Alone is what he is and alone is what he will always be. Forced to watch his friends and those he loves die from old age to battle wounds. But maybe this time will be different?

What happens when the leader of the United States Empire appears in Equestria?will the ponies be able to help this Veteran of war with his PTSD? Many obsticles lay in his path but he will have to over come them as a new danger threatens Equestria. Why are there others after him and what do they want? This is not a crossover of Section8. The U.S.E in this is totally different and has been created after literally four years of planning.

I do not own My Little Pony. It belongs to Hasbro, DHX, and Lauren Faust. This is not a Section8 crossover as the weapons and tech are totaly different from that of the game and not to mention I doubt the game named any of it's ships World Burners or Solar Flares for example. Do not start screaming that this is a Section8 crossover because it is not.

First Contact failures Chapter 1

Author's Notes:

I do not own My Little Pony as My Little Pony belongs to DHX, Hasbro, and Lauren Faust. If you want to understand what certain things are then read this short description of the weapons. Trust me it's a hell of alot shorter than the full descriptions.

AR-45: Standard issue United States Imperial assault rifle. It fires a 9.52MM phasna round has a scope an energy bayonet and three fire modes. Single, Burst, and Full-auto. 100 round magazine

SR-98: Standard issue U.S.E Sniper Rifle. It fire a 60 CAL. Phasna round and has two fire modes. Single and Burst it has a 30 round magazine.

Black Sun: U.S.E ground transport for all U.S.E forces. It is fast and heavily armored with a 50MM AAM (Anti Armor/air minigun.

Angels: They stand eight stories tall, have two shoulder mounted 50MM AAMs and a S.A.M launcher on each one, They also have a 50MM AAM in each arm and they can carry a sword or assault rifle.

U.S.I.S Eclipse: World Burner class battleship capable of destroying an entire planet. This is the Sky Commanders flagship for his fleets.

Phasna rounds and screams of mortars and wounded fill the air. The air smelt of burning fuel and blood. scattered and limp bodies of both United States Imperial troops and Drey littered the area. Some in peices and others looking like they were just taking a nap. Thankfully it was mostly Drey bodies and their dead not so much the U.S.E.

"Dragon platoon move up and secure the right flank I don't need our asses out in the open!" Yelled Sky Commander Dark Phoenix through his comm link. He fired at a nearby Drey with his AR-45 killing it instantly.

"I copy sir Dragon platoon is moving to secure position X-ray11-Bravo12." Said the platoon leader of Dragon.

"INCOMING!" Screamed a soldier.

Soon a mortar shell impacted on the ground flinging several U.S.E troops into the wall. Most of them got up but those who didn't had their Holo-Dogs removed. "This is Major Hancog Rainstone Callsign Bloody Night and leader of Pegasus battalion I need reinforcements otherwise we'll be over run!"

Dark Phoenix brought his hand to the side of his helmet All the while switching to his SR-98 and blowing the head of two more Drey. "I am inbound with some of the Rough Rhinos hold on until we get there." With that several soldiers clad in grey and light brown armor boarded several Black Sun ground transports and took off towards Bloody Night.

"Sir we are five minutes out and we are taking heavy fire I suggest you get comfortable it's going to get worse." Said the driver

Dark Phoenix nodded towards the driver. "thanks for the heads up. I want you to drop us close as you can get to Major Bloody Night and then get out of here. I also want one of you on the 50MM A.A.M double time it!"

The driver shook his head. "Sorry sir I am getting you all the way in I don't get payed for nothing." Dark Phoenix face palmed well at least the driver was comitted. "Oh shit we have fighters inbound I am taking a side route hold on." With that the transport swerved violently to the side managing to just squeez by the torent of fire coming from a hostlie aircraft. A Second later a humming was heard which indicated the gunner had opened fire onto the aircraft. Several seconds later he heard a "HELL YEAH" from one of his soldiers. After a few minutes they arrived at Pegasus's location finding that they did indeed need reinforcements.

Dark Phoenix began to speak through his comm. "All right you know the drill help our men and don't back down." He got several Hell yeahs and HOORAH's from those around him. They were getting close to the trench when a large artillery shell impacted on the ground flinging Dark Phoenix several yards. His ears were ringing and soon there was nothing but blackness.

`"Sky Commander... Sky Commander can you hear me?" Said a voice. Dark Phoenix opened his eyes to see a Sargent yelling at him. All the sargent got in return was a finger.

He got up and removed his rifle from his back. He slid into a trench and began to fire at anything that moved. Weapons fire whizzed over the trench and impacted on the walls of dirt behind them. Dark Phoenix saw more and more Drey coming and soon they would be overrun by shear numbers. "U.S.I.S Eclipse this is Sky Commander Dark Phoenix we need Angels down here the situation is going to shit!"

"This is the Eclipse we have recieved your message and Angels are inbound E.T.A ten minutes."

Dark Phoenix returned his attention to the fight and began to fire his AR-45 once again. He heard someone scream and turned to see a Drey soldier charging at him with a knife. He ducked under the alien's arm and twisted it he then proceeded to send a punch into it torso armor denting it and killing the Drey soldier instantly. He turned as he heard a loud explosion and almost cried out in joy as he saw an eight story giant with metalic wings open fire on the Drey. Several more angels came up from behind and began to do the same unleashing hell from they're 50MM AAMS and S.A.Ms. One Angel curled it's hand into a fist and began to spew amunition on the Drey that were in a already busted up sky scraper. Dark Phoenix rallied his troops and charged at the Drey trenches and they began to fall one after another. Dark Phoenix saw them get more violent as they pushed forward and drove the Drey forces back. One Drey soldier got lucky and managed to hit Dark Phoenix with a rocket which in turn sent him flying into a bunch of bodies. his vision blurred and he passed from the known world.

Dark Phoenix opened his eyes and looked around to see nothing but darkness and emptiness.

"Hello Dark Phoenix." said a voice.

Dark Phoenix got into a crouch and prepared to fight. If he was to die then he was not going to do so without breaking some bones first. "Who are you?" He said.

The voice laughed. "Relax I am your heavenly father do not be afraid. I have brought you here because there is an important matter in which you must help. A race of beings is on the brink of war and they are not ready or experienced in it. I am sending you there because humans know what war is and how to prepare for it you also have seen more of it than any race in the universe. You must not let these beings fall for they are able to bring peace to even the most troubled mind. Please help them my warrior and they will live to see another day."

Dark Phoenix bowed his head and asked. "Where are you sending me.'

The voice responded after a second of silence. "I am sending you to a place called equestria I will be in touch."

With that the darkness left and Dark Phoenix opened his eyes to find himself above a planet and all he said was. SON OF A BIIIIIIITTTCCCHHH!!!!!

Twilight Sparkle POV: It was a nice day out and she couldn't be more happy especially with the picnic she and her friends had planned. "Spike are you ready?" Yelled Twilight.

"Give me a second Twilight you don't need to rush me." Said a green and purple dragon as it came down the stairs.

A knock was heard on the libary door and Twilight opened it to reveal her friends with giddy faces. "Twilight are you ready ooooohhh I can't wait to get this picnic started it's going to be so fun". Said an overly energetic Pinkie Pie.

"Sure girls hang on for a second while I get my..," Twilights Sentence was cut off by a loud BOOM and a shaking of the ground.

"What the Hay was that"? Said Rainbow Dash.

All the ponies looked at the smoke cloud rising from near the center of town before looking at each other and taking off in it's direction. "Spike send a letter to Princess Celestia that we may need help". With that she followed her friends to the site of the explosion. Once they got there they were all shocked to see three houses with holse in the walls and two others completely leveled. Twilight approached carefully and what they found shocked them to their very core. A Golem was at the end of crater and lieing face up it's armor was a intricate black and white design that screamed it was indeed a warrior. They all jumped back as the Golem moved and stood up visibly off balance for a second before standing straight up. The ponies in town screamed loudly and ran around screaming about an invasion or the end of the world.

Dark Phoenix POV: He wasn't dead and the headache he had attested to that. His Personal mission HUD appeared on his display before he heard a voice or more of the voice of his AI. "Sky Commander stay still for a second while I bring everything back online". Soon after his Shields and health appeared on his right and top of his helmet his weapons ammunition and types of weapons he was carrying appeared as well and finally came his Hawk Eye Radar. "All seems in order. Sky Commander also you have a Carbon Ammo Converter on you at this time please make sure to equip this as soon as possible". The AI said with a nonemotional voice. Dark Phoenix silently sighed and looked at his display. He saw several ponies and all of them had different colors some red others blue and so on. Dark Phoenix stood up slowly and became off balance for a few seconds before steadying himself. He noticed the buildings he had plowed through and would have slapped himself had he not seen all the ponies jump back and no sooner had looked at them did all Hell break loose. Several ponies were screaming and others were running into eachother causing Dark Phoenix to chuckle quietly. He still had to get out od the town before what ever these creatures had for an armed force showed up. He activated his jump jet and flew out of the crater.

He was about to leave before he heard the sound of wings and a gruff voice behind him telling him to turn around and put his hooves in the air. Dark Phoenix turned around and saw five ponies but refused to put his hands up and instead tried to talk to pony. "I do not wish to fight either you leave me alone or you attack and I kill you. Your choice and your blame". Dark Phoenix watched as the pony charged at him along with another four that had come with him. Dark Phoenix did not want to start another war and quickly knocked the ponies out with well placed punches and kicks. "I told you I did not want o fight but instead you attack me and pay the price". With that he sprinted away moving faster than any one would have believed possible with what looked like a hundred pounds of armor.

What none of the ponies knew was that a few beings were watching this Golem closely each having their own agendas and ideas about what they could do if they had this being on their side.

Problems that just keep coming Chapter 2

Dark Phoenix ran through the trees that now surrounded him and in some cases literally right through them. He had no idea where he was or how to get back alll he knew was that he had probably started a war over a misunderstanding. He stopped after running for several minutes and looked towards the sky. It was getting close to evening and the sun was setting he would have to make a camp so he would have some place to think and rest. After a while he came to a cave well more of a small crevice in the side of a hill and finding it empty he moved in. He gathered some wood from around his new and temporary home and built a small fire. There was a loud boom and Dark Phoenix pulled out his CP-143 pointing it at the trees. This place was too messed up sure his unit Mythic Army was it's own breed of unnatural but at least it was something he could control or talk to with out being attacked or blown up. After scanning the trees for about five to six minutes he lowered the weapon and looked at the stars wondering how he would get home.

Princess Celestia POV: She was always listening to the rich ponies of Canterlot complain or fight about evrything and today was no different.

"Well excuse me if I think you should pay a bit more becuase of the fortune you have." Said one.

"The tax remains the same and I will not pay anymore than you do." said the other.

"Well it seems we have a problem that can easily be resolved." Both ponies looked at Princess Celestia. "He can either continue to pay the same amount everyone does or you can pay more taxes along with him". The other ponies nodded towards each other and left leaving Celestia to face hoof.

"Is it the elite of Canterlot again dear sister?" Celestia looked up at her sister Luna.

"Yes and it gets worse I have deligations of dargons and griffins coming along with the changelings. I don't know why they are coming here but they will all be here in about two weeks." Celestia was about to get up before a scroll landed on her head causing Luna to try and hold in a giggle. Celestia read the note out loud. Dear Princess Celestia it is urgent that you come to Ponyville as something strange has crashed near the center of town. Twilight told me to write you this letter and tell you that we may need some help. Upon her return she also told me of a Golem that easilly dispatched five Solar guards and then ran off into the Everfree forest. We are not chasing it until you send help as we are all now fearful. The other thing is that the Golem did not kill or harm the Solar Guards and only knocked them out with a speed that was to fast for your guards to react to. Also three buildings have holes in them and another two are completely leveled. Your Faithful Student Twilight Sparkle. "Luna tell the guards to prepare a battalion of troops and have a chariot ready for us. Tell them that Ponyville was attacked and we are going there to secure the town and then hunt down the Golem that did this to the town." Luna nodded and ran off down the hall while Celestia went to get the elements. Within a few minutes the Battalion was assembled of both Lunar and Solar guards all ready to do what they had to do. With that they took off towards Ponyville.

Twilight Sparkle POV: She was looking at her friends and they all seemed shaken.

"Twi what was that thing?" Said Applejack.

Twilight shook her head just as puzzled. "I don't know but the way it stopped those guards and how quickly it did it scares me beyond words." A few minutes later they heard a knock on the libary door and Twilight opened it revealing the princesses. She bowed instantly only for her to be lifted up gently by a yellow aura.

"Please Twilight don't bow we are are friends". Said Celestia. Twilight nodded and looked behind her to see an entire Battalion of stallions in purple or gold armor and some had black armor of the elite soldiers of Equestria. Twilight looked at Celestia and tried to say something before Celestia brought out the box containing the Elements Of Harmony. "Twilight please put these on we have no idea what this creature is fully capable of and if it tries to fight then we will need the Elements Of Harmony to stop it". Twilight nodded and placed hers on and so did her friends and thats when they noticed Fluttershy was cowering in the corner and soon forced hers on with magic and physical strength. When they were all ready to go they headed out the door towards the forest to capture what ever it was had put five Solar Guards out of comission.

Dark Phoenix POV: The sun had come up and he placed his CP-143 on his thigh and stood up causing several pops to sound from his back. He rarely slept and it never really took a toll on him but he knew he would have to sleep sooner or later but that was for later. He went out into the forest to hunt for something to eat and soon found a rabbit. He pulled out one of his two knives with the words "Guardian" emblazoned on it It was a off version of his real motto but it still meant the same thing. As soon as he was close enough he grabbed the rabbit and stabbed it in the head killing it instantly. With that he returned to his temporary home and began to cook the rabbit in some of the water a river he had found on his way. He began to take inventory and here is what he had. AR-45, SR-98, CP-143, and a MR-91. for each weapon he had a carbon ammo converter and ammunition to start a small war. AR-45 ammo = 2,000 rounds or ten energy carriers, SR-98 = 200 rounds or four energy carriers, CP-143 = 320 rounds or ten energy carriers, and his MR-91wi with .He had four Head Banger grenades and one Sentry Turret in the inventory of his Tac-Gaunt. The rabbit was soon done and he began to eat. It wasn't what he preferred to eat but food was food he also smelled something from off in the distance but did not know what it was so he continued to eat. A few moments later he finished his meal and heard the bushes move. He pulled out his CP-143 and pointed it at the bush only to watch a medium sized pony push through the bush. She was a night sky blue and her mane had the design of the stars or what appeared to be small stars in her mane. She had spotted him and he lowered his weapon to place it at his side all the while looking at her.

"THOU WILL COME WITH US IF THOU DOST NOT COMPLY DEADLY FORCE SHALL BE USED AGAINST THEE!'

Dark Phoenix only shrugged his shoulders and thought. Caps lock great not only did I piss off the population I have a pony who enjoys screaming. He turned around and activated his ATCS and heard the mare gasp. Several beings in purple armor appeared and looked equally as baffled at what they saw. Dark Phoenix chuckled and turned around to sprint into the forest when his H.E.R picked up multiple threats from behind him. He turned and walked towards the other side of the hill with silence that would piss off any mouse. They had him surrounded and wanted to probably kill him . Like Hell that's going to happen. With that he disengaged his ATCS and scared even more of the armored ponies. He watched as two rather tall ponies moved from the crowd towards him. He had guessed the dark blue one was in charge but obviously it proved to be a diararchy.

They stooped a few feet from him and the white one began to speak. "You have two choices Golem be taken to Canterlot and put in a prison to live out the rest of your metal life or die here." Dark Phoenix thought for a few moments and remained silent turning his back from the princesses and looked towards the sky.

He sighed quietly and looked at them before he spoke. "Well thats not much of a choice so I'll have to kindly decline both offers and FYI i'm not a Golem so Fuck off." with that he gathered his strength beneath himself and sprinted a good 25 MPH towards the line of ponies knocking them out of the way. With that he escaped farther into the forest only stopping once he found what looked like it could be a good shelter for him. It was an old castle with crumbling walls and battlements but he could tell that it was a sight to see when it was better taken care of. A rope bridge spanned the ravine and he cut it to insure that none of ground forces could follow him and with that he jumped over the ravine to the other side safely. He went into the castle and looked around and what he found shocked him to the core. The throne room had survived and was still intact but several pieces of armor lay on the ground. He disregarded these for the time being and told his A.I Nightmare to take a scan of the area which she gladly did. After ten to fifteen minutes she told him he was in the clear and he moved around the castle some more. He found several rooms which had badly decomposed beds and failing supports but all in all he gathered what he needed and settled down in one of the rooms to sleep for the night.

I know what you all are thinking but this is going to be a totally different story and combination give it time to develope. Also the chapters will start out short but will get longer as the story progresses.

Remembering the past Chapter 3

CP-143: Standard issue USE Combat sidearm.

Head Banger: U.S.E Grenade that can be used as a flashbang, stun grenade, or a normal Phasna grenade.

Dark Phoenix had finally fallen asleep and had the dream he always had. The death of the one he loved deeply. Her name was Salina Regros her callsign Night Guardian. It was supposed to be a simple attack on a Drey fortress and it had evolved into something more and something even worse. Dark Phoenix looked at Night Guardian and smiled underneath his helmet. She had been moved to Mythic and was currently part of the second battalion, third company, fourth platoon, second squad also known as the Phoenixes. He led his squad of troops into the interior and what they saw shocked the shit out of them. Dead Drey where everywhere and some were split in half while others had looks of horror and anguish on their faces.

"Where are the Drey/" He heard PVT. Kraken say with a hint of worry in his voice

Dark Phoenix turned around and looked at Kraken. "I don't know private but it seems off."

"Maybe there was a coup or something." Said Night Guardian.

Dark Phoenix shook his head. "It couldn't be. I haven't seen any Drey weapons that could tear something in half like this especialy an indoors weapon." They were all baffled but raised their weapons at the sound of a banging on a door. They surrounded the door with two U.S.E soldier in front and two to the side allowing the other four to move in under the cover of fire. They opened the door and a Drey fell out with a thud.

It looked at the U.S.E soldiers and began to babble in it's alien tongue. "STRA STRA STRA TENO RE ARCOMO TI RENOVE UR INTOR MORTALA!" Translation.( RUN RUN RUN THEY ARE COMING TO TURN US INTO MONSTERS) The soldiers dragged the Drey soldier away and turned on their Night Vission and Thermal sights and entered the hall way.

"SCREEEEEECH." A few seconds later a grotesque creature appeared out of the shadows. It looked like the Drey but completely screwed up like someone had taken it to a test lab crossed with a squid, a Drey, and a giraff with sharp teeth. It had large legs coming out of it's spine which numbered eight total, razor sharp teeth, tentacles hanging out of it's mouth, and it had four arms which had large knife looking things on them. With out a second thought they opened fire killing the creature instantly. They were about to turn around before they heard several more screeches sound from down the dark hallway.

Dark Phoenix turnd around and yelled at the tops of his lungs. "RUN LIKE THE DEVIL IS AFTER YOU AND DON'T LOOK BACK!" With that his soldiers ran off in the opposite direction and towards the base entrance telling anyone they found to run for the courtyard and prepare for evacuation. Dark Phoenix stood where he was in the hall way. He had to buy his troops some time to get out and with that he began to place explosive charges along the hallway with a remote detonation command. He then pulled out some Head Banger grenades pulled the spoon and wrapped a string around the lever being very careful as he set each trap afterwards he placed two sentry turrets and waited for the creatures that were coming. Boom the first trap went off then the second then a tird and soon they stopped. Dark Phoenix told Nightmare to detonate the explosive charges and with that several booms and screams of agony from the creatures filled the air. He was about to turn around before a large creature of the same type jumped onto his back. He began to shake in every direction and threw his back into the nearest wall causing the unknown to lose it's grip. He pulled out his CP-143 and shot it in the head leaving brain matter to splatter onto his armor and the surrounding area.

"Dark Phoenix where are you?" He froze as he recognized that voice it belonged to Night Guardian. Night Guardian had returned to the building and was looking for him. He sprinted towards her voice and turned the corner and ran into her.

"Night Guardian we have to go now!" He said.

"I was worried about you but anyway let's get back to the dropship." She said with worry in her voice.

He nodded they began to sprint towards the exit only for them to be stopped by a larger version of the creatures. It let out a roar and charged at them while several of it's smaller counter parts followed. "I guess this is it?" Night Guardian said.

Dark Phoenix shook his head. "Well if they want a fight I say we give them one." She nodded her head.

"Well there was a party and you didn't invite us". They heard several explosions and saw the large creature topple over which revealed the rest of Phoenix squad. "Honestly sir you hurt my feelings which is why I am here to crash the party." With that they began to move out the door firing their BS-67s and AR-45s. They began to close the door and had almost succeeded until one of them got lucky and jumped onto Night Guardians back.

She screamed as it tore off her back armor and stabbed her several times. "OH GOD GET IT OFF GET IT SLAARR." With that she changed into one of the ugly beings. Dark Phoenixes eyes widened in horror as the one he loved was changed into a being which would have made nature crap herself. The door was closed and the rest of Phoenix squad turned to see the monsters in front of them. Once they had seen what was Night Guardian they became enraged Dark Phoenix screamed in rage and sadness. He charged at the nearest creature and brought out his sword and ran it through it's gut. He then proceeded to take it's head of and land with his sword out to the side. He stood up and looked at the form of what was Night Guardian on the ground with several United States Imperial soldiers holding her down. He looked at the form and a single tear left his eye as he saw the tormented and twisted face of the one he loved. He cursed himself this is why he never fell in love with anyone or let them know. They always died. It was as if the universe was saying you will be forever alone, to suffer alone, and to live life alone. He brought the sword down and killed her officialy putting her out of her misery. Dark Phoenix jolted awake and was breathing rapidly . He let out a scream of anger to the sky.

Princess Luna POV: She had just seen the most horrid dream and it seemed to belong to the Golem. No it couldn't be a Golem there were emotions there it had to be sentient. She was crying now it had lost so much and they never knew or tried to understand it.

Her sister walked in with a worried look on her face. "Luna the guards told me there was something wrong."

Luna looked at her sister with wet eyes. "Tia that Golem isn't a Golem it's alive, it's sentient, and it's in pain a pain that we can never understand." Her sister wrapped a wing around her.

"Tell what happend LuLu." Luna looked at her sister.

"I was walking among the dream scape like I normally do when I came across a dream that I could not explain so I entered it. What I found was horrors that would give even Discord bad dreams. The Golem has a name it, it has emotions, and it has scars that run deep into it's very being. It I mean he has lost so much. He has no love anymore he is only full of anger, sadness, rage, and pain. I watched as monsters took away the last person he ever loved. I saw the faces of those around him and not just his fellow kind but those of the monsters. There was so much agony and sadness to their looks. I will never forget what I saw Tia I don't know if you can understand what I mean but this thing is alive and it is alone now." She looked at her sister.

"Show me Luna; show me this creatures dream."

Luna shook her head. "You don't want to see it Tia it's just awful."

Celestia looked at her sister. "Please sister don't bear this alone."

Luna finally gave in and showed her sister. After a few minutes Celestia gasped as they left the memory.

Princess Celestia POV: She had seen the dream and all she could do was feel terrified. This being was indeed scarred for life and Luna was right this was a dream that neither of them could ever really understand. She had seen horrors that were indeed beyond what she had thought they were. Soon she was crying along with her sister at the pain that no creature should endure.

Dark Phoenix POV: He pulled out an MRE and opened it eating the contents inside. After doing so he decided to take a walk around the castle. He found several peices of armor laying on the ground and decided he needed something to do. He began to set the armor out and arrange it in the fashion that seemed right. "Nightmare can you give me a 3D projection of what this pony looked like?" A few seconds later a large pony with a black coat appeared in the air with it's armor in place. What stood out the most was the moon like mark on it's flank. It was the exact same mark that he had seen on the dark blue alicorn. He stopped what he was doing as he heard a scream. It sounded like a childs scream or about three of them at the same time. He ran through a wall and sprinted towards the edge of the ravine. He jumped off the edge and landed on the other side and began his treck towards the screams. As he neared a clearing he saw three fillies scared out of their minds as three manticores surrounded them. Dark Phoenix jumped in between the two groups and pulled out his SR-98. "So you want something to eat how about you chew on this!" With that he sent a kick towards one of the manticores feeling satisfied as it broke some of it's ribs causing it to fall down. It attempted to get back up only for a boot of metal to come down on it's face from the air. Another pounced at him which he quickly countered and flipped over his back slamming it into a nearby tree knocking it unconcious and possibly puting it into a coma. He looked for to the third one and growled. The manticore charged and he fired his SR-98 putting a sixty caliber round into the beast and blowing a two foot hole in it's chest causing it to skid to a halt in front of him. He lowered the rifle and looked at the fillies. one was yellow and had red or violet red hair, another with a white coat and a pink and purple mane, and the last one was orange and had a purple mane. Two of them were injured the one with the orange body had minor scratches probably from trees and the yellow one had a gash on her barrel but it wasn't serious to where it would cause her to bleed out butit did need to be tended to by a doctor so it didn't get infected. "Why are you out here little ones?" The children froze. He realized that maybe his helmet was scaring them. I mean if you saw a red eyed creature take out three manticores and come out of it with out a scratch wouldn't you be scared?

"We were trying to get our cutie marks when those manticores attacked us." Said the yellow one who then proceeded to collapse. Dark Phoenix caught her and picked her up gently. He sighed to himself. He had to help them get home and the yellow one in his arms was in no condition to go anywhere. He put his gun away and touched the filie's wound. A blue fire sprang up and he ran it across the yellow filly healing and cleaning her wounds completely. She opened her eyes and looked at him all the while he held her in his arms.

"Lets get you home little ones." With that he began to walk towards the forest exit and into the sunlight. He left the other children once they neared the town and turned on his ATCS turning him and the yellow filly invisible. These children reminded him of the kids at an orphanage he visited they so full of energy and wanting to explore the universe. He asked the yellow filly where her home was and she told him it was some place called Sweet Apple Acres at the edge of town. With that he moved towards the farm and left the small town behind. He soon saw a large orchard and a large house and next to that a barn with several ponies kicking trees. He walked into the orchard quietly and placed the yellow filly down at the doorstep of the house and left leaving the filly. He waved goodbye and vanished into the shadows once again. He sprinted back towards the forest being careful not to hit anyone or let them notice him and soon enough entered it once again. He continued to move towards the area were he had set up his temporary home and base of operations. He jumped over the ravine and landed making sure to take in his surroundings before he walked into the castle. He pulled off his helmet and sighed it was close to noon and he had nothing to do as he had already found the armor and peiced it together. He walked around for a while and soon found himself rebuilding the castle to the best of his abilities to allow him a better defensive position. He soon retired for the night and though he didn't dare sleep he was at peace for now. He soon thought of the dream he had and thats when it struck him there was something in it that was not supposed to be there and this only managed to agitate him. He rubbed his forehead and With that he watched the stars and admired the night sky. He didn't make a fire since it would have given away his possition and he didn't need it even though it was cool out. He enjoyed the cold and hot temperatures and didn't care which it was unless a sun was about to explode. He chuckled at the memory of him and one of his soldiers having a disagreement about who had the best victory record all the while they were completely obliviouse to the fact that a nearby sun had gone super nova. With that he leaned his head back and sighed.

Two eyes watched from the darkness and the owner of them chuckled to himself. "This being may be able to help us when we take over Equestria. I can only think of the damage this being could cause to Celestias army. Heh I might just use him to assassinate them."

Discord, a Soldier, and an offer Chapter 4

Dark Phoenix had returned to the castle in which he was staying after helping several children get home. He had also fixed it as best as he could and in turn he was more fortified. Dark Phoenix wasn't an easy guy to get along with but he was known for his kindness. Several times he had rushed into fields of fire just to save some of his soldiers as each soldier in the U.S.E was part of his family and that family was literally uncountable because of the size of the U.S.E. He settled down against a wall and began to plan his next course of action using a holographic map from Nightmare who had taken the liberty to launch a ATURD ( Yes I know what it looks like stop laughing ) and have the surrounding area scanned. He moved across the map and pinpointed his location he then placed a waypoint and continued his search through the map until he came across a large gorge. It was like a scar in the earth and he quickly marked it as there was an anomaly there and he would check it out later. He finally decided a star map was needed and asked Nightmare to give him one which she gladly gave. He grabbed the light particals and threw them into the air causing the map to expand and show the nearest constilations. He looked at them closely before he gasped. "Nightmare give me the star chart of Earth and I mean now."

Nightmare appeared on the Tac-Gaunt with a questioning glance. "Why would you need those? They take up space and annoy me with them just sitting in my archives. Not to mention there is practically no use for them anymore."

Dark Phoenix became angry. "JUST DO IT!" He yelled causing some birds to fly away. With that the AI brought up the star chart and Phoenix almost cried out in joy at what he saw. They were the same. The stars, the positions, the sun, and the constilations. He let out a loud laugh as he realized where he was. He was home, he was on Earth, The birthplace of humanity.

"Well someone is happy." Said a bemused voice.

This caused Dark Phoenix to turn around and bring his CP-143 To bear on the target. Only to find a deformed creature with a smile on it's face that had a look of interest. "Who are you and what is your business here?" The Sky Commander said.

"Oh I was just out and about when I noticed the little light show from the roof. By the way I am Discord and I must say you were impressive in your last engagement with the Royal guards. Tell me how did you do it"?

Dark Phoenix had a habit of being able to read someone from their body language and voice. This one was of pure evil and there was one thing he hated more than an asshole. It was an asshole who had power and used it to manipulate others. "Thats classified by USIANAC section 13. In all honesty it may have been my training." He said as he kept the side arm on the creature.

"Oh I love secrets but that is not why I am here. I came to make you an offer and possibly a partnership." Discord said.

Dark Phoenix looked at the creature through his helmet and silently told Nightmare to mark him as a potential hostile. "I'll listen to your proposal but speak quickly I wish to be on the move."

Discord smiled. "I overheard you talking about this planet and I must ask what does it mean to you?"

Dark Phoenix couldn't help but smile at this. This creature had no idea what he was getting into. "This is humanities original home world it's birthplace and we had to leave it behind because of a disaster that involved a volcano at one of our national parks. It was known as Yellowstone and it had a water like volcano in the center. If that exploded it would cover the world in ash and poison the water supply making Earth uninhabitable. Well It went off on December 30th 2035 at 0658 hours. By then we had managed to pull off 3.7 billion humans as my country saw the coming disaster and built a fleet to run away from the death that would ensue. When it did explode we had long gone and unfortunately left a more than two thirds of the human race on it. We didn't have a choice and they died out. I had the star coordinates saved in the U.S.E Imperial archive for when we would be able to return to earth." Dark Phoenix explained.

Discord smiled. "I could give it to you if you helped me with something. Something that has been a thorn in my side for a long time."

Dark Phoenix grew tense as he knew what could be coming next. He never liked these moments and hated it even more when he was interupted while doing somehting important. "Tell me what it is you need help with and I might help you?"

Discord clapped his hands together. "I have a few alicorns who are currently keeping me from regaining my throne of Chaos and dispair. I saw how you dealt with the Royal guards and I was going to give you your home in exchange for your help in overthrowing the current rulers."

Dark Phoenix shook his head and growled. "If I helped you become ruler again then how would our home belong to us with out you interfering every five seconds? No I would much rather talk to these ponies and try to resolve this peacefully instead of instant open war. It's better to win without losing lives than to lose 400 just because of a stupid misunderstanding. There is also one other thing you should knwo about me." Dark Phoenix said.

Discord was shocked at him turning down the offer but still was curious about why. "What else should I know about you?"

Dark Phoenix slowly squeezed the trigger of his weapon. "I don't like Tyrants". A second later the sound of discharging energy was heard through out the forest.

"Fight for the weak."

"Fight for the Oppressed."

"Kill the oppressor."

"Let freedom reign."

Dark Phoenix lowered his side arm only to see the creature get back up and he looked pissed. This made him switch to full auto and he unloaded energy round upon energy round into the creature known as Discord. He wasn't scared as he had seen things that would make even a Star Killer shit him/herself. He stopped firing as the sound of a click alerted him to the empty magazine and a need to reload rapidly. He looked at the spot where he had unloaded a freight train of ammunition only to find the creature to be missing from the crater. It wasn't deep which meant that Discord had moved only a few seconds before he ran out of ammunition and had to reload. He watched his H.E.R and a red blip appeared and vanished only to appear again then vanish. It continued to get closer and jumping randomly to and fro on his H.E.R but at the same time it got closer and closer. He watched for a pattern to find that the creature was moving left and right which meant he could anticipate the side from which he would attack. The blip appeared real close to the center before it vanished again which caused Dark Phoenix to jump to his right as a taloned hand swung at the place he was only a second before. "Tricky little bastard aren't you." He said and laughed before rolling forward. He smelled the air and fired his side arm at what appeared to be a heat wave. He was rewarded with a yelp of pain and the creature coming out of it's hiding.

"You'll pay for that. I offer you your home back and you turn around and try to kill me?" Discord screamed. Before he swung at the creature in front of him.

Dark Phoenix ducked and ran full sprint at Discord, ramming into him at several miles per hour, and causing the creature to scream in pain. "That's the problem. I don't kill unless I have to and when I do I keep count. Do you know how many I have killed alone? OVER SIX MILLION THAT MAKES ME JUST AS BAD AS HITLER! THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT I DO IT IN DEFENSE OF THOSE WHO CAN'T PROTECT THEM SELF!" With that he cloaked and vanished before Discord could take in the shock of what he said. "I could beat him with my weapons but I need to save ammunition." Dark Phoenix thought over. He pulled out his combat knife and uncloaked. "HEY ASSHOLE OVER HERE!" He yelled. The creature vanished again and rammed into Dark Phoenix which caused him to fly and hit a pillar making it crumble.

"You are so weak I easily beat you." Discord gloated. He stopped as he noticed the rubble begin to move and to his shock the creature stood up and looked at him dead center in his eyes. What Discord saw was the red eyes on the armor staring at him. He was frozen in fear as if a cockitrace had looked him in the eyes. "What are you? You can't be real? Humans can't be that powerful"?

Dark Phoenix sprinted at the creature before he grabbed both of his knives. He held them in a reverse grip and struck Discord with the pommel of the black blades. "You'd be suprised at we accomplished since we were thrown out into the universe. What we had to accomplish". With that he blocked another attack from the creature and felt something slam into his midsection. He groaned and knew it had to be Discord's tail as it was the only free appendage that he could move. He jumped back as a lion like paw was swung at him. He was hit from behind and thrown out the window as a large boulder had been chucked at him from the creature. He landed with a thud and rolled to his feet. Just in time to be picked up by a paw and taloned hand. He struggled to get free of Discord but knew he would have to stab the creature to get free and that would give away his position as he would free fall and cause a small fireball to be created when he fell. The height, atmosphere, and Ozone would see to it at this point. He wouldn't die but it would attract everyone of those damn ponies and he did not want civilian casualties. The creature stopped and flung him towards a ravine and he impacted a few seconds later with an audible boom. He got up slowly, looked around, and thought of his options. He had only one left as this creature while not powerful against him was deadly to the world itself.

"Oh giving up already I wanted to play some more." Said a sarcastic voice. "You really are pathetic. It's no wonder why you were so easy to thrown off this planet."

Dark Phoenix tensed at that remark. It was him, He was the one, He put humanity in great pain and killed over a billion people. "So you think humanitie's weak? That we have no protection? We were young then but we have grown in numbers, strength, and courage. You can't kill us and I wont let you." With that Dark Phoenix began to change. Black and white wings shot from his back, looking as if they were ablaze, blades protruding from each. He roared in rage and flew up to meet Discord head on. "THIS IS MY HOME AND YOU CAN'T HAVE IT!" He screamed in a dark voice.

Discord tried to fly away but was caught by the human and thrown straight into the forest below causing a thirty foot crater. He quickly got up but was hit with a jet of pure white fire and he screamed as it burned him. He flew out of the crater and began to sling rocks and trees at the Human. It wasn't possible for him to have that much power but he did it stared Discord right in the face as the human got closer and closer.

Dark Phoenix made contact and flipped his right wing up to allow his left wing blade to ram into Discord which sent the creature spinning out of control. He then gathered more of the blue fire into his palm and dove after the monster. When he was close enough he let it loose and it hit dead on which caused Discord to scream in agony. He watched Discord get up and charge an attack which he fired and flew towards him. Dark Phoenix met it head on with his own attack of fire which held out long enough for him to roll out of the way as he charged down onto Discord. He watched as he did it again and this time shot out a white beam of energy which began to eat at Discord causing the monster to fall to his knees. Dark Phoenix was close enough now and cut off Discord's left wing before flinging him into a tree. Dark Phoenix watched as Discord built up another attack which Dark Phoenix interrupted with a shot from his side arm. He missed but managed to cause Discord to move as he landed. Discord flung another tree at him which Dark Phoenix smashed with ease using his bladed wings. he had to finish this and he was going to do it quickly. Dark Phoenix flew up just under the moon so his shadow was cast onto the creature. "Discord you have been found guilty of attacking a U.S.E soldier, attacking the innocent, treason, murder, and oppression. You are here by sentenced to death by U.S.E battlefield doctrine 335-556 section 2 chapter 4. Your sentence is death". With that Dark Phoenix gathered his power and brought a beam of what looked like light from the moon and hit Discord head on which caused him to scream in agony. After a few seconds he released the power and allowed his wings to shrink away, his normal form returning, and him to fall from the sky and barely stick the landing. He looked around and whistled. "Well park service is going to be really pissed about the size of this crater". He had left a crater about twenty football fields long and twenty two wide in the middle of the forest. "Well shit I guess i'm going to have to move now." He sighed as he walked over to the corpse of his now dead enemy. He placed his hand upon the body and muttered to it. "Rest in peace and may the Lord be merciful on you." With that he took two pieces of wood made a cross, buried Discord, and placed the cross at the head.

Dark Phoenix knew he had most likely attracted attention to this area and once they found the grave they would look for him in any nearby area that could possibly be a shelter to him. He quickly activated his ATCS and made his way towards the castle to gather his Star Chart. The last thing he and U.S.I.A.N.A.C needed was these ponies to have access to star records of humanity and where their new home planet was located. If that fell into enemy hands that were capable of space travel it would not only present a problem but a serious security breach into Section ten of the U.S.I.A.N.A.C command structure. He continued to run until he came across the castle which now several dozen of the damn ponies now hovered or walked around. They all looked to be the armed forces of this planet which would not be a problem as they could easily be dealt with but he prefered to avoid bloodshed if he could as did any soldier of the U.S.E. He crouched, opened his black and white wings, flew across and landed quietly to hear two voices talking about the Star Chart. He jumped up and landed gracefully on one of the turrets and looked down to see what appeared to be a high ranking officer and the two Alicorns studying the Star Chart. His P.M.D highlighted them in red and he scanned the area for any possible distractions to get them away from the map, his sights stopped on the bridge which was being used to move supplies to and from the castle. He smiled, climbed down, and silently headed towards the bridge.

Celestia looked at the weird map "What do you think of this map of sorts sister? It seems highly advanced and it appears to have multiple star names including this place called Sky Haven. It's highlighted as the capital."

Luna sighed. "We believe the creature is using this Star Map for some purpose that we do not understand. For all we know this could be part of plans for an invasion."

Celestia sighed. "That does make sense in many ways but why would he leave a Star Map this advanced lying around?" She looked up to see a pegasus patrol return and they had worried and shocked expressions on their faces. "What's the matter Blade Breeze?" She asked in concern.

Blade Breeze was shocked beyond all belief at what he had seen. "We found a large clearing five times bigger than Canterlot and it looked like a major battle had happened. We found this plus sign in the dirt above a burned and battered body. It looked like the one you call Discord and it also looks like something beat him to death like he had met his match. He was severely burned and several bones were broken while what was left of his eyes showed horror. This is the sign we found." He held out the sign and it said. "Here lies Discord. An enemy to Freedom and Liberty. Tyrant and oppressor that died during a battle against a U.S.E soldier. Let his death be a lesson for all evil that they're acts will not be tolerated. Rest in peace you bastard."

Celestia was shaken by the words and almost threw up from the message and the description of the body. "We need to find the creature it might be linked to Discord's death." She sighed and then jumped as an explosion was heard from the direction of the bridge. She ran to find the bridge destroyed and burning while a new twenty foot cut off became clear as she approached.

Dark Phoenix chuckled as he place the C-98 explosive on the bridge as this was a massive demolition charge used in the U.S.E for anti-tank matters and bringing down buildings. He flew back up to his perch with a smile. "Happy fourth of July." and detonated the explosives. He watched one Alicorn leave the room which was the white one leaving the blue one with a small group of they're guards to protect her. He frowned as the explosives had not drawn away all the attention which forced him to resort to killing the guards. He didn't enjoy killing, no soldier did. To many people thought was about shooting the bad guy when in truth you were there for a reason. When he killed someone it weighed heavily on his mind which is why he had six scratches on his left armor shoulder plate. Some would think he only killed six people and that he didn't deserve his position when in truth each mark stood for a million beings dead by his hand. He pulled out his SR-98 and sighted the first two guards that stood next to each other. He aimed for the bodies as his instructor had taught him not to go for the head shot's since center mass was not only easier to hit but it also kept him from missing. He rarely tried to go for headshots unless it was unavoidable. He pulled the trigger sending the sixty caliber energy and melted crystal round towards it's target with a small Pfft killing the guards instantly as it passed through their hearts. He moved to the next turret as it was never wise for a sniper to stay in the same place after taking a shot. He settled down in the turret and looked through the Night Predator Trithreat scope to see the ponies looking around frantically which allowed him to fire off another two shot's killing three guards as the rounds collided with they're bodies. "Scratch five." He whispered to himself. He moved once again to a low wall as he made his way towards the Star Map and took out the last two guards leaving only the blue Alicorn with a now sickened and scared expression in the room. He snuck up behind her, grabbed her horn, placed a hand over her mouth, and whispered into her ear. "It's not nice to remove stuff from graves not to mention touch stuff that isn't even yours." He said before slamming the butt of his rifle into her skull knocking her out completely. He then grabbed the map and looked around to see two very stunned guards looking at him. They attempted to shout but were silenced as he tore out one of their throats and stabbed the other with a eight inch purple blade of energy killing them instantly. He didn't want to draw more attention to himself and activated his ATCS vanishing from veiw. He then left a message that read. "I killed Discord for his acts of cruelty and genocide against your race. If you continue to pursue me more of your guards will die. I won't kill you or your sister since you remind me of two people I proudly served with but I will kill all your soldiers." With that he turned to leave the room to watch from a distance. He deployed his SR-98 nearby as he knew they would try to pursue him and he would have to kill some of them to make a point.

Celstia returned to the room and found her sister unconcious and nine guards dead. "Guards get in here we have dead and my sister is out cold." She said. Several guards entered the room to see the nine dead guards while some threw up at the sight of their dead brothers. She looked at the note and shuddered at what she read. She then looked at the guards assembled before her numbering a hundred in total "I want this creature found I want it chained for..." BANG! A loud sound echoed through out the castle causing the ponies sensitive ears to ring. Celestia looked up to see an entire line of her finest fall dead on top of each other.

Dark Phoenix heard the white alicorn and fired into a neatly lined up group of the ponies killing all ten in the line. He then fire of two more rounds killing nne more before he took off into the forest. These ponies had tampered with the Star Map and had knowledge of restricted U.S.E information so there for he had to kill some to make a point and keep them silent becuase of the horrors they were seeing. He moved deeper into the forest with a scowl on his face but he knew had done what was required to insure his survival for a short time. He continued his way into the forest and scanned the area for any signs of being followed what surprised him was a yellow mare with wings crying over a dying Manticore he could hear here saying. "I'm sorry I can't save you my friend." Dark Phoenix frowned as the sound of an innocent crying was one thing that actually wrenched his cold and locked up heart. He had feelings he had just numbed them down or killed certain ones of but kindness and sympathy he had not gotten rid of. He walked next to the pegasus and knelt next to her. He noticed her look up in fright and begin shaking.

"Please don't kill me I don't want to die." Fluttershy whimpered with her ears pinned to her head. What happened next was the creature pulled off it's head no wait it was a helmet and it revealed a sad face with kindness that she couldn't understand. He had a black and white mane on top or something that moved like the princesses manes and his face was a tan of white she heard a shuffling noise and saw two wings that looked like they were on fire with a black and white fire. She watched it extend it's hand and place it against the Manticore and a blue fire consumed it. She was about to scream in horror until she noticed the fire healing the wounds and bringing the Manticore's breathing back to normal. She was surprised and looked at the creature to notice him staring at her. His eyes were red but not the kind that screamed evil. They were more like the eyes that had seen to much and she saw several things in them Rage, pain, wisdom, anger, hate, kindness, and extreme intelligence and age. "Who are you?" She asked.

Dark Phoenix sighed as he removed his hand. "I am Sky Commander Dark Phoenix leader and protector of the United States Empire. We are a large freedom fighting force that protects the innocent at all costs and we have the most feared army in the universe." He said. "I have to keep going but may God and his Guardian Angels watch over and protect you little one." He said and got up. He turned and waved before heading farther into the forest happy that he was able to have a decent conversation with one of the ponies, well what counted as decent in a combat zone.

Fluttershy watched him go with and felt her heart become heavy with sadness. "Fluttershy we need you to get back to the old castle right now!" She heard Twilight say in worry. Fluttershy got up and ran towards her friend. "Twilight you'll never believe what happened. I mat and talked to the creature." She said as she ran towards Twilight.

Twilight looked at Fluttershy with concern and worry. "What do you mean you met it?" Twilight asked in worry only to have Fluttershy tell her that they had talked. "We need to get you to the Princesses right now." She said and took off with her friend in tow.

Celestia was talking to Luna when her student came in out of breath with her friend Fluttershy right behind her also out of breath. "What happened Twilight?" Celestia asked with concern.

Twilight huffed as she tried to regain her normal breathing. "Fluttershy.. Sh..she...talked to.. the...cre...creature." She said out of breath still.

Celestia's eyes widened and she rushed over to Fluttershy to see if she had been harmed in anyway shape or form only to find her in perfect health. "What did you talk about what did it do?" She asked in rapid fire mode.

Fluttershy ducked away before responding. "He healed a Manticore and he told me his name. He said he was Sky Commander Dark Phoenix leader and protector of the United States Empire the largest and most feared freedom fighting force in the universe. He also blessed me I guess you could say." She said.

Luna shook her head. "Not possible he is a killer at heart." She said in anger.

Fluttershy shook her head. "No he said may God and his Guardian Angels watch over and protect you little one before he left. He was wishing me well and I saw his eyes. They were like a hurricane of emotion that never ended or calmed. There was so much rage, anger, sadness, guilt, kindnes, wisdom, hate, and he was extremely intelligent and he seemed older that he looked." She said with a slight sadness in her voice.

Celestia shuffled uncomfortably. "Do you have anything else to add my friend?"

Fluttershy nodded her head. "His skin was white but not pale white more like a peach tan and his eyes were crimson red while his hair or mane flowed like yours and Luna's does. It was black and white but there was signs of silver that showed in the mane repeatedly he also had wings that were black and white as well except they looked like they were on fire."

Celestia's eyes popped at the mention of what he looked like. He was an angel well in his own right. His soul and heart were of the purest intentions and while dark he seemed to be unwilling to let harm come to the innocent and would even help them directly. She recognized what he was. He was an Earthly Angel or in detail and human that was transformed into a living, breathing, physical angel to protect those who needed it. They were often selected because of thier pure intentions and hearts and they could only die in combat. She had heard myths about them and the human race but that was over 2,000 years ago and she hadn't believed the stories. The tale went humanity used to live on the planet that the ponies, griffins, and ect. all lived on but were forced off due to a cataclismic event that killed half they're population even though it numbered in the billions. Now it seems humanity was returning and they would want they're home back. From the technology she had seen the creature um human use his race was highly advanced and could easily wipe them out.

Gathering Intelligence and Support. Chapter 7

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He had been running for hours now and had to be deep inside the forest. He finally stopped after he came to a small mountain with several caves or holes in the side of it. He didn't care about what was inside as long as it didn't try to kill him or wound him. He walked to one of the caves finding it to small and low to the ground he continued to climbe up the mountain till he came upon a large hole that would provided security on all side while leaving him a place to escape or fire down onto enemies if needed. He turned on his T.N.V and moved into the cave cautiously with his BS-67 ready incase of a hostile presence in the cave. He instead found a dragon laying on top of a large amount of gold and gems which caused him to raise his eyebrow at the sleeping dragon in front of him. It well she was a light blue dragoness with black claws and she was fit which would cause most males to lose they're heads trying to win her as a mate but that was besides the point. The dragons he knows never kept a hoard as they never needed it nor wanted it. He decided on a rather risky move but being who he was he didn't care about his safety when it came to dragons. He walked up to the dragon and tapped it's shoulder causing to move.

Stravia P.O.V: She felt something tap her and even though she growled or tried to move away from it the damn thing persisted on bugging her. She shot up and growled in anger only to find a strange bipedal creature standing in front of her with it's paws, claws, or hooves behind it's back. This peaked her curiosity but she was still agitated with the being in front of her. "Speak creature of I shall eat you right here and right now." She said in annoyance.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He laughed. "I doubt you would want to eat me." He said before reverting to the language he was comfortable using with dragons. They're own and hopefully this female could understand him though one thing bugged him. How the hell was she on Earth? "Voro tova co novata yolna trev nigat ragane rine for toleves." It easily translated out as. "My friend and ally I need your help with something rather important." To his surprise the dragon did not understand which caused him to face palm.

Stravia P.O.V: She titled her head before growling in anger. Not only did it refuse to speak to her but it decided to try and irritate her even more with some weird sounds. She was about to lose her temper before she saw it slap it's face probably in frustration before it finally spoke in a language she could understand.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: "I need you help with something. My kind has been allies with yours for a long time and I wish to ask that you share any knowledge of the land I am currently in." He said. He knew he was basically flying blind in this area without intelligence and without it well that would get him killed.

Stravia P.O.V: She couldn't help but smile as this creature had come to her for help. It actually made her feel good inside since most dragons were considered evil and hunted when they were found but this creature was different it was almost familiar to her. "Who are you?" She asked. What she got was the thing removing it's helmet and what she saw made her almost flip out. It was a human! A living, breathing, armed human standing right in front of her. She remembered the stories that her mother had told her when she was younger. It was about how humans became the ultimate hunters when they began to hunt dragons and very few dragons would survive the encounter. From what she had heard humanity began attacking dragons when a Shadow dragon declared war upon humankind which in turned inbittered humanity against them causing humanity to kill them in large numbers. She did something she had never done unless her mother was scolding her. She whimpered in fear and sadness of her possible impending death. "Please I-I never did anyth-thing to your-hic-kind." She said scared while staring at the human.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He watched the dragoness in front of him cry and it wracked his heart. She seemed so young and innocent not to mention she was terrified for some reason. "What bothers you child?" He wasn't expecting her to say that she had never done anything to his kind.

Stravia P.O.V: She looked at him in worry. "A dragon long ago declared war upon your kind and it turned you against us even though we had been your friends since your kind came about into this land. I was never part of the war there were many of us who weren't." She said as another tear left her eye.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He looked at her with great sadness before he walked up to her and laid a comforting hand on her front leg. "I would never kill you dragon. Your to young besides I like dragons." He said with a smile.

Stravia P.O.V: She flinched at the touch before relaxing at what he had said. She couldn't help but smile at the promise of no harm to her but she had yet to answer his question. "I uh the country your in is called Equestria it's bordered by the Griffin empire, the minotaurs kingdom, and the changeling states. The Changelings don't like Equestria and want to feed off it's love for their kind while the Griffin is looking to expand and take over Equestria. The country's population is over two million with an armed force of fifty thousand. Compared to the other countries though they don't have a sizeable enough force to stop them." She said with a frown. While she wasn't fond of pony kind's treatment of her kind she knew they were just scared like many other creatures are in the world.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He sighed. "It looks like I'm going to be involved in helping this place whether I like it or not. DAMN IT LORD YOU COULD OF AT LEAST SENT ME SOME HELP!" He screamed at the sky before a loud thump sent him rolling forward before he turned his rifle to see the one thing that would give any good person hope and any tyrant night mares for life. For in front of him stood an eight story tall Angel. These things were heavily armed with 105MM automatic Phasna cannons on the shoulders and S.A.Ms on top of the Phasna cannons. There were two more Phasna cannons in the arms with a rifle or extra weapon of any type depending on the soldier. This one had a large ARM-45 it was just a larger version of the AR-45 leaving his jaw hanging. The Angel's were basically a walking fortresses with the ability to resupply soldiers in the field with a hidden armory in the legs allowing for U.S.E soldiers to hold out longer. There was a saying in the armed forces of the U.S.E "If you hear the sound of thunder and a sound like wind you better run because your worst night mares just went out the window." He smiled at the wonder of U.S.E engineering in front of him. With this he would be able to better defend himself in battle. "I thought this was yours considering that it couldn't have come from this world."

Stravia P.O.V: She heard the human get angry and she dropped a large bipedal monster of sorts next to him. It stayed in a kneeling position with some kind of objects on it's back. She smiled when she saw the Human stare in shock before it smiled. "I thought this was yours considering it couldn't have come from this world." She said.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He had one thought on his mind. How the hell was he going to hide the damn thing in a forest when next to the mountain it was the tallest thing around for miles. He facepalmes with a groan. "Well at least I got help but this just created more problems." He looked at the sky in frustration. "Lord I'm sorry for getting mad at you BUT DON'T YOU THINK YOU COULD HAVE SHOWN ME THIS EARLIER!" He yelled before turning to the Angel. "I gotta hide this thing form those damn ponies. Do you have any ideas?"

Stravia P.O.V: Well the human asked if she knew any place to hide it. Only problem was it could only be hidden in a thousand foot hole for no one to see it. She sighed before facepawing in frustration. "Well things happen and I guess this is one of those moments when you realize you've been given a gift and a curse." She said with slight humor.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He began to think over the schematics of the Angel before he frowned at his own stupidity. Angels had a silent mode and a cloaking mode on them so they could hide in areas you wouldn't expect to find a monster of this size. "Nightmare I need to cloak this damn thing do you think you could get in the system cloak it and have it recognize me as it's driver. The last thing I need is to activate the self destruct mechanism inside of it." He heard a laugh and a few minutes later the Angel turned invisible much to his relief. His Tac-gaunt buzzed and he looked at it to see it asking for his driver name which he happily entered. After a few seconds it popped up as accepting his DNA signature and name. He thanked God for this and for once in a long time actually smiled.

A sad discovery Chapter 8

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: It had been what? About a week since he had come to Earth and to a country called Equestria. He had the armed forces after him though little of it had been his fault not to mention he was cut off from any U.S.E armed forces so he could go home. His home fleet known as the 4,879th Mythic fleet was probably running around with it's ass on fire trying to find him. He chuckled at the thought of Field Marshall Star Fall trying to keep everything under wraps and not blow up the entire fleet through some freak accident. He had decided to go exploring to gather information on the area around him. From what the dragoness had told him this place was a Diarchy with an armed force of 7,800+ soldiers. He also found out that compared to other countries the Griffin Empire, Changeling kingdoms, and Minotaur states the Equestrian armed forces while highly trained were not in large numbers. What passed for highly trained here would pass off as less than basic training in the U.S.E armed forces. The Dragoness had also allowed him to stay with her which made him rather happy. He was currently hunting and carrying his BS-67 hoping for a deer or bear thankfully he didn't have to wait to long as he soon heard a roar followed by another. He ran silently through the bushes before jumping into a tree to watch what was happening below him. It was a bear against a Hydra not the best match as the Hydra had the bear outmatched with size alone not to mention it's seven heads. He watched as the bear was picked up by the Hydra before being slammed into the ground to fall victim to the Hydra except the seven headed monster didn't kill it right away instead it optioned to play with it which pissed Dark Phoenix off to no end as he believed killing an enemy should be quick and only torture should be used as a last option. This was the Hydra having fun with it's prey before killing it. This caused him to charge at the creature with a roar that could be heard miles away due to the canyons, mountains, and crevices. He blew off one head before hitting two others to shock it while he aimed for the heart area silently cursing himself for not bringing his rocket launcher to deal with something like this.

Celestia P.O.V: She had returned to Canterlot with Luna after she had woken up much to Celestia's relief but now she had fifteen letters to write to different families about the death of they're loved ones. She never enjoyed doing such a thing especially if she had a connection to them like she did to one of the guards in that unit. His name was Silver Spear and she had become friends with him a few years ago. She wished she could take it farther than that but she would out live him while he died in front of her. The unit known as the Speeders was angry and upset over the loss of their friends not to mention the fact that they had been so easily ambushed by another being. She knew they would want revenge and she knew some of them would kill the creature. She on the other hand was angry at what had happened with her soldiers and she could not forgive the creature for it. All she knew was that this creature had emotions but was also able of killing without to much thought on the matter. She realized by openly hunting this thing that she the hunter had become the hunted.

Stravia P.O.V: She had watched the human leave allowing her to be alone for a while letting her think on what the human had said. It made her slightly happy that another being had come to her for help instead of trying to kill her just for being who she was. He had said her kind and his had been friends for a long time which led to one question. Where there others out there? She sighed as the thought of other dragons out in the universe excited her and scared her as she didn't know if they would like her should they come this planet. One thing she did know though was that humanity was returning and it had all gone according to the prophecy. It started out as a human would fall from the skies, become hunted only to turn around and become the hunter, find something it didn't like, fire would rain from the skies, death would follow, and this human would be at the epicenter except she had no idea what was going to happen in full that was the problem with prophecies they left to much room for error and to much unknown.

Dark Phoenix P.O.V: He had put the bear to rest after an hour long fight against the Hydra. He took what he could carry from it before turning around and begining his trek back through the forest only to stop as he saw something. He placed the meat down and walked towards it and what he found was an old house. It looked like it was a 21st century style home as he remembered the design of such buildings from when he was a child. It looked run down but none the less he entered to see what he could find. With his BS-67 raised he pushed open the door gently before scanning the room for anything hostile. He checked behind the door to find nothing. The room he was in was what would have been the living room if there weren't several wasp nests inside. He ignored this and continued into the kitchen where he found a skeleton a human one which caused him to tense up as memories came back to him of the first time he saw a skeleton bleached like this. It was the first time they encountered the Spine Rippers and infectious race that would tear out your spine before driving it's kind into your body completely changing you into a tool of war against your own. He had lost soldiers to those things even though it was very few it still struck him deep when he heard they're screams. The most messed up part was that you could see the torment on the human or alien face after it had been consumed. He hated that race with every fiber in his body. The Skeleton looked to be that of a male as the hip joints were completely different from that of a female. He continued on wards till he entered what was the master bedroom finding another skeleton this one being female but unlike the other one it had the look of being messed with or blown apart if the bone fragments were anything to go by. He soon left the room after finding nothing of use only to enter a smaller room in which two child sized skeletons lay on the floor. What got him the most was the fact that the chest plate of the skeleton had a massive hole in it almost as if it had been hit by a bullet. He check the other to find the skull cracked, two arm bones broken, and finally a femur ground to dust. It looked like the family had been tortured or brutally killed. He was about to walk out until he saw a paper book with the words Milo's journal on it. He picked up the book, blew off the dust, and began to read.

Entry one. October 5,2109: Hi my name is Milo and I'm nine years old daddy gave me you to write in. In my family are four people. Me, my older brother Scott, my mommy sara, and daddy Jake. We live in a forest now and since we do and no one else is around we get bored. Daddy tells us not to go to far from the house because of dangerous things that live out there.

Entry fifteen. November 7,2109: Well we've been out here for a while now and daddy told me why. Some place called Yellowstone exploded and this was one of the few areas not affected. So we live here now. He skipped to a later date and what he read angered and saddened him.

Entry 112. December 24, 2111: I'm eleven now but I'm scared. Things keep pounding on the door telling us to open up in the name of the king and queen but there are none there can't be. These things look like ponies and they tried to kill me when I looked out the window.

Entry 113. December 29,2111: They've gotten in and daddie's dead including mommy. I could hear her scream as the sound of bones breaking reached my ears. I don't want to die. These ponies are were gold armor and have horns or wings I loved pegasi as they were always my favorite mythical creature except these ones are killing us. I just saw brother get killed they blew open his chest and broke his skull. They're after me. The rest -what little there was- was blotted out by dried blood. His hands let go of the book as his hands curled into fists and his body began shake with rage. These ponies had killed children and a family that had done no harm. A single thought ran through his head. These people had been killed for nothing. He grabbed the bones of each family member and buried them with a cross above they're heads. He then did the one thing he rarely ever did. He pulled out his purple Phasna energy knife and drove it into the ground with ten inches out of the thirteen out in open. He began to sing a song that had brought him comfort when he was just starting out as a soldier. It was by a group known as Voice Of Thousands.

With that he ended the song. He admitted he wasn't the best singer but he believed that the thought is what counts. As he turned to leave he could have sworn he heard someone whisper. "Thank you." before walking away from the house. He swore one thing though. He would bring judement down onto these ponies even if he had to bring an entire fleet to do so. The ponies had just opened the doors into a Nightmare and the only way would be to find someway to appologize for they're crimes.

Anger and a retelling of the past Chapter 9

X-67 Chronos: Weapon designed to stop or slow time while not affecting friendly human soldiers.

Dark Phoenix POV: He was now angry and it seemed the whole of Everfree knew it because not a single creature was out nor was a sound being made and if it was it quickly silenced. He could smell the fear in the air from all the animals only thing is he didn't give a damn about what they were feeling. What he did care about was the fact humans had survived after the explosions of the hundreds of volcanos that went active the moment Yellowstone exploded. Not only could have humanity survived but it could have repopulated, grown, advance in techonology, and send a distress signal but they were killed off instead not even allowed to defend themselves or beg for mercy. The children had been killed without remorse they're bones scattered and ground to dust then left there without even so much as a proper burial let alone fully burned and scattered to the wind. If they had been cremated he wouldn't have been so angry because there would have been a sign of respect but no thess ponies or whatever had killed them didn't give two shits and exterminated them like Jews in a damn Concentration camp or a death camp. When he was younger he had seen those who had blonde hair and blue eyes picked on and called Nazis just for being who they were even when they were never racist or cruel to another. He wanted to go into the place these Alicorns lived in and demand answers at gunpoint and despite this urge he knew he couldn't do it. He not only knew the possibilty of civilian casualties but also the fact would worsen things thus making any attempt to get answers harder. This left him with one option which made him smile, Surrender but not in reality, It would be a ploy. He was a soldier and as such in the time he had been alive and a soldier he had been taught by instuctors and by himself how to trick others and make them feel secure, over confident, and prideful before he and the rest of the U.S.E came crashing down on top of it destroying the enemies moral. Sometimes the U.S.E would evacuate civilians pull out all the troops of a planet making the enemy think they were weak thus making they're enemy send they're full force forward into U.S.E territory only to be caught in a large scale ambush of a thousand or so fleets full of very angry soldiers who wanted to tear a chunck out of the enemy which they usually did. It was the one tactic he was going to use before he broke out of whatever damn prison they put him in. He soon arrived at the dragoness's cave only to see her gone. He didn't care as he began to work on the Angel. He set it to respond to an automatic message of distress or need for an assist from him incase he needed extra firepower or the ability to intimidate the ponies. As he worked he came across a X-67 Chronos time based support weapon. It was designed to slow time in the targeted area while not affecting friendly soldiers. He shook his head with a smile on his face as he placed it into the weapons rack inside the behemoth. He found many of the designs of the Angel impressive with it's large metal wings that shockingly looked like blades allowing it the ability to fly using a look of an actual Angel in flight. The purpose wasn't to cut things in half like a wing blade could but to instill a sense of hope and pride in the troops and innocent. He had officially decided that tomorrow he would 'surrender' and try to get his questions answered. He knew he would have to play nice which meant taking the insults (which he very good at taking), battery, and assaults the ponies heaped on him. No doubt they would try to gain acess to his mind to gain what knowledge he had which he was also prepared for. Any attempts enter the mind of a U.S.E soldier without permission was usually met with a force that would shock most. He also planned on the ponies asking for his weapons only problem was they had only seen two or three of them which would allow him to keep certain others hidden. There was a saying about U.S.E soldier. "Just when you think they're safe and disarmed they pull a knife on you." After a while he heard Stravia land behind him. "Well your back I thought you left me alone." He heard her chuckle.

Stravia POV: She had recently gone hunting and returned with a full stomach thanks to the herd of deer I had found. As she was returning home she saw a large group of the guard assembling defenses in the small town of Ponyville. She laughed as she remembered the technology this being had not to mention the large 'Mech' the human had in his possesion. Those defenses would not hold from one of the human's weapons if it came to a full on confrontation between him and the guards. Unfortunately it seemed that was about to happen since a battalion of the best Lunar pegasi Luna had to offer were being assembled in the town. She knew they were warriors of the night and from what she had heard humans while just as able at night fighting were worse off since they're genes did not include those of a cat. The human cracked a joke in which She responded. "I was thinking about it but then I remembered you would be without a friend." She saw him take off his helmet as he looked at Her. She could easily see that she had struck a negative cord. "I'm sorry I didn't know." She watched him sigh before he looked at her. "Forget it you didn't mean to but I will tell you I do have a friend. She's a dragoness like you except she's dark blue with silver stripes running from the tip of her forhead to her front shoulder." He said as he returned to his work. She enjoyed watching this human work watching how his body moved and flowed. He was like a raging river, gracefull, deadly, but beautiful none the less. She snapped herself from these thoughts as she realized she was staring at him. Even if she liked him in any intamate way he was smaller than she was (Get your head out of the gutter) and couldn't support her weight besides he was human the hunter of her kind, killer of many, and some of the greatest warriors in the universe since they were natural born predators.

Dark Phoenix POV: He sighed once he had finished and noticed out of the corner of his eye that the dragoness was watching him. "See anything you like?" He said as he watched her turn red. "You shouldn't stare at me it outs me on edge and me on edge is not a good thing." He continued talking while shutting the hatch to the driver compartment. He had nothing better to do but ask the female a question. "You want to know about my past don't you?" He saw her nod in approval. He motioned for the dragoness to sit and he began his tale. "I was born October 11,1997 at 3:00 in the morning. When I was four months old I caught a disease known by my kind as Bronchitas. I wasn't going to survive if it hadn't been for the efforts of several doctors. In the year 2105 a large volcano known as Yellowstone exploded causing several others to explode and cover this world in ash forcing us off. My country had seen this coming for ten years so we took it upon ourselves to warn other nations. Out of the two hundred that existed only four were saved. The United States, Israel, United Kingdom, and France allowing them to be fully spared the destructoin of the world. Since we didn't want full cultures to die out or entire bloodlines to be lost we resorted to kidnapping families and placing them on the ships while we waited for the end to come. We had a fleet of 40 star ships which was more than enough to hold our population of 567,988,541 people. Unfortunately when the disaster struck only 3.1 billion out of the 9.4 billion of our kind were spared the horrors and pains of a slow death close to nearly 2/3rds of our race died from that event. If that wasn't enough the intitial devistation blew so much confusion between the human fleets that we didn't come into contact with any of them for fifty years. We settled on the planet known as Sky Haven which was two times larger than this planet allowing us to settle on it and grow. We instantly began research on new weapons and defenses since we had been thrown out so violently and as such we needed some form of comfort in our time of need. We colonized two nearby planets in the same solar system ten years after the loss of our home before we came in contact with a race that took pity on us." He looked at Stravia. "Yours. It was through your race's kindness that we felt safer and more protected from threats. To this day your kind has allowed us to ride on they're backs and fight off of them giving hope to children and showing everyone that there is hope for us all. We made a law limiting the population of Sky Haven to 2.5billion people in total due to environmental issues that we didn't want springing up and ruining it's beauty. We managed to save most of our animal species and they flourished on our new home. The eagles were probably the happiest as they took refuge in the floating mountains that rose into space it's self. Anyway long story short I am 2057 years old a soldier and a leader of my people. We are still a democracy but I am always there in the back round making sure my people are protected and that the leaders are making the right choices for my race. I have had to multiple time throw someone out of office for trying to wreck our economy, change our government, or weaken our defenses." He at this time noticed the look of sympathy the dragoness was giving him. He heard her say one thing before he saw her drift off to sleep. "Your kind has faced so much and yet you fight on. It's no wonder your so feared and respected. Your kind is a race that endures" He smiled at this before gazing into the stars reciting his last love's name and profile out loud. "Watch Commander Salina Regros, callsign Night Guardian. Four Guardian medals, two Light medals, and two Peacemaker medals. Serial number 133247655862/551442 died November 25th,3678 at 1445 hours due to infection. Listed KIA and announced dead upon returning to the U.S.I.S Harbringer. Night Guardian I'm so sorry I couldn't save you." He said as a tear left his eye falling as it caught the moonlight before splashing to the ground like a wave upon a beach.

Over the Forest and through the town to Canterlot dungeon we go. Chapter 10

Dark Phoenix POV: He got an early start after leaving Stravia a message not to follow him and that he would be back in about a week's time. He left the message so the dragoness wouldn't freak out and come flying into ponyland and get shot. He had lost people, wolves, and other mythical beings before this so it would pain him for her to die as well. He sighed taking one last look over his shoulder before walking off into the forest towards the nearby town knowing full well that today was going to be a very chaotic and hellish day. As he walked through the forest he began to run through his inventory in which he had packed a CP-143 Griffin combat sidearm, a 13" phasna infused combat knife, and his favorite weapon in the U.S.E arsenal, the SR-98AMAP or the SR-98 for those who would get confused. He also decided to keep his AR-45 on him so he could turn it over to the ponies which in turn would make them think he was disarmed and not a threat only problem is you can never truly disarm a U.S.E soldier they themselves are living weapons but not devoid of emotions. The four years each soldier went through made them capable fighters. He went past the old castle and after an hour or so he ended up on the outskirts of the town to find it fortified with barricades and walls. He silently laughed as the walls looked weak and unstable all he would have to do was bull rush the damn things and they'ed come down. He heard a shout and felt something slam into his chest armor with a pained groan afterwards. He looked down to see a blue pegasus on the ground cradling her head and forehooves which only made him raise his eyebrow thinking one thought. "These ponies are either dumb or fool hardy."He sighed and picked up the mare before kicking open a hole in one of the walls when his boot made contact with the wooden wall. He stepped through the wall and saw ponies running all over the place screaming making him want to facepalm. The drama in this place was to much not to mention the fact that anyone with any common sense would realize that panic in a bad situation only made it worse. He saw a pair of ponies smack into eachother and carts of food tipping over making the whole seen rather funny aside from the guards approaching him with determined but scared glances at eachother. Fear it was something he could use though using fear against his enemies didn't affect him mentally he swore to never use it on a civilian or child and he had seen what that kind of usage could do to a civilian. It was soldiers he would use it on since they were mentally tougher and if you could scare a soldier then it was bad for moral especially if it was the leader who was terrified. "You there! You are under arrest for assualt, attempted murder, battery, destruction of property, and causing public unrest in the land of Equestria. You are under arrest and will be punished in a court of law." Dark Phoenix shrugged and smirked. "I, don't, give, a, fuck." He said and placed the blue winged rainbow down. He smirked as he finally came up with a good name for it to be labled as...Skittles. He snickered, held his hands up removed his AR-45, and tossed it on the ground. The ponies stood in shock at what just happened in front of them. "I surrender to your pitiful army's meager strength." He said in slightly depressed but bitter tone. He had to play the part and this was the only way. He watched on of the guards pick up his weapon before it laughed. "What is this? It looks like a club. How do you expect to take on our army with just a club? Hey what's this thing do?" Dark Phoenix saw him getting ready to pull the trigger and smirked underneath his helmet. A U.S.E weapon was genetically linked to it's user in this case Dark Phoenix. The pony had no idea what would happen nor did he know about the DNA encoder because no sooner had the pony pulled a trigger did a shock run though him frying him alive with 15,000 volts of energy. The pony screamed and fell to the ground his head rolling of causing Dark Phoenix to visibly cringe at the sight. If he ever cringed then others were going to throw up which is what happened next as several ponies began to throw up or began to cry. "I should have warned you about the defense feature on there. You can't use it unless I give you permission willingly. It's linked to my DNA so it only works for me and any attempt to tamper with it will dissolve it and place it back in my hands or Explode." The ponies looked at him in shock before he cuffed, told to take off his helmet, and pushed forward. He removed his helmet allowing his hair to flow out like it normally did with his crimson eyes and scar to showing to the whole world. The crowd though slightly disturbed by the death of a guard cheered and bood him while they threw things like apples at him. One pony actually had enough balls to go for a nut shot which failed misserably as his hoof broke before getting a slight shock causing him double the pony double the pain. After a while they came to a train where he was forced into a small prison like box car before the train began to move. He sat back and enjoyed the ride to where ever they were taking him.

Twilight Sparkle POV: She had seen a guard shocked to death by one of the creature's weapons before it was put in cuffs. It was told to remove it's helmet and what she saw shocked her. Fluttershy had been right, the face, the eyes, the mane, and the emotions were all there. She would have to study him or get permission to study him. She sent a letter to Princess Celestia detailing what had happened.

Princess Celesia and Luna POV: They had been talking about what to do with the creature since it had been openly hostile towards them. It was in great pain from what they could tell and were getting to putting it down before a letter appeared in front of them. Celestia read what was inside before her jaw dropped and she handed it to Luna who's reaction was one of smugness. "Tia it appears the creature has lost the will to fight. We could put it down like we had had suggested." Celestia shook her head. "The knowledge lost though would be to great and I don't think it actually surrendered . It's to powerful and deadly, it killed Discord, sveral guards, knocked you out with stealth greater than yours, and then just surrendered. No something is off here Luna and I don't like it." She watched her sister shake her head with pride evident on her face.

Dark Phoenix POV: The guards had messed with the AR-45 for a while leaving another dead much to the anger of the guards who began swearing, cussing, and insulting him. He could only smirk as he knew they were getting to prideful. They arrived at the station with a sudden stop causing a few of the guards to topple over much to his amusement. Once they were out of the train he noticed that there was close to two battalions of guards some gold others in purple which made them look more deadly than they're gold counterparts not that the whole bat look didn't do anything to insure that. He saw the two royal ponies approaching him and he let a feral smile cross his face. No he wasn't an animal well scratch that since all of humanity was an animal, classified as a mammale, and not a plant. He was more animal that your average human due to the blood he had recieved froma Star Wolf to save his life at one point. He was already deadly by that time, able to close his wounds, and bring a fucking bomb down on your head but the Star Wolf blood made him more calculating, deadly, silent, and tactiful. He saw the two alicorns stop in front of him with glares that made him inwardly chuckle. One of them spoke if he remembered correctly her name was Celestia. "Do you understand me?" Dark Phoenix nodded his head silently which prompted her to speak more. "You have hurt my little ponies, killed without reason, and have destroyed lives. Do you have any idea what you've done?" He rolled his eyes. "Bitch it's called survival but you might as well have declared war. Did you ever take into account that I may have been injured, lost, or scared. As for destroying lives YOU are the one who sent soldiers after me causing me to react in a defensive manner so that makes any lives lost your fault. You could have remained diplomatic but you decided aggression which made me respond in kind. That brings me to my next point which is that I've saved three children, saved a pegasus's friend, and didn't kill Moon over there when I could have easily torn out her heart, dismembered the body, and left it stung up all over the place. You are not to blame me for this." He growled in anger. He watched the female step back slightly with a smile on his face. After a few minutes he was escorted to the castle while ponies began to throw stuff or do the usual thing that any crowd of assholes would do. It took a while with a few guards gloating about how they had captured him to the news ponies in the area. He even got his picture taken which made him flinch just slightly due to some rather unpleasent memories involving the fame he had gained for his actions. At one point there was a cult that sprung up in his name which he put down. He was 2052 years old and it wasn't impossible for some nut job to start thinking he was a god or something. Thanfully U.S.E residents were either Jewish, Christian, or Muslim even though it didn't help the news reporters and such. He wasn't big on being in the spotlight and tried to give his soldiers more of it since most people talk about a leader's victory and not about the troops underneath him who won the victory, who earned it, who rightfully deserved it. His thoughts were cut off when they reached a cell where he was forced into it. The guards left after closing the door leaving two of their number near by. After a few hours of sitting in the cell and despite they're best efforts of keeping it dark inside he got up to fiddle with the lock only to find much to his annoyance that there wasn't one. It wasn't annoyance at the fact he could have left hours ago but at the fact these ponies were dumb enough to leave a door unlocked. He thought they would have at least a barrier blocking him in but there wasn't one. The lack of training, professionalism, and security was anough to make him claw his eyes out at the stupidity of it all. He soon went to find a dark corner so when the princesses came in he could catch them by surprise.

Well things are going to happen and shit is getting close to hitting the fan. He's playing them and they don't know it. For the record the show caused the lack of military might to be shown. *Facepalm*
