Chapter One: Festival Time!

Snaril: Hey c'mon we're going to be late!! *Knocks on the door and few more times.*

Breeze: Yeah, yeah I'm coming. Hold your shorts!

Snaril: But I'm wearing jeans!

Breeze: Okay, smartass. *Walks out the door.* Okay let's go get Vinyl and Octy.

Snaril: Jeez, finally. What took you so long? Breeze: *Smiles.* I had to get dressed.

Snaril: *Facehoof. Snaril, Derpy and Breeze walk toward Vinyl's house.*

Snaril: So got any plans while you're at the festival?

Breeze: Just having fun with my girls. *He chuckles.*

Snaril:*Slugs Breeze in the arm.* You remember the last time you 'just had fun with your girls'? *Derpy giggles and blushes.*

Breeze: Ouch! Yeah, yeah I remember. *Slugs Snaril even harder.* I wasn't talking about that you ass!

Snaril: *Rubs his arm.* Ow! Okay, okay. Jeez, punch harder me next time. *Breeze raises his arm in to the air, Snaril flinches.* Damn I was only kidding!

*Breeze chuckles and they walk up to Vinyl's house. Breeze knocks on the door.* Breeze: Hey girls! You ready for tonight?

Vinyl:Yeah honey! Be out in a second! *A few moments later Vinyl and Octavia walk out and hug Breeze, then shift to either side of him.*

Breeze: Hey Snaril it's a long walk wanna tele' there?

Snaril: No thanks, I think we'll fly. Never did like the whole teleporting thing.

Breeze: Okay then I guess we'll meet you there later then. *A bright flash from his horn and the three where gone.*

Snaril: Will you be okay with me doing it just this once? *Derpy's face explains her concern.* Please? I promise it won't hurt. Derpy I would never put you in danger. *Snaril leans in to Derpy, kissing momentarily.*

Derpy: Okay, just this once, promise?

*Snaril nods and picks her up with both arms, like a prince would. Snaril opens his huge wings and flies in to the air with Derpy.*

Snaril: Are you ready? *She nods.* Snaril then begins to gain more speed with each stroke. He quickly breaks the sound barrier still steadily increasing his speed. The world around them slowly turns in to a blur of color, but somehow Snaril still seems to know where he's going. Only seconds pass before Snaril starts to slow down to an average speed. They spot Breeze and the girls down below.* There they are. *Snaril flies down and sets Derpy on the ground.* Hey guys!

Breeze: *Surprised that Snaril and Derpy arrived so soon.* Wha...How did you two get here so fast?

Snaril: Let's just say Rainbow Dash isn't the only fast Pegasus.

*Breeze notices Derpy shaking a little bit.* Snaril! What did you do?!?

Snaril: Oh my gosh! Derpy are you okay? *Looks around and sees a park bench and walks her over to it.* Here, sit down. I'll go get you something to drink. *Snaril runs off to look for something for her to drink.*

Breeze: *Runs after Snaril telling the girls to stay with Derpy* Snaril. *Snaril stops and turns to Breeze.*

Snaril: Look I'm sorry I didn't me...

Breeze: *Cuts Snaril off.* Don't apologize to me, apologize to Derpy. *Snaril looks away.* Look Snaril, you know she really looks up to you.

Snaril: I...I know. *Notices a little filly's Lemonade stand at the corner of the park and walks up to it.* Two please.

Philly: That'll be four bits. *Snaril hands her five bits but she tells him of his mistake.*

Snaril: Keep it. *Smiles at the little filly.*

Philly: Wow, thanks mister!

*Snaril and Breeze walk back to the girls who are all giggling.*

Breeze: You like her...Really like her, don't you?

Snaril: Of course...I love her. *Smiles at Derpy waving at the boys. Looks down slightly.* It's... It's just hard sometimes to tell if she has the same feeling for me.

Breeze: Oh C'mon stop being so pessimistic. Look I don't have so many marefriends without knowing when somepony cares for them.

*Snaril looks back up at Derpy still laughing with Vinyl and Octavia.* Snaril: Yeah, I guess you're right. Stallionwhore. *Snickers.*

Breeze: Excuse me?  Stallionwhore. No I'm just lovable!

*Snaril and Breeze arrive at the bench where Derpy and the girls are sitting. He hands her a drink and sits next to her.* Derpy: Ooo. Lemonade! Thank you Snarily. *Snaril puts his arm over her shoulder and pulls her closer.*

Snaril: You're welcome Derpy. *They look at each other and plant kisses*

*Derpy and Snaril finish the drinks and walk farther in to the park and lay in the grass with Breeze, Octavia, and Vinyl. The sky quickly darkens.*

Snaril: Sure is nice of the Pegasus ponies to clear the sky every year.

Breeze: Yeah it is. Why didn't you help? You're a Pegasus.

Snaril: I left the Weather Control in Cloudsdale a long time ago.

Breeze: Why is that Snaril? Did they fire you?

Snaril: No. I quit. I was tired of overseeing every event every week.

Breeze: What do you mean overseeing?

Snaril: I was the lead coordinator. I oversaw everything, cloud cleaning, rainbow mixing, all that stuff. I even knew the secret rainbow recipe.

Breeze: Wow, really? That's pretty cool dude.

Snaril: If you say so.

*Several minutes go by and the sky darken substantially Snaril and Derpy are lying together next to Breeze, Vinyl, and Octavia.*

Snaril: Oooo. Look at all the stars! Wonderful aren't they?

Breeze: Wow, I never knew there were so many!

*The group starts to point out different stars and constellations. Snaril and Derpy are turned over on their sides kissing when Breeze notices something in the night sky.*
