Balanar, the Night Stalker.

Some say he is the sole survivor of the First Day, when all creatures of the eternal night before perished with the dawn. Others say he is a magical conjuring gone wrong, a demon summoned in an pure form with the ability to control darkness and shadow like tangible objects. Still others say he is a wizard seduced by the power of night, turned into a brutal and deformed version of his former self that wishes to shroud the light away forever.

Luna says he's either perfect for her plan, or a criminal bent on murder and death. It depends on which voice of Luna you're talking to. For when Balanar first entered Equestria, Luna found herself turning into the pony she hated most: Nightmare Moon. And when the Night Stalker decides he is finished with the sun once and for all, Luna must choose her path. Should she join forces with Balanar? Or should she stand against him with her friends?
