Bon Bon and Lyra were sitting in the Cadillac, facing the gorge. There were several dozen sheriff ponies behind them, waiting for them to surrender. They had been chasing the pair for hours. It ended here.

Bon Bon turned to Lyra and spoke:

"Lets not get caught." Bon Bon said.

"What're you talking about?" Lyra asked.

"Let's keep going!" Bon Bon said.

"What d'ya mean?" Lyra asked, still not understanding what she meant.

"Go."

The turquoise unicorn looked forward, then back at Bon Bon. "You sure?"

Bon Bon nodded. "Yeah."

The pair looked at each other. Bon Bon was close to tears. Lyra reached over and kissed her, and a second later Bon Bon kissed back. They broke apart, and Bon Bon let out a sob. She floored the gas pedal, making for the gorge.

As they got closer, they grabbed each others hoofs and held tight, as the Cadillac flew over the edge of the gorge, leaving the sheriff ponies gaping at a dust cloud.
