The following day Princess Celestia was reading about how her former student Sunset Shimmer the Yellow Lantern helped her current student Twilight Sparkle the Green Lantern defeat Gilda, the griffon citizen who was the Red Lantern.

Although she wished Sunset was still the hopeful student she was when she took her if she had to face the facts and remember the last time she had saw her she was impatient, scheming and self centred. It was more than likely she had a hidden agenda; Sunset rarely did anything that could be considered nice, kind or generous unless there was something in it for her. In short although she wished otherwise Sunset would never have been a worthy candidate of being a princess or as the Element of Magic, of course since Twilight had gotten that Green Lantern Power Ring she had to abandon her plans for the Elements of Harmony but still while would have been a great candidate to lead the Elements: Sunset wasn’t.

She wished she could forgot the day she had to banish Sunset from the palace but she never could, she caught Sunset studying magics that she wasn’t ready for. She demanded that she be made a princess immediately but she had to tell her she was not ready and it seemed by her impatient she never would be.

She had to order her Guards to escort her out of the palace for she would be banned from the school and from entering the palace; they had managed to stop her from entering her special portal mirror, one that she had once used to enter a realm of strange creatures called Humans.

One that had her name and even looked and sounded like her, she had impersonated her and let’s just say her successful business was now ruined and the only work her counterpart could find was now as a high school principal that her sister worked at, her bad.

Anyway her former disgraced student had now reappeared herself claiming to be a hero but she knew that Sunset had to be up to something, she just hoped that her current and more faithful student was able to handle whatever Sunset was planning.

Not only that but in a cloud accident the director of Cadmus Trask Waller and his assistant Trotter were injured and would be in the hospital until they awaken from the comas they were in. Examing his office she learned he had hired the villains Twilight had to face, recruited for some project called Task Force X hoping to kill her!

She made the other higher ups explain themselves and they nervously did, she was not pleased. She ordered Task Force X and those less moral projects shut down and warned the Cadmus officials that any more illegal business behind their back could mean a long time in the dungeons.

She had put her sister Princess Luna in his place as the new action director of Cadmus, asking her to see if she can find any other shady or immortal projects Cadmus had been doing behind her back.

She could not believe after telling him that his fears that her student and her fellow heroes would soon become a threat to Equestria were unfounded, he still went behind his back anyway, employing dangerous criminals to eliminate one of the ponies close to her!

She wished Trask did not have to be such a paranoid pony, when he eventually awakes from his coma he will have to stand trial for going against her orders and employing criminals to take down one of the heroes of Equestria, one that was the monarch’s personal student at that!

“He was a good and competent head of Cadmus......” Princess Celestia thought in her head sadly “So why did he have to be so stubborn and paranoid?”

In the secret base of the now Sunset Corps, Sunset along with her allies Slade and Stolen March was now facing the small number they had recruited so far.

Sunset grinned to herself, this will be the start of her own army which will allow her to take control of Equestria and gained the power and titles that she so rightfully deserved both her fool of a former mentor Princess Celestia refused to give to her.

She will have it all anyway, soon she will be ruling over Equestria with her Corps by her side! Slade greeted the recruits and told them “okay cadets you all have proven to be worthy of being Sunset Corps the new protectors of Equestria and it will now be time to show Equestria what we can do! Now let us all recite the oath!”

They all then pointed their rings to the large yellow power battery and then recited the collective oath of their new Corps:

"In Blackest Day,

In Brightest Night,

Beware your fears made into Light

Let those who try to stop our might, burn like her power: SUNSET’S LIGHT!!!!!!!"

With that collective oath they were now in their Sunset Corps uniform. Slade allowed his constructed helmet to disappear so they all could see his grinning face.

“It is now time to show Equestria what we are made of!!” Stolen March shouted and they all cheered in excitement and congratulations.

Equestria will now know the power of the Sunset Corps!!!

The dragon Garble had been wandering for days and he was sure no one had been in that era for a long time. He had no idea where he was going or how he could get back home, but he kept walking.

He was determined to find his way back to Equestria, no matter what and then he could exact his revenge and conquest of Earth.

However on his journey he caught something with his eye, there seemed to be a city appearing in the long distance. He began walking to it to see what it was and what had just happened.

Unknown to Garble that he had discovered upon..........
