Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend

When the human copies of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon arrive in Equestria, miraculously still as humans, they go on the journey of their lives.

It was just another day for Diamond Tiara ans Silver Spoon in the human world, but seeing as how the human Mane 6 are now obsessing over the portal, they decide to check it out for themselves. But when the portal suddenly opens without warning, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon find themselves trapped in Equestria, and start to figure out a way to get back home. A journey that will take them across many lands, and allow them to meet many familiar pony-like faces.

The Gate Opens Unexpectedly

It was a typical Thursday morning at Canterlot High. The sun was up, the students were hanging out, and all was peaceful. Stuff had really been quite calm after Sunset's Demon was struck down a few months back, all the students had learned to get along and live in harmony with each other, and the portal to Equestria had been sealed off for 30 moons. Until today however, but they don't know that yet.

"Man, that class just would not end." Said a pink skinned human with a purple with white stripe hairdo, and earpieces representing tiaras on her ears. She was wearing her classic yellow jacket with a black shirt and white skirt, "If i had to listen to one more second of that ridiculous PI equation i would have screamed, right Silvs?"

"I mean, what does it even mean?" Said a grey skinned girl with flowing grey-white stripe hair. In addition, she was wearing her usual purple top with white collar and her favourite spoon pendant wrapped round her neck. The back of her hair was tied up in a ponytail, and she was wearing a pink skirt with a white stripe running across the bottom. Her shoes were lightly coloured, with blue bows attached to the outsides of the leg holes. And as she was adjusting her blue framed glasses, she said, "They claim that Pi is neverending and is the happens to be the the ratio of a circle's circumference to it's diameter."

"I wouldn't even want to think about calculating that."

"Yeah, me neither."

Once they walked out into the front courtyard, they saw 5 familiar figures gazing at the closed portal, they were all female with different hairstyles and clothing. But Diamond and Silver remembered them well, they were there during the Fall Formal and Sunset Shimmer's downfall.

"30 moons, how long is that supposed to be?" The blue girl with rainbow hair said.

"Let's see now carry the two, multiply by number of days, divide by the leap year. I estimate 2 and a half years." Said the pink girl with a calculator in hands.

"TWO AND A HALF YEARS?!?!?!"

"That's right, Dashie. Numbers don't lie." She said as she held up the calculator in front of their faces.

"Well we're probably never gonna see her again." said a blonde haried girl with a cowgirl hat, "We've only got one more year here before we graduate."

"I should get going. History class is about to start." Said a butter yellow skinned girl with long pink hair.

"Me too. After all, i'm not missing another session of Drama class." Said a white skinned girl who walked back indoors with the other girl.

"We should all get going, right girls?" The pink one asked.

"Yeah."

"See ya'll later."

And as soon as they said their goodbyes, they dashed back indoors to get back to their classes. Diamond Tiara saw them leave and turned back towards the portal, "They've been staring at that mirror for weeks, something must be up."

"Diamond, wait!" Silver said as she was chasing her friend towards the portal, "Maybe they've just been having delusions, I mean come on. A pony princess from another world, who's gonna buy that?"

"You obviously don't remember that it was that very same pony princess that saved us from a fate worse than death!"

"I know, all i can remember is that demon casting some weird black magic on us and the kids and then everything went dark." Silver said as she placed her hand on the portal.

"And when we came back to reality, Twilight and her friends had grown wings, longer ears and even weird little tail thingies on their butts. But once Twilight left, those new features had left with her."

"Maybe it was just a hallucination, i mean apple cider can do some pretty weird things to you." Silver Spoon held up a glass of cider from her pocket that she had been saving for a while now. After looking carefully at the glass, she had noticed that Diamond Tiara was now in front of the portal and was placing her hand on it.

"Was it a dream? Or was it real?. I can remember anymore. Whatever, let's just get back to class and-" Diamond Tiara was cut off by a massive white glow appearing behind her. The portal was now open again as she felt herself fall through its mirror like vortex. Silver Spoon grabbed her hand before she fell, but she wasn't strong enough to pull Diamond back to the courtyard, and they both fell through the portal and dissappeared into a rainbow coloured nothingness.

End Of Part 1

How did that portal open again? There will likely be an answer to this question in the next part. But for now, keep reading and see where the story takes you. Is it one of Discord's tricks? Or was the portal forced open by a strong magical power?
And if so, how will Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon react upon arriving in Equestria? Also there will be a good chance that they will meet their pony counterparts in this new world.

Awakening In Another World

When she finally woke up, Diamond Tiara felt a little heavy-headed and woozy, but that didn't stop her from getting onto her feet and looking around the place. First of all, she had noticed that she was still human, and second of all there wasn't another human being for miles around besides Silver Spoon, who was still unconscious.

"Silvs, get up." Diamond said as she shook her sleeping friend a little in an attempt to wake her up.

"Hu-wha? No thanks Ms Cheerilee, i'd love to perform in the talent show but, i'm a little behind on my studies, you understand." Said a sleeping Silver Spoon as she resumed her snoring.

"SILVER!!!!" Diamond shouted in her ear, causing her friend to shoot up and slap her ears shut a few times to get the ringing out.

"Jesus, Diamond Tiara." She said as she was rubbing her head, "Is it morning already?"

"It doesn't matter now, Silver. But what does matter is one important question, where are we?"

"Well it doesn't look like any town i've ever been to before." Silver said as she started to look back at the portal which they had just fallen through, "But i think Twilight was right about being from another world."

"Well, we should probably look around the place and find some food, there doesn't seem to be any restaurants or malls nearby." Diamond Tiara said as she looked out the window and gazed on the magnificent Crystal Empire.

"Seems like we're in a castle of some sort." Silver said as she joined her on the windowsill, "All the buildings below us look like houses and businesses to me."

"Well, let's see what we've got here." Diamond said as she burst through the double doors into the crystal hallways, before being stopped by a white stallion and a pink mare.

"Two questions." The unicorn stallion said as his horn started to glow vigorously, "One, what are you doing in the Crystal Empire. Two, are you planning to destroy it alongside the Changelings?!"

"You'd better answer him." The purple mare said, "Shining Armour can get very insistive."

"Alright then. One, I fell through the portal and landed here unconscious. Two, I don't know what the hell Changelings are. And three, i know you two." Diamond said as she looked at both of them.

"Diamond..." Silver said from the portal room, "What do you see?"

"I see, crystalline walls, floors and ceilings. And just in front of me is what appears to be our PHSE teacher and our town's police chief if they were ponies."

"Shining Armour and Mrs Cadence? They're here too?" Silver said as she poked her head out of the room and looked at the two ponies. They were half the size of the two teenage girls, but they had noticed that Cadence had both wings and a horn, "OMG, they look adorable!"

"Ooookay, this is weird." Cadence said as she noticed that the human Silver Spoon was hugging her tightly.

"Who are you two anyway?" Shining Armour said as Silver stopped hugging and stood next to Diamond once more.

"My name is Diamond Dazzle Tiara, and this is my friend Silver Spoon." She said as she raised her head towards the roof.

"We're both honorary students at Canterlot High School, highest grades in the class and both 17 years of age." Silver finished their introduction.

"Wait a second." Cadence said as she took every word into account, "You're from the other world that Twilight entered a few months back?"

"Well, of course." Diamond said as she kneeled down to look into their eyes, "How is Twilight nowadays? Cause i haven't seen her since the Fall Formal."

"She's doing well. She's just graduated from Princess Celestia's private studies on friendship. But now she's wrapped around this weird diamond-shaped box with six locks, which are no doubt for six keys which are hidden all across Equestria." Shining Armour said as he made eye contact with them

"She hasn't stopped for a visit in over 9 months, i'm starting to get worried that she's obsessed over this little box and its six locks." Cadence said as she walked out onto a nearby balcony.

"Back up a second here." Silver said, "PRINCESS Celestia? How is that possible?"

"Do you have a Celestia in your world?" Shining Armour asked as he started to notice their expressions.

"We do have a Celestia in our world. But she's a mere principal." Diamond said.

"Now then, you said Celestia is a princess, so i'm guessing you're all ruled by a queen, right?" Silver asked.

"We don't have a queen at the moment, and Celestia really isn't interested in climbing the corporate ladder, if you know what i mean." Cadence said once she stepped back indoors.

"Oh."

"Don't you think she gets lonely all by herself on the throne?"

"Well not at all actually, she's got her sister, Princess Luna to keep her company."

"Luna's a princess as well? This is one crazy world." Diamond said as they started walking down the corridors to the front door.

"So Luna's your principal as well?" Cadence asked.

"VICE principal to be exact." Silver explained, "Celestia and Luna control everyone in the whole school. They've been able to regain order and power over us after Sunset Shimmer was struck down by Twilight and Friends a few months back."

"Struck down?!"

"It's a long story."

"Well if you're from the human world, there's no doubt that you'll want to get back home soon." Shining Armour explained as he walked them towards the station.

"We tried to go back through the portal to our world, but it just sealed itself the moment we awoke. Believe me, i tried." Diamond said as he watched Shining Armour get two tickets from the counter, "Wait, what are you doing with those tickets?"

"I'm gonna get you two to Ponyville." Shining Armour said as he hoofed them the tickets, "Once you're there, just look for Princess Twilight Sparkle. No doubt she'll know how to get you back home where you belong."

"Let me guess, it's full of ponies like you and Cadence?" Silver asked.

"Exactly. Just be aware that there are really only three kinds of ponies that you'll remember. Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and Unicorns. And if you're wondering about my wife Cadence, she's what we call an Alicorn Princess. I'm Sure Twilight could tell you a little more once you get there."

"ALL ABOARD FOR PONYVILLE!!!" Bellowed the conductor on the platform.

"I gotta go, that's our ride." Diamond said as she handed the tickets to the conductor, "We'll be back soon OK?"

"Just a quick heads up to you girls, you'll probably not be accustomed to pony lifestyles and traditions." Shining Armour said as Diamond and Silver climbed on board the train, "Remember, just find Twilight whenever you want to get home."

Once they got on the train, they took their seats and looked out the window as the Empire looked like a white blip on the horizon.

"These ponies could have at least sprung for extra tall train cabins." Diamond said as she decided to lean back so that her hair wasn't brushing on the roof of the train car.

"Not accustomed to pony lifestyles and traditions?" Silver pondered to herself, "What does that mean?"

"In addition, we saw Cadence and Shining Armour as ponies here." Diamond said to her, "Does that mean there are ponies of us as well?"

"To be honest, i don't really know."

"Well, i guess we're going to find out soon enough."

End Of Part 2

Diamond and Silver are headed towards Ponyville in the next chapter. But what will they think about the town and its citizens? Also how will Diamond and Silver react to their pony counterparts? And in addition, how will the ponies react to the human counterparts? All will be revealed in due time.

Arrival In Ponyville

As the train stopped in Ponyville, Diamond and Silver were the first to leave. They had already noticed the hustle and bustle of the pony-filled streets, and decided that this was more of a city than its rustic style buildings would show for it.

"Hi, i'm looking for Twilight Sparkle. Have you seen her anywhere?" Diamond asked a green unicorn with lighter green hair.

"Oh, my, god. ARE THOSE HANDS!?!?!?" The unicorn said with excitement in her face, "All those years, i thought they were just a myth but here they are. Hands, actual living human hands!!!"

"Uh, alright. We've fantasized over my hands for long enough now." Diamond said to the unicorn who just had her mouth dropped in awe, "Do you know where Twilight is?"

"Please, don't go!" The unicorn said as she wrapped her hooves around Diamond's left leg, "Just let me rub my head against your beautiful handy palms."

"Eew, get away from me!" Diamond said as she broke free of the unicorn's clutches, "Some help you are, i'm gonna go look for someone else."

"Excuse me could you-" Silver said as she was trying to grab the attention of at least one pony in town, "Could you please dire- Uurrgh. Do you know where i can find Princess Twi-"

"Ooowwowowowow." Said an orange pegasus that was uncomfortably close to Silver's right leg, "What did you do that for?"

"Omigosh, i'm so sorry about that, little pony." Silver said as she kneeled down to the foot high pegasus and rubbed the pain out, with her thumbs, "It's just so crowded in this town and i happen to be in a rush here.

"It's alright, miss." The pegasus said, "I've handled worse, waterfalls to name one of them. Wait a minute, don't i know you from somewhere?"

"I'm pretty sure you don't."

"Actually, you look a lot like a filly in my class called Silver Spoon. Only you look less ponylike and act more civilized than her anyways."

"Silvs, surely you know how to talk to these ponies right?" Diamond asked as she continuously dodged a leaping green unicorn.

"And that thing looks a lot like Diamond Tiara over there, only this one isn't hellbent on causing havok."

"Scootaloo!" Said another voice in the distance. It belonged to a white unicorn with curled pink and purple hair. She was also accompanied by a yellow earth pony with a ridiculously sized bow in her red hair, "What are you doing out here? You know Ms Cheerilee doesn't like you ducking out of class without an excuse."

"Hey, i know you three." Diamond said as she finally managed to outrun and hide from the green unicorn, who eventually gave up her search, "You're Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo right?"

"Y-yeah...." Applebloom said as she was quite stunned and trying to piece together the appropriate phrase to use, "How'd you know about us?"

"Whenever we try to study in the library back at Canterlot High, you just happen to show up and see how your Music Videos are coming along, not that i don't appreciate your styles, or try to insult you in anyway, but i think i stand for Ms Cheerilee and all the other students in my school, to tell you to check your vids out in the computer hall like most teenage kids do."

"What the heck are you talking about?" Sweetie Belle decided to ask first.

"Oh, i guess you're not familiar with the human world, or it's workings yet." Diamond started, "Ahem, you see-"

She was cut off by shrill laughter from the distance, followed by two similar looking ponies advancing in on them.

"Oh boy, here we go again." Applebloom said as she let out an exasperated sigh.

"Hello, Applebloom." The pink one said.

"Hello, Diamond." Applebloom replied.

"And who or what are those two?" Diamond's pony form said as it gazed upon the human DT and SS, "And why do they look strangely familiar?"

"Ah-" She was cut off by the human Silver Spoon.

"You want to know who we are?" Human Silver said, "That's too bad, daddy said never speak to strangers."

"Strangers?!" The pony Silver said, "I am no stranger you incompetent, uh, thing! I am Silver Spoon, the highest grades in Ms Cheerilee's class of 2012, and B.F.F Of Diamond Tiara here."

"No. We're Diamond Tiara and Siler Spoon, and you two haven't acted like us since Kindergarten." Human Diamond said as she kneeled down towards the two fillies.

"WHAT?!?!" Said the pink filly in a fit of rage, "I'll have you know that i have always acted like this for as long as time has stood."

"Really, that's like what, 2 years?" Human Diamond said.

"Yeah, you tell em, new DT!" Scootaloo said in the background as she watch the conflict string back and forth.

"Oh, that's it! There's no room for sorry now!" the pink filly said as she leapt up towards her human double with her hoof pulled back, ready to deliver a punch of some sort.

Human Diamond simply caught the filly's punch and pulled her closer to her face, "Don't be reckless, Do you really want to end up like Sunset Shimmer?"

"Sunset who now?" The filly asked as human Diamond reached into her pocket and pulled out a phone in a pink diamond encrusted sleeve.

"Watch carefully."

"You see that, Pony Me?" Diamond Tiara asked her pony counterpart, "If you and your friend keep up your current attitude, you'll be beyond help, and your own people will want to rip you to pieces."

"What was that?" Pony Silver asked in horror after Human Diamond put her phone back in her pocket.

"That is where your petty snobbish behaviour is going to get you two." Human Silver said once Pony Diamond was violently thrown back down onto the ground, "Straighten up, fly right, break your voices like us. And leave these three alone!"

"Get out of here." Human Diamond said after shooting death glares at the two now terrified kids, "And don't even bother coming back!!!"

Once hearing those words, the two children took off into a deeper part of town, not even thinking to look back. Once they had vanished from their sights altogether, Human Diamond and Silver turned to face the CMC.

"Whoa." Scootaloo gasped, "That, was, AWESOME!!!! I've never seen anyone handle those two like that before."

"I agree with her." Sweetie Belle said, "The Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon here are notorious little hellraisers."

"So wait a second here." Applebloom asked the two humans, "If you're really Diamond and Silver from another world, why didn't want to make fun of us?"

"We were intending to try and rule over our school like those two back there. But after seeing that demon on the night of the Fall Formal, we just decided to scrap the idea completely." Human Diamond said as she kneeled down towards the three fillies.

"After all, why hate and be hated, when you can love and be loved?" Human Silver said.

"I'm glad to know you two think that." Scootaloo said, "Because the DT and SS of this world never listen to anything anyone says. They claim that it's everypony for themselves in this world, and that only the rich survive."

"So what are things like in the human world then?" Sweetie Belle asked, "Are there really copies of us as well?"

"Yeah, you could say that." Diamond said as she saw a smile creeping onto Sweetie Belle's face.

"You know there's something i've been trying to figure out since i got here." Silver said as she started to rub her chin in a thinking kind of style.

"What is it?" Applebloom asked.

"Why does everypony in this world have tattoos on their butts?"

"Oh, those aren't tattoos. Those are called Cutie Marks." Scootaloo answered, "You see when a pony discovers their special talent, it's displayed on their flanks for all to see.

"Most ponies have Cutie Marks that look a lot like their names, but there are someponies whose Cutie Marks don't look like their names at all."

"I don't get it." Human Diamond said as she kneeled in closer on the three kids.

"Ah'll make things easier for you." Applebloom said as she pointed to two weird looking ponies over there, "Ya see Snips and Snails over there?"

"Oh, you mean the demon's lackeys?" Silver asked, "They seemed to follow Sunset Shimmer to the bitter end during the election for Princess Of The Fall Formal."

"Y-Yeah, so ya see their Cutie Marks look exactly like their names right?" Applebloom said as she pointed at their cutie marks.

"Yeah, go on." Human Silver said as she adjusted her glasses.

"Now take Pinkie Pie over there." Scootaloo burst out as she pointed at the pink mare, who was trying to get out of a vase she had accidentally cannonballed into, "Her Cutie Mark is balloons right?"

"Pinkie Pie." Diamond said, "Something about her intrigues me. Other than the fact that she helped Twilight strike down that demon i showed you, there's something else about her that's even more interesting than i thought. Anyway, continue."

"Pinkie Pie's Cutie Mark looks like three balloons, because it represents her upbeat attitude and her expertise at throwing parties all the time." Applebloom said, "There are a few other ponies with weird looking Cutie Marks as well, Dr Colgate, Rarity, Spitfire, and Trixie to name a few."

"I've noticed that you three haven't got cutie marks yet, is there any reason for that?" Human Diamond said as she quickly looked at their markless butts.

"Yeah about that." Sweetie Belle said, "Ponies without Cutie Marks are often called-"

"BLANK FLANKS!!!!" Said the pony DT and SS as the appeared from behind a tree laughing like maniacs. Only to be grabbed by the necks by their human doubles, who at this point were looking quite angry now.

"What are you two still doing here?!" Said an angry human Diamond Tiara, "Haven't you two heard the words? GET LOST!!!!"

Then both human DT and SS dropped their miniscule pony counterparts and kicked them in the butts really hard, sending them flying into the distance like the footballs that Human Rainbow Dash practiced with every morning. As the two ponies were launched into the distance, Pony Diamond said, "It was worth iiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttttt!"

"I'm sorry about that Sweetie Belle, now then, what were you saying?"

"We haven't found our special talents yet, even though we've tried everything possibly try-able by ponykind."

"Whatever we try to do to earn a Cutie Mark, it always doesn't end well." Scootaloo said.

"Everypony in class thinks we're talentless klutzes with no hope of being talented at anything." Sweetie Belle said as she hung her head in shame, "That's probably the reason why those two pick on us so much."

"Oh come on, what else have they done to you, other than being kids who think words speak louder than actions?" Human Silver said.

The talk went on for minutes and minutes, mainly chronicling the many times that the CMC have clashed with Pony Diamond and Pony Silver.

"And then there was that time where they took mah cousin Babs and used her against us." Applebloom said before she was cut off by Human Diamond.

"Babs? As in Babs Seed? That exchange student from Brooklyn?" She asked as she leaned closer towards her.

"Yeah, she was also a blank flank like us." Applebloom started, "When those two overheard that we were gonna recruit her, they thought of it as an opportunity to make life a living hell for us."

"How did that go?"

"Basically, we lost her to them and had to endure countless acts of child abuse whilst singing a song about it. But in the end, we saved her life and she decided to join us after all."

"Where is she now?" Human Silver asked.

"She's back in Manehatten, recruiting more crusaders to hers and our cause." Scootaloo said as the two humans got back up onto their feet.

"You know what, this world might not be so bad, if i know that there are ponies looking out for each other." Human Diamond said.

"Yeah, and if those little kids that look like us try to mess with the CMC again, we'll have to really knock some sense into them." Human Silver said just before her stomach started growling, "But first, i'm gonna need to have something to eat, being a human in a pony world can really take its toll.

"If'n ya'll are hungry, ah know just the place." Applebloom said as she lead them into the distance.

Meanwhile from the bushes on the road, the pony DT and SS were spying on the human doubles closely.

"Who are these two anyway? Just going around, pretending to be like us, It won't stand in the slightest!" Pony Diamond said as she looked over to Pony Silver.

"But what in the world are we supposed to do about it?" Pony Silver said, "i mean those two kicked us all the way to Canterlot with their tremendous statures and physical strength."

"Then we'll just have to find some way to get them out of the picture for good." Pony Diamond said as she watched them nearing Sweet Apple Acres, "And i think i know just how."

End Of Part 3

Well, that was unexpected. It turns out that this Human Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon aren't as cruel as the pony ones, dont'cha think? So they're gonna meet the Mane 6 soon, But that leaves this one question. How will Twilight and Friends react, when they find out that two humans have wound up in Equestria, with no physical changes whatsoever? Only time will tell.

A Brief Layover At Sweet Apple Acres

As the five girls neared the top of the hill, they saw a massive red barn-like structure with an expansive farm/orchard surrounding it. Once they came through the arch-like entrance, Human Diamond and Silver were quick to notice a lot of farm-like features, such as little pens, coops and even hutches, no doubt for other animals that came to the farm once in a while.

"Here we are, Sweet Apple Acres, finest apple orchard in Ponyville and mah humble home." Applebloom said in her best presenting voice.

"Diamond, i gotta ask you something." Human Silver said as she turned to face her partner.

"Alright then, ask away." She responded.

"I mean it's nice to be offered some food, but i'm not too popular with apples. After all, that apple cider last night did not go down well with me."

"Well you were kind of asking for it when you tried adding THAT much oregano to it." She said as she gestured the amount of the spice that Silver used with her hands.

"How can i help it? I love the sweet smell it gives off when it's used in food."

"Look, i know that you're not really a fan of apples right now, but think about this. Do ponies eat meat?"

"I guess not."

"Of course they don't so this is all we've got, and as long as it's food, i don't really care what it is or where it comes from." Human Diamond said as her stomach started growling now as well, "Speaking of which, girls. i'd like to try something nice. What have you got?"

"Well, we've got a wide variety of apple dishes on the menu today." Applebloom started as she pulled down a pull-down screen from out of nowhere, "Such as: Apple Pies, Apple Fritters, Caramel Apples, Apple Fries....."

This list went on and on, for god knows how long, until she finally stopped with, "....And Zap Apple Toast."

"Zap Apples?" Human Silver asked as she finally got up from the hay bale that she was sitting on, "Never heard of those before."

"Oh, you don't have em in your world?"

"Unfortunately, no. So i'm actually quite intrigued on this new breed of apple that's come to my attention." Human Diamond said as she got up as well, "I think i'll have some Zap Apple Toast if that's ok with you."

"Me too, i'm well known for trying new tastes in my family, it's a little break from my usual hobby as a jeweler." Human Silver said as well, "I'll go for some Zap Apple Toast as well."

"Alrighty then, two orders of Zap Apple Toast comin' right up." Applebloom said as she dashed into the kitchen and got to work on finding the Zap Apple Jam that she had been saving and some toast to spread it on. Once she had finished spreading the jam, she carefully loaded the toast onto some plates, and then carefully balanced those plates onto a little tray, and then carefully balanced that tray to a table where Human Diamond and Human Silver were sitting, "Here ya go, Zap Apple Toast, compliments of the Apple Family."

Human Diamond was the first to try the toast that was presented to her. She carefully lifted the toast off of its plate and took a bite. She chewed with her mouth closed, as a reformed teenage girl would, and her eyes lit up with excitement once she swallowed.

"Silvs?" She said once she turned back to face her friend, "I think i'm in love, with this toast."

"Really? It's that good?" She responded as she picked up her slice of the jammed toast and took a bite. Once she swallowed it, she decided to follow suit and agree with Diamond as well, "Oh my god, this is perfect!"

"Yah really like it?" Applebloom asked as she saw the signs of approval starting to show from the two satisfied girls.

"I love it! I can't believe i've never heard of these before." Human Silver said as she came closer to Applebloom, "How did you get these beautiful new apples?"

"Well, Zap Apples only grow during a certain period of time here in Equestria and have to undergo 5 days of Apple Family preparations before deemed fit for public consumption."

"Oh yeah and Pony Diamond seems to refuse that its these special apples that keep her father's business, Barnyard Bargains open for business." Sweetie Belle butted in.

"Wow, she is one messed up kid." Human Diamond said as she took another bite of the toast she had.

"Applebloom!" A voice yelled from the distance, although its speaker wasn't seen straight away, Human Diamond and Human Silver quickly deduced that the voice was Applejack's. And they were right, as soon as they saw the orange coated cowpony climbing the hill towards the barn, "Ah can't believe yah skipped school fer even one day. Where's your pride missy?"

"Ah'm sorry, Applejack, it's just that, Scootaloo decided to duck out today and we were only trying to get her back to class. But when we found her, we met these two right here and they were getting pretty hungry." Applebloom said as she decided to spill the beans.

"Ya know Ms Cheerilee is gonna have to put you three in detention fer this little mistake right?"

"Ah know Applejack, we're sorry.""

"In all honesty, it wasn't their fault. They did have a run-in with the pony versions of us and we had to take decisive action and stand up for them." Human Diamond said as she showed herself to the blonde mare.

"What.... the hay..... ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE?!" Applejack said in fright once she saw the two humans in front of her eyes.

"Calm down, Applejack. Or Pony Applejack as it looks like from this angle." Human Silver said as soon as she saw the mare starting to freak out, "Everything's fine."

"Hold on, who are ya anyways?" Applejack asked as soon as she started to calm down a little, "And how come ah've never seen anyone like you walking on two legs before?"

"Oh, you've never seen a human before in this world, i'm guessing."

"Ah guess not." She said as she facehoofed, "I can't believe Twilight was right. I was a darn fool for not believin in her fantasies. Now then, you two, who are ya'll?"

"My name is Diamond Tiara and this is my friend Silver Spoon." She said as she introduced herself, "And before you ask, we're nothing like the pony doubles you've seen before, we've changed our ways ever since the Fall Formal."

"What they're trying to say Applejack, is that they're not evil like the Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon we always meet in school-" Applebloom said as she was then cut off by Scootaloo.

"In fact they stood up for us in town today, by literally kicking those two all the way to Canterlot Castle. It was so cool!"

"Really now." Applejack responded as talking subsided, "And just how the hay did they get here, ah have to ask. Ah mean, the portal was sealed off for 30 moons according to Celestia and Luna."

"Not even we know how it re-opened." Human Silver said, "It just happened and here we are in your world, surprisingly still as humans."

"All we know is that our goal is to find Princess Twilight Sparkle and ask her on how to get back home." Human Diamond said, "I trust you've heard of her, right?"

"Of course ah know Twilight." She said with a brighter facial expression growing, "Twilight and ah have been close friends ever since the defeat of Nightmare Moon!"

"Nightmare Moon?" Human Silver asked once she heard the name uttered to her for the very first time, "Who was that?"

"Trust me, it's a REALLY long story."

"So if you know Twilight, would it be alright if we go and see her?" Human Diamond asked.

"I don't see why not." She said as she pointed to a large tree in town, "That there's the Golden Oaks Library, No doubt that Twilight will be working her flank off in there with Spike."

"Alright then, Golden Oaks Library, thanks for the directions." Human Silver said as she scribbled the name of the building onto a notebook in her pocket, but just to be safe she put in brackets, Giant Tree, "We should get going, it was nice to see you all."

"We'll be back soon," Human Diamond said as she started to chase Human Silver down the hill towards town.

"Now as fer you, Applebloom. Ah believe you know the punishment for ducking out of school." Applejack said as she took out a jockey whip from the shed. All the crusaders could do was give out simultaneous gulps as she came closer and closer to them.

"This potion is sure to destroy those two." Pony Diamond asked as she was studying a potion book carefully in her father's ktichen. Most of it was full of pots and pans like any normal kitchen, but Pony Diamond had added some potion vials on a rack and had a little pot on a stove with all kinds of weird reagents being added to it, "Silver. Are things OK on your end?"

"All the ingredients are at full life but only for a few moments, if you want this potion at maximum effect, we're gonna have to move fast." Pony Silver said as she was examining each reagent very carefully with a magnifying lens.

"OK, now for the final ingredient in our little drink." Pony Diamond said as she pulled out some glowing black flowers from her saddlebag and hoofed them over to Pony Silver.

"Eternias?" She said as she looked at the flowers with a mix of horror and recognition, "Diamond Tiara, are you sure we're not going too far this time?"

"No." She said as she was already mashing up the flowers and sprinkling their essence into the potion which now glowed a pillar of pure black, "Now we're going too far. But i don't even care anymore. I'll go to any distance to get my heart's desire and right now, my heart wants those two freaks out of Equestria for good!"

"For once i don't think i want to go through with this." Pony Silver said as she watched Pony Diamond pouring the potion into two separate vials.

"Listen , Silver. Do you know why i sided with you?" She said as she looked into her eyes very deeply, "I wanted to show you just how powerful my type of people can be, once ponies start to notice our attitudes being kicked around by some alien humans from another world, they'll start to notice that we're just kids. Do you want to be weak? well? DO YOU?!"

"I guess not." She said as she really didn't have a choice in the manner. The one thing evil about Pony Diamond, is that she is very convincing.

"Exactly." She said as she hoofed her a vial of the black potion. Once they both downed their potions in split seconds Pony Diamond said, "You want to play us, human copies? Well then you're gonna have to deal with the best of the best!"

And once her little monologue transpired, the two ponies were wrapped in little black cocoons. Inside, they were losing their pony features and gaining human features, such as hands, fingers and toes, longer legs and arms, shorter mouths (Which they didn't really care about) and new clothes that fitted their new bodies.

Once the cocoons shattered, there were two little human girls starting to stand up. They both wore the same clothes, only in different colours, their hair looked a little different in design, and they were both wearing little pink and grey boots with jewelry encrusted on them.

"Whoa." Pony Human Diamond said as she immediately started to struggle at walking on two legs, "This is very weird."

"How do those two manage to do it?" Pony Human Silver said as she was balancing herself on a nearby table, "It's like trying to do the tightrope with no back legs to support you."

They both tried walking a few laps around the table to get the balance and speed changes right, and then they tried flexing their newfound fingers.

"That's a nice touch." Pony Human Silver said as she picked up a nearby apple with her new thumbs and crushed it in her hand.

"Now then." Pony Human Diamond said as she picked up her trademark Tiara and attached it to the top of her new head, "Let's pay ourselves a little visit!"

End Of Part 4

This is definetly taking a weird turn wouldn't you say? So Pony Diamond and Pony Silver are humans as well. But i gave them different appearances in their transformation scene so that you can tell the two DTs and SSs apart. So as the Real Human Diamond and the Real Human Silver head towards' Twilight's house, the Pony Humans are starting to close in for a little revenge. How do you think the real human girls are going to react to seeing the fake human girls when they meet again? Read on and all will be revealed.

An Audience With Princess Twilight

"This looks like the place." Human Silver said as soon as they came stopped in front of the tree shaped house.that was the Golden Oaks Library, " I just hope that it's not too late to get home."

Human Diamond knocked on the door a few times before a mare inside said, "Just a second!"

"Sounds like she really is busy." Human Diamond said as she waited at the door for an answer. After 10 seconds went by, the door opened revealing a purple coated alicorn with a pink stripe running through her plum coloured hair.

"Welcome to Golden Oaks." She began, eyes closed in pride as she led them in without even noticing their human appearance, "THE finest bookstore in Ponyville, second to none. What would you like to borrow to-"

"Hey, Twilight." Human Silver said as soon as Twilight finally opened her eyes. To this notion, the purple pony let out a deafening scream and started to fly up to the top floor.

"But how?" She asked the two humans, "The portal was sealed off for 30 moons. How did you get here?!"

"To be honest, i have no idea." Human Diamond began, "It just opened unexpectedly and here we are in Equestria. Now we're stuck here and Shining Armour sent us to find you to ask you on how to get us both back home."

"Wait, did you say, unexpectedly?" Twilight asked once she had calmed down a little and started making eye contact with the girls once more.

"Yep, i was just standing there, with my hand on the portal... and then BOOM! it opened, we fell threw it and here we are. Trapped in Equestria with no means of getting home."

"When we decided to look around the place, we were met with the pony versions of Shining Armour and Mrs Cadence." Human Silver picked up, "Shining Armour said that the only way to get home was that we ask you for advice on how to force the portal open again."

"Well you see that's kind of the problem." Twilight said with a dash of concern starting to creep in onto her face, "The portal only opens every 30 moons and is only open for three days before sealing itself again for another 30 moons. To you that means 2 and a half years no doubt. And so far, there's been no record of any magic powerful enough to force the portal open again. And even if some magic was to force it open again, it might not be for enough time and it could close if you try to step through it."

"You're saying we're stuck here for two and a half years?!" Human Diamond grimaced at the thought.

"I'm afraid so, girls." Twilight said after hanging her head in a little shame, "I've read every book in this library more than thrice and i haven't been able to find a strong enough spell to force the portal open again. Sorry if that worries you."

"Maybe your books aren't the only source of new spells for you to master, but i bet there are other books in this world that have the knowledge you need." Human Silver said once the idea came to mind.

"Twilight, are you gonna be much longer down there?" A voice said from the top floor that sounded vaguely familiar.

"Hang on a minute, i know that voice." Human Diamond said once she picked up the quote that was flung from the higher floor, "Spike? Is that you up there?"

"Twilight, you didn't tell me you had customers." Spike said as soon as he started walking downstairs, "You should always inform me if you have any business so that we can work together like a pony and an assist-"

"Hey, Spike." The two girls said in unison once they got a good glimpse of him.

"AAAAHHH!!!" Spike screamed as he bolted back up to the top of the stairs and decided to hide behind the post at the end of the handrail, "Twilight, what are two humans doing in Equestria?"

"Trust me, Spike, it's a VERY long story." She said as she levitated him onto her back with her magical aura.

"So, these are your true forms?" Human Silver said first once Spike had calmed down.

"Yeah, we were both born and raised on Equestria." Twilight began, "But by different families as you would say."

"Twilight was lucky enough to hatch me with a magical surge." Spike started, "I dedicated myself to her work ever since."

"So wait a minute." Human Diamond began, "If these are your real bodies, then how did you manage to get transformed into a human girl with her pet dog during your time at Canterlot High?"

"Seriously, i have no idea how that happened either." She responded, "And let me tell you, hands and two legs, are NOT my style in the slightest."

"But wait, if you came to our world as a shape-shifted human, why did we arrive in Equestria still as humans?" Human Silver asked.

"No idea, which is interesting because once i got back home, i became a pony again." Twilight stated, "And trust me, you would not have liked to be ponies in this world. Let's just say your pony counterparts have a reputation for causing trouble."

"Yeah, we know." Human Diamond started to speak, "We met them before we met you."

"Speaking of which, where are Pony Us right now?" Human Silver asked

Suddenly, they heard a massive crashing noise outside and heard someponies were screaming and running in panic.

"What in the name of Celestia is going on around here?" Twilight said once she opened the door and ran outside with the two humans.

"I knew we'd find you two here!" Pony Diamond said once her eyes met that of her real human counterpart.

"You've got to be kidding me." Was the only sentence that tumbled out of Human Diamond's mouth once she noticed that the two ponies were now human like them.

What a cliffhanger. No doubt that Pony Diamond is looking for revenge, but will she be able to deliver? Is the affects of Pony Diamond's potion reverse-able? And if so, will Twilight and friends ask her to take the counter-potion like kind horses, or will they force every last drop down their throats? I'm calling 50-2 odds on option 2 But just keep reading and find out.

Showdown In Town

Alright you two, drop the act!" Human Silver began as she was staring into the eyes of the ponies turned human, "There's only one Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon that deserve to exist and that's us!"

"On the contrary, Other Me" Pony Silver started once she smugly adjusted her glasses, "You shouldn't have come here to our world in the first place. YOU don't deserve to inhabit Equestria or any planet in this universe, same goes for your little friend over there."

"And just what is that supposed to mean, coming from an kid?!" Human Diamond retaliated, as if to defend her friend.

"Pot calling the kettle black i'd say." Pony Diamond started with that arrogance starting to show like it always does, "I mean what? How old are you exactly?"

"17!" They both said in unison with a lot of vigor growing on their faces.

"Children!" The two ponies said at once as soon as they heard the answer.

"You're not even full grown yet!" Pony Diamond began giggling, "Ergo, i don't have to take orders from some lowlife scum like you!" She now spoke with a mix of fury and smugness showing.

"Well it won't be long now!" Human Silver started once she had her arms outstretched as a shield to defend Human Diamond's feelings, "There's only 2 months until our birthdays! We we're born on the same day, don't ask why, it just happened."

"Meaning, in 2 more months, we'll hit the age of 18!" Human Diamond started once she started to shield Human Silver now, "And that means we'll be legal adults!" She said once she came closer to Pony Diamond and Silver and pinched their new human cheeks, an action the pony-humans did not enjoy in the slightest, "What about you? Just how old will you be on your next birthdays?"

"Why should we tell you?!" Pony Silver spoke once she freed her cheeks from the pinching fingers of Human Diamond.

"Since you've failed to provide an age for us, we have to assume you two are babies." Human Silver said once Human Diamond returned to her side.

"H-How dare you talk to the rich like that, you sick, twisted little, thing!" Pony Diamond spluttered once she took the insult like a dagger to the heart.

"And just what do you think you're gonna do then, huh? Come on? What are you going to do?!" Human Diamond said once her hands were scrunched up into fists and she took up a fighting stance.

"So it's a fight you want then, is it? Foolish kiddies." Pony Diamond started once she balanced her newfound human body and mirrored Human Diamond's stance and fists, "I was hoping i'd never have to be a physical bully, but you've both forced my hoo- i mean hands!" And with that last remark, Pony Diamond charged towards Human Diamond with her fists ready to deliver a series of left and right hooks.

Once she got close enough to her, Human Diamond performed an impressive backflip, kicking Pony Diamond in the face and bridging some distance between the two fighters, "Is that all you've got?! Pony Me?! IS IT?!?!" Once she finished talking, Human Diamond charged forward like a marathon sprinter, picked up Pony Diamond, and threw her into the walls of a nearby house, Pony Diamond was incredibly light, even as a human so to Human Diamond, it felt like picking up and hurling a rock.

"Aaarrrgghh, you're strong, Other Me, i'll give you that!" Pony Diamond said as soon as she picked herself up and glanced over to Human Silver, "But i don't think your Silver Spoon is of the same strength!" She said as soon as she charged towards Human Silver, only to get a left and right hook and a face kick by the grey skinned human.

"How did you do that?" Pony Silver asked as soon as she saw the severe combo that Pony Diamond received.

"Canterlot High has a Kickboxing after school club." Was all that she said once she turned to the pink humanoid-pony getting on her feet again, "You're looking at professional Black Belts and still wanting to fight? How miserable."

"Nopony calls me miserable!" Pony Silver said once she reached into a scabbard she had just revealed and pulled out a massive silver sword, "So you're good at melee, but what about swordplay?" She said as she was closing in towards an unarmed Human Diamond, only to get her sword's slash blocked by the exact same sword being brandished by Human Silver.

"I call it Silverfish!" Once she pushed Pony Silver's sword back and began to hack and slash wildly at the humanoid-pony's sword, causing a few dents and bumps, but no damage to the owner whatsoever.

Twilight had just noticed it now, but the sky had gone from morning blue to complete black, and not cartoon black where it looks purple. IT WAS COMPLETELY BLACK, PITCH I MIGHT ADD. As the fight progressed, a white aura was emanating from Human Diamond and Human Silver and a black aura possessed Pony Diamond and Pony Silver. As each attack came in quick succession, the world around her started to disorientate. The ground was covered in lava filled cracks, the black sky was raining meteors, and where there was a mountain in the distance, there was now a black hole.

"Alright, i can't take much more of this." Twilight said once she activated her horn aura, "The fighting needs to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and with that, she had completely stopped time around all four fighters and restored balance to Equestria, turning the sky blue again and fixing the lava cracks and black hole issues as well as the raining meteors. Once everything was back to normal, she lifted Pony Diamond and Pony Silver into the air and returned time back to normal for Human Diamond and Human Silver who had just now noticed that their last attacks were now hitting thin air.

"Why'd you stop the fight, Twilight?" Human Diamond was the first to ask, "I had her on the ropes."

"I'll explain to you both later." She said once she turned her attention towards Pony Diamond and Pony Silver, "As for you two, you've got some explaining to do!"

"I'll never talk to a horse like you!" Pony Diamond said as she was being levitated in mid-air, "You might as well throw us away right now!"

"Man, how do Applebloom and her friends put up with this every single day?" She asked herself before immediately regaining her composure and turning back towards the pony-humans, "Start talking, you two. Or i'll just have to get nasty on your flanks!"

"Just because you're a princess now, doesn't mean you have the guts to torture us!" Pony Silver said in a smug accent.

"You leave me no choice." Twilight said as she threw them on the ground and cast another spell. This one electrocuted them with near 1,000 volts, it wouldn't be enough to kill them, but it would give them severe burns.

"AAAAAARRRGGGGHHH. You miserable little unicorn, i don't have to take any crap from the likes of you!" Human Diamond said as she was being shocked by the thousand volt spell.

"How did you change yourselves into humans?" Twilight shouted, "Talk or i'll just have to increase the voltage to 10,000!"

"How do i know you're not bluffing!?" Pony Silver began before being cut off by the purple unicorn.

"Are you girls prepared to take the risk?" Human Diamond said as soon as they saw the filly humans being tortured by electricity.

"Yes." They both said before the human teenagers gestured towards Twilight.

Sure enough, the voltage was already increasing, and they could feel more pain coming every millisecond they spent in the spell's electric aura.

"NO!!!" Pony Diamond said as soon as the voltage hit 3,750, "We stole a potion recipe from Zecora's house a few months back." Pony Diamond started, "It was called Mental Picture. We followed the rules carefully and made sure to get a good image of two human girls in our heads. Sure enough the potion was a successful one and we became the humans you see today. But we knew it wouldn't be permanent so we added Eternias to make the potion's effects last forever. Please don't kill us, we we're only doing what we were born and raised to do." She started to cry on the last words.

Upon hearing this confession, Twilight deactivated the spell and released Pony Diamond and Pony Silver from the auras, "Thank you, you've been VERY co-operative." She said as she opened up portals to their bedrooms, "Now then, you should probably head home, you're gonna feel very tired in three seconds."

The pony humans said nothing and instead vanished through the portals, back onto their comfy beds. Once the portals closed, Twilight led the two humans back inside the Golden Oaks Library and shut the door behind her, "Now then, where were we?"

I just decided to make a little fight scene with the two Diamond Tiaras and Silver Spoons, because i damn well wanted to teach those bitch fillies a lesson they'd never forget: DON'T FUCK WITH PROTAGONISTS!!!. So the potion does not wear off, according to this chapter. i might make a subplot with Twilight, Human Diamond and Human Silver creating the counter potion, but just read on for now.

An Ambush In The Castle

"Ok, now that that's over with, I need to ask you both a vital question." Twilight said as Human Diamond and Silver took a seat on the bottom floor, "Did you two notice anything different about Ponyville during your little, conflict with your pony selves?"

"In all honesty, I wasn't really paying any attention to the battlefield around me." Human Diamond spoke to her, "I had one goal to achieve, making sure my evil pony self was taught a lesson she'd never forget!"

"Actually." Human Silver started this time as she raised her hand, "I did notice the sky had turned black and fiery whilst I was pushing back my evil pony's sword. Although it looked pretty scary at first, I quickly shrugged it off and focused on my target as well."

"What you two caused was a temporal abnormality." Twilight got all science-y on the two humans, "A slight change in the world's balance that can quickly escalate to the planet's detonation."

"Hold on, I'm confused here." Human Diamond stopped her, "What did we ever do to cause this event?"

"Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon of the human world. You and your pony selves are both the same life-form, if both your pony selves and your human bodies touch, that counts as a paradox. And a paradox quickly creates hundreds upon thousands of temporal abnormalities." Twilight explained, "If these paradoxes continue to occur, who knows what could happen?"

"I can guess." Silver stated as she knew what was coming next.

"It could not only corrupt the balance of both our worlds on a colossal, life-threatening scale. But it could also remove you and your pony selves from existence altogether."

"Corrupt?" Diamond asked as she heard each word carefully and precisely, and growing a face of worry as each word impacted her ears.

"When I came to your world a few months back, Celestia only allowed me and Spike to travel there. It was for the best however, there were human doubles of all my friends there. and I assumed that if my pony friends came with me, it would cause temporal havoc on more worlds than just Canterlot High and Equestria."

"So, how do we stop these paradoxes?" Diamond asked after Twilight had stopped explaining, "Hopefully it doesn't involve making up with our other selves."

"It's simple." Twilight began, "We need to get the portal open and get you two back home. Once balance is restored to both our worlds, things should start to settle down."

"Ok, we need to get the portal open, but so far we've come to the conclusion that Twilight hasn't read the book to force it open yet. What should we do?" Silver asked once the task was presented to them.

"Celestia's Castle or the library in Canterlot could house the book we need." Twilight told them as she conjured up some visual aids of the town and castle, "We need to find the a book that has anything to do with the portal and its' workings."

"I don't think that's really gonna be a good idea." Diamond said once they heard that they were gonna head out of town, "If the ponies of Equestria have never seen a human before, they might start to panic and worry. I don't want to see that."

"Don't worry, I'll clear up any suspicions with the townsponies, Celestia and/or Luna might not be surprised however. They know the human species well."

"Quick question, how do Celestia and Luna know about us?"

"It was Celestia and Luna as well as my sister Cadence who told me about the portal and gave me an in depth analysis once I got back from the 3rd day." Twilight told them both.

"When should we be off then?" Silver asked once Twilight had finished.

"We could go right now." Twilight said, "I'm not at all busy today and Spike can cover for me as long as we're out."

"But how? Spike's just a little... um... help me out here would ya, Twi?"

"In this world, he was born and raised as a baby dragon. Although he does act a lot more mature than his title depicts." Twilight began, "Don't judge him by his size, Spike has often been very useful at times."

"She's right, you know." Spike started, "Did she tell you of the return of the Crystal Empire yet? That was me that played a big part in that tale."

"Alright, Spike. we know you've been busy with your business, but i need you to hold down the fort while me, Diamond and Silver are out." Twilight stated the task to him.

"Don't worry, i've got this." Spike said as he slid down the banister before clumsily landing on his face at the end of it, "I'll be fine. thick scales after all."

"Now then, shall we?" Twilight walked the two human girls to the train station and got on board. It was a law in Equestria that all princesses and their friends ride for free. The train was similar to the one Diamond and Silver took from the Crystal Empire and just like before, they had to lean back to avoid scraping their heads on the roof. The train ride lasted roughly 10 minutes as the three girls ascended the mountainous tracks to reach the city.

Once they arrived in Canterlot, the two teens could not withhold their excitement any longer. They could tell from first glance that Canterlot was the classiest city in this new world, and their eyes were darting across fancy shop to fancy shop in mere seconds.

"Wow, i've never seen so much elegance packed into one little city." Diamond started once she calmed down a little, "How did you ponies manage to pull this off?"

Twilight chuckled a little, You didn't really think ponies were stupid animals did you?" She joked, "While most ponies were accustomed to farm work, a select few decided to take the higher-class route in life and thus, Canterlot was born."

"There's so much stuff to see and possibly do here." Human Silver said as she looked into each window with curiosity, "There's jewelry, clothing and high-class merchandising as far as the eye can see. I must have died and gone to heaven!"

"Focus, Silver." Twilight told her, "We need to find that book in the library before-"

Before she could continue, Human Silver was ensnared in a magical aura and levitated off the ground. It wasn't long before the same yellow aura wrapped itself around Human Diamond and sent the two off of the ground.

"Twilight." A familiar figure explained as she blocked her light. Twilight needed only to see the multicoloured flowing mane to know who it was. It was Celestia, and she didn't look very pleasant, "Would you care to explain to me what two humans are doing in Equestria?"

"Trust me, Princess Celestia, it's a very long story." Twilight said as the two humans were carried against their will to the throne room in Celestia's aura, with Twilight following close behind.

"I don't understand." Diamond said as they went through a set of double doors in one corridor, "What does she want with us?"

"Celestia must have thought all humans have a darker side just waiting to be unleashed." Twilight said to her, "She believes that everyone in the human world has a demon form, and she's come to the conclusion that humans aren't to be trusted."

"So what are we supposed to do?!" Silver asked once the throne appeared through the next set of doors, "Just sit around twiddling our thumbs until she gives us the death penalty?"

"I swear to god, i don't even know why they made us do the renaissance last term." Diamond said to Silver once she stopped, "It just seems stupid and make-believe."

"Don't worry, you two." Twilight said as Celestia conjured a cage over them both, "I'm gonna get you both out of here, alive. But you just need to let me do the talking."

The guards sheathed their spears once the cage materialized and Celestia took a seat on the throne, her sister Luna doing so shortly after.

"I had hoped this day would never come." Celestia started to speak to her three guests, "I never thought humans could be deemed fit to exist in Equestria after i saw that, that thing from your travels."

"In all honesty, Celestia." Twilight started, "These two are actual humans. The only reason Sunset Shimmer took a darker form, was because she wasn't human to begin with, so it just seems logical that no other human has a darker side."

"Still, how they got here is important." Celestia said as she came closer to the two humans, looking a little enraged and suspicious, "Who are you? How did you get here? And who sent you? Was it Chrysalis? Sombra? Figures they would send a spy to extract information for themselves."

"I'm Diamond Tia-"

I DON'T WANT YOUR BACKSTORIES!!!" Celestia said, clearly consumed by rage and despair, "I WANT THE TRUTH!!! TELL ME HOW YOU BYPASSED THE SEALED PORTAL OR I WILL BE FORCED TO EXECUTE YOU BOTH!!!"

"Sealed portal?" Silver began, "We didn't even know it was a portal or when it was sealed in the first place."

"Just shut it, different flesh!" Celestia threatened them now, a motive she never used before in the past, "I will have no more of your stupid accusations or any other-"

"THE PORTAL OPENED BY ITSELF! WE FELL THROUGH IT BY ACCIDENT!!! WE DON'T HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS FROM YOU!!! PRINCIPAL!!!" Diamond snapped straight back, "AS LONG AS WE'RE OFF SCHOOL GROUNDS, YOU CAN'T EVEN LOOK AT US!!!"

This notion caused complete and utter silence. The only noises that could be heard was the slight mumbling of guards, getting ready to prepare the death penalty.

"Oh dear." Twilight said to the two girls, "Now you've torn it."

"What do you mean, torn it? Celestia's obviously acting like a jerk because she hasn't had any sleep at all, what with her princessy type stuff and her sun raising business. That's bullcrap! The sun doesn't need to be moved by one person, it as well as the moon, moves all by itself, not by some stuck up princess who think she knows it all and is only cosplaying as a princess to get some guilty pleasures out of being a school headmistress."

"No. No, not now!" Twilight said in shock as she noticed a dark aura emanating from Diamond as every word was pouring out of her mouth, "The paradoxes are multiplying and mutating rapidly!"

"What's going on?" Silver asked.

"The paradoxes are reaching the next stage of corruptibility." Twilight explained to Silver, "Since this Diamond Tiara isn't like the pony version, the paradoxical energy is balancing it out by corrupting her momentarily and completely altering her mood and personality."

"No-one talks to me, Princess Celestia like that!" Celestia said as she removed the cage, "I sentence you both, to death by fire!"

"What?!" Twilight yelped once Celestia subsided.

The two humans were quickly dragged away by armed guards, screaming for help as they went. The guards quickly found it to be unbearable and removed their mouths completely with a high power spell.

"Celestia, why did you have to do that?!" Twilight yelled at her, "They didn't do anything wrong!"

"Listen my dear." Her voice suddenly changed into a dark double-toned voice, "I can't let your plans get in the way of the Changelings' itinerary for Equestrian conquest."

"Changeling?!" Twilight said in shock and horror as the words quickly came back to her, "Identify yourself, Changeling!"

"Perhaps i've said too much." A pillar of pinkish light rose up around Fake Celestia, and quickly enough, her stolen body quickly disappeared, revealing an insectoid pony-like creature with black skin with holes. Its' wings and hair also had holes, surprisingly enough, but its' hairstyle was a different style and colour than the last Changeling commander that Twilight saw. This one's hair was pink and spiky, and its' tail was shaped like a pink lightning bolt. The eyes were fire red and its' mouth was bearing 4 fangs.

"Luna! Do something!" Twilight said to Luna, who was just sitting there, doing nothing.

"I'm afraid Luna cannot help you now." The Changeling said as all the fake guards quickly lost their skin and turned into Changeling Grunts, "You see, the bond between sisters is a very cherished bond. And cherished is a veritable gold mine for Changelings such as myself. It seemed foolish to pass up an opportunity to feast on such a strong bond."

"What do you want with Diamond and Silver?!" Twilight said angrily but kept her cool.

The large Changeling chuckled, "We initially had our sights set on destroying the Crystal Empire after what your sister did a few years back. But during a recon mission, one of our spies had found a mirror of archaic make and design. Even more surprising, was when two weird and tall creatures fell out of it and went with Shining Armour and Cadence. We changed our target to both of them for, how do you say it? Scientific research."

"Scientific?"

"These weird things have never been seen in Equestria before." Said the Changeling, "If we could tap into the secret of their power, we could not only take Equestria with ultimate power, but maybe even extend our reach to the things' world of origin."

"You'll never take over our worlds!" Twilight bulked up, "The real Celestia will find out about this and smite you all down!"

"Oh, Celestia?" The changeling joked before pointing her hoof up towards a green cocoon on the roof, "I think she already knows."

It wasn't long after she stopped before Twilight was blitzed by hundreds of Changeling Grunts, all of which restricting her movement and nullifying her horn's magic and her wings' feathers.

"Who are you?" Twilight said as she was being crushed on the floor by the hundreds of bug carapaces, "And i mean NAME this time, not species."

"That's right, know your enemy after all." The Changeling chuckled once more, "I am Commander Exordaks, General of the Changeling 3rd Division and right hand Changeling to Queen Chrysalis herself."

"At the very least don't hurt them." Twilight said in agony now, "They're just kids after all."

"Don't feel bad, Princess Twilight." Exordaks said as she motioned her Grunts to take Twilight away to their stronghold, "If it makes you feel any better, you'll soon be joining them."

The Grunts holding Twilight buzzed their wings vigorously and took Twilight out of the castle, through the roof. Twilight struggled and moved as much as she could to try and escape, but her sky was soon cut off by four more Grunts, all of which holding her down, preventing her movement.

"What are you gonna do?!" Twilight yelled to her captors.

"You're in no position to ask questions, you miserable little horse." One of the Grunts said back at her, "Just know that you and your little things will have a front row seat to the extermination of your kind!"

"This is in no physical way a good thing." Twilight thought to herself as the Grunts neared the Changeling Stronghold on the farthest outskirts of all pony towns.

Massive Plot Twist! Changelings are in this fic. So then, as the two humans and Twilight are being carried off to the fortress, they ponder these Questions: What are the Changelings going to do to them? And will they be going after humans as well? Actually, come to think about it. Humanized Changelings would actually be pretty badass. But just keep reading for now. This fic just got interesting!

Trapped In The Fortress

The Changeling Fortress was a lot more dark-skied and scarier than Twilight ever imagined once she was forcibly set down on her hooves. As she was force-walked by the Changeling Grunts, she quickly saw the castle's interior and shuddered in fear.

Most of the castle's interior was spiky and full of cocoons. As they reached each door, the grunts held Twilight down with a powerful combined spell before turning to the door and opening it by pressing their holey legs against the wall. It glowed dark green before rising into the hatch above and then coming back down again once the Grunts and Twilight had walked through it.

When they finally got to the throne room, Twilight saw a grim sight. On the audience bleachers around the throne, there were hundreds upon thousands of Grunts, all looking at Twilight with their horrific eyes. At the throne in the middle of the room, Queen Chrysalis was sitting quite relaxed as she saw Twilight being walked against her will towards the giant Changeling.

"Well, if it isn't Twilight." Chrysalis began after Twilight was thrown by her feet and held down by several more Grunts, "It's been a while since we last met on the field of battle."

"What are you planning to do with Diamond and Silver?!" Twilight said after her mouth was freed from the Grunts' grasp, only momentarily though.

"Don't worry about those two." Chrysalis started as she conjured up some visual aids showing Diamond and Silver locked in a dungeon-like room with scientific equipment all around it, "Soon you should start worrying about all of their kind!"

"As soon as we find a way to unlock their deepest powers, we'll be free to storm Equestria with brute force and ultimate power." Exordaks said as she appeared on a separate video screen conjured up by some Grunts.

"You'll never get anything out of us, Exordaks!" Twilight writhed in agony as the restraining Grunts pushed her tighter towards the other Grunts, who pushed back with the same power, as if trying to sandwich-tactic Twilight, "You'll all be struck down, one way or another!"

"Believe me, Twilight." Chrysalis started, "You and your friends will need a miracle to get out of here. Fat chance of that happening."

Exordaks' video screen quickly vanished, and Chrysalis motioned her grunts to remove Twilight from the audience chamber. She struggled the best she could, but the Grunts stopped her from moving at her own free will altogether and were walking her limbs for her, like a puppet master would walk one of his puppets.

"Oh and by the way." Chrysalis said just before Twilight left her sight, "Congratulations on becoming a princess."

Twilight was then forcibly walked down towards a lower part of the castle, where she saw hundreds upon thousands of cell bars in the many holes and secret alcoves. She quickly assumed this was a prison for ponies who got captured by Changeling forces.

As she was walked past some of the many prisoners, she saw such horrific sights. In a few chambers, the ponies were being whipped in... unpleasant areas, making deafening screams with each painful whip crack going by like a bullet through their skin. But it got worse and worse as she was being walked to her cell.

She saw some ponies having their blood drained dry by Grunts, she saw some being electrocuted to death with high power lightning spells and the worst of all, they were trapping ponies in rings of green fire, in the attempt to burn them alive. Most Grunts haven't mastered prisoner teleportation yet, so they just burn ponies alive instead.

The Grunts stopped once they reached Twilight's cell. They quickly took her by all four of her hooves and hurled her in like a baseball. She slammed on the concrete wall and felt a little dizzy once she touched the ground again.

"So long, Princess Twilight." One of the Grunts taunted as he shut the cell door with his magic, "Too bad you won't live to see the light of day again."

"Oh but don't feel downhearted." A second Grunt said as he quickly walked away from the cell with his other companions, "We've given you some friends. Consider it the one act of kindness you'll ever get from us."

Twilight quickly shook off her concussion and ran to the now closed gate. She tried shaking the gate and yelling for help, but it was futile. She had been captured, and her horn wasn't working anytime soon thanks to the green web around it. She then looked around her cell for anything useful, but nothing. The only thing she would make out in the darkness was two humans she knew too well.

"Diamond! Silver!" She said as she saw the two humans, lying unconscious by a crack in the concrete wall. She quickly galloped over to them and saw a red mark on both of their foreheads, "They must have been trying to break out of here." Twilight said to herself, "Good idea as well, but i think they underestimated the structural integrity of concrete here in Equestria."

Twilight then went over to a science table with beakers and bunsen burners all across the desk. She got to work using the reagents she found in a secret draw (disguised as some more concrete wall) and made a smelling salt and concussion medicine for the two humans.

"Looks like all those alchemy lessons from Zecora are starting to pay off." She said as she was mixing in the final reagents and then heating up her finished concoctions with a bunsen burner.

Once they were at the required temperature to be deemed fit for consumption, Twilight took the greyish smelling salt over to the two humans and wafted the smell around their noses. Sure enough, they came to, rubbing their heads in pain as a result of the concussion they got from trying to bust down the wall.

"Oh, man. It feels like Ciderfest 2013 all over again." Silver said once she started moving her lips again.

"Yeah, Big Mac. I'll take another dozen ciders to go please." Diamond said, feeling a little confused before shaking it off and realizing the wall was still intact.

"Oh, thank the stars you're both alright!" Twilight said once they heard her voice and turned to face her, "I was worried you had both fallen into a deep coma with all the power you were exerting against the wall."

"Twilight!" Silver said as she kneeled down and hugged her tightly, "I thought we'd lost you!"

"Oh what the heck." Diamond came closer and soon the three girls were wrapped in a group hug.

"I noticed you took quite a pounding whilst trying to break the wall." Twilight said as she could still feel the concussions using her own hooves, "Here, drink this. It should take away your headaches."

The two girls took the dark purple liquid and drank equal portions of it, sure enough, their concussions were a thing of the past.

"Ahhh." Silver sighed after finishing off her portion, "That calms the shakes."

"Now that we're back together, i need to ask a question." Diamond began, "What in the world are those things?!"

"I suppose i need to explain a lot of things to you two." Twilight sat down on a bench and started to tell them the truth, "The things that attacked us are called Changelings. They're insectoid creatures that can transform into anypony on Equestria and, with a little training, even become a perfect match of the person their mimicing, voice, hair, the whole 9 yards."

"Well that doesn't sound too bad-" Diamond was cut off at the end.

"There's more, Changelings feed on positive emotions and happiness." Twilight continued, "Love, strong friendships, any event that exhibits positive emotions. They take the form of one of the ponies in that group and capture the real pony. As they blend in with their fake friends, they start to sap away any and all power from the other ponies it affiliates itself with. And the more powerful the positivity is, the more powerful they get by consuming it."

"Imagine if those things find a way to get to Canterlot High." Silver was starting to worry as she envisioned what would be like, "It would be carnage on a cataclysmic scale with a side order of apocalypse and unavoidable doom!"

"Which is why we can't allow the Changelings to gain access to the Human World!" Twilight said, "We need to stop them, but first, getting out of here is the conundrum."

"We tried breaking down the walls with our sheer force." Diamond told her, "But we kinda... blacked out after 7 or 9 hits. Concrete is as strong as ever in this world."

"We made a small crack, but it's not enough to get us out of here." Silver finished explaining, "We're gonna need something silent, but also explosive to break the crack larger."

"If this stupid green web wasn't on my horn, I could blast us out." Twilight said as she tried rubbing her webbed horn with her hoof, "But the more i touch it, the larger it spreads."

"I think this would be a good time to use that emergency bug spray." Silver said as she reached into her pocket and pulled out a little aerosol can with a picture of a dying cockroach on it.

"Since when did you get miniature bug spray?" Diamond asked as Silver came closer to Twilight and begun spraying.

"Daddy went on a trip to the forests of Thailand a few months back." She saw the web was disintegrating at a moderate pace, "He and his crew got bombarded by dozens and dozens of insects during their time there, so he got me this bug spray when he got back home, just in case i ever went to someplace crawling with bugs someday."

"Almost there..." Twilight said as her horn was almost cleared from the webbing.

Finally, the last web vanished in the white mist and Twilight's horn was finally glowing again. She quickly dimmed it, in case any guards were nearby. There was none and she kept her voice to a whisper.

"Nice, now we can get out of here!" She said as she turned to face the crack, "Oh and as of now, it would be best to keep your voices down to whisper or silent." She advised.

"Why do you ask?" Silver asked.

"This is the Changeling Fortress, no doubt there'll be patrols in every corridor of this place. It would be best to keep your voices down and stick to the shadows."

Twilight then turned to the crack. She lit up her horn and fired a purple stream of energy at the crack. The crack was about to explode, but Twilight quickly placed a sound barrier over the cell bars, so that no guards could hear the deafening BANG!!! that came from the wall.

Where the crack was, there was now a gaping hole, large enough for all three girls to climb through and escape to freedom.

"Let's get moving." Diamond said as they walked through the crack into a carpeted corridor with dark green wall colour, "This place gives me the creeps just by looking at it."

"We're not out of the fire just yet, you two." Twilight quietly said to them as them moved quickly and quietly through a corridor, "As long as the Changelings have patrols in this castle, we'll need to stay quiet and be as stealthy as we can possibly be."

"Good thing i have my ninja outfits from Drama class." Diamond said as she pulled out a ridiculously folded black fabric which suddenly exploded into a black bodysuit, "An actress never leaves home without her costumes."

Silver quickly reached into her other pocket and pulled out a slightly larger, yet still folded (albeit poorly folded) black fabric which turned into a second black bodysuit. Once the two girls slipped into their black outfits, they moved with Twilight through the darkness once more.

"Hey, Twilight?" Silver quietly asked, "Don't you have a ninja suit?"

"Oh, i don't need a disguise. Not when i have magic on my side." Twilight cast another spell and she became invisible, save for her Cutie Mark, which was still in its' flank-like position, but still visible, so that the two girls didn't lose Twilight as they were escaping.

"Whoa." Both girls said as Twilight almost completely faded from their vision.

"I know, i get that a lot nowadays."

End Of Part 8

Prison Break coming in the next chapter, also i decided to make the Changelings seem darker than ever thought possible. I made them seem like brutal kidnappers and torturers here. I needed to see some darker stuff after seeing Canterlot Wedding Part 2. So, Diamond and Silver came prepared in this chapter. But will their escape be successful? Or will the Changelings find them in the darker parts of the fortress? It's still early days and anything could happen. Be ready for it.

Jailbreak

As the two girls and Twilight snuck across the corridors with little to no noise whatsoever. They came to a door at the end of the corridor. It was pretty tall and had a spiky frame around it. It was painted green and dark green and had two round handles near the bottom.

"We'd better be careful." Twilight said as she wrapped her hoof around one of the handles, "Doors as big as this have a tendency to squeak or rumble. Let's just hope there's nothing on the other side."

Twilight gently pulled the door towards her slowly, so as not to attract too much attention to herself and the two humans. She poked her head out and looked left and right, so as to verify that there weren't any Changeling Grunts on the other side or just coming down the corridors.

"OK, we're all clear." Twilight whispered as she escorted Diamond and Silver through the doors, making sure to quietly close the door behind her afterwards.

There was a split in the path when they got a good glimpse of the next corridors. One corridor going left, one going right and the last one, straight forward. Each path had a red carpet with spikes coming out of the edges and seemed to go on for the entirety of each corridor.

"Now which way do we go?" Silver asked as she looked down each path carefully.

"Since there's three of us, I reckon we should each cover one path, to make sure we all see what's going on." Diamond suggested.

"No! You never split up in a dark place like this." Silver warned her, "Haven't you seen the movies where the heroes split up?"

"Sure, things start to turn their way for once. They get a look down each path, and that's about it, I always get bored and change the channel at that part."

"They usually all wind up dead or worse!" Silver slightly raised her voice.

"Girls, be quiet!" Twilight started to shush them, "Do you want to alert the guards?!"

"No." Came from both girls together.

"Let's all take the middle corridor then." Twilight quietly led them down the corridor and saw another split at the end. Left and right were the options this time.

Silver and Diamond looked down each corridor once they got to the end of the first corridor.

"We're good here." Diamond said after turning from her investigation, "What have you got, Silvs?"

"Uuuhh..." She looked down her corridor and saw two Grunts walking towards the split, "I've got guards!"

"Shush!" Twilight pulled them both back and made them invisible as the guards got closer and closer.

"Did you hear that?" A Grunt said once he stopped at the split, "It sounded like ponies."

"Oh come on, Rygax." The other Grunt said, "You hear noises like this all the time. You probably need your ears cleaning."

"Oh, you're one to talk, Grexna!" Rygax said loudly before regaining his composure, "Besides, I smell something as well."

"You smell something?" Grexna asked him as he began to sniff, "Come to think about it, I smell something as well. Something, horse-like."

Rygax and Grexna moved closer and closer to the invisible girls before stopping and smelling a little more. They knew someone was here and needed to thoroughly examine the area.

"You think a prisoner escaped?" Grexna asked as he stopped right in front of the invisible princess and teenagers.

"Not likely." Rygax reassured hum, "The walls in the cells are concrete and the bars are adamantium. Nopony can escape their cells. And if we get a unicorn in the slammer, we make sure to disable their magic completely before locking it up."

"Do you think Exordaks knows where those two, um, things came from?" Grexna asked as he started to walk down the corridor, with Rygax in close pursuit.

"She said it will only be a matter of time." Rygax told him, "We already know they appeared in the Crystal Empire. So all we need to do is find the entrance to their world within the castle and then BOOM! We'll have some new stomping ground to conquer!"

"Yeah! Eat times!" Grexna said as his horn flashed in a pattern with Rygax's.

"It's dinner time already?" Rygax said as he and Grexna now rushed down the corridor, "Wow, time flies when you're plotting to rule the world."

Once the two Grunts were out of the corridor, Twilight removed the invisibility spell and stood the two human girls back up again.

"That was too close." Twilight said as they started to walk down the corridors again, "We're in luck. The Changelings are feasting, so there's no doubt the corridors will have less guards than before now. Maybe even none if we're lucky."

"Let's go right then." Diamond said once they saw the split again, "Since guards just came down from this one, there's no doubt that we'll have a clear line out of the castle."

"I hope you're right about this, Diamond." Silver said as she and Twilight ran down the corridor with her.

Meanwhile, Chrysalis and Exordaks were conversating via magical interface.

"How are you faring, Commander?" Chrysalis asked first once Exordaks took a seat on the throne, "I trust you have siphoned limitless power from Luna."

"I have 89 percent of her magic, in addition to my own. Soon I will amass enough power to bend the fabric of reality to my will." Exordaks told her queen, "How are you and Sefraxus faring on your research?"

"Sefraxus has spies over at the Crystal Empire, studying the portal's works carefully." Chrysalis started, "But from what he's learned, the portal is sealed off, and is on a set time limit to opening and closing. We're gonna need something powerful to force it open."

"Then it's a good thing you have me absorbing Luna's life force as well as her magic." Exordaks said in a smugly tone, "Just by thinking hard enough..." She concentrated her Changeling Magic and destroyed an entire row of mountains nearby the castle, "I can do that!"

"Hmmm, impressive. But we're gonna need more than that." Chrysalis stated to her second-in-command, "Absorb all of Luna's power and then head for the Crystal Empire, I will join you shortly."

"Very well then, Your Majesty." Exordaks bowed, "It will be done."

"And don't worry about Cadence and Shining Armour. I trust with your newfound level of magic, you'll be able to overpower them in mere split seconds." Chrysalis said before the magic video screen disappeared into nothingness.

"Your Majesty!" A frenzied Grunt rushed in and bowed once he was met with Chrysalis's gaze, "It's a dire emergency!"

"Well then, speak up, Nidrax!" She spoke to her grunt, "What's the problem?"

"Princess Twilight and those two, uum, things have escaped!!!" He said as he conjured up a screen showing the cell with a gaping hole in the wall.

"WHAT?! IMPOSSIBLE!!!" Chrysalis got up from her throne pretty quickly, "HOW?!"

"Those things are more complex than we thought." Nidrax said, "They must have used some weird magic to counter our own."

"Well, I'm not about to lose my key to complete and utter conquest!" She glowed her horn vigorously, "I want all guards to hide in the front door foyer! Don't attack until I greet them and give the order!"

There it is!" Diamond said as she pointed to a larger door at the bottom of the stairs, "That must be the front door! We're out of here!"

"This was far too easy, something must be up." Twilight said as she descended the stairs with her two humans.

"Whatever." Silver scoffed, "The important thing is, we're getting out of this horrible place!"

The three girls got closer and closer towards the door. But as soon as they were within touching distance, a white flash of light appeared and when it vanished, the door vanished completely and in its' place, stood Queen Chrysalis, looking a little peeved yet calm.

"Twilight, Diamond, Silver." She said to them all, causing them to jump back in surprise, "I'm afraid leaving is not an option you have."

Suddenly, the three girls were surrounded by evil green eyes, which then took the shape of Changeling Grunts. There was no escape for them now, whichever direction they would try to run.

"Diamond and Silver of another world." Chrysalis began as she came closer and closer to the humans, "I admire your powers and your form. But that is precisely the reason why I must get to your world. I need to examine your entire species, up close and personal." She chuckled, "And when I say examine, I mean crush, enslave, impersonate and conquer!"

"You lay so much as one finger on the human species and you're dead!" The black aura spawned around Diamond again, "You hear me?! DEAD!!!"

"The paradoxes are just getting worse and worse." Twilight said to Silver as Diamond started spewing taunts and torments, "She's so desperate to keep the humans safe that it's filling her with protective rage."

"You sure can talk trash, little missy." Chrysalis webbed Diamond's mouth shut with a spell and the dark aura dissipated once the web vanished, calming Diamond down a little, "If you weren't pony or human, you'd make a good drill sergeant."

"Chrysalis!" Twilight spoke now, "You'll never succeed, me, my friends and even the princesses if I have to, will all come and strike you down before you even get to the portal!"

"That's not in your jurisdiction though, isn't it?" Chrysalis said as she came to Twilight now, "Celestia and Luna and being consumed by Exordaks, and you don't have those trinkets with those powers anymore. You wouldn't last ten seconds."

"That would be true, if I wasn't able to do this!" Twilight took the two humans in her hooves and lit up her horn aura.

"SEIZE THEM!!!" The Grunts all charged and flew towards Twilight, Diamond and Silver, ready to hold them down again. But as soon as they got to them all, the three girls vanished in a pink flash.

"What?!" Chrysalis moved the guards aside, only to find that the three girls had completely vanished from the castle altogether, "Sneaky as always, I see."

"What should we do, Your Majesty?" A Grunt said once Chrysalis calmed down.

"We already have all the information and power we need." She said, "I want all Changelings to travel with me to the Crystal Empire. We're gonna storm the human world with all our might!"

"Yes, Your Majesty!" All the Grunts said in complete unison, "It will be done!"

"Let's see you try to stop us now, Princess Twilight." She laughed before spreading her wings and flying out the re-materialized door, with thousands upon thousands of Grunts in tow.

End Of Part 9

The end draws near. The humans are gonna have their work cut out for them if Twilight, Diamond and Silver don't defend them. Anyway, more chapters to come. Will the Changelings finally win for once? Or will Twilight and Friends be victorious against the darkness again? Only time will tell as we return to you all soon.

A Very Lucky Teleport

Diamond and Silver woke up from the teleportation spell, feeling a little woozy and concussed. Like they'd been hit by a grand piano with a hundred strobe lights attached to it. Lucky for them, Twilight was with them, feeling normal as always. She wasn't affected by the spell.

"Owww, man, now I know what being in a coma feels like." Diamond said in a pained voice as she got back up to her feet with some support from her hands.

"Feels like I've been hit by a frying pan over and over again." Silver got to her feet with a little effort and a helping hand from Diamond, "Twilight, Is this how it always feels to teleport?"

"Well yes, for non-unicorns and other life forms." Twilight explained to the two humans as they finally got a glimpse on their surroundings, "Since you originate from the human world and the only portal between our worlds is here in the Crystal Empire, this is the best luck we've had for a while."

"Wait, we're back in the Crystal Empire?" Silver hadn't noticed until now, as she was still shaking the dizziness out of her head. She had now noticed the crystalline everything, "Yes, this is the place!" She excitedly leapt and danced with Diamond, "Diamond, We're almost home!!!"

"Ah, I can't wait to get back." Diamond said once they had finished, "Seeing the shops hustling and bustling, seeing all of our classmates again and most of all, we'll be able to prove to everyone that Equestria does exist after all!"

"But with what?"

"This." Diamond took off her earpieces and showed them to Twilight, She immediately found a red blinking light on the bottom of the pieces, "A good Youtube blogger is never far from her camera."

"Since when did you get into Youtube video producing?" Silver had to ask as they started to walk down the corridors to the portal room.

"Since the CMC were not letting up on making them, I thought to look at these Youtube videos myself." She explained to her friend, "And I was completely swept away by what I saw!" She was starting to talk to herself now, "They were funny, inventive and definetely worth my time."

"So this new um... Blog is it?" Twilight asked Diamond with interest, "It'll be shown to other humans?"

"Exactly." Diamond quickly said to Twilight, "Everyone in Canterlot High's gonna see it once we get back, even Flash."

"Well. It would be good to see him for what I truly am." Twilight accepted what was going to happen before she stopped at the doors, "Well, girls. Here we are." She opened the door, and walked the girls inside, "This is it, you two. The portal to Canterlot High."

"Hold on, we tried to get through this thing before, but every time we tried, it was solid glass." Silver told Twilight from memory, "It's as if it doesn't want us to return home."

"I should have explained to you all when I had the chance." Twilight hung her head a little, "Well, better late than never." She regained her composure, "This portal works on a specific time limit, Opening every 30 moons, which in your world translates to two and a half years." She explained to them all, "And when It does open, it's only active for three days, no more, no less."

"So is this the reason why you couldn't stay with us?" Diamond decided to ask.

"As much as I found your world fascinating, I belonged here in Equestria with my real kind and my real Ponyville friends." Twilight said as she felt the portal before getting a spark of ingenuity, "Hold on. I want to try something."

Twilight took a few steps back from the portal and started to concentrate an aura of alicorn magic. It took her a while to get the power she needed to cast the spell but once she did, she shot what looked like a violent laser beam at the portal glass, causing it to ripple a little before glowing with a powerful white light.

Diamond and Silver were left speechless and went over to feel the portal. To their surprise, it was now working again.

"No way." Was all Silver could say as her hand went straight through the glass and into a white ripple, "How did you do that?"

"Hmmm, interesting." Twilight conjured a notebook and jotted down her new discovery with a quill she conjured up next, "Looks like the portal can be forced open with alicorn magic, maybe only for ponies who have traveled to this alternate world in the past though." She finished writing down her discovery and magicked the notebook away.

"So if you could open this up yourself, then why didn't Sunset Shimmer do the same on the other side?" Silver decided to ask, "It doesn't make any sense if she wanted to abandon Equestria."

"There are three reasons that Sunset couldn't return from the human side." Twilight began, "One. humans, even with pony features still don't have unicorn horns and magic. Two, Sunset Shimmer isn't an alicorn. Finally. Three, Princess Celestia is still a little cross with her about the whole larceny scheme when she got my crown into your world."

"Oh. I guess that explains that." Diamond answered as she pushed her hand into the white ripple, "So we don't need to head to a pony library?"

"Looks like it." Twilight spoke, "The portal's open now, but I don't know for how long. You'd better get home, just in case it closes again."

Diamond and Silver looked at the portal, then looked back at Twilight with some sorrow starting to show.

"You know what's sad?" Diamond asked Twilight as she stood next to the portal, "This is gonna be the last time we ever see you again."

"I could come visit you, if that's what you'd want." Twilight tried to reassure them but found out that it wasn't working.

"As much as we'd like that, we've only got a year of school left. After that we're all grown up and will have probably moved to another part of the human world." Silver explained to her.

"I could live with you all." Twilight said next, a stupid idea but an interesting one nonetheless.

"Twilight. As much as we'd like that second idea as well. You'd probably get confused over a lot of stuff back home." Diamond sadly explained as she pushed her hand through the ripple, "It would be too hard for you to figure out all at once. And remember what you said. You belong in Equestria."

"I see there's no way out of this then?" Twilight asked as the girls started to move through the ripples.

"Goodbye, Twilight." Silver shed a tear before moving through the portal, vanishing in a stream of white light.

"I really want to see more of your world, Twilight." Diamond was about to cry as well, "But you're right, everyone needs to be with their own kind."

"Diamond, don't cry." Twilight looked a little panicky herself, "I'm sure we'll find another way around this." Twilight started to well up some tears as well, "We could try to open another portal to the human world, or-or we could try to figure out a dimension travelling spell or-"

"Twilight. I know this is very sad for you as well. But it's the right thing to do." Diamond explained, "The humans will probably get worried sick about us if they know we've up and vanished."

"There's no other way out of this then?" Twilight grimaced.

"I'm afraid not. It's been a good ride here in Equestria, I've met so many new faces, fought the forces of darkness and all within 5 hours." Diamond began to reflect before starting to cry again, "Oh god, I can't help it. Hug me, Twilight!"

The pony and the teenage girl hugged each other as they let their tears do the work. The last time you ever see someone and you know there's no other way, can be very heartbreaking and saddening indeed. After around a minute of sad hugging, Diamond got to her feet and put her hand through the portal.

"Goodbye, Princess Twilight of both our worlds." Diamond said as she shed one last tear.

"Farewell, Diamond Tiara of the human world. Give my best to Silver, Flash and to all of humankind." Twilight said as Diamond listened to her last words before heading into the portal herself. A white flash and the two humans were gone forever.

Diamond and Silver fell through the vortex of light, drooping and shedding a few tears as they went. Their physical appearances were unchanged and they soon reappeared in the courtyard of Canterlot High., with the clock reading 4:00 and the sun starting its' long descent out of the sky. Once they got to their feet, the portal back to Equestria flashed a little before turning back into solid glass again.

"Wow, we've missed a whole day of work." Diamond told Silver as she took notice of the time and pointed it out to Silver Spoon, "Let's just hope no-one notices we went missing. If people do find out, it'd be best if we got the blog up immediately."

"It'll be nice to see everyone again." Silver said as she and Diamond went back inside the school to get their stuff, "Now, if anyone questions our blog and says it isn't real, we privately say to them that we were kidnapped."

"With a blog like this, no-one's gonna question our disappearance." Diamond reassured her as they opened their lockers and grabbed their stuff before heading home for the night.

"Now I know how those kids felt this morning when they'd never see Twilight again." Silver said as she went over to the parking lot to get her car and take it home.

"Yeah, it's sad, but it's how it should be now." Diamond calmly said, "Everyone's back with everyone again, things are peaceful. And my paradox effect has just up and left me."

"I'll see you tomorrow, OK, Diamond?" She said as she opened her car doors to get herself into the driver's seat.

"You too, Silvs." Diamond did the same with her car as she clambered in and maneuvered it out of the lot and headed home for the night, closely followed by Silver.

In the Crystal Empire, Twilight saw the portal turn back into solid glass and shed a tear before turning away from it. As she cried, Shining Armour and Cadence came in and began to comfort her.

"Don't worry, Twily." He said to her, "Everything's back in its' proper place again. Humans are with humans, and ponies are with ponies again. All is as it should be."

"Listen, Twilight. I know you're sad, but this is the way it must be. This is what we need to do." Cadence said with a weird smirk.

"I don't understand. What do you mean by that?" Twilight asked as the two ponies backed away a little.

Suddenly, the two ponies burst into green flames, revealing Chrysalis and Exordaks, who called in more and more grunts to their sides.

"Surprise!" Chrysalis said before pushing Twilight out of her way with her holey hooves and ran up to the portal. Chrysalis tried to push through the portal but was met with glass to the face every time, "Exordaks! It's sealed, you know what to do."

Exordaks lowered her head and blasted a changeling beam at the portal, causing the ripple to appear and become a flash of light again. Twilight looked horrified once she got back up and immediately tried to fire her magic before being cocooned by some grunts aided by Chrysalis.

"No. Don't do it!" Twilight tried to warn the arrogant Changelings as one by one they dashed through the portal and vanished altogether.in the white light, "You'll be causing both our worlds to end!"

"No, We'll bring your world to an end!" Exordaks said as the last of the grunts disappered into the light, "You'll be hanging for the rest of the night. Long enough to watch your precious humans burn!"

Exordaks and Chrysalis ran through the open portal as Twilight began to struggle to break free from the cocoon. She shook and struggled and tried to break free. Eventually she remembered her magic wasn't disable this time and she teleported out and ran to find the real guards of the crystal empire, as well as the real Cadence and Shining Armour.

End Of Part 10

That's both scary and heartwarming. The two humans are back home now, after a long and arduous adventure across Equestria. But the Changelings are in hot pursuit and ready to end their world with one fell swoop. I will probably have them start the invasion by daylight in the human world, but that may take a while seeing as how I have other fics to attend to. But I'll try my best, guys and gals. See you soon!
