‘Ugh’ Julia moaned, she had a rough night, ‘Where am I?’ She asked herself, observing her surroundings. She wasn’t in her purple bedroom like she was last night, that was for sure. Julia stepped out of bed and fell back. ‘Why can’t I stand up?’ She asked herself.
‘TWILIGHT?’ A voice called from downstairs. ‘Twilight? I’m coming upstairs!’ Julia heard footsteps from outside the door, a little purple and green dragon opened it.
‘OHMYGOSHYOUARESPIKETHEDRAGONFROMMYLITTLEPONY! OHMYGOD! Wait, YOU AREN’T REAL!’ Julia pointed at Spike, ‘How are you standing in front of me?’
‘Uhh, Twilight, are you feeling ok? You’re acting really strange,’
‘Oh’ Julia chuckled, ‘I’m not Twilight, my name’s Julia,’ Julia stuck her hand out, no her hoof out. She looked at her lavender coloured hoof, ‘That’s strange, hey Spike, can you get me a mirror?’
‘Sure,’ Spike ran out the door and came back with a tall mirror. Julia looked at herself in awe, she wasn’t herself anymore. She wasn’t tall with tan skin. She didn’t have her matching dark brown hair and eyes. She didn’t look like herself, she looked like Twilight.
‘OHNOOHNOOHNOOHNO!’ Julia stood up on all four hooves, since she was still lying on the ground, ‘Spike, take a note, to the princess!’ Julia said, she felt like Twilight, Better make it last. She thought to herself, it’s not every day you find yourself as one of your favourite characters from a little kids TV show.
‘Ok!’
‘Dear Princess Celestia,’ Julia began, ‘I would like to inform you that your faithful student Twilight, has most likely swapped bodies with me, Julia. I am from Earth, another planet far from here. As lyra would say, I am a human, and don’t belong here. I await your quick response, Twilight or Julia.’ Julia stopped to take a breath, looking at Spike. ‘Now send it,’
‘Okeey Dokeey!’ Spike took a deep breath and blew out a huge green flame, flying out the nearest window, taking the letter with it. ‘Hey, Julia,’ Spike wasn’t used to saying that name, ‘First of all, Julia is a weird name,’
‘It’s very common where I come from, whereas Rainbow Dash would be a humiliating name where I come from, continue,’
‘Well, how would Twilight be taking this news?’

Back on Earth, Twilight woke up with a strange noise that she never heard of. ‘Ugh,’ Twilight opened her eyes and looked around, ‘Where am I? Spike? SPIKE? SPIKE!!’ She called out, A tall figure opened the door.
‘Julia, we get that you like My Little Pony, now let us sleep,’ He left in a puffy mood.
‘Wait! What are you talking about?’ Twilight tried to transport herself to the tall figure, but no matter how hard she tried, her horn failed to work. ‘Why isn’t it working?’ She raised her hoof to inspect her horn, but instead, a strange looking thing had taken over her hoof, ‘This is what Lyra says is a hand, but why would I have a hand?’ She thought of last night and what happened. She couldn’t remember so she got out of bed to make breakfast, but when she got out, something wasn’t right. Twilight looked down to see that she wasn’t standing on all four hooves, but she was crouching and her ‘feet’, as Lyra called them stuck out. She crawled along the floor, getting a carpet burn while she crawled along.
‘Julia, stop acting like a pony, it looks stupid.’ The same figure as before said.
‘You must be mistaken, human, but my name is Twilight, and something seems wrong,’
‘Well, ‘Twilight’, my name isn’t human, and I’m your brother, now stand up like a normal person and get ready for school!’
‘But I don’t go to school , I graduated a year ago!’
‘Your only 14, you still go to school, you only started a term ago at high school, dumbo!’ He knocked on Twilight’s head. She tried to stand, and walked towards the figure. She turned her head to see what he was looking at and didn’t see herself. She didn’t see her horn sticking out of her purple hair. She didn’t see a pair of pink eyes. Instead she saw a girl with brown hair, matching brown eyes and light brown coloured skin.
‘What happened to me, where’s Spike, what’s My Little Pony?’ Twilight asked the boy.
‘Julia, it’s Tuesday morning and you had a late night. Spike is the little purple and green dragon in your favourite TV show, My Little Pony. Now I need to go,’ He shuffled by Twilight and opened a door, which lead into a larger room. He kneeled down to stroke a cat, who was patiently waiting at the door. A soft ‘aawww’ came out of Twilights mouth as she looked at the cat, which left her thinking again where she was.

‘No, no, no, no! She’s gonna make me miss school, make my friends worried, what do I do! Princess Celestia,’ Julia paced around the table, ‘OHMYGOSH, why don’t we pay Celestia and Luna a visit! But first we should tell the others, so they don’t worry too much about where we are.’
‘One question Julia, how do you know all of us if you’re from a different planet?’
‘Let’s just say I’m not the only one who knows, ok?’
‘Fine,’ Spike and Julia were about to leave when the door crashed open.
‘Twilight! I finally finished the latest Daring-Doo book, it was so cool!’ A cyan peagus’ with a rainbow coloured mane, whom Julia recognised as Rainbow Dash cried out.
‘Great Rainbow Dash, I have some important news, but you have to be quiet until I finsh! Can you pinkie promise me that?’ Rainbow Dash saluted who she thought was Twilight.
‘Yes, Twilght!’
‘Well, I’m not actually Twilight,’
‘Of course you are!’ Julia gave Rainbow Dash a meaningful glare, ‘Sorry,’
‘I’m actually Julia, from a different planet, me and Twilight must have swapped bodies because this morning I found myself here. And how I know your name is a different story,’ Julia saw the look on Rainbow Dash’s face, it looked hilarious. ‘Well, I have to visit Celestia, can you help me get the rest here, you can go get Applejack and Rarity, I’ll go get Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie!’
‘Ok!’ And with that, Rainbow Dash flew out the door towards Sweet Apple Acres. While Julia tried to teleport herself to Fluttershy’s.
Once Julia got to Fluttershy’s house, a note was left on the door that she had gone to Sugar Cube Corner. ‘Ugh, why now, at least she’s at Sugar Cube Corner, I can pick up Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy at the same time!’ While saying that Julia teleported herself with ease to Sugar Cube Corner.
Rainbow Dash landed down at Sweet Apple Acres, right in front Applejack. ‘Hay Dash, whatcha need?’
‘Hey AJ! I need you, well Julia need’s you, to come down to the library!’
‘Wait, hold on. Who’s thi’ Julia ya talkin’ ‘bout?’ The orange pony asked Rainbow Dash.
‘Well, you know Lyra is always talking about humans, well apparently, Julia and Twilight swapped bodies, and she needs to talk to everypony. And I need you to co-operate, so we can quickly get to Rarity and back to the library!’
‘Well, I lost ya there half-way, but anywho, let’s get to Rarity!’
Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were having a nice brunch until a bright flash of light came in the middle of the room, which startled Fluttershy, making her hide under the table.
‘Damn it! I still can’t get that right! Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, I need you at the library as fast as possible, can I count on you to be there, in around 2 minutes?’
‘Okeey Dokeey Lokeey!’ Pinkie Pie shouted. With a flash Julia was gone.
‘I wonder why she need us so badly?’ Pinkie Pie asked Fluttershy, who was still hiding under the table in fear.

‘Why isn’t Twilight back yet?’ The purple dragon asked himself. BLAM! Julia appeared in a flash in the middle of the room.
‘DAMN IT! WHY CAN’T I GET IT RIGHT!’ She shouted.
‘Darling, Darling. Don’t shout you’re hurting my ears!’ Rarity said as she entered the library. Spike turned around. His sight stayed on the white unicorn.
‘Rarity! Applejack! Good, we just need Fluttershy and,’
‘HEY TWILIGHT! WE GOT HERE IN 2 MINUTES EXACTLY!’ Pinkie Pie shouted as she bounced into the room, ‘Now , what did you need us for?’ Pinkie Pie got right into Julia’s face. She shoved Pinkie Pie back so she could have her personal space.
‘Ok, I need you all to be quiet until I finish, can you Pinkie Pie promise me?’
‘Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye,’ All 5 ponies said in union.
‘Well, I’m not actually Twilight, I’m actually Julia, from a different planet, me and Twilight must have swapped bodies because this morning I found myself here. And how I know your name is a different story,’ Julia saw the look on the ponies faces, it looked hilarious. ‘Well, I have to visit Celestia to swap back, I love being Twilight and all, but I would miss my old life too much. Maybe I could visit, but as another pony? Well I have to go! See ya!’ And with saying that, Julia teleported herself to Canterlot castle, wondering why Twilight had to catch the train every time.
‘Well that was strange,’ Pinkie Pie said, breaking the awkward silence between the ponies.
‘Even more strange than you, Pinkie Pie,’ Fluttershy said.
‘I know right, I hope we can have the old Twilight again, but I wouldn’t mind having that pony visit us another time, maybe she likes my designs!’ Rarity said with an excited voice.
‘Or maybe she come back as a peagus’ and is as cool as me, and can practice with me!’ Rainbow Dash said, as excited as Rarity.
‘Or she could help me with my animals!’ Fluttershy said.
‘Or she could help me bake cupcakes!’ Pinkie Pie said.
‘Or she could help me wit’ my apple buckin’!’ Applejack said.
‘We have to get her back!’ All of them said in union.

In a flash, Julia teleported herself to Canterlot, where she saw some faces from the show.
‘Hey Twilight!’ Donut Joe said, while passing by Julia.
‘Oh, hey! I’m not actually Twilight, I’m actually someon-err-pony else!” Julia said in Twilight’s know-it-all voice,
‘He he! Twilight, you and your silly jokes! See you around!’
‘No! This is serious!’ Julia shouted behind her. She sighed, no-pony would listen to her. Julia trotted along the streets of Canterlot, taking in the sites. Then finally, she reached Canterlot palace. It was HUGE! She stood in front of a pair of huge golden gates, she nodded at the guards, whom she knew would recognise her. ‘Thank you sirs,’ Julia nodded at them again in appreciation. ‘Wow, Twilight is much better known then I thought!’ While in her mind she was thinking if the latest episode had come out yet. Until she bumped into Princess Luna.
‘Oh, Sorry Princess Luna, I wasn’t looking where I was going, I’m really sorry!’ Julia said while using her, or Twilight’s, magic to pick up some paperwork Luna had dropped.
‘THAT IS FINE, JULIA FROM PLANET EARTH!’ Luna boomed in her Canterlot voice.
‘Still not catching on?’ Julia asked.
‘No, not yet,’ Luna replied shyly.
‘Can you help me by leading me to your sister, I need her help,’
‘SORRY JULIA, BUT THOU’S SISTER CURRENTLY DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THOU’S PROBLEM!’
‘But I sent a letter two hours ago!’
‘THOU RECIEVED THOU’S LETTER, SISTER HAS NOT YET READ THE LETTER BECAUSE SHE IS TOO BUSY!’
‘LUNA!’
‘Sorry,’
‘Can you please tell me where Tia is?’
‘How does thou know Tia’s nickname?’
‘Not important!’
‘Fine, follow me!’ Luna bounced off like Pinkie Pie does all the time.
‘Can’t we just teleport?’
‘Why does thou not want to walk?’
‘Maybe because I am way too tired?’
‘Fine,’
With a flash Luna and Julia stood in front of the throne room,
‘THIS IS WHERE THOU’S SISTER IS LOCATED!’
‘Luna,’
‘What?’
‘You were just doing it again,’
‘Sorree-y!’
‘See you later, can I have the letter?’ Luna’s horn glowed and a letter popped into the air. ‘Thank you,’ Julia pushed the door open to face the Princess, before she saw white.

Twilight was wondering what happened, ‘I mean, it isn’t really possible, pony and person are two entirely different things, we can’t just swap bodies! I’ve never heard that before!’ As she was murmuring about that, another human walked in, this time a female, and asked,
‘Julia, are you feeling ok? You look sick!’ Twilight took this opportunity to learn more.
‘Yes! My stomach hurts and I have a head ache!’ Twilight groaned to prove her point.
‘Well, you’re staying home, That’s the second time this week!’
‘I wonder how Spike is doing?’ Twilight asked nothing as the female left the room.

Spike paced around the room, ‘So Twilight’s mind is in another pony, no HUMAN’s body, and that human is in Twilight’s body? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE! WHERE IS MY SISTER!’ Spike ran up a ladder and grabbed out a book and flipped through the pages. ‘Universe, person, human, universe, person, human, universe, person, human,’ Spike muttered under his breath while he flipped through ‘Star Swirl the Bearded Guide to Strange Creatures and other planets.’
‘AH-HA!’ Spike cried out, holding the book up. ‘Humans, a strange species from a different planet, solar-system or even galaxy. Their planet is much like ours, but ponies don’t talk there. Dragons, blah blah blah, don’t exist there,’ Spike slammed the book shut.
‘Spike? Have you found out anything about Twilight?’ A white unicorn walked through the door. Spike turned around in slow motion. Then Spike held up the book,
‘Page 132, ma’ lady!’ Spike said.
‘Thank you, Spikey-wikey!’ Rarity walked off to read what Spike had found, he just sighed.
‘Uh, Rarity? Can I please have a moment?’
‘Sure, Spike!’
‘What did I just do?’ Spike whispered.

Julia looked around, she was back in her purple bedroom, but right before she could do anything. She was back at Canterlot palace.
‘That was your home, was it not?’ A white alicorn stood above Julia, she had waving hair that had 3 different colours in it.
‘Yes, it was,’
‘Would you like to go back?’
‘Yes, but will I be able to come back?’
‘What do you mean?’
‘Well, I love home and all, but I love Equestria too!’
‘It will take alot of work though,’ Celestia said with a grin on her face.
‘Seriously?’
‘Yes, anything to help Twilight and her friends!’ Celestia laughed.

Twilight saw it, Celestia, her 2nd mother, the palace. But only a few seconds before she was sent back to the room, as a human again.
‘Why me?’ Twilight cried and curled up into a ball on the bed.
