While the purple green spiked baby dragon stares at the ceiling lying on his back on his bed, he soon said to his mind; the thing he never said to himself before.

"I need to do something productive."

Spike stared more longer at the ceiling of the library with wooden beams scattered on top of it to support. He already done his chores and errands that Twilight Sparkle ask him to do everyday. He was done cleaning the floor, dusting the books and ornaments, washing the windows, fixing the bed, arranging and organizing the books, watering the plants around the library, and even feeding Owlowiscious.

"I mean, I'm already done from the all chores Twilight ask me to do," Spike sighed.

He turned his head left and to the right. Spike saw what he always sees everyday. He tossed himself lying on his stomach and looked at the window outside. It is Ponyville at its usual day and ponies, but he always wonder what if he goes out and have his own adventure. He then looked at Owlowiscious sleeping on his bird stand. Assuming he was awake and only resting his eyes, Spike asked.

"What do you think Owlowiscious? I think I need a little break from always being inside the library."

Owlowiscious squinted his big circle eyes looking at Spike and quickly closed it. The sleepy owl might have some more time to slumber in the day. Spike suddenly tossed to his back again and sat up on his little bed. He then wondered in his mind.

"Hmm...  What if I go out and do something. Or maybe help someone..."

"Aha! that's it! I will help someone!"

Spike then stood up from his little bed and jump down from it. He walk towards the front door and opens it. Staring at the outside world of Ponyville, he will soon know what is life outside the four corners of the library he's resided. He looked back at the inside of the library the last time, and looked at Owlowiscious sleeping on his bird stand.

"Hey, take care of the place for me while I'm gone. Would you?" asked Spike to Owlowiscious.

Owlowiscious gazed at Spike upon asking him. He then ignores the fact of Spike was leaving the library and just closed his eyes sleeping again sitting on his bird stand. Spike then closed the front door of the library closing the realms of the life inside the four corners and entering the boundless world of Equestria.

Trip To Jerusalem

A bright gleaming light beams towards the lizard eyes of the purple baby dragon. He shielded his eyes until his pupil adjust to the sudden burst of light. The outside world welcomes him with the sound of the busy ponies in the streets of Ponyville. When he took away his hand from his hand, he saw the beautiful scenery of the usual Ponyville in motion. The ponies were happily conversing with their friends, doing errands sweeping the streets of Ponyville and buying their needs in carts and stores. The baby dragon was excited what adventures could he encounter.

As he walk down the streets of Ponyville filled with busy ponies around him, he was amazed by the feeling of the outside world. He feel free like he was released outside a cage for the first time and just want to burst around in joy. But since it's a social area, he wouldn't think about doing it. Suddenly, he heard somepony at the distance. Somewhat familiar to him, then it became three ponies that he might know. But he then realized the three ponies where little, or more rather three fillies. He saw them carrying heavy packs on their backs and wearing archaeologist clothes and hats. Their packs were quite heavy for the three fillies and he can see the struggles from the three carrying them. The baby dragon went closer to them, they might have need some help from him.

"Applebloom, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, what are you doing here with all those stuff?" asked the baby dragon.

"Oh, hello there Spike. We're just heading outside Ponyville to Everfree forest," answered Applebloom.

"We're going to have an adventure in the forest!," said Sweetie Belle cheerfully.

"Yeah! After Rainbow Dash told us about the adventures about Daring Do, we decided to be treasure hunters and maybe earn our own cutie marks!" added Scootaloo all determined.
