Bakmah groaned, a stirring in his loins bringing him awake. His claws ran down his body until they came in contact with soft fur. The drake opened his eyes, Daemon’s staring right back at his. She was back in her mare body. Bakmah blinked as he became more aware of the situation.
Bakmah could feel Daemon’s warm, wet sex wrapped around his length. There were no fevered movements or quick thrusts. She barely was moving her hips. A smile painted across her face as she slowly slid her hooves to his chest.
“I was thinking on last night and...yes. There is a lot of rutting involved in this relationship, but that is because of how I am. What I am...” Her words were slow and thought out. “I...can sense the birds, the tree, the grass, the dirt and even what lies inside it. So alive and free and... wild. And that feeling excites me. I am not sure if I could explain it with the justice it deserves.”
Daemon shifted a bit before keeping up her small movements. “But you know this and know it well. If all I wanted from you was sex, you would not be here right now. You would not have been here past my cycle.” Daemon ended with a sigh.
Bakmah lifted a claw and placed it against Daemon’s cheek. The mare’s smile turned warm as she nuzzled against it. He slowly let his claws travel upwards, ending with fondling the unicorn’s ear. “So you do love me?”
Daemon eyed him for a moment, her smile slowly fading. “Bakmah, I am glad I met you when I did and not earlier as in what you saw. Even at the cost of my Alicorn self and even the ability to conceive an immortal foal, I am glad. The reason I am glad is because you are here with me, because I am able to reach out and touch you and I cannot imagine a reality without that.” Daemon drew in a long breath. “So yes, Bakmah. I do love you.”
"And I don't want you to imagine a reality like that." He lifted himself off the bed enough so he could meet his lips with hers, if just for a brief moment. "If it makes you feel better, I prefer having met you when I did even if it came with a few extra complications."
Daemon nodded. “Yes, and I guess since you feel we are having too much sex, I’ll stop form a while.” She grinned mischieviously. “That is what you want, right?”
"I said I wanted to know if there was something more than just sex. I didn't say stop or reduce the amount of it." he said with a smirk.
“Hmm. I don’t know. I think I may be wearing you out. I think maybe we should keep it to once a week or so. I don’t want to put too much strain on you.”
"Daemon, I can switch out this body for a nearly virgin one in a heart beat." deadpanned the drake.
“Oh Bakksy. I wasn’t talking about physically.” Daemon tsked mockingly, keeping a slight smirk. “Maybe I am too much mare for you to handle?”
"Hey now, we don't need to go saying things like that."
“Don’t we?”
"We don't." said Bakmah with a huff.
“Very well then. We will not speak of your inability to keep up with a mare in bed.” Daemon leaned back with a grin, her movements stopping as she did.
"That's it!" The drake threw both of them forward so that he ended ontop of her, pinning her to the bed. "I can very well handle a mare in bed." he said in a low tone.
Daemon’s grin turned into a frown as she shook her head. “That’s not what this is about right now, Bakksy.” She looked down to how he had her. “Unless if this was just you wanting to be on top...”
Bakmah worked his mouth but said nothing. Instead, he sat up and crossed his arms, pouting at her. "What is this about, then?"
“I wanted to spend a moment with you without things being so frantic.”
The drake sighed. "Things have been a bit chaotic the past few days, haven't they?" He chuckled. "Sorry about that."
Daemon smiled. “It’s fine. It’s just after what you said last night, I thought we could use a moment like this.” The mare wrapped her hind legs around the drake’s waist, pulling him closer. “That is if you want it.”
"After the past few days, I would love to." He placed a small peck on her forehead. Daemon giggled before she squirmed a bit.
“Are you planning to keep holding me down while we have this moment?”
Bakmah blushed before getting off of her, scratching behind his head. "Forgot about that."
“Indeed, you did.” Daemon brought her forehooves up to her chest while keeping the back tightly wrapped around his waist. She closed her eyes, just enjoying the feeling of him inside of her. “Do you think it would be possible for us to have a foal in the future? I was thinking back and I am not so sure that my inability to produce immortal foals is purely genetics alone...”
"I'm not sure." he said softly. "I haven't really come up with any good leads or ideas on how to get around that. If it's more than genetics, then it would be even more difficult." He let his claw caress her cheek. "I'll find a way eventually, I can guarantee that."
Daemon opened her eyes, giving Bakmah a look. “We’ll find a way, Bakksy. You will not be doing this alone.”
"Never said I would be." He nuzzled her chin. "I just hope I don't have to go through every scientific and magical method known in existence to find the solution." Daemon gave a short laugh.
“I wouldn’t expect going through anything less to find a solution. I know I have tried many options.”
"And yet you think I will be able to fix this?"
“And yet I think we will be able to fix this. Together.”
Bakmah chuckled. "Alright. So what was the other thing you thought could be a problem?"
“Magic, of course. I have a feeling that the Elements of Harmony could play a hoof in this. Genetics could be change as simple as me changing the body I use but it would still prove a negative effect. I am thinking that I may have somehow been cursed by the Elements.”
"If it's a curse then we need to figure out its effects outside of birth." The drake thought for a moment. "It would also help if we understood how the Elements work. 'Cause wouldn't they be able to work in reverse if used right?"
“Yes. They could. But that would mean gathering up them Element Bearers, giving them the information about my condition, finding the right spell, and then there is always the probability that it won’t work due to the new condition the Elements are under. It was Celestia using the Elements herself that caused this. Them being passed on may have changed something that may make the reversal of my condition impossible.”
"So our best bet is understanding the curse and finding a spell to counter it." Bakmah sighed.
“If it is a curse to begin with.”
"Main point is we have to pinpoint the problem since it is obviously magical. Not exactly sure where to start on figuring it out, though."
“Tests on me, obviously. Tests that I could not do myself. Tests where I need someone on the outside looking in...”
"I'm scared to know what that means..." said the drake. Daemon laughed loudly.
“Well, since the problem may not be with the bodies I inhabit, we will have to look deeper than that. Are you afraid of what you might see?”
Bakmah pecked her lips lightly. "I'm afraid what perverted tendencies occupy that soul of yours."
“Yes. If you were to dive in, there would always be the chance of you getting consumed within them.”
"That makes me so much more comfortable going into your soul." said Bakmah, sticking his tongue out at her. Daemon nipped at his tongue playfully.
“Well, would you rather go into a situation knowing the risks or blind to the dangers that may lay within?”
"I guess knowing." Admitted Bakmah. "I feel honored almost that you are letting me in that soul of yours."
“I am not sure that is how you should feel. Do not forget what I am. It will not be like a normal pony. Even a dragon’s soul in late age would not compare.” Daemon put a hoof to her chest. “And there are things that would not be friendly in the least...”
The drake nodded. "I understand." He pecked her chin. "I guess I'm ready for whenever you want to do this."
Daemon shook her head. “Not now. There will be preparations before you do this. Something to make sure you are safe.”
"Aw. You care about me so much." joked Bakmah with a nuzzle. Daemon put a hoof to his nose and pushed him back.
“I am being serious, Bakmah. There are things, that even with protection, will consume you. Do not forget who you are, do not forget who I am, and do not forget the things I have done...” Daemon took her hoof away and stared at him with hard eyes. There were no hints of amusement or mischief like there regularly was.
The drake sighed. "I meet serious with humor to try and lighten the mood. Sadly, you killed the moment." He laid his head on her chest. "And you aren't an easy one to forget."
“There are times when humor is not appropriate. Do you not understand that this could make that reality you saw real? Only this time there would be no filly between us.” Daemon looked at him with sad eyes. “I don’t want that.”
"I do understand this. I just choose to not let it bother me as much as you think it would. I have a cause right in front me to keep me going when I need it."
“Just promise me not to do anything excessively stupid.” Daemon put her hoof on his nose again. “If you do, I’ll lock you in Snuffy’s room for a month.”
"So if I find some saucy memory, I can't go and jerk it in the corner? That's awfully mean." said Bakmah with a pout. Daemon grinned and shook her head. Bakmah just huffed. “That’s no fun.”
“Well, you aren’t suppose to be in there for fun, Bakksy. Work before play.” Daemon put on a playful smile. “I’ll make it worth your while once we get this done.”
"Fine." The drake nipped at her ear. "I'll keep my dick in check this time. Won't make any promises about next."
Daemon looked down between them. “Just as you’re keeping it in check now?”
"Getting my cock sat on wasn't my idea."
“But you didn’t complain.”
"That's because you feel all warm and snuggly ~" Bakmah wiggled his hips slightly.
“I could say the same for you, but I doubt the term snuggly applies here.”
"I can be snuggly in the sexual sense." He blushed slightly. "Afterwards."
Daemon stared at Bakmah for a moment, studying his face she fell back and relaxed on their bed. “Love me, Bakmah. I don’t want you to just rut me, I want you to make love to me.” The mare just stared straight at the ceiling above, a soft smile on her face.
Bakmah got up and kissed her beneath the chin. He gripped the sheets one either side of her as he began to pull out, going about halfway before going back in. He picked up a slow pace, keeping his eyes on the mare below him.
“You don’t have a clue what you’re doing, do you?” said Daemon with a smug grin.
"It's been two millennia." admitted the drake. Daemon laughed out loud as she used her hind legs to push away enough to where he was out of her.
“This isn’t mindless rutting. Think about what you’re doing, who you’re doing it with and put some emotion into it.” Bakmah nodded before closing his eyes and gathering his thoughts. He centered his thoughts and focus around the mare in front of him.
Opening his eyes so they were half lidded, the drake leaned forward enough that their lips met, one of his claws reaching up and stroking her mane. Slowly, he inched himself inside of her. Daemon hummed, catching his half held gaze with one of her own. She brought her hips to meet his as a small gasp escaped her lips.
Bakmah gave a small chuckle as he hilted himself. He broke apart from the kiss and set their foreheads together, keeping his eyes locked with hers. He started to pull out, stopping at just the tip before slowly going back in. He started a slow pace as he panted lightly.
The drake planted a series of kisses down her neck, lingering around his usual biting spot before just barely letting his fangs brush against her skin. Daemon shivered at the contact as she wrapped her hind legs around his waist.
Bakmah buried his muzzle in her shoulder as he kept going. His claw gently caressed her mane as he lifted his head once again, licking her neck tenderly. Daemon purred gently and wrapped her forehooves around his neck.
The drake's pants started to grow more labored, his body shaking slightly. Feeling he was close, Daemon tightened her grip, bring him closer. Bakmah lifted his head and nibbled her ear tenderly.
Bakmah groaned. "I-I'm close." moaned the drake. He let a low growl as he gave a few last effort thrusts before hilting himself, releasing his seed into her depths with a long sigh. Daemon purred as she was filled, stroking the back of his head lovingly.
“That was...” Daemon ended in a chuckle. Her locked legs kept him against her. “There is a good difference between making love and just plain rutting. You’ll learn in good time. The difference is quite noticeable.”
"I can agree on that." said Bakmah with a weak smile. The drake nuzzled against the mare, content with just laying there. "What now?"
“I am thinking of what needs to be done to keep you safe. I know I can’t protect you from everything, but I want to make sure I protect you from what I can.” Daemon continued petting the drake. “I think I may be afraid, Bakksy.”
"I won't blame you if you are." said Bakmah, lifting his head so he was looking down at her. "I'm scared too, but I'm still doing it. Now I don't want you to go having second thoughts." He poked her in the belly. "We are doing this together."
“Then I guess we should get ready.”
“Just how did you get me into this thing again?” Bakmah sat in Daemon’s lab with a scowl, staring at the mare in front of him. Daemon just chuckled while smoothing the arm of the maid’s outfit she was wearing, one that matched what the drake was wearing nearly identically. “I am being serious. How did you do it? I remember we were talking then you pulled out this outfit and I said no. I remember saying no several times, Daemon. How am I in it now?”
“You put it on.”
“I know I put it on but some how you convinced me to do it...”
“I just asked you to. It doesn’t matter anyways.” Daemon straightened up, looking back at the dragon. “It helped with the preparation. More pockets for the enchanted items.” A grin tugged at Daemon’s lips. “There is still that last pocket...”
“You’re not sticking anything in my ass!”
“You let me do it before.”
“T-that was different and you know it.” said Bakmah, a blush creeping across his face.
“We’ll have to do that again sometime. You have a nice ass.” Daemon winked at Bakmah.
"Maybe when I get back." muttered the drake. "Fine! But you owe me when I get back out."
“Hmm. Indeed I will...” Daemon took a deep breath. “Well then, are you ready, Bakksy?”
The drake sighed. "As ready as I'll ever be to get something shoved up my ass."
“Ok. Now this may feel a bit...strange.”
Bakmah opened his eyes and looked around. He couldn’t anything but darkness surrounding him. Not that it was dark. It was actually well lit. He just seemed to be in a place where everything around him was dark. Bakmah shook his head. Something couldn’t be lit up and dark at the same time...right?
The drake took a soft step forward. A ripple spread when he placed a claw on what could have only been the ground. The ripple kept spreading until it started crawling up the walls and ceiling, eventually overlapping itself. It kept repeating and overlapping until everything around him was just a constant blur of rippling.
It made Bakmah’s stomach turn in a way he didn’t think possible, making the drake regret the decision of ever moving. He closed his eyes, trying to make his stomach settle. He didn’t have the chance as something made whatever he sat on rumble. Bakmah quickly opened his eyes, watching as the ripples suddenly stopped. The drake sat there in the silence and stillness for a moment before tapping the ground.
When nothing happened, he sighed and began walking forward. He wasn’t sure what he expected once he was inside Daemon’s soul, but this was something else entirely. How was he suppose to find anything like this?
Bakmah’s line of thought was interrupted by a loud ripping noise, Quickly, he spun around to find what he could only assume was a wall being ripped like fabric by massive claws. Bakmah watched as what made the rip slowly pull itself through. It was unlike anything he had seen before.
It had a shaggy, matted mane the ran all the way down its back and thick tail. It had four darkened horns pointed back atop its head and thick muscles that flexed clearly under its fur and skin. It had deep wounds covering its body that were loosely sewn, raw flesh still able to be seen through the stitches. The corners of its mouth were sewn too, like someone had started to sew its mouth shut but could never finish. Its colours reminded Bakmah of Daemon except without the black in her mane, though its form held no semblance.
Its bloodshot, crimson eyes focused on him before it opened its mouth, revealing it full of jagged fangs that looked like they’d have no problem tearing through his scales and hide, before releasing a thunderous roar. The noise shook him to the very marrow in his bones and a feeling of fear crept its way into his mind.
Bakmah whipped a claw up and snapped, fending to set the thing’s face on fire, but nothing happened. There was no magic. The drake watched as the thing began towards him, realizing there was no way he could take it claw and tooth. Just one of its hands were nearly as big as he was. There was only one option left.
Run!
Bakmah whipped around and took off as fast as he could in the other direction. He didn’t need to look back to know the beast was after him. He could feel the ground shake with each of its bounds. And he knew it was getting closer, he could feel the thing start bearing down on him.
Just as Bakmah thought he wouldn’t make it, he smack dead into something solid. Instead of falling away though, he stuck to instead, slowly starting to sink into its surface. Bakmak pulled and jerked, trying to free himself from what he was trapped in, but it was no use. In the final moments of being pulled into the wall, Bakmah looked back to see the beast from before sitting a distance away, just staring as Bakmah was pulled completely into the wall.
Bakamah had a brief instance of falling before he hit the ground. It took him a moment to realize he was staring at the sky now, soft clouds rolling by. He slowly picked himself up and looked around. The drake found himself to be in a field of wild flowers, the only thing breaking the scenery was a single purple pony. Bakmah could tell it was Daemon without a second thought.
Cautiously, the dragon made his way over and sat next to the mare. “...Daemon?” The only reaction he got that she heard him was one of her ears swiveling towards him as she stared at a pile of flowers in front of her. “What...what are you doing?”
“Sitting.”
Bakmah frowned at the blunt answer. “I can see that. I was wondering why you were just sitting here.”
“Because I am tired.”
Bakmah sighed, deciding to go with a different route of questioning. “What is with the flowers?”
“They’re dead.”
“No they’re not. They are just...” The drake looked back down at the flowers on the ground, finding them brown and withered. “Fine..”
“I killed them.”
“They were just flo-” Bakmah jumped a bit when he looked back up at Daemon. She was now in her alicorn form, a blade of magic floating next to her.
“I cut them down in the prime of their life. And what for? Because they opposed me? Because they didn’t agree with my ideas? But they were the ones causing the planet pain. Causing pain to me...even the little ones.”
“Daemon...what are you talking about? They’re just flowers...”
“But are they, Bakmah?” Daemon pointed in front of her. Bakmah felt his breath catch in his throat when he looked back to the flowers. They weren’t flowers anymore. It was a family of three unicorns laying on the ground. Mother, Father and child. The father had been half decapitated while the mother had a deep wound in the side of her head, but the filly. The filly had been cut open from neck to navel, her insides starting to seep out of the cut.
Bakmah shook his head, starting to back up as the smell of blood, death and smoke filled his nose. Smoke? The dragon looked up to find himself out of the flower field and now in a burning village, dead ponies littering the street. “D-daemon!” Bakmah looked back to the alicorn, finding her fur soaked with blood while the blade of magic next to her hummed dangerously.
“It had to be their fate. They chose to harm the very earth they stood on, Bakmah. Did they not think it would not strike back?! The foolish ponies deserve the fate they were given!”
Bakmah kept backing up, unable to find the words to what he was thinking. His foot caught on a body and he fell. Upon hitting the ground, Bakmah found himself back in the flower field. A unicorn Daemon sat nearby, staring at a pile of flowers in front of her.
Cautiously, the dragon made his way over and sat next to the mare. “...Daemon?” The only reaction he got that she heard him was one of her ears swiveling towards him as she stared at a pile of flowers in front of her. “What are you doing?” Something seemed familiar.
“Sitting.”
Bakmah frowned at the blunt answer. “I can see that.” The drake felt like this had happened before. “I was wondering why you were just sitting here.”
“Because I am tired.”
Bakmah sighed, deciding to go with a different route of questioning. “What is with the flowers?”
“They’re dead.”
Bakmah opened his mouth, going to tell Daemon they weren’t. He knew he just saw them alive, but... “You killed them...”
This caught Daemon’s attention. She looked up at Bakmah. “I did?” She blinked a couple times. “I did, but I don’t remember doing it.” Tears started to form in the mare’s eyes. “Why did I kill them?”
“Because they were hurting you. They were hurting you and the earth.”
“But they didn’t deserve this.” Daemon was crying now. “No pony deserves a death like this.” Bakmah reached out, wanting to comfort the mare. As soon as his claws made the slightest contact with her fur, he heard a familiar ripping noise.
Bakmah twisted around to see the beast from before making its way into the field through the tear it made. The dragon turned to run but looked back at Daemon, who had picked up the cut flowers and was holding them against her chest.
“Come on, Daemon. We have to go!” Bakmah grabbed at Daemon, blinking in confusion as his claw went right through her. Bakmah hesitated, losing him time as the beast began at him. With a growl, Bakmah turned and ran. The creature was after him, it seemed, so he hoped it wouldn’t mess with Daemon. He looked back to see the thing lumber past the crying mare. He was glad at that but it brought about another problem, where was he going to go?
The field seemed endless as he ran hopelessly, knowing the creature would eventually catch him. He had to find some way to fight back. the monstrous thing had to have some sort of...
Bakmah ran straight into another wall, sticking to it like the one before. He didn’t even try to fight back this time, just content on sinking into the wall. He looked back to see the beast slow to a stop and sit, watching him like before. Bakmah just stared back at the beast until he was completely sucked into the wall.
The bed Bakmah was in was warm and incredibly soft, but that fact was almost lost on the dragon. A thick scent permeated the air, one that stirred something deep within his chest and loins. It was the musky smell of a mare deep in heat and the dragon didn’t even have to think hard on which mare it was.
He felt something wet drag across his chest, a tongue, the small act sending a shiver of pleasure down his spine that made his hardening member twitch. Bakmah looked down to find Daemon staring up at him, her eyes full of need. They captured and held his, the drake unable to look away.
“Bakmah...” His name came through the mare’s lips in a moan. Her very voice seemed enough to set his blood afire. Bakmah grabbed the mare, pulling her up and pressing his lips against hers. Daemon’s mouth was warm and sweet as their tongues rolled over each others. They went at this until Bakmah was at full mast, his member pressing against the mare’s flank.
Daemon broke their kiss with a giggle. She slowly turned around to face the dragon’s cock, not hesitating to take it into her mouth. Bakmah groaned as her head began to bob up and down. The dragon took ahold of the mare’s flanks and squeezed, spreading her folds and revealing the pink flesh inside. He watched as Daemon’s juices gathered at her clit before dripping onto his chest, a testament to how aroused the unicorn had to be.
Daemon’s scent assaulted his nose, thick and sweet. As he watched another drop of Daemon’s dew build up on her clit, he couldn’t hold himself back. He leaned in and caught it on his tongue, moaning from both the taste and the feeling of Daemon’s mouth wrapped around his shaft.
Greedily wanting more, Bakmah pulled Daemon as close as he could without interrupting her before diving his tongue into her sex. Daemon let out a moan that vibrated through his entire member, spurring him on even more. The drake lapped and suck hungerly at the mare’s nethers, trying to coerce more of the heady mead from her honeypot. Bakmah felt as if he could get drunk from the juice that flowed from the unicorn, the taste much grander than even the finest gems he’s ever had.
He didn’t know how long this carried on, only being pulled out of his stupor when that Magnificent Mare Muff was pulled away from him. He almost cried out in protest and went to go pull her back until he saw how the mare was positioning herself. He stared at his saliva slicked cock in confusion, forgetting for a moment that Daemon had been sucking him off while he was tasting her. He didn’t know why that seemed such an odd thing in his mind.
This thought process was completely obliterated as Daemon dropped down on his member, taking in his entire length in one swift movement. Bakmah was surprised he didn’t cum right then as his and Daemon’s cries of pleasure intertwined. The drake gripped Daemon around her barrel hard enough with his claws, he was sure that they were drawing blood as he lifted the mare and slammed her back down on his cock.
He kept a hard, brisk pace of pumping into the mare, each stroke more pleasurable than the last. Bakmah was filled with euphoria. He had no doubts he could stay like this with Daemon forever.
But he couldn’t.
Bakmah’s lips twitched downward for a split second while he continued to fuck Daemon. Why couldn’t he? What was so bad he couldn’t just lay here with his mare for the rest of time.
It’s because she was hurt. He had to fix her.
Bakmah watched the mare bounce up and down on his shaft, her face one of completely ecstasy. If this was Daemon’s problem, Bakmah was pretty sure she didn’t want it fixed. Neither did he. Bakmah tried pushing the thoughts out of his head and enjoy himself, but it didn’t work.
There was just a constant nagging in the back of his head. One that persisted on this being wrong. With a short bark of a roar, Bakmah rolled, pinning Daemon on her back before continuing to thrust into her as hard as he could. “Oh Bakksy! I want you, I need you. Harder. Just rut me harder.”
”Make love to me, Bakksy.”
“Stay here with me forever, Bakksy.”
The dragon shook his head. “No. I need to figure this out.”
“Please, Bakksy. Just stay here and I’ll make everything worth it.”
“No!” A low growl escaped the dragon’s throat. “This needs to STOP!” He gave a final hard thrust into the mare underneath him. When he did, the room around him shattered like glass, taking the smell and euphoric feeling with it. It was also what seem to be keeping him from his release, the dragon closing his eyes and throwing his head back as he began to cum.
Bakmah panted as he released shot after shot of his seed, slowly opening his eyes to find he was back in the darkness. Back at square one, it seemed. Bakmah sighed as he softened the grip on the mare under him, his orgasm coming to an end. “Seems I am back where I started.” Bakmah chuckled but when he looked down, he could feel the blood freeze in his veins.
The beast was staring back up him, its crimson, yet no longer bloodshot eyes locked onto his. It..She, now that that aspect was clearly discernable, was now only about as big as he was. This brought him a bit of comfort, but not as much as it should have. For some reason, she still seemed as intimidating as when she was larger.
“Why are you running from me?” Bakmah blinked at the voice, his escape plans falling apart. The thing had just spoke to him, her voice deep and gravelly but definitely held a feminine tone.
“I...umm...what?”
The beast moved her head. “Why have you been running from me, Bakmah?”
"I...I was...am...scared."
“Scared?”
"Y-yes. I-I didn't know wh-who...wh-what you are...I was...am...afraid."
“Who and what am I?” It was definitely a question directed at Bakmah.
"Y-Yes. I was...am...afraid. I don't want to get hurt...or die...here. I have a...a promise to keep."
“I know your promise to Daemon. Her soul is tainted and fragmented in places. You both want this to be fixed.” The beast squirmed under Bakmah, as if uncomfortable. “One of your claws is seeping into a wound. It hurts...”
Bakmah blinked before removing both of his claws and placing them at his sides, instinctively mumbling out a stream of apologies. The beast seemed to ignore Bakmah, looking down at where they were still connected. “You still want to mate?”
"I..." The drake looked to find himself deep inside her. He blushed before scooting back, removing himself. "I-I'm sorry. I'm on strict order of work before play." Once he was off, the beast snaked a claw of her own between her legs, dipping it into her fold before pulling it back out, covered with Bakmah’s seed. She stared at it as if she didn’t know what it was or what to make of it. Wordlessly, she rolled over and got up, turning to face Bakmah before sitting down.
“You can’t fix Daemon.”
"I've been told that I can't do a lot of things but I still did them."
“You can’t fix Daemon. I can’t fix Daemon. Only Daemon can fix Daemon, but...” The beast turned her head from Bakmah, as if to look at something next to them.
"And how is she supposed to fix herself when she tried nearly everything?"
“Nearly everything isn’t everything.”
"Then what is it she, we, have to do?"
“She has to remember how to fix herself. That memory is fragmented and broken. Unsalvageable.”
"And is there anything I can do to help?"
“Yes.”
"And what is that?" He asked, slightly annoyed at the blunt answer.
“I don’t know.” The beast looked back at him. “But I know that I use to know.”
The drake sighed and placed his head in his claws. "I might as well know as much as when I came here." He looked back up at the beast. "Do you at least know if I could help from in here?"
“Yes. You can help me. You have helped me. If you keep helping me. I might remember what I used to. I don’t know if that is true, but it is the everything Daemon has not tried.”
Bakmah bit his lip. "I...alright. What is it I need to help you with?"
“You need to help Daemon.”
"I...what?" The drake shook his head. "You said I have to help you, then when I agree, you say that I need to help Daemon. Exactly what does that mean?"
“You help me when you help Daemon.” The beast leaned back a bit and spread her legs, giving Bakmah a full view of herself as she pointed to the inside of her thigh. There was one of the stitched parts like all over her body, the only difference in this one was that flesh underneath the stitches was knitted together, no wound in sight. “You fixed a memory. One that was hidden from her current self. You show the current Daemon what she had been born from. It was not a pleasant memory, but a necessary one.”
She relaxed herself into a more modest position and pointed to her eyes. “You then quelled her lust without fueling it further. When you did, I was able to see fully again.” She let her clawed hand fall to the ground. “You help Daemon, you help me.”
"So, I just have to help her remember and she'll be able to fix herself?"
“No.”
"What?" The drake blinked. "But...I...what?"
“You help Daemon. That helps me. I remember how to fix Daemon. Then you tell Daemon how to fix herself. But...I might not remember.”
"Then what do I do now?" Asked the drake, throwing his arms in the air in frustration.
“You go away. I’ll make pathways to the broken parts of Daemon. When I am finished, you come back and travel the pathways. If you don’t, you will wander around and might never find all the broken spots. You help Daemon to help me. Then I help you to help Daemon fix herself. I might not remember, but it is the everything Daemon has not tried. She was afraid.”
"How am I supposed to know when to come back? I doubt she will let me come back and check daily. It was difficult enough this one time."
“Time in here is not days or hours. I will translate though. Talk through Daemon.” The beast went silent and looked at the darkness below. “I know. Daemon likes ice cream. I will make her not be able to eat it. When she wants it again, you come back. Simple.” The beast frowned. “Let her have some ice cream before coming back.”
"Wait for sudden craving of ice cream, give her some, and crawl through gods know what when I get back in here, got it." The drake looked around with a sigh. "I don't suppose you know how I'm supposed to get out of here, right?"
“I don’t know how to get myself out. I know how to get you out.”
"Feel like telling me so I can head back?"
“I can’t tell you.”
The drake blinked before face palming. "Of course you can't." He gave a sigh and looked up. "And I don't suppose you can hear me, babe?"
“She can’t, but I can. You want to leave?”
"You want me to leave while you create pathways, right? Besides, she is worried enough without me staying here for who knows how long."
The beast just blinked, frowning. “You want to leave?”
"Yes."
“Then I will let you leave.” The beast stood up and began growling, not a second later before bursting into a vortex of black flame. Bakmah quickly jumped back as the vortex began to grow and grow, reaching a tremendous, yet familiar size before dispersing. The beast, back to the size from when Bakmah first saw her, looked down at him. “You will be still?”
"Y-yes." And with that, she wrapped one of her clawed hands around the drake. He didn’t know why she asked if he would be still, nothing but his head and tail were free from her grasp. She sat back before lifting Bakmah up over her head.
“Being still makes it go faster.” She said before opening her massive maw, her jagged teeth gleaming white. She slowly began to lower Bakmah to her mouth.
"Oh, she is definitely going to owe me." muttered the drake before gulping. He closed his eyes as the beast put him head first into her mouth. He could feel her warm, wet tongue against his underside as she pushed him deeper into her mouth and gullet. He was vaguely aware of the feeling of being swallowed before a darkness took him.
Bakmah slowly opened his eyes, finding himself in Daemon’s lab wit the mare herself sitting in front of him. She had a towel around her neck and a very unsatisfied look on her face. “Did you have fun in there?”
"Not really." The drake sat up with a groan. "And to think I still have to go through the bulk of it yet."
“The bulk, huh?” Daemon raised an eyebrow before pointing at the dragon’s crotch. “Would the bulk also include another eight hours of holding a hard on before suddenly cumming with no warning?” The towel seemed to make sense now.
"Eight hours? Felt more like half an hour." muttered the drake. "And no, hopefully not. If it does, you are the horniest mare alive." He sighed. "And for your information, I did not laze off and jerk it. It was more like suddenly finding myself having sex with no clue what I was doing beforehand." Daemon had just held a frown the entire time he talked.
“Half an hour? Bakmah...You were under for three days...”
"Three days...well at least I get over a month." The drake slowly stood up. "Time in there and out here are not the same. I was in there for what felt like an hour or two."
“Well...what did you find out? I don’t really feel any different.” she paused a moment before adding, “And what do you mean you get over a month?”
"Good thing those are connected." The dragon sighed. "I know that I can't fix it." He quickly stopped her before she could say anything. "But you can. You just...have to wait a few months."
"I need to...fix things in there. All I did was fix a memory and quell your lust, apparently." He grew a concerned look. "Do you...remember anything? Anything from how you were born?"
Daemon gave Bakmah a weird look. “Not really. It’s hard for me to remember anything from so far...” Daemon let her voice trail off. Her eyes grew distant before she started shaking her head. “I didn’t do that.” Tears began filling her eyes. “No Bakmah. I didn’t do that.” The mare slowly slumped down to the floor before starting to cry. “Please, Bakmah. I couldn’t have done that.”
Bakmah walked over and wrapped his arms around her. "You did. I'm sorry." He rested his chin on her head. "I know what it feels like to do something like that."
“I have killed before, Bakmah. To protect. That was just murder, slaughtering. They didn’t have to die, but...all I knew then was the pain they were causing me.” Daemon took a deep breath, trying to calm herself. “That blade...”
"I know." said Bakmah softly, stroking her mane. "I know it hurts. It's just sad you didn't remember until now."
“It’s ok, Bakksy. It just caught me off guard.” Daemon looked up at the dragon. Her eyes were still glistening and sad, but there was a certain fire behind them now. “Why do you have to wait?”
"I need the pathways to open first so I don't get lost." said the drake mechanically as he looked past her as if he was remembering something. Daemon stared at him for a moment before shrugging.
“Something happened in there you don’t want to tell me about.” Daemon cocked her head. “But something else is on your mind, isn’t it?”
"You could say that." He let out a sigh before letting of the mare and falling on his back. Daemon crawled up on him.
“You want to move somewhere more comfortable? Like the bedroom?”
"No, no I'm fine here." His eyes turned sad. "I don't deserve comfort." said the drake in a quiet whisper.
“You deserve it about as much as I do.” Daemon stared at him. “Do you think I deserve a bed?”
"More than I do."
Daemon stamped a hoof on his chest with a frown. “Shut up and carry me to bed.” The mare glared at him.
Bakmah got up with a sigh, wrapping his arms around the mare as he made his way out of the lab. When he got to the bedroom, he made his way to the bed and carefully set her down before laying himself on the floor, staring at the ceiling.
“You need to get in this bed and talk to me about what’s on your mind, Bakmah.” There was a slight rustling of the blankets. “Or are you going to make me sleep alone after what just happened and make me worry about you all night long?”
Bakmah laid there for a moment before sighing. "They didn't die in the storm."
“Go on.”
"You'll understand better if I show you." said Bakmah as he sat up and turned so he faced the bed. "It's...easier understood that way."
“Is it now...” Daemon was quiet for a before looking over to him. “You do know that what ever you show me, it’s not going to change what I think about you, right?”
"I can only hope that is the case."
Daemon blinked as she found herself in the forest. The area around her was scorched by multiple spells and trees were toppled and thrown about. Blood slicked some areas, sometimes in small amounts and in alarming in other places.
A dark grey dragoness with black spines hauled herself over a fallen tree, wincing as she did so. An arm was held around her stomach as she tried to hold back the blood that seeped from the wound that went from her stomach to her armpit.
"Hey! Careful now." The dragoness jerked her head up as a much older Bakmah hauled himself over a tree. The dragoness grinned at him but soon stared in horror as she caught his entire body.
"Bakmah, your..." The drake blinked before looking down at the sword shard stuck through his chest. He winced before limping towards her.
"Yeah yeah, you don't look to good either, sis." said the drake. Thera ignored him as she stood up and made her way over to meet him.
"We need to get that out of you." she said with a concerned tone as she examined the shard. Bakmah pushed her claws away and sat down on a log.
"I'm fine. It's a small wound."
"Brother, you and I both know that is dangerously close to one or two arteries, if not the heart. If we don't remove it..."
"I will die and baby Thera will be all lonely and sad, yeah yeah." The drake chuckled before coughing up blood. "Okay, I agree on removing this." The dragoness nodded before leaning forward so she could see the wound better.
"Now, we can't pull it straight out. Maybe we could...no..." Bakmah watched as the dragoness rambled through a list of possible remedies and solutions, occasionally she would get as far as to list recovery times but eventually tossed out the idea.
"Thera." The dragoness looked up at her brother. "Just do a dark transplant." said the drake with a tired look.
Thera's sapphire eyes widened. "Brother, you know we are forbidden from using dark magic!"
"Does it look like I give a shit?" He asked, pointing at the shard as he coughed up more blood. The dragoness looked up at him for a moment before looking back down at the shard. She sighed before grabbing onto what was left and pulling.
"I can say that was a very painful moment in my life, physically at least." said Bakmah as they appeared in a starry expanse.
“Hmm.” Daemon nodded. “I can share thoughts on that. The Elements weren’t exactly gentle when Celestia wielded them. Much the opposite.”
"I doubt they would have been." The drake looked over the expanse. "I don't have the heart. That was what that entire thing showed. It was destroyed as Thera removed the shard and replaced it with a replica created out of dark magic." He made his way over to another area of the expanse. "I advise you remember that for the final part."
The scene changed again, this time to a valley. The glow of Luna's moon lit the floor of the valley in a soft glow, being disrupted by a small group of dragons. Bakmah was the only one of the group of three that was actually awake.
The drake stared off past the moon and stars into unknown territory, his eyes faded over. The dragoness next to him shifted, her tail instinctively trying to curl around her husbands. It groped lazily for a bit before the red dragon groggily sat up.
"Bakksy?" Bakmah ignored the dragoness as he started muttering to himself, the occasional chuckle escaping him. "Bakmah, what are you doing up." The dragoness sat up, revealing the green egg that was tucked against her body.
Amara slowly approached her husband. She froze as a crown of black appeared hovering over his head. His body gained a black aura as he chuckled to himself. "B-Bakksy?"
"Yes dear?" Bakmah whipped his head around at an impossible angle, his eyes bitch black except for his red iris. A twisted grin was across his face. Amara screamed and fell to the ground, trying to scramble away.
"Oh hush, don't scream." Bakmah stood and slowly approached her. He grabbed her by the neck, his grin slowly falling until he stared at her with a frown. "What is my need to keep you around?" He asked in a deep tone, cocking his head to the side.
"D-Dad?" Elthin, a sky blue drake, sat up from his place on the ground with a scared expression. Bakmah turned his face to the baby dragon with a snarl.
"You. Oh, what a awful waste of semen were you." growled the drake. He lifted his free claw and lifted his son by the neck. He twisted his claw and broke the child's neck. Amara let out a scream as she started kicking at him and hitting his arms.
"Oh, quit your screaming." Bakmah grabbed the dragoness by the shoulders with his free claw and pulled down while pushing up on her head. A few seconds later, he held her decapitated head before throwing it to the side and approaching the egg.
"I might as well save myself the time." The drake lifted a foot over the egg and brought it down.
Daemon blinked as she found herself back in the bedroom, Bakmah staring down at his claws with a sad look. "It wasn't a storm." He said quietly. Daemon moved over to comfort the dragon. Bakmah leaned away, causing the mare to sigh.
“But wasn’t it, Bakmah?” She closed the distance between them but made no move to comfort him this time. She just stared at him. “You are a fool of a dragon if you think that was your fault. Any half wit could tell you were not in control of yourself. I’ve dealt with plenty of magic in my time, Bakmah. I’ve seen plenty of good ponies turn by messing with the worst it has to offer. I have made good ponies turn by messing with the worst it has to offer. And I am stuck with it now. The Elements made sure I remember that.”
"I still should have found a better way than to have used that transplant. Hell, dying would have been better!"
“It would not have been. Death is not the answer. You wanted to live and you did, not a single soul can blame you for that. Your mistake was not preparing yourself for the outcome of which you live by. It was a mistake with drastic costs. Something you have to pay by living. Living for the lives you took, even if you did not mean to take them. Wishing death for yourself now is just disgracing them.”
"It's just..." The drake swallowed. "What if it happens again? I...don't know what would happen then."
“You honestly believe I would let anything like that happen again. You get testy with me and I will banish you to the moon until you have learned your lesson, no matter how many bodies I have to burn through.” Daemon reached over and boxed the drake upside his head. “Got it memorized?”
"Its not you who I'm worried about."
“Oh, it is indeed me you should be worried about. Don’t even think for an instant I would let you harm another.”
The drake sighed. "I'm just worried I will have to grieve over another child of mine that I murdered."
“And if it is also a child of mine, you’ll be mistaking if you think that I’ll let you touch it while in that state, let alone be near it.” Daemon kicked the covers around on the bed. “I want to get off of this topic. It’s putting me in a very bad mood...” Bakmah nodded and slowly climbed into the bed next to the mare.
"Anything you would like to ask before I sleep for a few decades?" Asked Bakmah with a small smile. Daemon put on a smile herself.
“If you even try to sleep that long, I will do many many things to you. Some you will not enjoy but I will entirely.”
Bakmah stuck his tongue out as he nuzzled into the pillow. "No questions?"
“None that you will answer.” Daemon moved to snuggle up next to him.
"Then I shall take my leave from the land of the awake to the realm of sleep." said Bakmah with a yawn. He nuzzled up to the mare as he closed his eyes.
“And its eyes shall blaze of blood afire and its roar bring lightning and thunder upon this earth...” Bakmak opened a single eye just to find the mare smiling back at him. “Good night, Bakksy.”
"Good night, Daemon." The drake smiled tiredly before slipping off into Luna's Land of Dreams.
