Doctor Whooves: Supernova
Chapter 1: Materializing Into The Unknown
Load Full Story Next ChapterIt was one week after Twilight got her crown back from the battle she had with Sunset Shimmer in the other universe. During that week, Twilight had been getting ready for her first trip in the T.A.R.D.I.S. She was nervous about her first flight. Worrying all through out the days and nights, but the day had come, it was a Saturday, the most relaxing of days, for most ponies, but not for Twilight Sparkle. One hour before The Doctor and Twilight were going to take off, everypony was there. The Doctor popped his head round the T.A.R.D.I.S door to alert Twilight.
"Ok Twilight, one hour before departure! I'm excited for our first adventure." The Doctor stated.
"Ok, thanks! I'm more nervous than excited." Twilight replied.
Twilight turned around and looked at Derpy.
"Derpy, can I ask you a few questions?." Twilight asked.
"Yeah, sure." Derpy replied.
"You've travelled with The Doctor before, has anything ever gone wrong while you were with him?" Twilight asked.
"No, not really, in fact, what we done in the other universe was the only trouble we've ever had and I didn't think that was dangerous, I thought of that as a fun adventure." Derpy replied.
"Ok, and what about you Jack, you've travelled with The Doctor in the other universe, has anything gone wrong there?" Twilight asked hoping, that Jack replied with a positive answer.
"No, nothing really." Jack answered.
"Phew! That calms me down a bit." Twilight said in relief.
"Just an army of zombie human children with gas masks as faces, almost being destroyed by weird looking green thing made of solid farts, almost being sliced up by robot's obsessed with fashion and clothing, being exterminated by motorized talking trash cans, being killed with a laser screwdriver by an insane time lord, then enslaved by that insane time lord for a year, and then killed again by the motorised talking trash cans when trying to destroy every single universe in existence with a reality bomb, and before you ask, even this universe. But none of that is likely to happen to you." Jack said with a smile.
Twilight looked horrified.
"What?" Jack asked.
"Twilight, Spike, it's time to go!" The Doctor shouted.
"Good luck, Twilight!" Applejack shouted.
"Yeah, good luck!" Rainbow Dash repeated.
"I hope you don't meet any motorized trash cans!" Jack shouted.
"Twilight, what's he talking about?" Spike asked.
"Oh, ha ha, nothing... Don't listen to him." Twilight replied.
Twilight and Spike jumped into the T.A.R.D.I.S and shut the doors.
"So, Twilight, Spike, all of time and space, where do you want to go, what do you want to see?" The Doctor asked.
"I don't know, all of time and space, other universes, there must be loads to see!" Twilight assumed.
"Of coarse there is, do you not know how big the universe is? I've been exploring time and space for over nine hundred year's, I've been to the beginning of the universe and the end of the universe and I haven't seen much compared to all of time and space and universes beyond. Life is too short to see all the stars. If you can't decide, how about we stick to the basics, let's just keep to this planet and we will travel in time." The Doctor explained.
"Ok, how about one hundred year's into the future?" Twilight asked.
"I don't know, nothing really change's. It's pretty much the same as outside." The Doctor uttered.
"Five hundred?" Twilight asked again.
"Still nothing changes, by then, Equestria has only just invented the wireless telephone. Ponies are so slow with technology." The Doctor uttered again.
"Ok then, one thousand year's into the future." Twilight suggested.
"I guess so!" The Doctor thought.
The Doctor set the destination to one thousand years into Equestria's future. The T.A.R.D.I.S materialized into the time vortex, and reappeared in the same spot just one thousand years later.
"Here you go, outside those doors is Equestria, one thousand year's into the future. Let's see if I can impress you on your first trip." The Doctor smiled.
Twilight and Spike ran through the door's and stood outside to see a changed world.
"DOCTOR! I think you should come out here!" Spike shouted.
"I've done it again, I've impressed her!" The Doctor said with a smile.
"DOCTOR QUICK! YOU NEED TO SEE THIS!" Twilight screamed.
"Oh, that doesn't sound good." The Doctor thought to himself.
The Doctor ran outside to see something very unexpected.
"Oh dear, that's not meant to happen. What caused this?" The Doctor asked.
The sky was blazed with a blinding fire. It looked like hell itself was descending onto Equestria. The Planet looked like it was about to burn.
"I don't know, I think we should ask around, get some information to why in Celestia th-" Twilight said before she was cut off by Spike.
"THE SKY IS BURNING!" Spike screamed as he ran around in circles.
"SPIKE! Calm down. I think we should go to town hall, maybe The Mayor might know something." Twilight suggested.
"Good idea, Twilight, you should be a help, at least you can stay calm, unlike the "brave and fearless" dragon." The Doctor laughed.
"Doctor, I don't think this is a laughing matter!" Twilight said angrily.
"Yeah, sorry." The Doctor replied.
The Doctor, Spike and Twilight ran over to town hall to see The Mayor. Next Chapter: The Sun's Gone Wibbley Wobbley Estimated time remaining: 30 Minutes
