Bakmah frowned as he stirred. The warmth of the furry body next to him was gone. “Daemon?” he said as he opened his eyes, quickly spotting the mare sitting at the foot of the bed with her back to him.

“Good morning and Happy Birthday, Bakksy. What? Did you think I wouldn’t find out just because you didn’t tell me?” The mare looked back at him with a smile. “I have a special present for you.” The drake couldn’t respond, his eyes fixed on the thick, black leather collar fastened around the unicorn’s neck.

“I have been thinking...you just sort of get dragged along with whatever I plan, not having much say for yourself. I don’t really suppose you mind much or I figure you would have said something by now and I am not so easily changed in my ways, but I thought that maybe, for one day, you could have complete control over everything. And I do mean everything.” Daemon picked up the leash that was lying on the bed, the handle dangling in the air.

“All you need to do is slide your claw in here,” she said past the leash. “And I am yours without resistance.”

Bakmah blinked at her before shifting a bit. "I...I don't know."

“The choice is yours, Bakksy. You don’t have to accept it. Just know I have no other presents setup for you though. If you’re worried about the length of the leash, it’ll stretch at your will and if the situation becomes extreme, the leash will break. I just really want you to have fun without worrying I am gonna whisk you away to do something else, Bakksy.”

Bakmah stared at the leash before standing. Instead of walking to her, he walked past her and to the door, opening it. "You can join me for breakfast when that leash and collar is put away." He closed the door behind him as he walked over to the room next door. He pushed through the kitchen door to find Daemon already at the table, still wearing the leash and collar.

“Why are you so repelled by this idea? I thought you would like something like this, Master Bakmah.”

Bakmah cringed at the name. "It's a long story I do not feel like delving into. Please remove it." He walked past her again as he grabbed his bag of quartz as well as a bowl from the cabinets, milk appearing next to him.

“Maybe I enjoy wearing this. Yes, I believe I might wear one of these from here on out. Get one for everyday of the week. Maybe even the month.”

"DAEMON DELIRUM, TAKE OFF THE FUCKING COLLAR!" seethed Bakmah, the milk flying across the room as he glared at her.

“Now that is an interesting reaction. I am assume something happened back when you ruled over some dragons? I could be wrong.” Daemon’s face took on a new expression Bakmah never seen before from her. “But...aside from that, I...I can’t take it off.” The mare frowned a bit in embarrassment.

"What?" asked the drake, his eye twitching violently.

“I seem to have...maybe made a...slight magical miscalculation. You see, the sealing magic wasn’t suppose to activate until the handle of the leash was around your claw, but it seems to have activated when I put the collar on. It won’t come off until the magic is spent.”

The drake stared at her for a moment. After a brisk silence, Bakmah grabbed the pouch and headed to the door once again. "I'm going to be in Ponyville for most of the day. Do not follow me."

“Wait!” Daemon called to the drake as he reached for the door. “There is a bit more...” Daemon rubbed her hooves together a bit nervously. “The magic is only spent when it is used for its intended purpose and with the slight miscalculation I made...pretty much anyone can put their hoof, claw, or hand through that handle and I would have to follow what they say...” Daemon looked away from Bakmah. “I really didn’t expect you to turn this away...”

Bakmah sighed, putting his head against the door. After a while he spoke. "Does the intent have to be sexual or is it anything?"

“Anything you wish to do at all. If all you wanted to do was walk me around the park all day, then so be it...” Daemon tilted her head. “You do know that even with this on, I am still me. It doesn’t take away my free will, I am just less prone to my whims.”

Bakmah sat there for a moment before letting out a deep sigh. "Have Lilian and Snuffy go walk you and let me know when that is off." He opened the door and went out into the hall. Yet again, the mare was sitting before him. “Daemon, I meant it. I don’t want you following me with that thing on. Now let me through.”

“What?” Bakmah jerked his head to the kitchen door as it creaked open, Daemon popping her head out. “I am not in your way...” He looked back to the Daemon sitting in the middle of the hall, the one there not wearing a collar.

“Bakmah, I really would rather not be tethered to your brother for twenty four hours and Snuffy would find it insulting if I had her do it. Might find it insulting even if Lili does it...”

"How are you..." He looked back at the Daemon in the door. "Over there?"

“Umm, because we were just in the kitchen?”

"No, I mean in the hall. You are right there." He pointed at the collarless Daemon. The collared one frowned and fully left the kitchen. She took a couple steps towards the Daemon he pointed at.

“I don’t see nor sense anything, Bakksy. Are you alright?” She looked back at him.

"No, I'm perfectly fine. But I swear, there are two of you." He shook his head. "I don't know what's going on."

“There is nothing there and I would know.” The collared Daemon turned around and walked up to the drake. “Bakmah,” When Daemon said his name, the collarless Daemon shattered like she was made of glass. She began falling apart, the pieces fading away as they fell. What was the most offsetting, though, was the wide grin she wore as she fell apart.

“I am sorry. I didn’t know this would stress you out to the point of seeing things...” The collared unicorn spoke normally, oblivious to what was happening behind her.

"I..." He blinked before sighing. "I should leave before I get a headache."

“This will still be here when you get back.” Daemon put a hoof to the collar around her neck. “I will let no other have me that way...”

"And I can't accept your gift. It was a nice thought, but..." He sighed, rubbing his temples. "I can't risk it." He muttered to himself.

“What exactly do you think you are risking, Bakksy?”

"Ponies lives." He pushed past her and made his way towards the throne room.

“That is a very vague answer and there are no risks involved in this.” Daemon grumbled as she followed him.

"I used ponies and dragons as much as I killed them. Got myself leverage and had them do my will. From getting me things, to killing others, or just being suicide bombs." He sighed. "You are giving me, a proved psychopath, free access to the most powerful being with a faulty collar."

“No. I already told you what this is and that is far from it. I will not kill for you, I will not be a suicide bomb, and you do not have free access. I will do what you ask of me to a point. If you try and get me to do something I am adamantly against, the leash will snap. I have already checked this thing over for anymore faults, there are none.”

"I still don't want to risk...him getting out. He almost did twice."

“Then I guess you will just have to get used to me wearing a collar then.” Daemon threw the leash around her neck like a scarf. “Because I refuse to let anyone else use this because you want to be a stubborn mule about a fear that shouldn’t be a problem.” Daemon quickly spun around and headed back to the kitchen.

Before she got very far, Bakmah grabbed her by the shoulder and whipped her around, tearing off the scarf and throwing his claw through the handle. "If he gets out..." The drake growled her lowly.

“He...” The handle of the leash tightened around the drake’s claw to fit snug and quite firm. There was just the slight tingle of magic as Daemon’s eyes dilated a moment before going back to normal. She then simply sat down, facing Bakmah. “Won’t...” Daemon’s voice was a lot smoother and softer, quite obviously more subdued.

"Good." He sighed. "Might as well take you for a walk then." said the drake as he headed towards the staircase.

“As you want, Bakmah.” Daemon only started moving as soon as she felt the slightest tug of the leash.

"Okay, now this thing just turned creepy....and I have to deal with this for twenty four hours." He sighed as they began up the stairs. "How am I supposed to deal with a monotones Daemon for the next twenty four hours?"

“I do not know. I will start thinking of a solution immediately, Bakmah.”

"This is both the best and worst plan you have had our entire relationship." said Bakmah, shaking his head. "It's almost like me being here effects you as much as it does me." The mare did not comment, just following the drake quietly.

"This is going to be a long day...."

“I thought it would help.”

“You did not need to wipe my mouth for me.”

“You had a spot. It would have been embarrassing if a pony or likewise saw you.”

"I think it was embarrassing enough that you wiped my mouth in public." said Bakmah with a sigh. "Anything else you have to do to me in public?"

“No. I will not do anything more unless told specifically.” Daemon perked her ears a bit as she stared at the dragon.

"Let's see then. We managed to waste at least ninety percent of the daylight walking around the park, freaking the shit out of Crystal, and eating a late dinner with some cake that I somehow got from Pinkie Pie. Not much more until I came head to bed and wake up unburdened and with my Daemon." He sighed. "Now what to do before then?"

“Anything you desire...within reason."

"And if I desired to be free and you have that collar removed?"

“That is not within reason, I’m afraid.” The mare let her ears relax a bit.

The drake sighed as he scanned his surroundings. He paused as he spotted the stallion he had the displeasure of meeting not long ago. He decided to come over and express his displeasure for dragons, cross-breed relationships, and bringing bedroom wear out into public.

Bakmah watched as the stallion sat at one of the far tables on the patio, obviously complaining to the group of ponies with him by the looks of his facial expressions and the occasional hoof or glare pointed his way.

"Gods, how I wish you would just go rip his throat out." muttered the drake, glaring at him from across the patio.

“I would need a longer leash to reach him, Bakmah.”

His eyes flashed. "Then I wish your leash was long enough for you to tear his throat out of his body and end his miserable existence." Growled the drake.

“No.” Daemon put a hoof on the table. “You were told no extreme conditions. Death is applied as extreme.” The mare’s voice was still monotonous and soft, even her gaze toward Bakmah held an aloofness to it.

The drake growled as his free claw glowed. There was a scream from across the patio as the stallion's head was smashed against the table before he was thrown across the area. "Completely shattered muzzle, fractured skull, internal bleeding that may lead to a brain aneurysm and death. Estimated time to death, four long, painful hours." said the drake mechanically as he went back to his dinner.

Sighing, Bakmah stood and placed the bits for the meal on the table. "Let's just head home. I...I think I'll call it early tonight." said the drake as he started off towards the direction of the Everfree.

The walk home was taken in silence, mostly because Daemon hardly ever spoke. Bakmah began to think of why Daemon would think he would like this, but trying to figure out Daemon usually just caused more headache.

He sighed as they finally made it to the entrance to their home. Bakmah was the first to traverse down, Daemon not far behind him as the sun began to set. He grumbled as he shuffled through the throne room towards their room.

Once inside, Bakmah immediately got under the covers with a sigh, closing his eyes as he let the mattress relax his body. He ignored the shifting of the bed as Daemon got in with him. "Good night, Daemon."

Bakmah knew something was off when he woke up in mid air. He hit the ground with a large thud, trying to figure out what had happened. Before he could get his bearings, he was hit by a blunt blast of magic, sending him tumbling across the floor.

“OUT!”

Bakmah looked up to the bed, seeing Daemon standing there with a fire in her eyes. The collar still was around her neck but the leash was nowhere to be seen.

“Get out! Get out and I don’t want to see you here again until I feel you’ve made things right!” Daemon’s horn grew bright as she leveled it with Bakmah, preparing to blast him again. “And you better hope he survives...” She ended with a growl.

Bakmah stared blankly at her as his tired mind tried to figure out the scene before him as well as what had happened the day before. As he did, his eyes slowly grew, his scales growing paler.

"I didn't...did I?" he said to himself softly. He looked up as he remembered that he had an alicorn pointing a prepared spell at him. He sighed as he stood. He put his head in his claws as he took a deep breath before looking her in the eyes. "How long has it been?"

“I. SAID. GET. OUT!” Daemon let loose the spell, it hitting the floor in front of Bakmah. The hole and debris it made told Bakmah she wasn’t using blunt force magic anymore.

The drake winced but held. "I need to know, how long since Destá attacked the stallion? I need to know this if he is to survive." Bakmah silently preparing an ether barrier.

“You will leave here. You will find him and make this up to him and his family. He is in a private clinic. I do not care if you have to live in servitude to him for the rest of his life, if you want to come back to me ever again, you WILL do it.”

"And I need to know how long it's been before I do that. If I do not know, I might as well give his family a bouquet of flowers and serve them." He sighed. "I knew that the collar was going to lead to Destá getting some control." he whispered to himself.

“He is alive, I can guarantee that.” Daemon’s horn lit up again, but instead of the deep purple aura it usually had, it was now a violent red. “Now leave.”

Bakmah sighed as he turned around. "I'll have my lab and things moved in the morning. He will be fine in a few hours if all goes well." With that, the drake was gone in a faint flash of white.

Bakmah stared at the small clinic, a sad look across his face as he stared at the doors. He let out a heavy sigh as he pushed them open.

The nurse behind the desk looked at him skeptically. "Um, excuse me, but do you have any appointments?" she asked, looking over the dragon.

"No. Um...you had a patient brought in yesterday. Shattered muzzle and broken skull, maybe." said Bakmah, shuffling a bit. "I kinda need to see him."

"Yes....room 317... ". The nurse watched as the dragon thanked her and shuffled down the hall. She sighed as she went back to the paperwork on the desk. "I should have stayed in Canterlot. They had less weird shit there." muttered the nurse.

Bakmah scanned the plates on each door as he walked down the hallway. The feeling of sickness lingered in the air, though it was less heavy than at hospitals. He could feel the stallion's decreasing health in the relatively empty building.

After awhile, he came to the appointed room. He listened as he heard muffled voices, a few sniffles here and there. The drake took a deep breath as he knocked on the door. He waited as he heard the voices quiet down, hoof steps approaching the door.

The door opened as a dark blue mare with a green mane stuck her head out. She stared at him before glaring at him. "You are the dragon from the café yesterday. You have to be the one who did this to my husband!"

Bakmah sighed. "Yes and no. It's complicated. Now, if you want your husband to live, I suggest you let me in." He looked at her sadly. "I am the only one alive that can save him now."

"YOU DID WHAT?!"

“Lower your voice, Lilian. He brought it upon himself.” Daemon sat laid back in her throne, looking down at the white drake.

"What did he do to get banished from his finacé's house?" asked the drake, glaring at her.

“He almost killed a pony for having a differing opinion. I will not stand that kind of behavior if he wants to be with me.” Daemon crossed her hooves as she raised a brow.

"Bakmah did that?" Lilian shook his head. "That couldn't have been him. He takes death seriously after Mom died...."

“Obviously not serious enough.” Daemon leaned her head back, staring at the ceiling. “He wants us to have a foal and this is how he acts.”

Lilian sighed. "He probably didn't take offense personally, but took offense that he insulted you." The drake shook his head. "That or it was Destá. I was told by Thera on how he is and I'm not surprised that he chose that moment to cause some pain."

“I don’t see that as an excuse. He is responsible for his actions.” Daemon looked back at Lilian. “There is no defending what Bakmah did.”

"Even if he can't control Destá?" He sighed. "Anyways, the real question is IF he will come back."

“If?” Daemon stared at Lili with a blank expression, mindlessly hooving at the collar still around her neck. “There is no if on that, Lili.”

"You act like you know everything about him, yet he has more secrets that I know he did not tell you."

Bakmah stared at the tan stallion that lay broken on the clinic bed. His glazed over eyes stared at Bakmah with a combination of fear and hatred. The recurring beep of the heart monitor rang in his head.

Bakmah kneeled down so that he was level with the stallion, ignoring the glares directed at him from the family members around him. "I'm sorry I did this. I....lost control and did something wrong and lost someone close to me because of it." Bakmah looked at the other ponies in the room. "I will heal you back to full health, then I will make it up to you in anyway you need me to within reason."

Bakmah stood. "I have to make contact with your muzzle to get the full effect. I am about to forcefully realign each bone with my claws and magic then I will seal the together. After that, I will fix the cracks in your skull and remove the blood blockage in your brain." He lifted his claws just above his muzzle. "This will be agonizingly painful, but it is worth being able to live another day."

Bakmah placed his claws on the stallion's muzzle, getting a wince in return. He took a deep breath before squeezing, a series of cracks and pops sounding as the bones were moved into place. The stallion let out a muffled scream as he tried to escape.

"Hold him down! I can't get this down if he struggles!" shouted the drakes to the others in the room. They hesitated before pushing down on his lower half, keeping his movements restrained as Bakmah started to mend the bones in his muzzle.

Once that was done, he quickly placed his claws on the stallion's head, removing the blood build up as he healed wounds and sealed the skull. After a few minutes, the stallion calmed down and Bakmah removed his claws from his head.

The stallion blinked as he sat up, removing the bandages from his muzzle. He worked his muzzle for a few seconds. After finding nothing wrong, he lightly tapped his head to find it good as new. He gave a triumphet laugh and turned to Bakmah, the drake just about to exit the room.

"I still haven't thanked you, sir." Bakmah's ears perked. He turned around to see the stallion smiling at him. "Thank you for saving me."

Bakmah chuckled softly. "I have too soft of a heart." His smile faded. "Sometimes." He sighed, turning around. "I am sorry, but I must be off. I have some important business to take care of." With a small wave the drake left the family to celebrate among themselves.

Daemon laid across her throne, pulling at her collar with a sigh. “It’s not coming off...” She said to no one in particular. “Gonna have to change bodies...but the ones I have aren’t suitable for everyday use...”

"I don't see why you need to take it off. Looks rather comfortable." said Lilian with a shrug.

“It is. Better than the tiara I was assigned.” Daemon thumped the back of the throne, opening a small compartment to reveal a rather showy tiara. “I don’t really like the thing. It isn’t...me, but every princess needs one or so they say. I keep it just in case.” Daemon used her magic to close the compartment.

"We never had a crown or anything." The dragon shifted. "So now what do we do since you decided to banish Bakmah?"

“He isn’t really banished. It is more of a temporary suspension. He needs to learn more discipline if that is all it takes for him to lose control.”

"If he comes back." reminded Lilian. "We don't exactly know what he is going to do after he is done with the stallion."

“Stop saying if. He’ll come back...”

"What makes you so sure?"

“Because...” Daemon paused a moment, thinking. She sighed before rolling off her throne to her hooves. “Because he has to, Lili. He can’t leave me like this...”

"But didn't you sound like you left him? Maybe he thought you didn't want him anymore...."

“Not quite. I told him to fix what he did before he comes back to me.” Daemon frowned. “I did tell him I wanted him to come back?”

"I don't know. Did you? If not, we may not see him for a few good years since the bastard is good at hiding." Lilian paused. "Of course, he is still probably pissed about Exitium....."

“True, but that has nothing to do with this. He shouldn’t connect the two.” Daemon started walking away from the throne. “Plus...Bakmah wouldn’t be able to hide from me. Not for long.”

"Who knows what he might be up t-" He was cut off by the sound of someone coming down the stairs. Soon, Bakmah was seen walking through the throne room with a downcast look. He ignored the two as he walked into the hallway. A few minutes later he came back with a box in his arms and made his way towards the guest room.

Daemon waited a few seconds before following the drake into the room. “So...how did it go?”

"Fine. The family wasn't so sure and he struggled a bit, but he's fine. Warmed up fast after I was done." he set the box on the dresser and searched the drawers for bedding.

“Is that so?” Daemon closed the door behind her. “What are you doing now?”

"Moving into this room."

“Now why would you be doing that?”

"Reasons."

“I see. I guess that means I’ll be going it alone at night for the time being. A depressing thought.”

"Good luck on that." Bakmah pulled out the red bedding from when he first stayed over in what seemed ages ago.

“So you’re not going to speak to me?” Daemon sat down and leaned against the door, her horn lighting up as she placed a soundproof spell on the room for the unwanted listener outside.

"I'm talking now." said Bakmah as he grabbed one of the pillows from the drawer.

“No. You are giving dull answers. Despite all that I am, Bakmah, a mind reader is not one of them.”

"And what do you expect me to say?"

“I want to know what’s on your mind. You are obviously troubled with something. I would like to know exactly what.”

"It's nothing." muttered the drake as he snapped, the sheets appearing on the bed. He then started to put the belongings from the box into the drawers.

“If you’re acting like this, it’s something.”

"If I wanted to tell you, you would have known what it is by now."

“I-Is it be-because you want-want to ki-kill me?” The voice filled the room. It was undeniably Daemon’s but it stuttered and repeated on itself heavily, somehow reminding Bakmah of a shattered mirror.

"Why do you think I want to kill you?" asked Bakmah, turning around to face Daemon. The mare blinked as a frown formed on her face.

“What? I...What are you talking about, Bakksy? How did you get that out of what I said?”

"I just heard you say it. You thought it was because I want to kill you..." The drake slowly backed up.

“I didn’t say anything like that. What makes you think that I would think that?” Daemon cocked her head. “Are you...are you okay, Bakmah?”

The drake stared at her for a moment. "I....I don't know." He fell back against the wall, staring blankly across the room.

“Should I get Lili...or someone?”Daemon reached for the door but hesitated a bit. The drake did not respond, instead stared out into space with a blank expression. After awhile he shook his head.

"I don't know..."

“Okay...” Daemon slowly made her way over to the drake. “Bakmah...I am worried about you...” The drakes eyes glazed over for a second as he started to go limp. After a few seconds, he sat back and looked at her.

"I'm sorry, what did you say?"

“Bakmah... I am going to go get your brother. You go into our room and lay down.” Daemon made her way over to the door, stopping about halfway and looking back at the dragon. “And...I’m sorry, Bakksy...”

The drake shook his head again and looked up at her with a blank look. "What?" The mare stared at him for a moment and sighed.

“Just sit there.” She said before dispelling the magic on the room and heading out the door.

"That was a short conversation." said Lilian from the throne. “I hope you don't mind if I sit on this. Haven't sat on one of these in millennia."

“It’s nothing more than a showpiece nowadays.” Daemon looked over the white drake in her throne. “Though, I must say it doesn’t really suit you, but that is beside the point right now. You need to go and figure out what is wrong with your brother. He is apparently hearing voices.”

Lilian frowned as he stood and made his way down. "He shouldn't." He massaged his chin. "He ever tell you what they are saying, what they sound like, anything to make this go faster?"

“Sounds like me, apparently. He got the notion that I think he wants to kill me or something like that. He kind of just clammed up after that.”

"So he heard you say something that you didn't." He scratched his head. "Either Bakmah is becoming delusional, Destá is influencing him in someway, or things are being transferred over his mental link with you. That's all I can think of."

“Hmm.” Daemon rubbed her chin. “Why don’t you go and try to talk to him? You’ve had more experience with this side of Bakmah than me. Maybe you can figure something out. Also, get your ass out of my throne before I fuck it.”

"Snuffy might get a little jealous if you did." said Lilian with a smirk as he walked past her. Before he got to the door, there was a loud thud from inside and what sounded like wood breaking.

"WHY WONT YOU LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE?!" came Bakmah's voice, causing the walls to vibrate. Lilian blinked before turning to the mare.

"The hell did you do to him?"

“Nothing. He was lying down against the wall when I left him.”

"I think we should go in there and stop him from trying to kill a piece of furniture....or himself."

“Alright then. Ladies first, Lili.” Daemon grinned at the drake as she offered the door to him. “Hmm...”

"I'm a guy..."

“I can easily change that.”

"Depends if Snuffy swings both ways and is alright with her mate being a female for a day."

“So you are interested. This will be fun.”

The sound of something breaking against the wall next to the door was heard. "We should probably continue this later." said Lilian as he put a claw on the door. He pulled it open just in time to have a dresser smash into his face, sending him across the throne room.

Daemon sighed before cautiously making her way into the room. "Bakksy? Are you behaving yourself in here?" She looked around the demolished room, finding no signs of the drake. She looked up to see a hole in the ceiling.

"Mentally unstable God that is seeing and hearing things that aren't there out loose in public, this can only get interesting." Daemon shook her head before disappearing.

Bakmah panted as he sprinted through the forest, occasionally glancing behind him. Each time, he saw Daemon causally walking towards him, a mix of emotions playing across her face. Each time he looked, she was closer.

The drake gasped as he broke out of the brush and out into the clearing. He searched around before sprinting out towards the town of Ponyville.

He didn't get a few feet before a vine appeared and wrapped around his claw, making him trip. He rolled over to see two Daemon's standing over top of him, one with a look of worry, the other one from before.

"Bakksy, are you okay?" Asked Daemon, giving him a concerned look.

"Get away from me!" The drake thrashed about, trying to sink himself into the ground with his magic, but the earth seemed to reject him.

“Why are you running from me, Bakmah?” Daemon jumped on him, pressing two hooves on his chest to try and keep him still. “Look! This is me. I am here right now. Can’t you feel me?” The shattered Daemon just sat still on the ground next to them, a wide smile still enveloping her face.

The drake said nothing as his eyes darted between the real and shattered Daemon with a look of fear. Daemon stamped on the drake’s chest. “Dammit Bakmah! You are stronger than this. Get! It! Together!”

Bakmah grunted before squeezing his eyes shut. He bit his lip before opening slowly, finding the shattered Daemon gone. He let out a relieved sigh as he let his head fall back. Daemon watch the drake a moment before wrapping her hooves around him and lying her head on his chest.

“There is no reason you need to be running away from me. Don’t do it again...okay?”

The drake was quiet for a moment, pondering what made him run from the other Daemon. After a moment he sighed, wrapping his arms around her. "Alright."

“Now...I believe we should get back. There is the situation of your unconscious brother lying in the middle of my throne room. Snuffy is sure to see him like that if we do not hurry.”

"Not my fault he was in the way." muttered the drake. Instead of getting up, the drake teleported them to their bed. "Might as well sleep here since I trashed my room."

“I wasn’t going to let you sleep in that other room anyways. It is a guest room and you are anything but a guest. Now come on...” Daemon slid off of Bakmah, making sure to slide down the length of his body and between his legs instead of off to the side. “We need to check on Lili.” Daemon smiled happily as her hooves hit the floor and she turned for the door.

Bakmah sighed before snapping his fingers. In the guest room, all the wrecked furniture was placed with new ones. He gave a small nod as he followed behind her. "And if I insist that I sleep in the 'guest' room?" asked the drake with a hum.

“Well then, I guess I would just not make there be a guest room.” Daemon looked back at him with a raised brow. “Are you going to insist?” Daemon let her tail swish from side to side as she walked.

"I was, but I guess I will sleep in our room." He smiled. "I'll just sleep in a different bed."

“No you won’t.”

"I will."

“I will make the damn room one big bed if you keep it up.” Daemon smirked as she reached the door to the throne room. “You are technically my fiance so you will sleep beside me at night.”

"I didn't propose. Plus, I could just not sleep in the house at all. I think the Everfree will do nicely." Daemon turned around to meet Bakmah with a frown.

“Why are you so adamant about getting away from me?”

"I wouldn't be here if I wanted to get away from you. I just don't think it....right for us to sleep in the same room."

“What makes you think that? Was it because I was too hard on you this morning? I am sorry for that but you did act out of place a bit yesterday...”

"No...well...kinda. Hard to explain." He sighed. "Can we hurry up and wake up my brother?"

“He is alright. Snuffy is in there with him right now. Why do you think I stopped us here?” A smug smile worked itself across Daemon’s face. “So what are you going to tell her?”

"That I didn't see him open the door. Its the plain truth." He shrugged.

“Alright. As long as you are prepared for the consequences.” Daemon pushed the door open and walked out into the throne room. Snuffy was sitting in there with the unconscious Lilian’s head lying in her laptop, looking up at Daemon when she entered.

“Why is Snuffy’s mate-”

“Bakmah did it.” Daemon interrupted, quickly making her way to the throne and sitting on it. “He smacked him in the face with a dresser on accident.” Snuffy’s eyes narrowed as she quickly glared at Bakmah.

"Hey, I didn't know he was entering the room." said the drake, putting his claws up defensively.

“Why were you throwing a dresser?” Snuffy slowly took Lilian’s head from her lap and placed it on the floor. “Daemon has always taught Snuffy not to throw things because it is dangerous. Are you telling Snuffy you do not have that much sense?” There was a snicker from Daemon on the throne.

"I was afraid and was trying to protect myself." said Bakmah with a shrug. Snuffy shook her head at this.

“Foolish. When in here, the only thing that is respecting of fear and causes the need for someone to protect himself is Daemon, and she would never cause harm to her mate nor the ones she loves.” Daemon frowned slightly but Snuffy didn’t notice as she walked towards Bakmah. “Now, tell Snuffy why you felt the need to throw a dresser at her mate...”

"I didn't throw it at him. I threw it at Daemon. A different Daemon. One that cried as she smiled, asking why I wanted to kill her and why I didn't." said the drake as he sat down. "Another reason to protect yourself is to fend off the monsters of the mind, Sanufia. They can be just as harmful and deadly as any other creature."

“A different Daemon?” Snuffy looked up to the mare on the throne. “There is another of you?” Daemon just shrugged and slumped in her throne. “That does not make sense to Snuffy. There has only been one Daemon.”

Bakmah shook his head. "I know, but this one...isn't real yet is. She is in my head, but she feels real." He sat down, a far away look in his eyes. "I think I'm going insane...."

“But I am real, Bakmah.” The shattered voice from before echoed in his head. He could see Snuffy’s mouth moving but the voice drowned out all other noise. “I am as real as the Daemon with you now. You could even say that I am realer then she is.”

The drake put his hands on his head, growling. "No. No, you aren't real. You can't be." Snuffy went wide-eyed and took a step away from Bakmah, still saying something but the drake still couldn’t hear her.

“But I am. That’s the beauty of it. And I am growing stronger. I must thank Starsoul next time I see her...” And the voice abruptly ended, allowing the drake to hear the world around him again.

“Bakksy! Can you even hear me?!” Daemon was coming down off her throne to him, worry in her eyes.

The drake looked around the room before turning her. "Y-yes." He looked down at the ground. "Right?"

“Right?” Daemon slowed to a trot as she came up next to him. “Was it...was it like before?”

"Before....? Yes...like before." He took a deep breath. "What is wrong with me?"

“I don’t know, but we will get through this together.” Daemon leaned against the drake to try and comfort him. “What did you see this time?”

"Nothing. I just listened. She....she said she was real.....realer than you....that she was getting stronger...." The drake stared blankly across the room. Daemon shifted uncomfortably beside him.

“That doesn’t sound like the best thing...but it seems like she was aware of what was happening...”

"How?" asked the drake, looking up at her.

“Well, she seemed to pop up to say she was real after you said she wasn’t. Seems pretty aware to me...”

"What...what do we do now?"

“I don’t know. I haven’t really encountered this kind of problem before.” Daemon used her magic to pull Bakmah’s face to hers before kissing him passionately. “But I am here for you.”

The drake looked at her with an odd look. "Do you....do you think I will become insane?"

“Pfft.” Daemon waved a hoof. “Nah. You’ll be just fine, Bakksy.”

"And if I do?" asked the drake, raising an eyebrow. Daemon placed her hoof on Bakmah’s nose.

“Then I would just have to fix that, wouldn’t I?”

The drake smiled softly. "Coming from the who doesn't know the first thing to the soul and mind."

“I will just have to learn. I can do that and I have all the time in Equestria to do it in.” Daemon looked back at Lilian on the ground. “You just gonna keep acting unconscious so Snuffy keeps babying you?”

"It feels nice." admitted the white drake with a chuckle.

“When are you going to tell her you want to be a female?”

"When my brother is done having a mental heart attack."

The hybrid looked back and forth between Lilian and Daemon. “What? What is going on? Why does Snuffy’s mate wish to be a female? Did Snuffy do something wrong?”

"Um...no. You did nothing. I'm just...Bi-curious." said Lilian with a blush.

“He just wants to know what it feels like to be a dragoness for a bit, Snuffy. It is only temporarily.” This seemed to calm the hybrid a bit.

“Snuffy sees...no problems in this as long as it is not permanent. Snuffy prefers her mate to be male...” She curled around Lilian almost protectively. “You like being Snuffy’s male mate, yes?”

"I do. As long as you are okay with having a mate who is more than okay with sucking someone off."

“I could always make Snuffy a male...But not with her being pregnant....I could just give her a penis, though.” Snuffy looked up at the mare with a worried look.

"I don't think Snuffy is as open to being a herm as we are, love." said Bakmah with a chuckle.

“True.” Daemon said with a sigh before brightening up. “That reminds me though. I think you’re in for a good screwing. I think I might go in dry this time.”

"No." Bakmah stood up, brushing himself off. "I'll be in my.lab if you need me." said the drake as he made his way towards the door.

“And I think I’ll bother him.” Daemon started to follow Bakmah but stopped. Her horn lit up and magic could be felt permeating the air in the room. “You’re welcome, Lili.” She said this just before Snuffy let out something akin to a squeak and clasped her legs closed.

“Daemon! What did you do to Snuffy?! Daemon...Don’t leave Snuffy like this!” The hybrid called out to the humming unicorn as she trotted out of the room. “...She left...”

"You’re stalking again. You haven't done this in months." said Bakmah as he entered the hall.

“This is my home. I think I can go where I please.” Daemon smiled smugly as she walked up behind the dragon. “Do you have a problem with my presence?”

"No. I jus-" Bakmah was cut off as a squeal was heard from inside the throne room.

"Lilian! What are doing?!"

"I'm going to test it out. It's not like any penis I've seen."

Daemon chuckled as their voices started growing faint. “I think they found out my little surprise...”

"I can hear that..." Bakmah shook his head. "I have no problems with your presence, I just need time to myself."

“Is that so? I guess I shall leave you alone then. I do have a few activities I have been neglecting. Haven’t clopped myself in ages.” The mare chuckled as she sat down and watched Bakmah continue on.

"You’re calm." observed the drake as he looked back at her.

“Yes. Why would I not be?” Daemon cocked her head as she stared back at him. “Everyone needs a little time to cool down once in a while.”

"It's just one day you were so depressed we weren't in the same bed, now you are okay with the fact that I am denying you sex and sleeping with me..."

“Hmm. I still want to be in the same bed as you, Bakksy. I feel lonely if you’re not, but as far as the sex thing goes...I don’t feel like I need it as much anymore now that I have you.”

"I see." The drake sighed as he sat down against the wall. "It's not you, if you're wondering. It's just....I'm not exactly confident anymore...."

“Really? Now why wouldn’t you feel confident? You are one of the best lovers I’ve ever had.”

"Daemon, I nearly killed a stallion because he just didn't like us being together. There are many more like him and it will get worse if we do have a child. I don't feel confident enough in that regard." The drake grunted as he fell on his back. Daemon walked over and stared down at the dragon.

“You just have to learn how to control yourself. Everyone has their problems. It took me years to keep from snapping at a pony that would cut down a tree. I am sure I even traumatized a filly once for bounding through a flower bed. You just have to learn it in your own time and not really care what anyone else thinks in the meantime. Does it really matter to you that they think what we have is wrong?”

"We both know Destá is a huge factor in all this as well. Twice now, TWICE, I almost let him out." He sighed. "It's been so long that it's hard to keep him contained."

“Bakmah...You are responsible for your own actions.” Daemon sighed as she sat down next to him. “It’s never good to try and suppress any part of you.”

"And it's not good to let out a psychotic dragon god either, so what exactly is your point?"

“Are you saying I should chain you down then? I can definitely make that work.”

"You want me to not try and suppress Destá even though he is twice as powerful as I am and is the cause of many disappearances of entire herds."

“You are who you are, Bakmah. And you act as if I wouldn’t have a back up plan.” Daemon giggled as she swished her tail around to smack Bakmah lightly on the head with it.

Bakmah was quiet for a few seconds. "What is my preferred form of attack?"

“It would all be for naught unless it was physical for what I have planned. And you have seen how well those work against me.”

"What is my prefered magic median?" asked the drake, ignoring her.

“What’s a median?” Daemon winked and smiled at Bakmah.

"I don't have one. I don't use magic. I use a system of Ether portals and spheres that I bend at will do to natural talent. They are impossible to manipulate unless you have direct connection with them. I actually think Luna and Celestia can manipulate them to a degree."

“Mhmm.” Daemon nodded slowly. “So what do you think the best counter action to this is, Bakksy?”

"Depends, you know someone who has a direct connection with Ether and has used it long enough to fend off a millennia old god?" Daemon looked down at Bakmah with a skeptical look.

“Oh...I think I know of someone...”

"Lilian does not have direct connection since he wasn't gifted it like I was. And I doubt Volcanic can control it easily enough without forcing himself to pass on."

“I wasn’t going to count on Volcanic, but you were right. Lilian was not gifted with it like you were...Bakmah.”

The drake sighed. "I'm only pointing out how dangerous it is to let out Destá. There is a reason why I keep him suppressed."

“So let’s see...We need someone with a direct connection to Ether...like you. Someone who can keep Desta suppressed...like you have been doing. And it would help if they knew enough to gauge Desta’s actions and make appropriate reactions...” Daemon tapped a hoof on the ground. “Any ideas?”

"Either you're wanting me to gift you Ether or wanting me to try and keep me in control...."

“It just couldn’t be that simple, now could it, Bakmah?”

"It can't. We aren't related." said Bakmah, crossing his arms. "I didn't gain Ether until Dad was killed. I can't choose who it goes to, especially since I have to die."

“I don’t want Ether.” Daemon shook her head. “I don’t need it anyways. I have all the power I want.”

“And what power we hold...” The shattered voice just grazed the back of Bakmah’s mind before disappearing as soon as it made itself present.

“So what other option does that give?”

The drake shook his head. He hummed for a bit as he looked, over the options. "You know how to give me a fully functioning heart that won't collapse under the magical pressure? It would also help if you had enough knowledge to remove dark entities."

“BAKMAH GENESIS!” The ground around them trembled as Daemon’s mane and tail flared up. “YOU DARE QUESTION MINE, THE MISTRESS OF CREATION’S ABILITY TO CREATE SOMETHING SO MUNDANE, NORMAL PONIES COULD MAKE IT? HAVE THEE SO LITTLE FAITH IN ME?”

"No. You just have the tendency to overlook simple details around me." said Bakmah calmly. "You easily failed to seal a collar correctly that I could see the problem so clearly."

“Well...” Daemon huffed as her tail and mane went back to normal. “That was hardly any fault of my own. I was a bit distracted with all the fun I thought we were going to get out of it.” Daemon lifted her hoof to the collar still around her neck. “When it is something like this, I do not split my attention among things.”

"Yes...." Bakmah let out a deep sigh. "I think it would have been better if you learned more about me before gifting me something so personal. It almost seemed to that you expect me to be a simple creature."

“No, but I did wish to make your birthday special. You could have done nearly anything you wanted with me and I was okay with that... I still am.”

"I am fine with how our relationship is now. Besides, you make everyday special in your own way." The drake gave her a soft smile.

Daemon just raised her brow before standing up, turning around and sitting on the drake’s face. She spread her legs a bit to look down and smile at the dragon under her. “You were starting to sound a bit mushy and you’re only really quiet when you’re mouth is full.” Daemon chuckled as she patted Bakmah on the head.

Bakmah rolled his eyes before picking up the mare and setting her off to the side. "Fine, I won't be romantic anymore. I will only view you as a sex thing since that seems to be how you want it." He said, standing. The drake cracked his back. "Too bad to. I had the perfect romantic place to propose and everything. I was even going to get the ring later. But I guess not."

“Hey! I said nothing about not being romantic. You can be romantic all you want. I was just...I just don't like the mushy kissy face stuff as much. That’s all.” Daemon pouted as she looked to the ground.

"Sure, try and justify yourself." The dragon chuckled. "I'm going to be in my lab for awhile, alone. When I'm done, we can head out to eat." said Bakmah as he put a claw on the lab doors.

“Alright then. I will be in our room. Pleasuring myself. Under the covers. Alone and wanting a thick dragon cock to fill me... Have fun.” Daemon smiled happily at Bakmah.

"You act like we won't have sex by the end of the day." said Bakmah, rolling his eyes. He chuckled as he entered his lab, firmly closing the door behind him.

"I seriously wasn't expecting you to actually be masturbating with a dragon mold dildo when I came back....after ten minutes." said Bakmah as the two of them walked up the stairs.

“I told you I wanted some thick dragon cock. Did you think I was joking? You could have helped me finish though...or was the show just too good?”

"I will help you finish, it just will wait until the time is right." said the drake. Once they were out into the Everfree, the drake looked around to try and figure out his destination. Once figuring out which way he had to go, the drake took off down the path opposite of Ponyville.

“Until the time is right...Well I want the time to be right now. I can feel myself dripping down my leg.” Daemon shifted uncomfortably. “What was so important you couldn’t have at least waited until I was finished?”

"Something you will find out soon enough. Patience is a virtue, one that will make finishing you off all the more sweeter." said Bakmah with a chuckle.

“You better hope so or I am finishing with your tail and not even gonna let you have a taste.” Daemon grumble as she followed the drake.

"I am very sure." said Bakmah as they entered out into a moonlit clearing. He smiled somberly as the image of the dracony Starsoul sitting in front of his grave in the middle of the clearing played through his mind. He shook his head and focused his gaze up at the cloudless sky, the stars shining bright.

"I seriously hope you enjoy this." said Bakmah as he took a seat in the middle of the clearing.

“So...” Daemon looked around before locking her gaze on Bakmah. “It is a nice night. I’ll admit that...”

The drake nodded with a smile. "Indeed." His claws glowed slightly behind his back as he shifted the Ether above them. "Anything special about tonight? The stars are beautiful, from what I see." He looked up into the sky above them. The stars had formed themselves in the shape of a dracony filly, a single star cutie mark on her flank. "Very beautiful indeed."

Daemon slowly looked up into the sky. For a few moments, she was quiet and expressionless until a small smile creeped onto her face. “That is...nice. Luna won’t like you messing with her stars though.”

"As long as I can still give you this." The drake quickly transferred to one knee as he pulled out a ring. Unlike most engagement rings made of gold, this one was a mixture of deep purple and red, the colors wrapping around each other. "Will you, Daemon Delirum, marry me?"

The mare stood there for what seemed an eternity just staring at the ring. She made no movements and even her breathing seemed subdued. Just as it started reaching the point of awkwardness, Daemon slowly frowned and furrowed her brow. “Dammit Bakmah...”

The drake slowly lowered his arms. "I don't und-" It was all the dragon was able to get out before the mare tackled him to the ground, her lips locked on his in fiery passion. It wasn’t until he felt something wet hit his face that he noticed the mare was crying.

"You okay?" he asked softly as he parted, running his claw through her mane. He quickly made sure he had the ring in his magical grasp as to not lose it in the grass.

“Yes, you idiot.” Daemon smiled at him. “I just...I might have gotten something in my eyes when I tackled you.” Daemon nuzzled against the dragon. “Yes, by the way.”

"I figured." He said with a smile. "Also, I call bullshit on the thing in your eye. You are totally crying right now." Daemon jabbed him in the chest with her hoof.

“Just shut up and put it on me.”

He chuckled as he slid the ring over her horn. As he did, a similar ring appeared on his claw. "There. Now, I believe there was the matter of a certain mare needing release?" Daemon said nothing as she went to kiss the dragon again, this time putting a lot more heated passion behind it.

The drake moaned into the kiss as he slowly traced his hands down her body. He could feel as his member slowly grew hard between the two of them. He slowly broke apart, a grin on his face.

“Bakmah...” Daemon said quietly as she stared into his eyes. “Please?” She pressed her body as much as she could against his. “I need you...”

The drake gently kissed her lips. "Of course." He slowly guided his member towards the mare's wet sex, idling there for only a second before pushing into her, earning a moan from her in return.

Bakmah closed his eyes half way as he stared into the eyes of his lover, slowly pumping in and out of her with small pants in between. “Oh, Bakksy.” Daemon leaned back, pushing Bakmah deeper into her as she sat up. She stared down at the drake, matching his half lidded gaze with her own as she began to match her hip movement with her own as the soft sounds of his member sliding in and out of her marehood filled the air.

The drake began to massage the mare's flanks, moaning slightly as he felt the pressure slowly build in his loins. He could tell Daemon was in the same boat as she gripped him, her movements becoming more sporadic. “Bakksy...I love you...but I am about to cum.”

Daemon squeezed her eyes shut, trying to concentrate on making the moment last. The drake hummed as he felt the warm juices trickle down his cock. He let a soft grunt as he brought her down gently, holding her there as he released his seed.

Daemon let out deep pants of breath before chuckling. “I think that is the gentlest I have ever came...and I loved every moment of it.” Daemon let herself slowly collapse on the drake’s chest.

"So did I. Though, I will admit I prefer rougher sex any other time." said Bakmah with a chuckle as he stroked her mane. "I think we should head home before Luna starts looking for us. There are only two beings who can do that and want a dragon/pony child."

Daemon shook her head. “No...I just want to lie here for a moment with you. Lu-lu won’t bother us. I promise.” Daemon smiled and flicked an ear. “Hmm...”

"I'm almost afraid of what you did." The drake chuckled as he wrapped his arms around her.

“I just hope Lili and Snuffy are having fun with the present I gave them.”

"He may be fucking a female and dating her, but he is a flaming homosexual." Bakmah shook his head.

“That may be...but he still seems to care for Snuffy to some degree.”

"He did admit to being bisexual, and he did get more personal time to get to know her than I did."

Daemon looked up at Bakmah with a smile. “You know...I have actually been leaving them alone. I haven’t been spying on them or anything so I have no clue how far they have come as a couple. I just know they must be getting intimate often if he got her pregnant. Snuffy doesn’t exactly have a high fertility rate for being a hybrid and all.”

"Would....would our daughter, if we have one, would she have a low fertility rate?"

“Most likely. Cross breeds never seem to have children quite as often. Whether it be male or female. So grandkids and great grandkids might not be happening for quite sometime.”

The drake only nodded as he laid down his head. "What should we do now then?"

“I am not opposed to having another go and then sleeping under the stars. Maybe a bit rougher this time?”

"I second that motion fully."
