After ten minutes, The Doctor, Twilight, Luna and Spike ran down the corridor that lead to the throne room, Celestia was in the middle of the room, sitting on her throne.

"Everyone to their places, we only have one chance to get this right." The Doctor whispered.

Everypony moved to their places, Spike wasn't in the plan as he is only a baby dragon and it was to dangerous to take part in this and was told to hide and not make a sound. Twilight was ready to get Celestia's attention.

"Twilight now, get her attention by throwing the rubber ducky at her." The Doctor said quietly.

Twilight ran into the centre of the throne room, not to close though, otherwise The Doctor and Luna wouldn't have time to set the trap with the string. Twilight threw the rubber ducky. It had a direct hit to Celestia's horn.

"Hey! Horse face! Come get me!" Twilight shouted, as she sang it over and over again to tease Celestia.

Celestia jumped from her throne with the rubber ducky still impaled through her horn and chased Twilight. Twilight passed The Doctor and Luna like a bolt of lightning with Celestia just behind.

"Luna! Get the other end of this string and hold it tight, we need to make sure Celestia trips over it!" The Doctor said.

Celestia ran through the corridor and tripped on the string, falling hard on the castle floor, unconscious.

"Yes, it worked! It's a simple trap but most of the time, effective." The Doctor smiled.

"She's unconscious." Spike pointed out.

"Yes, we can all see that, Spike." Twilight said.

"That mean's I won't have to pin her down and put her to sleep with the sonic screwdriver. It saved us some time and a struggle!" The Doctor explained.

"But, Doctor, I have one question." Luna asked.

"Yes, what is it, I'm guessing that you want to ask if your sister will be ok, well I'll answer that now. I don't know, but I will try my best to help." The Doctor answered.

"Yes well, thanks for answering that for me, but that wasn't the question." Luna explained.

"Oh, so what was the question?" The Doctor asked.

"Why the rubber ducky?" Luna asked.

"Meh, it was something that was lying round the T.A.R.D.I.S that I no longer used or needed." The Doctor replied.

"Right, well ok, it was just a bit random that's all. It's not something I would use to get the attention of something trying to kill me." Luna said.

The Doctor smiled at Luna.

"Right! Everyone help me get Celestia in an open space so I can scan her and have some room to do it, this corridor is to cramped. Help me move her into the centre of the throne room." The Doctor said.

The Doctor and Spike walked to the throne room, leaving Twilight and Luna to carry Celestias body, and also giving them some time to finally talk.

"So, Twilight, how is your fist adventure with The Doctor?" Luna asked.

"It's been ok so far, I wasn't expecting... this, but it's been ok. And what about Equestria, what has been happening, over the past one thousand years?" Twilight asked.

"Oh, nothing really, just a little more trouble with Discord but that was pretty much it. I can't say much, foreknowledge can be dangerous." Luna replied.

Over with The Doctor and Spike who were walking ahead, The Doctor tried to break the silence.

"So Spike, what are you to Twilight? Friend or something?" The Doctor asked.

"Just a friend, like the others at Ponyville, one thousand years ago. I normally just help Twilight around at the library, but that's it, I'm like her friendly assistant." Spike explained.

"Oh, I see." The Doctor replied.

"But to think that when we were in Ponyville a few hours ago, all of those ponies there, some of them might have been related to the ponies we know that to them, are their great, great, great, great grandfathers or grandmothers." Spike explained.

"Yeah, I know what you mean, I just don't think about it, because your right, it is a bit weird." The Doctor replied.

The Doctor, Spike, Twilight and Luna arrived at the throne room.

"Right everyone, put Celestia, in the centre of the room, I need to scan her with the sonic.

Twilight and Luna placed Celestia down in the patterned sun that had been carved on the floor.

"All of you, please stand back and give me some space!  Now then, lets see if I'm right." The Doctor said to himself.

The Doctor activated the sonic screwdriver and started to scan Celestia with it. Scanning twenty five per cent complete, fifty per cent, seventy five per cent, one hundred per cent complete.

"That's not good, when she fell she sprained her front right leg. She will be limping but I'm sure she'll recover" The Doctor explained. "What else did the sonic screwdriver detect? HA! I was right!"

"What is it, Doctor?" Luna asked.

"I was right, she was being controlled. Lets get back to the T.A.R.D.I.S and I will see what I can do from there! Carry Celestia back!" The Doctor said.

"No! I can't, she's heavy!" Twilight moaned.

"Just do it, this is for your princess! Suck it up!" The Doctor replied.

The Doctor and Spike ran ahead to the T.A.R.D.I.S while Twilight and Luna slowly caught up while carrying Celestia. They eventually caught up and walked into the T.A.R.D.I.S and shut the door.

"Right first things first, I've got the control chips data on the sonic screwdriver. I'm going to hack into it and shut it off, this should stop her from destroying Equestria with the supernova." The Doctor explained.

The Doctor shut off the chip.

"Done it! She should be back to her normal self when she wake's up." The Doctor explained.

"And she will be able to stop the supernova?" Luna asked.

"The supernova was only happening when Celestia was being controlled and was being told to do it. The supernova stopped happening as soon as she was knocked out. And now that she will be back to her normal self, the supernova wont happen. She wont be able to put the sun back to normal until she regains power over it, which will take a few hours, but because the supernova will not happen anymore, it's just very hot. Which means that who ever was controlling her, might be angry that we interfered with their control. But on the brighter side, Celestia will wake up soon." The Doctor explained.

Suddenly an image came up on the monitor that was in the wall.

"DOCTOR!" The strange figure said.

"And that will be the controller." The Doctor said as he turned to look at the monitor. "Oh not you again." Next Chapter: Death To Equestria For The Glory Of Sontar Estimated time remaining: 15 Minutes
