it?”

“What’d you say!?” Rainbow Dash blared

“She may control that huge light in the sky, but I control all the world’s oceans and waterways,” she smirked “one simple flick of the wrist and you’ll be six feet under, horsey”

“Is it magic?” Twilight blinked, her friends stared at her, as did the newly arrived Celestia, who stood behind her alongside Cadance

“I heard that you’ve been having interesting dreams, Tesla” Celestia frowned

“What of it,” Rana cooed, leaning into me, placing her hand on my chest “Tesla can’t help it if he’s interested in me can ya Sugarbear?”

“Not at all” I smiled, turning to face the solar princess “so how do you suppose we get past this?”

“Well, for a start, the citizens of ponyville are waiting for your arrival, and are curious to see Rana here,” she nodded toward the ocean princess “and I’m waiting also, for our foal”

“When in the heck did that happen,” I blinked “Snowdrop, do I do anything in my sleep?”

“Not that I know of daddy” she shrugged

“Huh, weird,” I tilted my head, setting it upright again as she perched herself there

“When did that happen?” Twilight, and everyone else present, stared at Celestia in confusion

“Apparently my little Alpha got raped in his sleep” Rana scowled

“So I did” I nodded, quickly getting dressed, changing to eon form “climb on”

“What?” she blinked

“May the lady ride a dragon?” I smiled

“May I?” she glimmered, climbing onto my back “might as well see what this ‘Ponyville’ place is”

“Oh you’ll love it; it’s quiet, peaceful, and friendly beyond what should be possible” Twilight gleamed

“So are we, if left to our own devises” I shrugged, flying into and through the forest, Twilight, her friends, and the princesses following me, eventually winding up at Ponyville, where a large crowd had gathered, Pinkie Pie appeared from nowhere, somehow setting up one of her infamous parties within an instant

“I didn’t get to throw her a ‘welcome-to-Ponyville-please-don’t-destroy-us-with-a-giant-tsunami’ party!” Pinkie Pie laughed

“There’s no water around, and where there’s no water, I’ve no real power” Rana hummed “

“I could protect you, milady” I smiled, glancing back toward her

“Thy assistance is noted Sir Tesla” she giggled, stroking the back of my neck with a gentle hand, which I leant into “you’re my Alpha, my eon, and my somewhat noble steed” I snorted, she laughed “Case in point”

“He can by my noble steed anytime,” someone from the now-ongoing party sighed, staring at me rather dreamily

“Are ya herding or somethin’?” Rana blinked, I shrugged “guess I’ll have tah get used to it then, just make sure you only treat them with less than half of what you used to give me, Ok, Sir Tesla?”

“Rick,” I smiled, she blinked “my name’s Rick, Tesla’s just a nickname I made for myself”, my ocean princess”

“So it is, do you have a last name?” she almost purred

“Hawkins” I nodded

“Well then, I guess there’s a lot of change that we’re going to have to go through, Sir Hawkins” she gave a heartfelt smile “Or is that Lord Tesla?”

“Just Tesla should suffice, your majesty” I bit my lip

“So it does” she smiled again, patting the back of my neck, tracing a light finger down my spine, I shuddered “Does my little Alpha like that?” she raised an eyebrow

“I do” I gulped audibly

“Now why act like that,” she sighed dreamily “there’s no shame in admitting your feelings for me, is there?”

“Of course not your grace” I bowed quickly

“Then say it” she began to lightly massage the backs of my shoulders

“I love you, truly, with all my heart, Princess Rana” I smiled

“And I you, my little Hawk” she clicked her neck, followed by her shoulders

As the party continued, my friends, Blackjack, Littlepip, Velvet Remedy and Chilly Pepper, with Blaze on Blackjack’s back, trotted toward me

“How’d you get here anyway?” Blaze tilted her head, frowning at me, glancing toward Rana

“I wished to be with my beloved, with all my watery heart,” Rana held a hand over her chest where her heart was

“So, it’s the same as me then?” Blackjack and Velvet blinked, staring at each-other, blinking, then bursting into laughter

“It would appear so” Celestia smiled as she stood beside me

“Whilst I’m not quite ready to forgive you, brother, I suppose I can live with another being for now” Blaze rolled her eyes, grinning “so what part of her did you fall in love with first TK?”

“Her personality, then her hidden beauty, and finally, her as a whole” I winked

”She has beauty,” Rarity scoffed “That’ll be the day!”

“Everything has beauty, not everyone sees it” I shrugged

“Renders your job as a fashionista redundant, does it not, horsey?” Rana winked toward Rarity

“I can still make other ponies look like princesses compared to you!” she huffed

“Looking like a princess, and being one, are two different things, pony” Rana wagged a finger dismissively

“That may be true,” Rarity scorned “but that doesn’t mean I can’t try!”

“Gurren lagann reference, brother?” Blaze smirked

“Tempted, but I won’t, not yet anyhow” I shook my head

“Do you do everything she tells you?” Twilight raised an eyebrow

“I could ask you the same thing about Celestia” I turned to face her and her friends

“I do it because it’s what’s right!” she stamped her hoof

“And you do it to remain loyal to her, yes?” Rana tilted her head, Twilight nodded

“Then we are the same, in that regard” I hummed

“But Celestia’s not a tyrant” she rebuked

“Neither is Rana” I frowned “Tread lightly, pony, anger either of us, and you may end up either roasted or drowned”

“At least Celestia’s kind, loving and caring” Twilight huffed

“So are we, when left to our own devises” I reiterated from earlier “though your behaviour warrants nothing of the sort”

“Alright,” she slowly nodded “what would it take for you to be nice again?”

“You get what you give,” Blaze blurted out

“Bold words for a creature so small” Rarity scoffed

“Bold, but true,” Rana smirked
