Chapter 1

Four years ago it seemed to me was just another boy looking to pay my way through college and make a decent living and retire in comfort. I wasnt from a rich family and had to pay my own way doing any odd jobs to make extra money So when i answered an advertisement in the paper for volunteers on a government project it seemed like  the only way i could make the money .

After several medical and physical trials at the local hospital they gave me the all clear and began telling me details of the project that i would subject to. They was doing tests on cryogenic suspension a very dodgy way of saying freezing  and re thawing living beings. They were going to freeze me and reanimate my body like nothing happened and if i said anything that would risk the project to anyone else i would not receive my payment.

When the day came for the test i was just sitting in the waiting room my mind running wild with possibilities and consequences. ' What if i dont wake up?' 'Why couldnt i tell anyone about it?. The thoughts faded when an older man in a white jacket and green scrubs called me by name. As i follow him down the dimly lit hallway i ask myself if it was too late to back out and forget this whole thing. when i reminded myself why i was doing it. I wanted a better life for myself and if i wanted it i would have to take risks.

The doctor stops at a door labeled Clean Room. He pulls out a set of keys and inserts it into the lock. I hear a low buzzing sound and my doctor slowly opened the door and walked in motioning me to join him inside was a cylindrical shaped roof with some kind of sprinkler system.

He stops halfway to another door and instructs me to stay still. When i open my mouth to ask why a mist of white fog enveloped the chamber. I stand still as another buzzing noise rang out and the doctor continued to the other door and gently push it open. There i saw many doctors and nurses along with men in three piece suits that looked like the guys of some personal bodyguard. We stop when we reach the machine all this fuss was about.

I wasnt really impressed it looked like an enclosed shower booth. He opens the hatch and a few doctors help me undress and had me lay down on a cold steel table. Looking up at the ceiling at the blinding light a figure appears and eclipses momentarily the white light.

I hear a clanging noise like silverware being dropped. i look over my shoulder to see a strange metal object that when the nurse opened it up it glowed a strange blue haze. The doctor forces my head towards him and places a mask over my head. He tells me to count backwards from ten and i do my best to count i got to six and completely passed out.




Chapter 2

It was if i had just blinked and i woke up to a blaring red light. I was inside the shower booth shaped structure sitting up and strapped in. I struggle in my seat and undo the latches holding me firmly to it. looking around i find a small latch at the side of the capsule wasting no time I pulled the yellow and black handle.

The metal door screeched open slowly revealing the inside of what seemed to be another much larger structure about the size of a semi truck trailer with my capsule at the end of it. Puzzled and shouting out i got no  answer and sat there wondering were i was at. slowly stepping out of the tube i call out again with the same result.

When i scan the inside i see crates and a variety of dimming and shattered lights along with many black screened computers. I get to a shiny metal door towards the door and stare at my reflection. I still looked the same as if i just woke up from a long nap and had the metal device i saw earlier in the operating room on my left arm. Trying my best to pry it off me with anything i could find laying around i only succeeded in cutting my arms up. I got really frustrated about the situation and just wanted answers from these crackpot doctors.

I walk up to the door and turn the latch. The door as if a force was pushing it on it booms open and i felt the same strange feeling as it pulled me out towards the opening. I put myself to the cold metal floor and covered my head when my ears felt like they going to explode.

The pain was at an intensity of my most god awful nightmares. Seething and still covering my head i look out towards the opening. All i saw was a sure sign of fire and panicking i begin to crawl out slowly with my face towards the floor. I reach the opening and fall onto soft grass. It made me feel so much safer knowing i was outside and not trapped. I crawl faster until i reach a nearby tree and prop myself up against it.

The night sky kept the fire trail clearly visible. It looked like they shot me out of a cannon and it crashed in a small field judging by the debris. I take a deep breath and relax my body.  My ears stopped hurting as much and ringing so bad that all other noises where inaudible i was incredibly dizzy. Maybe they would send people i figured i would just stay there and wait. It didnt take long for me to pass out under the stars.

I had nightmares of two strange beings tying me up to a sled and dragging me into a barn i clearly hear them talking though i couldnt make out physical features. When i came around i had to face the reality that i was in fact tied up and i wasnt dreaming. I struggle furiously at the ropes only to exhaust myself.

Suddenly there is a loud creak as the door opened and allowed the outside light in. I freeze in fear as i see two shadows enter slowly. I just peek over and see two mini horses walk in. My eyes fix on them as they curiously walked towards me. They were odd looking creatures the red one was the bigger or the two and a smaller orange and blonde one. They stared at me with large green eyes that took up much of there skulls.

I just stare back and didnt say nothing and just gritted my teeth. I almost voided my bowels when i heard the orange one speak to the other one in plain English. 'Big Mac look at the choppers on him i have never seen teeth like that have you?' The red one replies bluntly 'Nope'.

Maybe the others might know about IT and were it came from. The others i thought to myself there were more of these things out there. I continued to stay silent as they walked off outside shutting the door behind them.

Chapter 3

It seemed like an eternity in the stuffy and humid barn the burning sweat ran off my face. And because my hands were tied behind me on a solid wood beam i couldnt stop it from stinging my eyes. I tilt my head to gain some relief from the burning water my head was releasing.

The door creaked again and this time it was the two from before along with five other ones all in bright spectrum of color that ive only seen in rare tropical birds and insects. They were all bickering amongst each other and stopped feet away from me amd fell silent. A lavender and pink one steps closer and i stare her down not knowing her next move.

She turns back and asks the others. ' So this is what you found by that fallen star?' Fallen star what? what was she talking about? I turn my attention back to them when the orange one replied. Yessir Twilight it was trying to crawl away when we caught it last night we could see the flash for miles and it landed in the southern field. Indeed the one known as twilight replies.

The others started talking and rambling on all the while shooting there eyes back at me on occasion. A white one with a horn and purple hair examined me closer them the rest looking at the strange device on my forearm. Whatever it is it clearly came from a place with exotic tastes ive never seen jewelry like that before.

The others followed suit surrounding me like wolves. Maybe we should untie him and see if hes dangerous? asked the all pink one. A cyan colored one shot back at her Pinkie have you lost it? She puts her head down and mopes when the smallest one with a butter yellow coat and electric pink mane spoke up finally in a very soft voice. And said it wasnt a bad idea after all and  it was wrong to keep me tied up. They talked awhile longer and made the decision to turn me loose.

The orange one falls out of my sight and i feel the rope around my arms come undone. I slowly pull my arms back to there original position and begin stretching my aching joints. Not trying to make any sudden movements i slowly work my legs and stand up.

They all had there eyes one me while i stretched out. The pink blurts out 'My its tall and it walks on two legs. the average height was only 3 and a half feet on the biggest one i seen so far. Twilight asked the orange one with concern. 'Applejack can you keep watch over it while i make an appointment for Celestia to figure out what it is?

Applejack glares coldly at me and replies ' No way Jose that thing scares the crap out of me.' A tiny voice pops out ' I could watch over Him or Her for awhile'. We all turned towards the small yellow one. Twilight asks her if she thought that would be a good idea. And she shuffles her front feet looking down at the ground. She looks back at them and replies ' Yes im sure it will be no trouble at all.'

Twilight nods her head and asks her to just be careful. I wanted to object but i figured i would just keep my mouth shut. I figured i would just wait until they went to sleep and just disappear in the woods. I stand by the door and look out at the landscape and sky. It seemed picturesque almost artificial. When i feel a nudge at my side that caused me to jump almost out of my skin and slam into a wall knocking me to the ground.

I shoot back up and stare down the yellow creature that was backing up slowly towards the others. I wanted to break its neck but i refrained and calmed down. 'I dont think it likes you Fluttershy. spoofed the cyan rainbow maned one. They had such ridiculous names for each other now that i knew most of them. They all volunteered to walk with her back to her house and make sure things were ok.

They all walk out and i follow slowly as they seemed to want to box me in like they were going to stomp me out. I just walk on quietly almost admiring the trail that teemed with life not the concrete jungle i went to sleep in. After a short hike we make it a giant tree structure that had a house built in it.

I just stop and stare awkwardly at it the others pass me up and gather around the door. The white one pleads with Fluttershy to stay at the house  and keep her company just in case. She smiles and thanks her and said she would love to have her stay. All the others said there goodbyes and began the walk back were ever they came from leaving me alone with Fluttershy and the white one i had yet to learn her name.

They enter the house and i follow with my head on a swivel scanning the inside. It had a rustic feeling all wood and metal like the houses i had seen in westerns growing up. the yellow one makes her way into another room while the white one took a seat in the living area. I just continue pacing and finally take a seat next to the white one. I could tell she was uneasy so i just lean back a little and saw that she had a insect on her back.

She goes crazy when she feels it on her neck and like pulling a tick off a dog i grab her up gently and pull it off her. She looks at me and the small bug still wiggling in my fingers. In her charming voice she thanks me and i get up and toss the bug out the window. Fluttershy walks in a moment later and asks Rarity which i knew her name now if we were ready for dinner. She nods and motions for me to follow. I hesitate for a moment and wondered if i was dinner.  

Chapter 4

I work up the courage and followed her into the dining room where we all had places made. I wait for them to be seated and took a place in the middle on a generously sized oak table. Most of the food was vegan suggesting that i wasnt on the menu. They sat quietly for a moment and began eating with no forks like you would expect animals too.

I reach for my multi tool with all of the necessities for camping. i pull out the fork and begin chomping on the strange salad with no dressing. Their big eyes looked at me like i was crazy and turned their attention back to their food when i caught them staring.

They begin talking more about the device on my arm. To be honest i didnt know what it was or why it was on me. When i finished up Fluttershy brought me a small bucket filled with water and almost instantly i gulp it down almost making me sick. It was nice of her to take me in to her house and feed me so i decided to break my silence and thank her. She was staring at me smiling with her giant teal eyes when i cleared my throat and said quietly. ' Thank You.'

The room fell silent you could have heard a pin drop until Rarity broke the silence. 'You can talk?' she shouts. I reply 'Yes' and that started a flood of questions from them both. Fluttershy asks for my name and i bit my tongue for a moment and staring at them both i figured it couldnt hurt and responded with my full name 'Daxxus Trang' but you can call me just Dax.' Where are you from Dax? my yellow friend asks.

I tell them i originally was born in Germany and my parents moved to America because of civil unrest in my country. They look at each other and Rarity responded back. Ive traveled all over this world and i never heard of such places and never seen anything like you. That scared me almost to death. I really had no idea were i was and it didnt seem likely that i would make it back home soon.

Maybe i should stick around and just try to get some answers out of them. I took a turn and began questioning them about the others. Fluttershy explained to me the four species of ponies that inhabited this world. Earth Pegasus Unicorn And the royal Alicorns of Canterlot I try to understand as she goes on about their culture and daily life. She goes on for quiet awhile and stops to ask me a question.

My eyes grow wide when she goes completely off subject and calmly asks if i was a male or female. I stay quiet and answered her question with another question. ' Why do you want to know?' With ignorance in my voice. Rarity defends her friend and says to me. ' We both were curious, very sorry to pry into your business.'

We all sat in an awkward silence for a moment until Rarity cleared her throat and suggested to Fluttershy that they should probably try and get some rest. She looks up from the floor and towards her friend she nods her head and we all excuse ourselves to the living area. Fluttershy tells us both that we could sleep anywhere we felt comfortable. i sit up on the long chair while the other two took the couch next to me.

She blows out the candles and the whole rooms light is reduced to one candle. I stare at the flickering light for quiet awhile lost in thought about what could of happened. The two next to me had next to superhuman hearing. Every tiny movement i made they would pick it up and pop there eyes open at me. So i just tried to relax and it didnt take long for me to fall asleep and slump over on the chair.

Chapter 5

The blinding light from the sun was shining in my face from the window. Meaning it was probably time to get up and face the reality of this nightmare i had gotten myself in. I look over at the tiny couch my captors were sleeping on to find it empty and take the opportunity to escape and find the field i supposedly fell out of the sky onto a small field.

I silently creep over the wood floor and make my way towards the front door and gently pull it open. As soon as i smelled the fresh air i burst through the front door and made a dead sprint for the woods. I ran through the yard and slow down once i felt there was  a safe distance from sight.

Through the thick bush and hedgerows i found the barn in a clearing that i was held up in yesterday. I remember the orange one had said they found me towards the south and judging by the sun i still had a long way to go but i had to find that crash site. While i was walking i found a small creek and detoured to water myself. Filling my self up and hiking through the brush just yards away i found the clearing with the Earth scorched and debris everywhere.

I see the capsule and run towards it in a hurry almost puking from the water churning in my stomach. I jump through the hatch and enter the confined space. It was the same disorganized mess i left behind. Every thing glass was shattered and useless. I went through the crates and found lots of medical supplies along with food. i fill a large pack and began walking out of the trashed hulk of metal.

Walking out I knock over a small pack and curious i kneel down and   pick it up and look at it closely and read my name written in tiny letters. I figured i would take it along and look at the contents later. I get back up and walk back towards the hatch and jump out taking every precaution to look around at the surrounding forest. It was all clear when i turn around to head for the bushy treeline.

I drop everything when i see the two from last night only feet away from me. Startled and completely caught off guard i froze in place and wished i could just turn invisible. Fluttershy with concern oozing from her voice as she broke the standoff. ' Thank goodness we found you. We figured you might come back here. Are you okay?' Rarity joins in with the same concern 'You really should have told us where you were going that wasnt very polite of you.'

I stand firm in the solidarity of my mind. I was starting to get pissed off about these creatures constantly in my business. But i held my tongue and muttered in a low voice 'Sorry i didnt mean to cause you two to panic. Your right i should have said something.

They both beamed huge smiles and almost in unision said. ' Its ok.' Shuffling my feet and looking at the ground i waited for one of them to break the ice again. It came when Rarity asked what was the bags i was carrying were for. I responded by opening the large pack so they could see the gauze and the kits with red crosses painted on them and the cans of food. They asked what i would need that for.

Trying my best to lie my way out i remember the cuts on my arm and told them i needed to cover them. They seemed satisfied with my response and asked if i was hungry. I nod my head and pick my bags up. They lead the way back chatting along while i was starting to struggle with all my baggage.

If they both werent only 3 feet tall i would have jumped on there backs and just rode them back but i guess i could use the exercise. It was about noon when we reached the house of Fluttershy's. i follow them through the small wooden doorway bumping my head in the process.

I Shake it off and make my way to the dining room. They were already eating at the same places they were seated last night. I ask Fluttershy how she had such a nice house. I got her to crack a smile and said with pride. 'The town all pitched in to help me build it when i moved to Ponyville .

I ask where she originally came from. She was from a city in the sky known as Cloudsdale. When i ask how that can be she explains that the pegasi can walk on clouds and live in the sky. When i ask why she left she didnt respond she just hid her face with her hair.

I felt bad that i upset after she had been so generous so i apologized and changed the subject. We talked for quiet awhile longer and i was beginning to learn more about these creatures. My father always told me that knowledge is power so i never passed up the opportunity to learn something new .

I excuse myself after filling myself on carrots lettuce and water to clean myself up. They both follow closely  behind me  outside like i was going to run off again. I walk through the living area and through the front door and walk out to the front lawn. Fluttershy was feeding her animals while Rarity was sunbathing on a lawn chair. Luckily for me there was a small creek that ran through her yard.

I kneel and stare at my reflection in the crystal clear water. Almost immediately i pull down the zipper of my suit and let it fall to the ground exposing my skin to the vibrant sunlight. The water looked so cool and clean. I jump in and sit down with water up to my belly button and using my hands washed my self spotless getting all the dirt and sweat off me .

Fluttershy spots me in the water and walks up to her friend and tells her ' Oh my Its body looks so fragile and hairless.' Rarity just stares puzzled  and responds with ' What happened to all its fur.' Finishing up i get out and stand bare foot on the grass. I only had my shorts on which didnt cover me up almost serving as underwear and dried myself in the breeze .

The two approached me from the chairs looking up at me like they just met me again for the first time. They stand there with their eyes fixed on me for awhile. Feeling self conscience like being naked in public i ball up on the ground at eye level with them.  When I ask them whats wrong  Rarity steps inches away from me and asks gently ' Can i maybe just touch your skin?. I hold my arm out and she rubs her head on my shoulder and onto my back instead.

Her fur was incredibly soft it almost felt like the smoothest silk fabric. Fluttershy you have to see this its so smooth ive never felt anything like it. Fluttershy just rubs her front leg on my shoulder and gasps. Wont you freeze to death with out your fur?

I chuckled a little bit and placed my hand on her head. Rarity comes in to my view and still puzzled she asks. Your  afraid of being naked arent you that little piece of clothing covers your genitalia. My face goes blood red and i just wanted to turn invisible.

I stay silent and grab the medical kit to clean my cuts. They stand feet away amazed how i could do tasks impossible for them with ease. First i grab the cleaning solution which basically was food grade alcohol meant to sanitize and kill boredom.

I grit my teeth as the solution seemed to burn like fire on the wounds running off my arm with a sickly red color as it began to bleed again. When the pain subsided i apply an ointment and wrap it up with gauze. The device on my arm was a constant pain and wouldnt allow me to cover it up completely but i did my best to stave off infection.

Satisfied with my work i stand back up and pulled my now clean suit from the creek and refit. While Fluttershy and Rarity were chatting on. When i walk up to them Fluttershy squeaks out. 'If you need to clean yourself up you can use the bathtub in my house. I smile and continue putting my things back. When Rarity suddenly pops out. Oh my Fluttershy i just remembered im meeting designers from Trottinham this afternoon. do you think i could just clean myself up here Deary.

Fluttershy smiles and nods and they walk back towards the house. Fluttershy looks back at me and motions me to follow.  

Chapter 6

I follow them inside and place myself on the sofa in her living room. They grab themselves towels and make there way up the stairs. I sat quietly while i heard the sure sign of water running and it stop suddenly a few minutes later. Ten minutes go by and i thought about trying to break out again.

My things were outside just for that purpose as not to be clanging around when i went through the tiny doorway. I creep towards the door as slow as a chameleon climbing on a stick when a tiny scream stopped me dead halfway to the door. I sit back down and just listen carefully.

A few moments later the same scream rang out through the walls of the house. This time got me curious about what was going on and motivated me to check it out. I carefully navigate the steps to the upper level it was a hallway with two doors side by side. I stop between them and listen for the noise again. The door to the right had a keyhole that let the light in from the room behind it.

I kneel down and place my eye over the hole. It definitely was a bathroom but what i saw in the tub shocked me almost dropping my jaw to the floor. The white one had her face buried in Fluttershy's backside with her pink tongue furiously attacking her tiny flower and judging by the expression on her face she was loving every second of it. I go white when they exit the tub and dry themselves.

I run down the steps with little disregard to be quiet. The door opens when i reach the living area and i leap onto the couch again and regain my composure. They just walked in like nothing happened and took a place next to me. I had so many questions but it was probably best not to ask.

Rarity thanks Fluttershy for her hospitality and lets herself out the door leaving me alone with the yellow mare that i found out was in fact a female. I had clues that pointed that way but that sight confirmed it for me. Trying my best not to seem awkward i was just making small talk with her.

She warmed up to me and we began having more indepth conversations helping me understand places and ponies i should avoid. All of it wasnt idle chat i needed the information that only they could provide to make my escape. I ask her how they found me and she looks at me in confusion and asks. 'You dont know how you got here?' I shake my head and reply 'No'. She go's on about the night i was found.' I was outside when you crashed in the field. The flash could be seen for miles and left a huge fire trail.

Only a few actually went to investigate and thats when they found you. But other than that it all we could find out.' I ask if there was any more that seen the crash. and she tells me Ponyville might be the place to ask around. I look out a window to see the sun beginning to set over the hilly landscape.

I ask her how to get to this town and she pleads with me not to go out after dark. So i ask her if i could spend another night and puzzled she replies. ' Of course i volunteered to keep you safe i want you stay here until further notice.' I smile and thanked her. She really was looking out for me and i appreciated it.

I wasnt used to kindness from strangers it was a rat race in my world. Everyone had there own agenda and pushed and stomped everyone in there way. I lost in thought staring down closely at her beautiful teal eyes. In the light they glistened brilliantly and i could almost see my reflection in them. We broke away from each other and she tells me she must get dinner ready.

I ask kindly if she needed a hand. She smiles back at me and says sweetly. 'Its fine you just relax.' I ask if i can step outside for some fresh air. She nods and walks into kitchen. I let myself out and off the steps. i found a spot to sprawl out on the grass and looked at the purple sky.

I think about what i would be doing just over a week or what i thought was last week. I would just be getting back to my apartment from my dry cleaning job crack open a few beers and drive my neighbors crazy with my electric guitar before i would go to sleep and wake up to work for another fourteen hours.

When i thought really hard about it my situation wasnt so bad. I had lived through a horrible accident and was in the care of very friendly creatures. A pink blur passes over me and stops placing her eyes right up to mine. ' Beautiful isnt it?' She says with a smile. I am just lost in her stare and almost said ' Its perfect now that your here' But i shook that crazy thought and just said ' It sure is.' Dinners ready when you are.' she informs me.

I pick myself up and we walk back inside. The food she could cook tasted amazing and i thanked her repeatedly after i filled myself. We finished and placed all the utensils in there drawers. I relax on the couch while my host reads a book.

The humid air causes me to sweat uncontrollably and i decide to shed off the uncomfortable and itchy suit so i could sleep. I work it off and set it on the floor. Laying down i feel my eyes get heavy and i doze off sprawled out on the couch.

Chapter 7

It was dark when i was awoke by an enormous bolt of lightning striking the ground and shaking the small house lightly. I heard a thud from upstairs and just rolled over to cover my eyes. A second bolt ripped through the sky and shook the ground even harder. This time i hear a whimper followed by another loud thud. I sit up and look around besides a lantern on the staircase the room was pitch black.

I look for my host not seeing her anywhere i decide to look for her. I walk up the steps trying to gain attention from whatever was making the noise i heard earlier. I see nothing in the hallway and walk down until i reach the two doors. I didnt see or hear anything and was walking back to the staircase.

When a blinding flash followed by a sickening crack filled the small corridor. I heard that faint whimper again. It was coming from the room to the right. I walk back and put my ear up to the door and listen. I could hear it even better now and carefully i push open the door and poke my head in.

It looked like a small bedroom fit for a midget. A small light was the only light but lit up the entire space. I look around for Fluttershy to find nothing at first and began to search the room. I am startled by a figure beside the bed hidden from the light. I put my mind at ease when i realized it was her balled up on the floor shaking. She didnt see me yet and kept saying over and over. 'Please make it stop please!'.

I call her name and she turned to me with terror in her giant eyes.' Dax are you okay!' she squeals out. I told her not to worry about me and asked what was the matter. She lowers her head to the ground and speaking as if she was whispering she barely made out. ' Its nothing.'

I wasnt really convinced that it was nothing and asked again to make sure. She then squeals out so fast ' Lightning scares me!' but i could clearly make out what she said. I sit down and placed myself closer to her. She cuddles up to me and i stroke the back of her neck. She surprises me when a bolt crashed down and she latched on to my chest with almost superhuman strength.

I just suck it up and picked her body off the floor. With her firmly stuck to me i try to pry her off me and place her back on the bed. She wouldnt let go and i was just exhausting my self trying. So i just lay on my back on the soft bed with her covering my entire upper torso.

I lay with her still stroking her head and neck. Her fur was even softer than Rarity's  as i felt its warmth and texture on my bare skin. I could feel her tail and mane tickling my skin all over whenever i made the slightest movement. I pass out moments later with my warm friend snoozing still latched on to me like i was a stuffed animal. The next morning Twilight wakes with her face in a pile of books.

She has been working overtime to get to the bottom of my arrival on this world. Even her expansive library had shed no light on the incident. The only one who might know was her mentor and supreme leader of Equstria Celestia. She had sent word two days ago and hasnt heard back since. She was starting to grow impatient about her masters lack of concern and decided to head for the cottage where i was residing at.

I wake up in the bed with my friend still in the same position she was. I watch her chest rise and fall in a steady rhythm. Her tail was flailing like crazy tickling me until i moved my leg and her eyes slowly open and she starts crying' Im so sorry Dax i didnt mean to be such a pest last night. I just get scared sometimes. Im so embarrassed can you forgive me?' I wrap my arms around her tiny body and tried my best to comfort her.

She looks at me confused and whispers. 'So your not mad at me?' I Smile and stroked her ear 'Of course not everyone gets scared from time to time. We exchange stares for awhile and she snaps out of it and lifts herself off me. She jumps of the bed and with her face blood red excuses herself to the bathroom. I lay and relax now that her weight was off my chest.

I look down at my feet and i noticed something wet near my belly button i touch it with my fingers and it felt like undried glue but looked  milky. I shot off the bed and stormed down the steps and blew through the front door. I get to the creek and splash the freezing cold water on me trying to scrub off the foreign substance off me. I spot Twilight coming towards the house. She stops at the sight of me and said to herself. Wow it has skin.

She wasnt aware that i could talk and almost had a panic attack when i told her ' Hello'. She asks if Fluttershy is around and i lead her inside. I tell her she is upstairs and she walks up the steps and i hear her call out followed by a door opening. Trying not to repeat yesterday i just sit quietly as i heard the muffled conversation above me. The door creaks open after five minutes and just Twilight walked down the steps.

She walks up to me and asks ' Hey do you mind coming with me to town so i can show you around?. I had intended to go alone but i would need a guide to help me around. Besides i needed to start somewhere with the questioning so i may as well go with her. I smile and nod my head and get in my clothes.

I walk beside her as she lead the way i didnt see Fluttershy anywhere and curious i ask Twilight about her. She giggles and trots along. I ask whats so funny and with a serious look on her lavender face says with authority ' Ok but you cant tell her anything she would be so embarrassed if she knew  i told you can you do that?' With impatience i nod my head and she tells me in fine detail this big secret and why she wasnt joining us. '

She's started her first heat cycle most females start them at very young ages meaning they are ready to produce offspring. But Fluttershy never had to deal with it until today and it must be terrifying to her.' I was worried about her and felt bad leaving her alone.

My thoughts faded when i saw the outskirts of the town most ponies called home. It looked smaller than what i thought it would be with all the inhabitants walking about their business. The general populace wanted nothing to do me as i try my best to be friendly and question everyone i see.

It was either they ran away or just stonewalled me. This was a lot harder than i thought i couldnt get any of them to talk. After a couple of hours of getting nowhere Twilight tries to cheer me up and takes me into her library. Inside was a mess of books and scrolls all scattered on the floor. She calls out to Spike a baby dragon that gave me the creeps as he walked down from the upper level. 'Spike did we receive amy news.'

He opens a scroll and reads aloud. My dearest student Twilight. I have been hearing news of this (Fallen Star) all over the kingdom and i am aware of it. And wish for you to report any findings to me personally in Canterlot. But i can hardly believe the story that a being came from the heavens nothing exists beyond them  your ruler and teacher Celestia. I look over after he read it out over to Twilight.

I could see the anger causing her face to change color. When i ask ' Whats going on she calms down and sighs. ' It seems she needs proof so im going to gather the others and all of us are going to Canterlot to see her.' I ask how and she responds with a smile.' The train silly' it should be back in two days by my schedule. Its a five day ride to Canterlot. I was never good with long trips and having these ponies going along with me might drive me over the edge.

She spits a card into my hand and instructs me to visit Rarity at the edge of town to get some new clothes and that she would pick me up at Fluttershy's the morning we would depart. If i wanted to go home i would have to do as i was told. So i thank her and let her get back to work. I walk outside and sigh staring at the card which was written in words i couldnt read so i began my walk to Rarity's Boutique

Chapter 8

Finding Rarity's shop was no trouble at all. As i look upon the strange carousel themed building. I breath deep and push the door open. The shop bell rings softly grabbing the attention of the white mare working diligently on new designs. She beams a smile and welcomes me to her shop.

I apologize for interrupting and ask to reschedule.' Nonsense i always make time for friends. She replied with her charming accent. I told her about the trip we was  going on to Canterlot to meet Celestia. And that i should look presentable. She gasps and almost shouting booms out ' You came to the right place just step up on the platform and i'll take some measurements!' I follow her and she instructs me to remove all my clothes and hold my arms out.

I strip down to my underwear and step on the platform while she grabbed her tools . Holding my arms out she turns around and giggles ' You have to take it all off silly it i cant measure you like that. Reluctantly i turn around and slip off my under shorts and place them at my feet. I turn back towards her covering myself with my hands. She cracks a smile and assured me ' You should be so shy about your body i wont say anything.' I pull my hands away and tilt my head back towards the ceiling. ' I knew it!' She shouts ' Your definitely a stallion!' I shoot my eyes back to her and she apologizes and starts working. While she was measuring me up .

I ask more about Celestia and Canterlot she explains everything in great detail and making me feel worried about this trip. I was never really good at being polite or proper. I wanted to ask her about what i seen yesterday. It just kept itching at me and i tried to scratch the surface with a harmless question' Why do you and Fluttershy bathe together?' She laughs and replies with brutal honesty. ' Mares need to be clean down there so they depend on each other to take care of the parts we cant reach ourselves.'

I was shocked by her response and just stood quietly as she finished her work. I wait for her to stop and as soon as she gave the ok i quickly put my clothes back on almost tripping over my suit. I follow her to the counter and thank her for her time and ask her how i could pay her.

With a sickly looking grin she whispers back.' I'll think of something deary .' I put on a weak smile and exited the building i didnt want to ask anymore questions especially from her. I step outside to the hot afternoon sun warming my face. I just wanted to go back to the cottage and relax.

I walk out past the town square to the gate when the all pink pony known to me as Pinkie Pie runs up to me and spits an envelope in my hands. In a high squeaky voice she announces 'Its a invitation for a super duper party to welcome you to Ponyville. Everypony is going to be there and if you see Fluttershy tell her she's invited too!' She was talking so fast it was almost inaudible to me.

But i appreciated her bravery at least i had a few ponies who didnt flee at the very sight of me and thanked her. But wondered how she knew i could talk. The walk back to the cottage only took an hour. I take the opportunity now that i was alone to observe the beauty that nature provides and it reminds me a lot of the vast hill country i grew up in as a child before i moved into the city as a young adult.

If i ever did get back home i promised my self i would just live a simple life. Its a shame that i had to learn like this. Catastrophes such as this make people see whats important in life and they would do anything to get what they had back. I now knew that feeling.

Before i knew it i was at the bridge with a stone walkway leading right to the cottage. I remember what Twilight had said to me and was going to keep my promise to her. I approach the door and knock gently. The door cracks open and i see her small figure in the door before she opens it completely and greets me with' How was it did you find out anything?' I shake my head no and she invites me inside.

We both take places in the living room and i give her the details of the day that were relevant. i told her about the trip to Canterlot and Pinkies party tomorrow night.

She sits silently next to me and absorbs the days events as i continue. She may not have been much for conversation but i felt safe whenever i was around her. She had a loving personality. She would see that any living thing didnt end up in harms way under her care even if it was a six foot two inch alien. And i really admired her for that. When i ask her about her day she just kept staring at me with her wild looking eyes. I figured she didnt want to talk about it and we both continue to sit in silence. She finally spoke up when she asked about my cuts.

I had forgot all about them. I stand and work my suit off. She stares in anticipation as i unwrap the bandage. As we look upon the wounds  they were healing nicely but dirt somehow worked its way in and stung badly in the open air. Oh my your going to get sick if you dont let me clean it come with me.

I follow her up the staircase and enter the bathroom. Her tub was circular and massive. Besides her vanity and towel rack it took up most of the room. She fills it with warm water. When the tub was half full she shuts the water off. She stands by the tub and tells me to undress. I choke on my tongue and ask as nice as i could if she could wait in the hallway until i got situated. She smiles and nods walking out and closing the door behind her. I hurry and undress and quickly jump in the bath. I give her the ok and she pops the door open with a smile and walks beside me. She asks me to let my arm hang off to the side so she could scrub it out.

With my right hand covering myself i do as i am told and slowly put my hand on the railing and just closed my eyes. The warm water enveloped my body and allowed my body to relax. I feel her touch it softly at first and it was followed by a shooting pain that crept all the way up my arm.

I shoot my eyes open and with my free hand i grab my burning and stinging elbow. ' I'm sorry i know it hurts but you have to sit still.' She commands. I breath deep and let her resume her work. Every touch made me tense up and grit my teeth almost breaking a few.

I open my eyes when she places her front leg on my shoulder and whispers in my ear. ' All done would you like me to rub your back?' I tried to say no but she had already had her front legs pressing and kneading my back like bread dough and causing me to moan out.

I have to admit she could put those legs to good use. I just relax and just let her indoctrinate me. I start thinking about my girlfriend back home. She would massage me like that whenever i was feeling stressed or when i got paid and she needed a loan. I had a crappy job and apartment but i had fond memories with her even though we didnt have much we at least had each other. I feel her stop working her hands and gasps.

I look down at myself to see i had a steel hard on poking out of the water.' I'm so sorry.' She says repeatedly. ' I didnt know that would happen.' All my blood rushed to my face effectively killing my excitement. It wasnt her fault and apologized the best i could. ' I'm sorry' i said ' I cant control myself sometimes.'

I try and  ease the embarrassment we caused each other. But she hides her face in her hair and squeals out almost starting to cry. ' You must think im awful dont you?'

I step out and cover myself with a towel. I approach her while she moped sitting down on her haunches even when she was upset she looked absolutely adorable. I kneel rub the top of her head and try to reassure her that it was just an accident. She lifts her head up after awhile of talking with her and cracks a smile. I smile back and help her off the floor. She shuffles her feet awkwardly and quietly says to me ' You dont have to be ashamed of being naked. Its perfectly natural. I get my thoughts scrambled when she said that.

It may have been natural to them but to not me i was not one them. I just ignore what she said and smile. Ive seen and heard enough today. She excuses herself to fix dinner and walks out slowly. I get in my suit and make my way downstairs. I find my kit in the living room and wrap my cuts with new bandages.

I find my friend in the kitchen and give her a hand preparing food. She was dangerous with a knife and i do my best to keep from getting cut. It seemed we got over the previous event like nothing happened. Talking quite a bit about the trip and the preparations we would have to make. She show me about the proper etiquette a leader like Celestia demanded from her subjects.

The more i heard about her the more i feared this leader of theirs. We clean up right after dinner and relax in her living room. She was reading her book while i lay opposite her. I reach for my kit and pull out the clear bottle of organic spirits. I pop the top off and smell the contents. It burns my nose confirming that it was in fact alcohol. I tilt the bottle back and gulp the clear and vile tasting liquid.

I feel the effects in minutes and the room starts spinning. Fluttershy puts her book down and looks at the bottle in my hand and asks if she could have a taste i hold the bottle out she trots over. ignoring the bottle completely she lunges her head at me and gently licked the remainder of my drink off my lips.

Chapter 9

She pulls her head away from me and beams a smile. I was lost for words and only made out the sentence in a serious tone.'What was that about?' Her voice lowered and she had said. ' Im sorry Dax its just that i really like you. I knew it the first time i laid eyes on you.'

I told Fluttershy i really liked her too. And that i considered her a close friend. She shuffles her feet and mutters a broken sentence before she cut herself off. 'Did you ever maybe think? Oh never mind its just a silly thought. I ask her to say what was on her mind and that she  didnt have to be embarrassed.

She takes a deep breath and almost whispering finishes her sentence. Did you ever think that we could maybe be more than just friends?' I could feel my eyes almost shoot out of my skull with her question. My mind switched gears rapidly thinking of what to say.

Of course i had thought about it before Humans are a strange breed. I mean she was really cute and she thought and looked like a human to some degree. My silence upset her and she was backing away from me. I pull her back to me and hug her holding her tightly against me.

I  explained to her that it was perfectly natural to feel that way and we shouldnt be ashamed of our feelings. Her eyes looked up at mine and she said. ' You feel the same way too?'. I nod my head and she gives me another kiss. ' Thank You for understanding Dax.'

I then ask her why she didnt have a boyfriend or coltfriend, whatever they called themselves to keep her company. Her face changes to a look of pain. She starts bawling covering her eyes and dripping her tears on my leg. Inbetween sobs she tells me the story of why she left the city and moved to such a remote location She starts from the beginning . ' I was born with a disorder that wouldnt allow my wings to grow properly. They would remain like that for the rest of my life. My tiny wings couldnt keep up with the other fillies in my class and they picked on me for it even the teachers joined in. A Pegasus that couldnt fly was useless to them . So one day i was walking home from school when a few of the older colts cornered me and offered to give me a free flying lesson. They took me to the edge of the tallest cloud and pushed me off. I remember plummeting to the ground to certain death when i prayed for a miracle. And just before i hit the ground. The most dangerous place imaginable for a Pegasus. A swarm of butterflies stopped me from hitting just inches away from death. I fell in love with the animals and dedicated my life to them. And decided to live with them And the reason i dont have any male friends is because they are hard to find and dont stay with one mare for long before they find another. And besides that Earth and Unicorn ponies dont want anything to do with me.

Her story almost brought me to tears. I thought to myself. How could anyone hate such a kind and loving soul such as hers. They hated her enough to kill her. Its no wonder at all now why she preferred to live alone. ' Im so sorry Fluttershy i didnt know that happened to you.

I get her to slow her crying down to a whimper. I felt so bad for her all she wanted was love. I touch her side and feel her tiny wings. They shoot open startling me and causing me to pull my hands away. She says sweetly ' Sorry they are really sensitive to touch.' I dont think i heard a word she said.

I was lost in just how beautiful she looked in that moment. Her wings and smile made her look angelic almost divine. She puts her face up to mine ' Dax are you okay?' I snap to attention and recover.'Uh yes everything is fine.' I try to reassure her. But in reality my heartbeat skyrocketed the more i stared at her. She jumps off my lap and begins to turn the lights off before bed. She walks back up to me in a now darkened living room and whispers softly in my ear. 'If you want to that is. You can maybe sleep with me.'

My legs hung over the small couch making it impossible to get comfortable. It was a better option than freezing  downstairs. I thank her and follow her up the staircase and into her room. I lay down on the super soft mattress and stretch my arms and legs. It was a tiring day of trying to get answers from somepony who might know more about the crash. But i hope i have half of their  bravery. If an alien came up to me and asked how he got there and why.

Chapter 10

The next morning right before dawn Applejack wakes up to her sister Applebloom jumping on the bed. In her high voice squealing out' Cmon sis im going to be late for school. The orange mare opens her tired eyes and reaches for her Stetson hat. They exit the room and head for the kitchen for breakfast.

I awake with my tiny friend beside me. her warm body touching my cold skin. I slowly get off the bed and without waking her made my way downstairs. We had a big day ahead of us. I had to pick up my clothes at Rarity's and attend the party Pinkie Pie had planned today.

I begin to make breakfast and set places at the table. I had just finished cooking when the sun broke through the horizon filling the kitchen with its warm light. Fluttershy woke up a short while later and joins me downstairs. As we ate we talked about the days events.

She asks if i would join her to walk to town to pick up some items for the trip. I happily agree with her and got dressed. We exit the house and make our way down the dirt trail. We meet Applejack and her sister a short while later making their way to town as well.

We stop and Fluttershy greets them before we all group up and continue down the trail into town. I fall behind while they talked The conversation caught my attention when Applejack gasps out and reminded herself. 'Shoot its Hearts and Hooves day and i didnt even make my tag yet i completely forgot about it!' She asks Fluttershy if she could walk Applebloom to school while she ran home to make one.

She nods and Applejack thanks her before she took off back to her farm. I didnt want to seem nosy but when we reach the town it was decorated with all sorts of banners and flags with hearts on them. All of the mares walking around had tags on their sides with their Cutie marks crudely drawn on them.

Curious i ask Applebloom what was going on. Her green eyes fixed on mine and began laughing hysterically. 'Its hearts and hooves day!' She shouts. I ask what that means and she put a hoof to her face and with less excitement she explains to me. ' The mares wear tags with their cutie marks on them and the object is for a stallion to chase them down and grab her tag then that stallion owes that mare a date understand now?'

I ask her if Fluttershy was participating in this game of tag and with a cold glare she asks 'Why do you want to know?' I tell her i was just curious i didnt see a tag on her. She replies ' No i dont think she ever played.' This gave me a great idea. I was going to get her hitched with somepony. We dropped Applebloom off at the schoolhouse. I tell Fluttershy i would be right back i had to take care of some business.

She smiles and said back. 'Ok ill meet up with you later Dax.' I hurry behind the school and rip a piece of paper of a poster and drew her markings as best i could. I didnt have a pen so i found a bucket of paint and brushes nearby. I look for her in the crowds of mares finding her sitting by the fountain. I sit next to her and smile. She asks whats got me so excited and i attach the crudely drawn tag on her side.

She looks at me like i strapped a bomb to her.'Dax whats this?' still smiling i said 'You forgot your tag.' She was lost for words when a shout rang out. ' Its about to begin take your places. The crowd of mares moves to the town square. I tell Fluttershy she should get going. She protested saying.' Do i have too?'

I smile and put things in perspective for her.' Fluttershy i think your amazing any stallion would be lucky to have you. They just dont see it yet. If somepony is worth it you have to put yourself out there at least you tried your best.' My speech gave her confidence and she smiles brightly before walking over to join the other mares. I sit and watch the game of cat and mouse every mare in town was apart of from the fountain.

I see the stallions from all over town on a separate platform. A older mare stands between them and announces the start of Hearts and Hooves day. And when she gave the signal and all the mares and stallions scattered like the platforms were on fire. It was madness some of the stallions had their eyes set on certain mares tackling them and forcefully ripping their tags off while a few grabbed multiple tags.

I saw all her friends awhile later with tags ripped off ans smiling ear to ear. They sat with me at the fountain and ask about Fluttershy. When i told them she was competing in the race they were ecstatic. Another shout booms out and all the stallions gathered at the starting platform with tags in all their mouths.

I didnt see Fluttershy anywhere and was starting to get worried. The older mare concluded that all the tags were taken and the race was over. I was relieved  when i heard this only to have it shatter when i saw Fluttershy galloping with her face towards the ground past us.

We all stood shocked as she ran out not saying a word.' What was that all about? asked Rarity. I ask her if she could hold onto my clothes till tomorrow i had something come up. She nods and tells me tomorrow was fine. Pinkie asks if i was going to make it to the party tonight.

I was in no mood and asked to take a rain check. 'Okie Dokie lokie' she replies. 'Every pony is busy tonight anyway'. She adds with a devious chuckle. I wanted to know what happened to her and figured she went back to the house.

Chapter 11

I could literally follow the trail of tears on the trail. As i walked my mind ran rampant with thoughts about what had happened. All the tags were taken. So maybe she had a date with a real creep and didnt want to tell anypony. When i found my first clue crumbled and dirty on the trail i realized that wasnt the case.

I pick up the small piece of paper and turn it over. I was crushed when i saw her unofficial tag with three butterflies on it. I stood stunned and began to blame myself it just kept repeating in my mind. I put her up to this. And it was all my fault im a terrible person.

I get to the cottage and blew through the front door. I didnt see her anywhere and i was starting to get frantic. I heard a noise coming from upstairs and bolted up the steps. I stop at the bedroom door and took a deep breath. I wouldnt blame her if she was furious with me and never wanted to talk to me again. But i had to apologize i owed her that much. I slowly open the door and pop my head in her room.

She was face down on the bed soaking her pillow in tears. Her sadness was torture to me and i was the one who caused her this pain. She didnt hear me come in as i walked over to the bed and sat next to her. I place my hand on her back and tried to ease her bawling.

She looks up from her pillow with agony written all over her face and water streaming from her bloodshot eyes. In a shaky tone i tried my best to explain myself to her. ' Fluttershy im so sorry i made you do that i didnt mean to make you hurt so badly. Im such an asshole.' She buries her face back in her pillow and tries to reassure me through sobs. ' Its not your fault that no stallion wants anything to do with me Dax. Im the one to blame.'

I place her tag on the pillow and said.' All but one.' She looks up again and looks down at the crumbled piece of paper. She squeals out.' Thats very kind of you Dax i know your just doing this to make me feel better and you dont have too. Im pathetic no wonder they didnt want me.' I was furious about that statement. How dare they reject her like that. Also i was angry at myself for subjecting her to that kind of humiliation.

I was willing to do anything to stop it and said with a smile' Im doing this because i want to. Because i really like you and think your special. I would stop at nothing to make you happy. Please let make this up to you.' Those words caused her to leap up almost falling off the bed.

She playfully knocks me over on the bed and sat on my chest. I was amazed how strong she was and felt her muscles surge with power as she assaulted my face with her tongue. She pauses saying over and over again' Id love too thank you.' Even as strange as the situation seems it would all be worth it to make her smile.

I ask where she would like to go for our date and she giggled and said to me. ' Its a secret youll see tonight.' I had figured she didnt want to eat at a fancy restaurant she wasnt that type of mare. I ask if i should wear something nice. She smiles and said softly.' Just come as you are.'

I figured she wanted some privacy to get ready and excused myself outside. I walk down the trail to kill some time when i saw her friends making their way towards me. They stop and interrogate me about what happened to Fluttershy. Twilight started with.' Did you find her?'

I nod and Applejack asked with concern.'Is she ok?' I nod again and informed them.' Shes getting ready for her date tonight.' They all flooded me with questions at once.' Who is it' Whats his name' Is he from out of town' Is he handsome'. I lied and said i didnt know the details only that she wanted some privacy. To be honest i was afraid to tell them who it was. They might not approve of this.

Rainbow Dash laughs and jokes with the others. ' Girls you know whats going on boiwoiboiwoi boing !!! Wwe should check it out. Twilight snaps at her with rage in her voice ' Dash thats not funny this is her first time. She would be so embarrassed if she heard you talking like that. She will tell us when she is ready too. We should just stay out of her business' Dash fell silent and Rarity joins in.'Well good for Fluttershy she deserves to have a good time.' Twilight says to the others before they started walking back to town.'

We should respect her privacy and just get ready for our dates tonight. They left me standing there and i breath a deep sigh at the bullet i just dodged. I was glad she had friends like Twilight that respected her personal life. That could have been bad I sat for awhile on a bench until the sun was setting on the horizon. I walk back to the house and pop the door open i didnt see her yet and sat down on the couch.

I didnt sit for very long when i heard her come down the steps slowly in a teal and green colored dress. She looked incredible the light gave it a shine that rivaled the look of emeralds. She stops and asks. 'Do you like it?' I stammered with my chest about to fly off me. 'You u u look wonderful.' When she smiled it made her look complete she was absolutely stunning. She then asks. You ready to go?.

Stupefied i snap too and nodded. We walked outside and made our way down the trail. I was curious to know where we was going she looks up at me and smiles.'Youll see soon enough.' She lead me up a hill and she stops and sits down on bench that seems odd being up there all by itself.

I sit beside and ask about this secret. She tells me its about to start and to look up. Confused i tilt my head up and the sky erupted into a massive aura. It seemed to go on for miles and was a spectacular multitude of vibrant color that would change when it moved across the violet sky.

Ive seen the before they were quite common where i lived but here they filled the sky. It was all over within minutes while both stared not saying a word to each other. I look to her while she had her eyes locked onto the sky and said. 'Did you set this up?'. She looks back and replies.' I used to come here by myself every year to see it. The others think its boring and watch from a window.' I wrap my arm around her and smile.

It was just about dark when we made it back to the house. After dinner i took a bath and was getting ready to get some sleep. I heard a crash coming from her room. I assume the worst and bust the door open. She was struggling to get her dress off  and knocked over an end table.

I grab her and stand her back up. She laughs and asks for a hand. How she got it on in the first place amazed me. But i didnt ask as i sat down behind her and undid the straps. While i work she asks if i had a good time tonight. And said proudly ' it was wonderful thank you for tonight.'

I work the dress off and she looked back at me with a devious and feral look. Her eyes gleamed like a thousand flames. She dropped a bomb on me when she smiled and said slowly.' Dont thank me now its not over yet.

Chapter 12

With me still sitting down she flips her tail up at me and exposes her backside fully. I was surprised at how healthy and well taken care of her opening was. It was a shade of pink just like her mane and soaking wet.

She lowers her legs and looks at my shiny face. She giggles and apologizes. I really didnt care at that point anymore. She sits up and starts cleaning my face with her tongue getting every drop off me.

After she finishes i grab her from behind.  And with my free hand pull of my shorts. If she wanted to play rough i could do the same. I feel around with my member and teased the opening.

I feel her backing into me and in one fowl swoop drove inside her making my testicles clap loudly against her backside. She almost broke me in half. She was so tight and when she cringed it was almost at the brink of being painful.

I moved my hips in a steady rhythm taking in how warm she was. She was dripping all over bed soaking it. The wetter she got the easier it was for me to pound her harder. I nibble at her ear and listen to her squeak.

She buries her face in the bed and muffles her screaming. I feel her walls close in and furiously work my legs trying to get every bit of my member further into her birth canal.

She looked lifeless on the bed. And slumped over like she was playing dead. I feel her chest to make sure i didnt kill her. Her heart was pounding and it looked like she passed out.

Chapter 13

It had to be late when I woke up. It was the day of the trip to see this Canterlot I've being hearing so much about. I didnt see Fluttershy anywhere and  looked at the mess we made in the room everything was stained and sticky. I felt really dirty and wanted to get cleaned up before being seen in public.

My heart stops when there was a knock at the door downstairs. I creep at the edge of the stairs and listen. It was two ponies I never seen before and Fluttershy. From what I heard they was taking care of the place while she was away.

I get cleaned up and walk downstairs for my things. Fluttershy spots me in the living room and asks if i was ready. I nod and she grabs her bags and head out. The walk to town took no time at all. We didnt say a word to each other along the way.

We meet up with her friends at the gates. They were quite annoyed at our tardiness and hurriedly led us to the station. I carry my case and just a few items from my bag. I had yet to open it and see what was inside. But I had plenty of time for that on the train.

I was surprised at the size of the cars and how they used steam power. We find our cabin and make places. It was generously sized and set up to sleep eight. I get settled on my bed and stare out the window. We hadnt moved yet and everyone else was putting there things away. I just sat quietly and waited. We finally got rolling with the sure sign of squealing steel wheels.

Pinkie asks me if I would like to play tic tac toe with her. I smile and nod she grabs a piece of paper and pencil and beat me 501 times in a row. She had a way about her to cheer you up even if you did lose. She trys to get to know me a little better and asks me " What is that thing on your arm?" I tell her I'm not even sure what it was and it probably was nothing but metal and plastic. She gasps and reminds herself."Ohhh I almost forgot i made you a cake for the ride. I figured I'd make you one to celebrate your arrival here."

I smile and thank her kindly. The cake must have taken hours to bake and looked incredible. We bought dove into it making a mess everywhere. It tasted even better than it looked. There was nothing left after the others joined in. She runs off and joins the others in their bunks. Fluttershy hadnt said anything to me the whole time. I was worried she might had said something to the others and they were taking out into the desert to kill me.

It seemed at no time at all it was night and everyone was getting ready for bed. I was restless from sleeping all afternoon and just laid on my bed with my eyes open. Quietly I reach for the case labeled with my name and popped the latches. I slowly opened it to reveal all the items I had on me the day I was frozen. It contained my wallet,smartphone, And a strange looking device that looked like a GPS receiver.

Curious I turn it on and nothing happens it would be my biggest mistake to date. I set it back in the case and pick up my wallet. I open it to find a drivers license, 80 dollars , And a guitar pick. I put my wallet in my suit pocket and continue to search the small case.

A figure pops into view scaring me and causing me to jump. I make out Fluttershy's tiny figure in the dark cabin. I calm down and continue to look. I pick up my phone and turn it on it flashes to life illuminating the cabin in soft light. Her eyes light up at the sight and asked scared. "What kind of magic is that?" I laugh and tell her its ok I used it all the time on Earth.

I ask her if she would like to join me. And with a smile she jumps on the bunk. I show her pictures of were I live and pictures of the countryside. Her eyes never left the screen as I scrolled through the numerous scenes. I stop at a particular picture and looked closely. I had seen it many times before but never knew the importance it was to me until that moment. It was a family portrait of the trip we all took to Grand Teton National Park. I look the faces of my brothers my sisters and my mother and father frozen in time it seemed. I wanted just to see their faces one last time they must have been so worried about me. I called them everyday just to see how their day went. And just to be close to them seemed impossible because I would just look after myself and hadnt spent anytime with them in a few years.


I look at the much younger version of myself and smile. My hair was dark brown and was so long it extended all the way down my back and on my backside. She recognizes me immediately and asks " Why did your tail fall off did you get sick?" I laugh and explain to her that I had it cut off and most of our body hair in on our heads. She gasps and rubs the top of my head. She squeaks out and said. " Why would you do such a thing? Could you maybe grow it back so I can see it?"

I just said with a cheery tone "Yes". And change the subject ask her about last night and if she could keep it between us. She smiles and tells me not to worry she said nothing to anypony else. She tells me good night and makes her way to bed.

I just lay back hoping this would be my last few days here and would be back home in no time. They must have known something they werent primitive but had a degree of intelligence like humans. I stare out the window when an enormous green bolt slammed the night air its light outshining even the moon. It crashed further up the valley in the desert creating a huge flash.

I hoped whatever it was that we got to see it. I was going to leave no stone unturned. I lay back down and rest my eyes listening to the squealing wheels. And soon fell asleep.

Chapter 14

I am shook awake by the trains squealing brakes slamming my head off the bed post. They stopped hard at a small town near the desert. When I see the others waking up and stirring about I ask about whats going on and they all shrugged. We walk outside to the blazing heat of the dry desert air. A few ponies adorned in armor frantically ran about the town like lost children.

An older one approached us and began to tell us. " A meteor fell last night and the ponies who went to investigate never came back. "We went to investigate and found the object with nopony around its like they just disappeared."

I ask about the object and were it fell. He had the stupidest look on his face and pointed to a mesa about 4 miles to the south. I bolt towards that direction not even saying a word to the others. They trail behind me and try to keep up.  The sun blitzed the sand causing them extreme pain. They plead with me to stop and turn back to town. I pause and look at them. They werent meant for this type of environment.

I sigh and put it as nicely as I could. " If you want to go back GO I wont stop you!" 4 of them trailed back with their heads hung low leaving me with Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. We continued on the trail of footprints left in the sand. They could fly and hovered over me trying to block the sun. I thought she couldnt fly but she hovers with ease . We reach the mesa and stopped cold when we saw the impact crater. The blackened sand and small fires confirmed it for me. It was a much larger craft about five times the size of mine. I was excited but scared.

Fluttershy pops out with the first question. "Were did your people go are they inside?" Dash was watching the perimeter and said. " Were did the ponies go?  they were definitely here it makes no sense." I jump into the crater and look around the craft. No sign of blood or bodies anywhere. I hoped whatever was in there got out ok.

I tell the two to fly back to town and tell the others we found something important. They didnt hesitate and blazed off. I go inside and look around. It looked like the one I was sent in. I look at a wall at the various guns and edged weapons in perfect order.

Now why would you need that to survive here I thought. I looked at all the firepower that was in storage. I pick up a pistol and feel something cold strike me in the back of the head. I hear a deep voice boom. " Drop it!" I turn around and see a short manly figure holding a rifle up to my face. He had a solar mask and I couldnt make out his face but I knew it was another human.

When he tells me to drop the gun again I comply and let it clatter on the floor. He asks for my name and I happily tell him. He had no idea who I was but told me why he was there. He tells me in detail about what was going on. "We had a beacon go off on this planet and our commander sent us from orbit to investigate. We had no idea we would find human beings colonizing on such a desolate section of the galaxy." I ask him what year was it back on Earth. He pulls up a pad on his arm and replied "2156" My jaw dropped. How could I be 166 years old. This couldnt be real. Did I even have a home to go back to?

I can feel tears stinging my eyes and held back on them when he called for the others. We walk outside and the rest gather around us. They all had the same suits on that hid their faces. They looked me over with their scanners and paid particular attention to the device on my arm. They spoke in words I couldnt understand and forced me to sit down. The one I met first asks with seriousness in his voice." These creatures attacked us they just came out off nowhere do you know anything about them?"

I ask them to show me what creatures they were talking about. They stand me up and walk me to a small pit. I was in shock when I saw the mangled and dismembered bodies of three ponies with their eyes and mouths wide open. I flew into a rage and asked with spit flying onto his visor. "What in the Fuck have you done? How could you do this they wont harm you." They all started laughing like it was some big joke.

They didnt care that I was crying seeing that threw my emotions overboard. And caused me much anger. The short one approaches again and kicks me to the ground. The others stop him and pull him off me. I see an assault rifle on the ground and scrambled for it. They werent paying attention to me until I clicked the safety. They all stopped and looked motionless.

I tell them to line up and they all took places in formation. I ask them what happens when they take off their masks. They tell me they would die. They came to colonize and to do that they would kill off the indigenous species by making the atmosphere breathable for them so it didnt matter if they shot a few they would all die anyway. I shot him in the face and watched him hold his bleeding face with it pouring through his fingers before falling to the ground.

The others didnt say a word. I walk up to the next one and ask what the device on my arm was. In a shaky voice he replied with " Its a nuclear powered tool used to power your heart. They did away with them because when they went critical they caused massive damage." I ask why I could breathe the air and they couldnt. The one at the end speaks up in a feminine voice."We dont know but whoever made you thought of everything." I was still pissed about their barbarism and shot her in the stomach.

Her white suit changed to a color of crimson red. She rips her helmet off and begins to bleed out of every orifice of her head. It swells up and explodes and making her body slump over. Blood splattered everywhere and all over the other two. That was fucking awesome how her head came apart. I never seen brains like that before. I laugh like I never seen anything so funny.

I ask the other two how the device on my arm would go critical. They both replied nervously that either my heart had to stop. Or its half life is over and it would become unstable and explode.

Satisfied I let them return to the craft to get back to wherever they came from. I told them to tell their superiors that  I want no part in any of this I just want to go home. They hurry back inside and shot out of the crater in a smaller pod back out into the sky. I watch the white trail it leaves and look back at the pit. I walk back over and shove the bodies in and covered them with sand.

I decided not to tell them about it  and hoped they didnt see them leave. I knew that I fucked up when I killed them two.   And if I did make it back to Earth I would go to prison. I go inside the craft and load up on guns and ammo. There couldnt be that many of them I thought. How far could technology have advanced in 143 years?

  

Chapter 15

The walk back just a faint memory. I walked like a zombie instinctively following my footsteps back. It just kept running in my head like a scratched cd. Was it just some lie they made up to distract me from something else. I mean could I really have slept 143 years? And what about my family? Do I even have one anymore?

My thoughts fade as the two pegasi I sent out earlier met me halfway back. I was covered in blood and dropped to my knees on the blitzed sand. They land and Fluttershy runs to me and looks me over. Frantic and scared she repeats over and over. "My goodness you are hurt all over! Were does it hurt the worst!"

Really I was ok just in shock over my ordeal and just wanted nothing more than to forget about it. I tell them im ok and we should probably get back to the train. Dash asks with concern. "Did you find your people Dax?" I didnt want to tell them about what happened back there. I lied to them both and said "No I didnt find anything." They must not have seen the others leave and stopped questioning me.

They pick me up and hover my tired body back to the train. I walk to a water fountain meant for drinking and I drop the gear and dove in. I had to get that blood off me it was all over my face and hands. The water was turning red and clouded my view of the sky as I lay submerged in the cool water. I lay there until it was almost impossible to ignore the fact that I wasnt able to breathe underwater. I dive up gasping and coughing. All the towns inhabitants seemed to be in the circle watching me.

I was in no mood for talking and quietly stepped out back and on the stations platform. The Six that were accompanying me knew something was up but didnt want to ask in front of the whole town. I get back on the train and the others followed me in.

I walk to our cabin and cover myself with a blanket on my bed. I hear the others silently walk in and take their places. It wasnt too long after that the train started to move again. I lay in the darkness of my blanket like a shield and broke down harder than ever. I hoped that they wouldnt see me like this. It was just too much to take in at once.

They had to of heard me after awhile. I calm down and collect myself. I still had to meet Celestia and find my own way home. I pull the blankets off me like I woke up from a nap to see them all inches away from me. Twilight starts with " Dax do you know something that you should tell us?" I look around and stay quiet and stare out the window. " You sounded upset a moment ago is something bothering you? I turn over and look at Fluttershy. I had to tell them I just had too.

I took a deep breath and put it as gently as I could. "They are dead the ponies were murdered by my people and I killed two of my own. They all had terror in their eyes when I finished. To my surprise they didnt try to pin the ponies deaths on me even though I was alone at the time and came back covered in blood. They asked about my people and I reply coldly."They are not my people they have changed. I was just a crash test dummy to them. They didnt care if I lived or died. If they have there way and take over you will be dead too or worse." They all processed the short and informative speech like I was talking in Greek. They didnt understand how we could be so cold and soulless.

I get up and walk towards the cargo hold. I grab my case and sit back down. I take the wrist pad I stole from the short guy and tried to remember how to turn it on. I tried for hours to figure it out. it wouldnt work so in anger I threw it against the wall. The screen lit up and I ran across the room and dived on it. I pull it up to my face grabbing the attention of the others. It was a blank screen for awhile. Until a familiar face popped up on the tiny screen

Chapter 16

It was another human of sorts his face of an older man and had a clean cut appearance. His eyes were black as coal and had sickly pale skin like none I seen before. I was glad to see another person and maybe he was nicer than the last ones I seen. His voice boomed In a monotone fashion." This is Leviathan 3 what is your status?"

I was quite intimidated by his volume but shot back at him immediately" My name is Daxxus I was born in Germany and grew up in America. And I want to know why I'm here?" He looks away from the room and talking in words I couldn't decipher. He looks back at me with wild eyes and finally started to explain what happened while I was in deep freeze.

"That cannot be Earth was destroyed 30 years ago when the core stopped spinning. The oceans and most of the continents caved in on their own weight and almost made our race extinct. The United States government had a ship built pre built and provided the transportation and housing for the colonization of Mars. After a few decades humanity thrived on the red planet and they are expanding and repopulating rapidly. They built two more ships and began to reach out further. We picked up the beacon faintly and couldn't ignore it. We didnt figure that there would be humans on such a backwater planet.

I was dumbstruck his words had confirmed that I didn't have a home to go to and everything just fell apart ghastly like shattered glass. I said in a weak tone trying to keep it together. " I'm so sorry about your people you sent down. But they shouldnt have hurt the local inhabitants. They wont harm you they are gentle creatures."

He puts on a smirk and I tell him. "Well if your not here to take me home dont waste my time and just leave! Give me proof there is no Earth!!" He nods and the screens corner notified me of data transfer and sent me back to him. He says blankly and without much emotion. " I am willing to make a deal with you if you want 'your very lucky. You can have a fresh start without punishment for what you did. Daxxus I'm offering you your life back. I will give you all the time you need to decide and I hope you make the right choice."

His face fades and I'm left with a black screen. I turn my head at the ponies behind me. They were concerned about the ruckus I was making Twilight asked in a cautious manner. " What that another one like you Dax?" I nod and she hits me with another question. " What is going to happen now? Are you going to leave with them?" I didnt say anything back and silently walked out of the cabin.

I walk towards the back and out a hatch that held a railing you could sit outside much like a caboose. I sat and pondered my situation. What was I going to do? Could I really trust them? I mean I killed them two people and they are just going to forget about it and set me up with a new life?"

I really wasn't liking this place too much but I didn't know what was in store for me. I just didn't belong here and now I had the chance to leave as well. My thoughts then turn to my adorable friend Fluttershy who's kindness knew no bounds. I would have gone crazy with all the others prodding in my business. She wouldn't be so intrusive and hardly talked at all.

I just continue to stare at the purple sky. The desert looked amazing at sunset. The stars shone even in dim light as the sun descended over the horizon. I just wanted to be alone and found solitude just looking at the sky.

The train clattered along loudly on route to Canterlot. Maybe I should just meet with Celestia and maybe she could shed light on the problem. She was a thousand years old after all I was told. I just wanted to make sense of it all. It seemed that when ever I got close to finding out what happened the more confused I became. Will It ever end I thought?  

Chapter 17

Inside the cabin the entourage all sat quietly in their bunks. They all just wanted to start fresh in the morning they had 4 days to our destination and decided to let me tell them when I was ready to talk.

Fluttershy gets up off her bed to get some water before she went to sleep and makes her way to the cabin they set aside for a rest room of sorts. She is quite afraid to be alone in dark places and quickly drinks the clear water in a large pail.

She turns around to squeal out at a white figure standing inches away from her. The figure tackles her over and silences her. " It's me Fluttershy dont be so jumpy deary." She just laid there and didn't even struggle. But she recognized the voice and barely said shaking. "Rarity is it you?"

She jumps off of her and helps her friend up off the ground. She was just getting water coincidentally and followed her in she explains herself to her timid friend. There is a silence for a moment and Rarity breaks it by showing her concern. "You been acting strange lately is something the matter sweetheart? You just really ain't been you're self lately. Is there something you want to tell me.

She shifts her eyes and covers her face with her hair. Rarity assures her confidentiality as she said. " You can tell me Fluttershy I promise not to tell anypony. She nods and breaths deep and got to whispering range of her and spoke softly to her. " It's about last night." Rarity's voice boomed out over her. " Last night!!!" There is silence for a moment and she says in a lower tone. " Sorry continue."

She sighs and tells her its nothing it was something silly anyway. Her friend looked disappointed as she walked out and tried to avoid the subject. She makes her way back to the bunk and covered herself in her blanket.

Her friend trots in and makes her place. I walk in awhile later and situate myself. All the others were sleeping besides Rarity and Fluttershy.

I grab the wrist pad and turn it back on. I scroll through the files that were sent to me. The pictures of Earth were very vivid. It showed a world with clouds of dust obscuring the surface and making it hard to make it out if it even was Earth. When I saw the moon a tear streamed down my face.


My home was a desert unable to support life any more. It was all true every word of it. I had enough drama for one day and shut off the device to to get some sleep.

I lay down and stretched out and stared at the ceiling with the dull roar of the train keeping me company.


Chapter 18

I was starting to pass out when I feel a soft nudge on my hand. I pull my hand back and stare at my assailant and thrash about. It was Fluttershy even in the dark I could clearly make out her figure.

She whispers an apology and jumps up on the bed with me in a careful manner. I didn't blame her for acting weird today. I felt awkward myself. She looks up at me and said in an almost inaudible sweet voice.

"Dax is it really true did you kill your own? Are those ponies really dead?" Her eyes were starting to form tears and dripping on my arm. She must have wanted me to say it wasn't true so bad only to be met with silence. I did kill them. They would have hurt more if didn't. It seemed like the right thing to do at the time.

I think it was starting to set in my mind that leaving would be better for everyone involved. I tell her she won't have to worry about it and that everything will be fine a week from now. I would meet my people halfway in the desert and I would be leaving with them.

Her voice gained a light squeal as she said. "Your your your leaving?" I nod my head to confirm. Her body shudders and cringed. " Your not happy here are you?" I didn't know how to argue with that. So I said back with assurance " Its for the best I'm so sorry Fluttershy."

She starts bawling at the threshold of a whimper and storms off the bed and on to her own. I can hear her pouting under her blankets and figured she just wanted to be alone.

I was beat after today so falling asleep wasn't difficult at all. As I slept I had awful nightmares of sickening scenes played out in front of me like a movie. voices screeching obscenity and vile commands.

The next morning I awoke late in the afternoon with the train stopped at another town. I look around for everyone else only to find the cabin empty. I grab one of the pistols I stole yesterday any hid it in my suit. I get up and storm out the door to a somewhat stunning scene.

It was much larger than a town it was a small city. A city in the desert known to the locals as "Saddle Arabia" What names I thought. I take a look around the station and find Rainbow Dash. She spots me walking towards her and approached at the same rate. I ask " This place is amazing! How did they build a city in the desert?" She giggles and cracked out " Very carefully!!"

It wad nice that some of the pressure from yesterday let off. Or maybe Dash's unblemished confidence really was behind her joyous appearance. I smile and after she almost wets herself laughing over the simple little pun.

When she finishes I ask about the others and she pops out. "They just went to stretch their legs. The train will be leaving soon so we have to boogie back on in a few."

I ask if she could show me around the city. She nods in agreement and shoots back. " Sure I need to find the others anyway." I follow her through the station and past the gates.

There was a maze of markets and shops all in the open air. The strange smells and sights had my head on a swivel. The  ponies here weren't to bothered by my presence as much. Being in such a big city they were used to seeing weird. creatures.

We talk for awhile about the sights and we went off subject when she asked me. "Did you hear Fluttershy crying last night?" I shake my head no and she continues on. "She has been acting weird lately I should ask her whats on her mind. What do you think Dax?"

I didn't want Dash to pressure her into talking about us. And thats when I heard a shout ring out. It was Pinkie Pie and the other 4. We walk over and join the for a traveling act known as the Cutie Mark Crusaders. They kinda sucked but for being ponies it was a pretty bomb ass metal song.

After the show Twilight was frantic to get back to the train before it left without us. There was no time for sightseeing as we raced back to the station. We reach the canopy of the platform and breath a sigh of relief.

The train was still at dock with the steam rolling on the platform from the engine. We reboard and head to our cabins. There was silence until we started moving again. Applejack started to make her way towards me and to my surprise she joins me in my tiny accommodations. She smiles at me and ask politely if I was ready for lunch.

It had been quiet awhile since I had something to eat and was going mad with hunger. I thank her kindly and she walks out into another cabin. A few moments later she comes back with a covered tray and napkins.

She sets the dish down and I stare in anticipation at what I thought would be more bland pony cuisine. I was in awe at a beautiful apple pie with a fresh baked smell. She hands me the napkins and tell me to dig in.

I wasted no time pulling out my multitool and tearing into the delicious and sugary crust she watches me as I devour the delicacy. I finish the whole pan and made a mess all over the floor. She laughs merrily and asks if I liked her cooking. I grim and replied." It tasted great thank you Applejack." She puts her head up to my ear and whispers so know one else could hear her speak gently in close proximity to me. " That ain't the only thing tasty on this train." My eyes almost shot through my head as I processed what she just said.

She pulls her head back and gives me a glare before she trots back to her bunk. I just shake off her comment and grabbed the wrist pad to turn it back on.


Chapter 19

I flip it up and it buzzs to life. I scroll through the numerous files not knowing were to start. I am interrupted by a throat clearing. I take my eyes off the device to see Rarity with a troubled look on her face.

She asks if I had a minute And I politely make her a place next to me. She gracefully leaps up and makes herself comfortable. She looks at me and asks whats on her mind. " Dax if you knew something about somepony  you would tell somepony?"

I didn't like were this was going and ask who she was talking about. She sighed and puffed out. "Fluttershy I just dont know whats up with her." I ask what she meant and she explained. " Well she never did tell me who her date was for Hearts and Hooves day." She continued. " We always told each other everything I mean Ive known her along time we tell each other everything."

I ask her why she was asking me about it relieved Fluttershy didn't say anything. She looks back to me and replies. " I wanted to ask you if you seen him or her. I wont judge her I just want to know."

I wanted to get it off my chest there but didnt know how she would react. I bit my tongue and shook my head no. She hangs her head in defeat and apologizes for the interruption. I stare in silence as she returns to her side opposite a very quiet and reclusive Fluttershy.

I wanted to hold her and and make all her troubles melt away. But it would be apparent something was going on to the other 5. I forget about the device and put it in my bag. I walk towards the back out the hatch to my spot I picked out yesterday to gaze at the landscape.

I thought I had the caboose to myself when I hear a low cough. I turn to see Twilight smiling and said with politeness. "Mind if I join you?" I smile back and she sets her hooves up on the railing. We have a minute of silence before she breaks the ice with me.

"So you never did find out what the device on your arm is?" I told her I wasn't sure of why but it held immense power and it was keeping me alive somehow. Her mind absorbed every word I said like she could repeat it back to me.

She is pleased that she was getting somewhere with me and asks me. " Are you really leaving with your people?" I reply just by nodding and we return to silence.

A few moments pass and she excuses herself back inside. I stay outside and continue to gaze at the sky awhile longer. I walk back inside and wait for the others to finish up in the shower. I head in last and clean myself up before I get something to eat and get ready for bed.

I lay there in my bunk that evening restless as usual and just deep in confusion. It was really cold at night and would toss and turn to keep warm. Twilight's bunk was directly above mine and me shaking the bed got her attention. She pops her head over the railing where I could see her and whispers out. "You Okay?" I quickly apologize and said back. " Sorry It's a little cold in here. Granted I was sleeping half naked because my suit was itchy to sleep in and Fluttershy tore my shorts apart .

She jumps off her bed with her pillow and looks at me and whispered. " So am I could you move over please?" Before I could object she pounced on the bed and threw herself under my blanket. Her body disappears under it and she pops her head  out next to mine.

My bed was tiny with barely enough room for me bit she fit herself on it and got comfortable. She looks at me all balled up and says with pride. "Ain't teamwork great?" I just smile and adjust my body to get cozy.

It made a world of difference in how my body stopped shivering with the extra heat next to me. This creature was trusting me enough to sleep with her even though she knows what we are capable of. I just hoped she was gone when I woke up and that she didnt try anything weird.

The next morning and the next few days were uneventful. We was passing through the rural areas with sparsely populated areas. It was like I was just floating around just waiting to meet with Celestia. And if she couldn't help me I was leaving this planet to be with my people.

On the eve of our arrival to Canterlot we were summoned to the main car for a dinner to announce that we would in fact be in the city tomorrow. I would told to look formal and put on the clothes hand made for me.

The fabric was super light and fit like a glove it had a nice grey tint and looked very much like a trenchcoat. This dinner was practice for my manners around high status ponies and I only had tonight to learn.

I figured it wouldn't be so bad. I had the Charm professional Rarity coaching me in proper etiquette. She explains quickly how to sit up and make conversation properly. All her jitters were making me nervous how bad could it be?  


Chapter 20

The atmosphere of the cabin that held the dining room was of a semi expensive restaurant back home. I never seen so many ponies with clothes on and primped up.

I must have looked a sight to them. In my blue robe and bald head I really felt like an alien amongst them now. We take seats and find two tables for four. I ended up sitting with Rarity,Fluttershy and Applejack. The other three and Spike sat off to our right.

After dinner was served and we ate in a awkward fashion just eating no conversation at all. We get to mingle with all the other guests. I wasn't interested in making of fool of myself in front of  high society. So I just sat and listened in on their general conversations to maybe have some thing to relate to.

I see Applejack walking towards me making full eye contact. She stops a foot away from me and smiles. Her tail was going crazy I could see it batting her hind legs. She glares as she said. " If you want we could back to the cabin for dessert maybe?"

It took me a few seconds to get her meaning and really didn't know how to answer her right. She gives me the puppy dog eyes in anticipation of my answer. She was resorting to Gestapo tactics. I don't know what it is about them that makes them so adorable.

A minute passed and I give her a firm "No" She begins to look hostile after I rejected her and snapped back at me. " Why Not?" I knew she was the Element of Honesty and asked her a simple question. " Applejack can you keep a secret?" She nods and I motion her to follow me

She hesitates for a second and begins to track me down in the back room. I stop When I felt that nopony  would hear us and waited for her to catch up. She joins me and shrugs. " So what's this big secret? Whats all this about?"

I breath deep for the bomb I was about to drop on her. I ask again if she promised not to tell anypony. She rolls her eyes and nods. She definitely didn't see this coming as I said.

"I can't do that because I like Fluttershy and I want it to just be me and her for the time being. I really do like her and cant keep myself  from thinking about her." My feelings toward her poured out like a dam bursting now that I thought It would be kept secret.

Her green eyes never mine as I dragged on about her friend. When I finish I was expecting her to lay down prejudice on me. But she didn't I held my head in shame and felt her nudge at my shoulder.

I pick my head up and rub her back gently. She reassures me that she wont tell a soul. and added. " I think it's great you two are together it hard to find one that actually loves you enough to stay.

If she knew I was leaving 5 days from now and that was the reason Fluttershy was so upset she would be singing a different tune. But I just smiled and we walked out of the room back to the party.

"Man I hate these fancy smancy parties." She boomed before she stormed off back to the table. I stood out of place like a sore thumb and retreated to a window seat next to her.

The evening's entertainment was arranged by a small time Earth pony known as Octavia. As she warmed up I recognize her cutie mark as the Staff or Latin for the letter "G" that most sheet music is written upon.

She began began slowly at first with a soft melody and dropped it down with a booming crescendo. Not many were paying much attention to her and just kept eating the bland dinner. I listened to every note as her hooves worked the bow. She must have worked for weeks to make it sound so majestic and beautiful.

It ended too soon for me when the lights dimmed and she was packing her things. The others were heading back to the cabins for sleep and I just had to meet this Octavia and congratulate her. We shared the same struggle. People would tell me about their interpretation of music when they know nothing about it. Creativity is individualized and she had plenty of it.

I see her enter a hallway with her pack and storm into a room at the end. I follow her steps to the closed door and think to myself while I stood outside it. I knock once and wait. No answer she must have been busy.  

Chapter 21

I knew that just barging in wasn't such a great idea and rude. So I just turned around and was making my way back to my cabin. I get halfway and a short creeking noise stopped me cold. I turn around and see her peeking through the door. I introduced myself and she gives me her name as "Octavia Philharmonica" She then asks me what I was doing knocking on her door. I told her in a shyish tone " Never mind it was something silly anyway."

She pushes the door open all the way and says in a charming tone. " Nonsense I always make time for my fans even if they aren't ponies." She then invites me in her cabin. I look around at the living room sized space. There were quills and scrolls laying all over in a chaotic mess even piled up on her bed.

She pours a drink for herself and me and asks me to take a seat. I move around some papers and reveal the cushion of the seat. She didn't seem to distressed about an 6 foot 2 inch alien in her room. I raise the glass up to my nose and took a large swallow. I was expecting it to be water. It tasted like cheap Everclear  it burned all the way down my throat and left me with a warm flushed feeling.

She asked what I was and through a few coughs and gags I explain to her that I am human and got lost in their world. I pick up a piece of paper and look it over. It was a blank sheet of music paper similar to what I would find in a book.

She lowers her head and mutters lowly. " Aww it seems you found my music sheets their empty because I have nothing to write. " I grab a quill and begin writing. I wasn't able to conduct symphonies yet but knew the fundamentals . I finish it up in a few seconds and handed it to her.

She laughs hardily and takes the scribbled paper and puts it up to her face. It was Still I Rise by Shadows Fall. She studied it like she was reading Beethovens first piece of music.

"This is amazing!!" She exclaimed " Where did you learn such a talent? I laugh and said with cockiness. " It was a common song on my world and now it can be learned here."

Her face was seven shades of red and she leaped off her chair and made her way across the room with the paper. She puts it in a case and turns back to me. Her purple eyes gleamed with excitement and she asks slowly. " If your not busy maybe you could help me STUDY?"

I understood exactly what she meant after the hint and froze solid. What is with these creatures why do they always try this are they stupid? I feel her brush up against my leg and I jump up. " She looks puzzled and asks seductively. " Whats the matter don't you like me ?" I assure her its not her fault and try my best to force my way out of her cabin.

I get to the door and pull the handle. It was locked so I slammed my body through her door. She was shocked by my rarely seen temper and did not attempt pursuit. I walk back quietly to my cabin to everyone sleeping soundly in a dimly lit room.

I tried not to make much noise and made it to my bed when I stumped my toe. I screamed obscenities and curses at the seemingly awful  incident. I slam down at my pillow to muffle my screaming. I put the rest of my body on the bed to relax . I look around the  cabin to Fluttershy's bed to see it empty. I was worried because she was a timid little thing and wasn't too partial to the dark.

I wonder were she could have gone. The train wasn't massive but would take a long time to go room to room. I lay and wondered why I should even care. She hates me now she wants nothing to do with me.

My curiosity gets the better of me and I decided the best course is to search top to bottom. Nopony else was out of place and completely out of it. I start my search at the front car by the engineer cabin and worked my way back.

I couldn't just break into rooms with shock and awe and decided to give it up after my initial search of all the common areas. I get back to our car and lay my head down. Tonight was particularly beautiful it seemed as if every anomaly known to man was just an ordinary night to them.    

I couldn't sleep and decided after awhile to get fresh air out on the railing to clear my head. I get up once more and thorough the cargo hold. When I step outside I see a figure that wasnt in my memory the last time I was out there.






Chapter 22

It was the yellow mare that eluded all night and the few days. She hadnt seen me yet and figured now would be the right time to ask what has been bothering her. I creep up slowly and didnt see the metal bar laying on the ground and slammed it with my foot.

She jumped almost out of her skin and turned to me with bulging eyes. I didn't they could get that big the eyes are definitely the largest organ in the body. I stood still and we exchanged stares for a brief moment. I start by apologizing for sneaking up on her. She just slumps her head to the ground and mopes.

I just had to know what I did wrong and kneeled at her side. I try to scratch the surface with a simple question. "Is  everything okay?" She latches to my arm and pleads with sad eyes. " Dax please don't leave. Why don't you like it here? Is it something we did that made you so violent?"

She surprised me with her bombardment of questions. A few days ago I couldn't get her to talk to me . But I sighed and explained as best I could. Humans are a very aggressive species we are by nature and won't change any time soon.

I expected it to sink in to her mind that me leaving would benefit the safety of her race. She just kept staring at me and squeaked out. " You can change. Wont you at least try." I was feeling her grip my arm and feeling it go to sleep. She wasn't going to let go until I gave her an answer.

I just wanted to turn invisible. But again I just danced around the question with. " Maybe" The simple word released her iron grip on me and let the blood flow back to my arm.

I down and ask her what she was doing out there so late and looked up at the sky. "I so nervous about tomorrow it's hard to sleep." She looks back at me and asks. " Aren't you?" I shrugged. She was the leader but she wasn't God at least not to me.

"No" I said with confidence she cracks a smile. To be honest I was but seeing her happy made my day a little better. I've only known her a week and I have grown so attached to her. The first time I saw her I almost choked her to death.

She looks around at the surroundings and back to me. She motions for me to get to eye level with her. I do as she said and I feel her warm breath envelope my face as she spoke with a soft tone. " Do you want to fool around?"

I wanted to say no before she started licking my ear. She was almost impossible to resist when she was like that. I was on edge anyway and it would keep my mind off things.

I whisper back okay and she jumps in my lap. I just look up at the sky and was just going to let her do whatever. I feel her undo my suit and thats when I saw it.

In the sky rivaling the moon in size was a massive ominous object it had lights all over it flashing brightly making out the color and outline of it perfectly. I gasp and Fluttershy looks up at it as well.

I watched her face go white and it occurred to me it wasn't a normal sight in the sky. I ask her if she knew what it was and she just shakes her head no unable to talk. I had a clue as to what or who it maybe but would have to make sure.

I really wanted to go in and wake everyone up and tell ask them about it. It was the middle of the night and the engineer has probably already seen it and would have warned us if it was something dangerous. I mean he has done this many times before I hoped.

This effectively killed the moment we were having and I offer to take her to bed. She just shook her head. She looked terrified and it was starting to rub of onto me.

I pick her up and reenter the cabin. I do my best to be quiet and set her down gently on the bed. Before I turn around to walk back outside she asks me. " What is it do you know?" I replied with " No I don't I have never seen anything like it."

I let her sleep and made my way back outside. I stared at the object for sometime watching it move slowly across the sky and get larger. It had the shape of a triangle and was flat besides a structure at the back that was tall and covered the length of it.

It was starting to get daylight and the object still appeared even over the sun. I hear the train' s whistle letting us know its two hours until we reach the city. I didn't pay it any mind and popped my neck.

It was aching badly and I went back inside to lay my head down for a second. I see Twilight already awake and getting things ready. She is puzzled and asked me with concern.

"Are you okay?" I motion her to follow me and I walk back outside with her. She looks around confused at why I would bring her out there. I force her head with my hands towards the sky.

She gasps and exclaims " What is that thing!!" I shot back at her  " You never seen anything like that before?" She shakes her head no and looks at me. " Do you know Dax?" she asked. I hadn't a clue but the best chance I have is in Canterlot.

Chapter 23

The two hour wait seemed to pass by like seconds and we stopped at the main terminal. We wake everyone up and grab our things. I leave all the stuff I stile yesterday only taking a pistol and a knife. "Can't ever be too careful." I muttered as I was the last to exit.

For a huge city it was a ghost town. You could have found more joy in a morgue. " I ask them where are all the citizens?" Twilight tries to reassure me that the whole city is gathered at the gates. This castle must have been massive to hold everypony.

With clear streets navigating to the gates was a sinch. We pass by block after block and finally see a few ponies. They were dressed in armor and stood with authority. When we approach the gate the guards didn't say a word as they opened the door leading to the courtyard. As we pass by Dash starts making silly faces at one of the guards. He doesn't even blink but I thought it was funny.

It still had the same creepy deserted look. And with the overcast sky it topped it off. We just waltz through the fence and up the stairs. From the ground it was an imposing structure of porcelain white. We walk inside to the atrium. The roof was domed and  painted displaying the entire history of their race in vibrant color all around the rotunda. The walls were adorned with fine artifacts and rare paintings.

The floor was of the finest marble and showed our reflections as we walked across the floor to the throne room. I look at the statues of strange creatures that lined the hallway. They definitely were of abstract artists or they really existed at one time.

They stop at a door and Twilight looks back at us all and announces. "Ok here we go." She pushes the large door open with ease and we enter the sanctum. It was a plain looking room except at the end the throne sat between two mirrors and on it was a sight to behold.

She was slender in appearance but taller than me with hair that flowed like an aura. To be a thousand years old I was expecting a frail old mare but she looked magnificent. We stop feet away from her and bows before her. She tells her with her head lowered. " Princess Celestia we have arrived with the evidence." She smiles and says in a warm tone. " My child what have you brought for me?"

They all separate and exposed me fully to her line of sight. She stares at me with a menacing glare. I match her gaze as she stands up and makes her way towards me. She stands inches away from me and asks. " So your the one that fell from the sky I've heard so much about?" I clear my throat and replied back. " Yes your majesty I was wondering if you knew any thing about these recent happenings.

She circles me and examines me closer. she comes back into view and says with a angelic voice. " No I have not. But were did you originate?" I tell her About Earth and a crash course in human history.

She addressed me again and asked. " Are you behind the recent happenings?" I chose my words carefully and decided to tell the truth. " Yes your majesty I have reason to believe they might be my people reaching out to me. I activated a sensor that led them here. Im sorry."

She appreciated my honesty and smiled at me with brilliant shining eyes. She then asks what my intentions are on their world. I looked at all my travel companions and gazed on their anxious faces waiting for my answer. I asked if I could have a few days to decide because the circumstances of how I got here. She gives me a confused and puzzled look and asks me to explain.

Her two sisters burst through the door and rushed to her side. They looked worlds apart from each other. Celestia was White and the largest of the three. Luna was a Dark Violet color with stunning midnight blue eyes and long hair. And Cadence was a Pink and Lavender colored with a natural mane.

They apologize for the interruption and Immediately spot me. The approached me like they knew me personally and introduced themselves.

They stand in as I told the story top to bottom in simple terms now that I was in everypony's company. " I was asleep for 143 years on some craft in deep space. I landed here and just figured out days ago that my home world is destroyed and my people are on other worlds now and that I know nothing about them or if they are even telling the truth."

They stood in silence and huddled together. The main Six stood behind me and held their breath. I was starting to get nervous myself honestly and awaited their answer.

The three looked back up and glared coldly. I stand in solidarity as she smiles kindly and replies. " You can stay here as long as you like until you make a decision. My servants will make room for you all in the northern wing. Now if you please I have much work to do. The guards will lead you to your chambers."

I breath a sigh of relief and bow. The guard booms in a stern voice to follow him. We exit the throne room and back down the hall. The others were all excited to be staying at the castle and rambled on about dinner.

Every inch of the interior was spotless and expensive. We pass a library with oak tables and a fireplace and finally entered the hallway that our rooms were at. He tells us to choose for ourselves and excuses himself.

Twilight refers me to the main chamber. It was built for two and would let me stretch out on a bed. She knew the last couple days Ive been cramped on the tiny train bed. I thank her and walk over to talk to Fluttershy. I stand in front of her and ask. " Hey you doing alright?" She nods with a smile and says. " Your just going to love it here." I'm glad your waiting a few more days."

I smile back and proceed to my room. It just seemed a simple stone wall with a wooden door. When I opened it I stood in awe at the sight behind it.

Chapter 24

The room was as if it was built for me. The ceiling was just the right height and adorned with bright white trim. The outside balcony had a beautiful view of the whole city and hung over the rest of the palace. My bed was a massive double mattress big enough to sleep 5  comfortably. I set down my things and jump on the bed face first.

I take a deep breath taking in the clean floral smell of the sheets. For once during the trip it seemed everything was okay and I could let my guard down. It felt good to lay down on an actual bed and not the metal prison I was subject to in the train. I wasn't tired and wanted to see the rest of the complex that was their house of government.

I make my way out to the main corridor and stare out at the cold stone walls. They made it appear dark and dank hiding the elegance of the occupied rooms. All the others were getting settled in their rooms. I didn't want to roam the halls alone they might think I'm up to no good.

I hear a ear shattering scream coming from next door that grabbed my attention. All the other doors burst open and the entourage all emptied into the hallway. I wanted to know what all the fuss was about and slammed the door open.

It was Applejack standing on her dresser shaking in genuine fear. She wet herself and it dripped off the sides in a slow dribble. I ask her what could possibly be the matter and with her eyes fixed on me and pointed down at the floor at a large spider.

My eyes widened at the eight legged beauty. It looked like a common "Wolf Spider". I've seen plenty before and even kept them as pets when I was younger. They are big and ugly but its just a put on. They are not poisonous or even remotely vicious unless provoked or you are a small bug.

I walk over to it and slowly lay my palm next to it. It crawled slowly over the carpet and onto my hand. The others gasped in fear as I let it crawl into my cupped up hands. I hoped to God I was right about what type of spider it was and prayed it didn't bite me.

Even Fluttershy the element of kindness and guardian of all small creatures gritted her teeth at the sight. I lay my hand on my skull and the large insect crawled on to my hand obediently. Twilight screeches out in panic. " What are you doing!!!!"

I smile and let it continue to walk across my hands putting them up in it's path like a treadmill. I walk to Applejack's balcony and push open the already  cracked door to the outside. I wasn't going to kill it but I wanted to set their minds at ease.

They had hanging gardens outside with plenty of massive hanging flowers crawling with small bugs. It must have wanted to find shelter in a dark place until night. I set it down near a pot with beautiful red Chrysanthemum flowers and watched it crawl away into the foliage.

I turn around and walk back inside to a group of very confused ponies. Twilight squinted her eyes and walked slowly towards me. She trembles as she asks "Is it gone?"

I smile brightly and nod my head yes. Dash walks up beside Twilight and asks me " How did you know it wouldn't bite you?" I really didn't know if it would or not and shot back at her with "I didn't".

for a moment there was silence before a caretaker and a few guards of the palace standing behind her knocked on the open door frame. "Is everything okay we heard shouting?" she asked.

Twilight nods and reassured them everything was okay and there was nothing to worry about. She smiles and kindly reminded us that dinner would be served a few hours from now.

I ask Twilight if I could be escorted around to check out the rest of the palace to kill some time before dinner. She smiles and asks Dash if she could give me the grand tour. I was a little disappointed that Fluttershy wouldn't be joining us and saw her hunch her head low.

I wanted to object but figured she was busy and wanted to get settled in her room. I nod and thank Twilight before me and Dash start our way down the main hallway. It was awkward for me to be alone with her I've never got to really talk to her and was looking for anything to talk about to break the standoff.

I spot a painting of the entire Equestrian nation and stop dead. As I look upon the finely detailed map Dash stops as well and said. "Beautiful ain't it? Thats our whole world on one piece of paper." I look down at her and smile and said. "Yes we had maps like these on our world as well."

We continued down the hallway and she opened up and talked in great detail about every inch of the displays and various paintings. A hour passed by like seconds as we got to know each other a little better. As we walked back to our quarters I ask her how about Fluttershy and how she came to have such wonderful friends. I figured another Pegasus would help me understand her a little better.


Chapter 25

Her enthusiasm faded and her voice got low as she began to tell me the story of her and Fluttershy's life." I knew her since Flight School when I was just a filly. She was born a runt and her wings never grew out properly she couldn't even hover under her own power at the time. All the other Pegasus in our class made fun of her and made her feel so self conscience about her condition. And the worst offender of all was me.

I was assigned to her against my own will and status as the youngest and strongest flyer in our class to help her gain strength and graduate from school. I was sickened by her weakness and gave up on her when she needed me the most.

One day I told her life would be better for me if she just died and I wouldn't have to waste my time and energy. She bawled and pleaded with me to help her and that I was her only friend. I ignored her cries for help and walked off I will regret that what for as long as I live. The next day at school I didn't see her in class and asked the others what was the matter.

A few of the stallions in our grade laughed and snickered. When I asked what was so funny they told me that they done me a favor and dumped her off the nimbus clouds and she plummeted towards the ground."

I could see the tears flood her magenta eyes and the pain in her words as she agonized with every word and continued on with the story.

" I left Cloudsdale  and searched Equestria end to end looking for her. That's when I found her in Ponyville working as a vet at the local animal shelter. She forgave me and even thanked me for helping her find her true calling in life which was to help animals. I felt so bad about what I did to her I promised to never let anything bad happen to her again thats when we became friends and joined up with the rest I even helped her start flying even though she still has trouble sometimes."

Her story helped me understand Fluttershy a little better and why she seemed so distant and reclusive. My thoughts are stalled when I feel a tap on my hip. Dash looks up at me with a question. "Why do you ask?"

I reply bluntly with " No reason I was just wondering." She must have seen me blushing and hovered at eye level with me. "You like her don't you?" I try to avoid eye contact but my face was seven shades of red.

My silence didnt stop her from interrogating me. "You do like her just nod your head if I'm correct." I was terrified of giving her an answer she might stomp my guts out but she wasn't going to stop. I wanted to tell somepony and get it off my chest.

I choked on my words at first and sputtered. Her voice got louder and boomed out. "Tell me!!" I clear my throat and nodded my head as I said. "Yes I do."

Her face beamed a huge smile and she screamed out echoing through the halls. "I knew it I knew it!!!" I flailed my arms to quiet her down. "Sorry I got carried away." I ask her why she didn't think that us being together was an abomination of nature. "

She still had her grin as she said. "For being an alien your not that bad looking and Fluttershy has never been considered attractive by the other stallions and it doesn't help that she's super quiet. I think it's great that you two are together. Ohh and don't worry I won't tell anypony about it your secret is safe with me."

I was so relieved to push that weight off my shoulders and finally made our way back to our rooms. Dash rolls her eyes and said grudgingly. " I really hate getting all formal just to eat dinner." I laugh and she disappears into her room.

I didn't see the others anywhere and decided to wash up and get ready for tonight. I walk back into my room and head for the washroom. It had a nice old school rustic look with an enormous tub and shower. I was short on time and stripped down in seconds and turned on the shower head.

The warm water felt good on my head and chest as I scrubbed myself down thoroughly. I didn't want to get out but didn't want to hold up the others. I step out onto the tile floor and look around for a towel rack.

There was nothing to dry myself with so I figured they dropped them off by the door. I step out and open the bathroom door. I took one step out and covered myself and almost had a stroke when I saw Twilight standing by my bed. I gasp and slam the door shut with her giving me a confused stare.

I shout from behind the wood door at her. "What are you doing!!!!??" I hear her giggle as she asked me to hurry up they were just about to head to the dining room. I hear her shut the door and I poke my head out. Not wanting to have her barge back in I dry and get dressed in my clothes Rarity had tailored for me in record time.

When I step outside I see the others all dressed up in beautiful gowns matching their natural colors. I look them all over and stop when I spot Fluttershy. Her dress was ornate and sparkled with rare gemstones that matched her eyes. Just when I thought she couldn't get any more prettier she had once again outdid herself and I could literally almost feel my heart explode in my chest.

I get snapped out of my daze when Pinkie Pie shoots out. "Lets eat I'm starving you can almost see my ribcage." I was quite hungry myself and was anxious to have a nice meal rather than that slop I was eating on the train.    


Chapter 26

We were escorted by a few guards to the main chamber with huge wooden doors that opened automatically. I was intrigued about how they managed to make such devices without hands of feet. The dining room was well lit and at the center was a huge round table with a wide variety of vegan cuisine.

We take our places and I ended up sitting next to Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie. We didn't wait long before the royal sisters joined us and took their places and began to dine. As we ate Celestia would pause and ask me about the other humans that were in orbit around her planet and their intentions. I explained to her again that I was put on standby and frozen for 143 years and I wasn't sure about what was going to happen. My home world was destroyed by its own inhabitants and they colonized the world next to it and thats all I knew.

She nods and asks about the device on my arm and it's purpose. I wasn't sure but I knew it had something to do with keeping me alive. The humans that were sent here to check out the signal I sent died when they were exposed to the atmosphere of this world. Even though I shot them they would have lived if the air wasn't poisonous to them. But I had to admit watching that womans head explode was really funny. But I didn't say that out loud.

We continue on with dinner while they talked gingerly about the days events and I sat quietly and played with my food. I stare over at Dash and Applejack to see Dash whisper something to her. I wondered what they was trying to keep secret and got suspicious when Applejack slowly turned her head to me and slipped me a grin.

I felt my stomach flop and became nauseous I excused myself to the balcony for some air. Fluttershy excused herself as well and followed me outside. I hang my head over the railing and take deep breaths  to calm myself. I look up at the orange sky at the object hanging over the horizon.

I turn around when I hear a tiny voice from behind. "Are you okay Dax are you sick?" I spot Fluttershy standing with a slightly tilted head as she asked. "You dont look so good whats the matter?" I didn't want to tell her I told Dash about us I might upset her and was afraid of what her reaction would be. But she deserved to know and I told her to meet me in my room later on tonight so I could explain .

She nods and smiles which to me was was stronger than any antidepressants ever produced. She had a gift to make others feel better just by being around. I wanted so bad to just hug and kiss her to death but tried to show restraint and just smiled back.

I tell her I was feeling better and we should probably get back to dinner. She nods and followed me back to our seats. Twilight asks if everything was okay and I nod. A short while later night had set in and we all excused ourselves to our chambers under escort.

Applejack rushs to my side and shocked me to the core when she asked. "You okay loverboy?" I didn't say anything back I just kept walking along like I didn't hear her. I was quite angry with Dash at this point for telling Applejack and breaking her promise to me.

We made our way back to our rooms and said our good nights. I wanted to sneak over to Dash's room and smother her with a pillow for being such a liar. But I refrained and sat quietly at the foot of my bed.

After a few minutes which felt like hours in my solitude I hear the door slowly open and Fluttershy poke her head in to scan the room. She spots me on the bed sitting up and trots in quietly. The walls were made of stone and provided excellent soundproofing.

She hops up on the bed beside me and lays her head on my shoulder and asks.   "Are you sure your okay it looks like something really got you all worked up?" I just cut to the chase and just wanted to confess about what I did.

I clear my throat and sigh. She had to know I owed her that much so I began and said it so fast it was almost undecipherable. "I told Dash about us and she may have told Applejack too I'm so sorry. I don't blame you if you hate me."

I closed my eyes expecting her to storm out of the room or kick the crap out of me. Her reaction shocked me when I felt her tongue lick the side of my face and heard her say. "It's okay I'm not mad at you. I appreciate your honesty but it's nothing to be ashamed of I really like you too."

I reopen my eyes and look over my shoulder at her. I knew I was more than attached to her now. I was in love with her. Back on Earth girls like her were almost nonexistent. All she wanted was my love and affection. It didn't matter to her what job I had or how much money I made. My love was all she wanted and it showed in her eyes.

I wrap my arm around her and said. "Anypony else would be lucky to have you. You deserve much better than me." Her teal eyes fixed on me and smiled as she said. " Don't say that I've got something in mind that will take your mind off all your stress.


Chapter 27

I knew what she meant and didn't try to fight her off me as she wrestled me down on the bed. She rests her tiny body on my stomach and stares me down with bedroom eyes. I grab on to her flanks and gently massaged her legs.

I still had doubts about how morally wrong it was and wanted to object but she didn't seem to mind at all and I liked to see her happy. Even through my thick robe I could feel her backside burn my midsection with desire and lust. She could sense that there was something not right and asked me with genuine concern.

"Is something wrong? Am I hurting you?" I take my hand and push her hair off to the side of her head so I could see all of the finely crafted and natural features of her face. I choked on my words because I didn't want to upset her and replied. "No I'm just a little tired thats all."

Her smile returned and she lowered her head down so that she was eye to eye with me. I could feel her warm breath envelope my face as she whispered. "You don't have to do anything besides taking your clothes off. I'll take care of the rest. If thats okay with you?"

There wasnt a chance I would say no to that. I grab her sides and rolled in a gentle fashion to put my body on top of her. My robe was fastened by one strap I raise my body to a kneel and tear it off. It quite easy to undo and tossed it to the side exposing my better side.

As soon as it came off I lay on my back and felt the familiar sensation of her fur on my bare skin. I could almost dance to her heartbeat as she laid her body on top of mine chest to chest. She continues to stare and whispered softly. "You ready?" I nod and she gave me the most devious smile and worked her body closer to my groin.

I stare at the ceiling as I felt her warm body bump and grind on mine leaving wet streaks from my belly button down. I could feel myself getting hard almost to the point of overloading. She takes a moment and raises her backside off me for just a second. I could feel the tip of my member slip in to something extremely hot and inviting. And waited in anticipation.

A few moments pass and I look down at her to see what was causing her to delay. We lock eyes and she says with passion. " Now that I have your attention!" She slams her body down and our hips meet with a loud clapping sound. The pain I felt was excruciating it felt like she broke me in half as I laid there and moaned in sheer agony.

It subsided almost as quickly as it came and I could see her begin to work her hips up and down in a steady rhythm. I try to keep my mind off how incredibly intense and wet she was to keep from blowing my top. I curl my toes and lean forward to grab on to her wings and try slow her down.

I could feel her dripping down my shaft as it ran on my leg onto the bed sheets. She started to sweat profusely as it dropped all over my body and causing her hair to drag and mope. I held my eyes closed as I listened to her squeaks and squeals as she continued to work in a steadily increasing beat.

I grab her plot and stop her halfway down and began to thrust back into her with fury  to give her a moments rest and to catch her breath as I felt my testicles slam her rump. Her moaning got louder and I could feel her insides starting to clench and get tighter.

I just held her there with my hands and continued to slam my meat into her until she started screaming and drooling from the mouth. I was worried that the others were probably listening in on us and would think that I was killing her. She screams out obscenities and I feel something inside her explode and leak out on to me. I couldn't hold on any longer and let myself go off inside her and caused a nasty wet mess all over the bed as I slowed down and came to a screeching halt.

She lays her body back down on my chest and heaved and struggled to catch her breath. I rubbed her head as I her chest pounded to calm her down. I try to pull out of her but she was so tensed up it was quiet painful to move even a couple inches. I lay with her for quiet awhile while she worked every drop out of me.

I finally slipped out of her a few moments later and asked if she was ok. I didn't get a response and flipped her hair up so I could see her face. She was fast asleep and judging by her breathing she was fine.

I wrap my arms around her and pick her up and place her next to me at the headboard. Thank god she was light and  it was a huge bed so we didn't have to sleep in the mess we made. I was still breathing heavy and just was completely exhausted. I lay on my back and watch my favorite mares chest move up and down.

It was then I decided that maybe I did belong here and that  I should stay. I new these Equestrians better than my own kind anyway. At least being around these ponies made me a better person free from stress and want and that was all the motivation I needed for this decision. I still had the comm link and the first thing I was going to do tomorrow was to announce to them that I would be staying here and they should leave. They would have to understand how I felt.






Chapter 28

I woke up at the crack of dawn with the sun peeking over the horizon and glaring through the glass door leading to the balcony. I look over at my mare friend to see her soundly sleeping. I had a big day ahead of me and wanted to get it over with as soon as possible maybe before she woke up.

I crept out of the bed that seemed to suck me in with every movement as I struggle to move about. I get off and freeze solid as I saw her toss over to the cooler side of the pillow. I breath a deep sigh and stare at the mess we made last night. I probably had half of it on me and made made my way towards the shower room.

I quickly scrubbed myself off not missing a spot as I let the warm water pour over my tired and sweat drenched body. When I feel my skin start to get pruny I turn off the water and step out to dry. I glance briefly at my reflection in the mirror and move out into the bedroom.

I creep towards the door and push it open. Peeking my head out I didn't see anything suspicious and moved out into the hallway. I shut the door and turn my back. My chest nearly exploded when I saw Twilight only a foot away from me.

She literally came out of nowhere. How did she get there so fast and how did she hear me open the door. I grab my chest and gasp a sigh of relief I ask her. "How did you do that? That wasn't very nice of you." She cracks a smile and says with cockiness. "I can teleport to get around quicker. Im sorry that I scared you but I was curious ."

These Equestrians and their abilities never ceased to amaze and astound me. It was a good thing that I ran into her. I had no idea were my luggage was and she was the one to ask. I ask about my things and she sticks her hoof up and points at a wooden door at the end of the hallway.

I politely thank her and and made my way down the long corridor. I pull the door open and saw my things neatly stacked with care. I found the comm and turned to shut the door. Twilight was again right behind me and asked. "What are you doing? Can I be of any assistance?"

I tell her I would explain later but for now I needed a room with some privacy. She slumps her head and instructs me to follow her. I didn't mean to hurt her feelings but it was something I had to do alone. After a short walk we stop at a giant metal door with a padlock on the handle.

She closes her eyes and the appendage on the top of her head to glow and pop the lock. The door opens automatically and revealed a small library with books scattered everywhere. "This is my private study. I come her when I wasnt to be alone." I looked down at her and smiled as I said. " Thank you so much. I wont be long."

She nods and replies. "I'll be right outside just knock on the door and I'll let you out when your ready . I walk in and heard the door slam shut behind me. I walk through the disorganized mess and sat down at a wooden table.

I set the comm link on the table and flipped the screen. It lit up and the  loading screen propped up and black screened for several minutes. The tiny screen lights up and I see the all too familiar face of who I assumed was the captain of the vessel.

He had a big grin on his face and said in a polite tone. "good morning it's so nice to hear from you on such short notice. I had a feeling that you would want to leave as soon as possible." I gave him a stern look and shot back at him and cut to the chase . "That's why I called you. I wont be going with you. I want to stay here and I'm sorry to have wasted your time but you should just leave please ."

His bright smile turn into a sickening frown and his eyes focus dead on mine as he yelled back. "Im not sure whats going on with you down there but I will not allow to stay there. You possess the technology that could allow our species thrive on any alien world. We will stop at nothing to have it. It's been keeping you alive because it changes the poisonous atmosphere of this world into Oxygen that directly enters your bloodstream to keep you alive."

I stare and look down at the device and finally understood its importance to them. He clears his throat and continues on. " If you love this world you will come with us. You are a danger to every living thing on it. You could live here all your life but when you die and your heart stops the core of the device will go critical and if they don't get caught in the blast radius the whole planet will be irradiated. We are only thinking of your best interests and the inhabitants. Please make the right choice and come with us ."

I could feel the tears stinging the corners of my eyes and looked away from the screen away from him to hide my face. He clears his throat and finished off by saying. " I will send someone for you when the sun passes over the hemisphere we have a lock on your current location. I am sorry but it has to be this way I hope you understand."

The screen went black again and I was left alone to my thoughts. something wasn't right about this and I felt empty inside only sadness and rage ran over me and I slammed the comm link off the table and held my head off the edge. I thought to myself as I held my eyes shut. "What am I going to do? How can I tell them this especially Fluttershy? Would they understand?"

Chapter 29

I must have sat there for hours contemplating my next move and worked up the motivation to walk towards the door and knock furiously. It popped open a second later. I saw Twilight standing with all the others including Fluttershy.

I was in no mood to say any thing let alone break the news to them and just stood still with sadness seething through my expression. Twilight broke the standoff and asked. "Are you okay?" I could feel my emotions dragging me down I couldn't stand the fact I was so weak and helpless in the face of insurmountable odds. I just couldn't tell them.

I walk past them as they cleared a path for me to make my way back to my quarters. It was shortly before noon and only hours before I was to meet up with my people. I tried to find a silver lining as I walked silently by myself through the hall. I may not have been born of this world but my time spent here made me a much better person. If I had to go and live elsewhere I would pass on the kindness and understanding to others and teach them to love and tolerate as they did.

I burst through the door leading to my temporary bedroom. I sat at the bedside and buried my hands in my face. What a nightmare I had gotten myself into this time. A short while later I heard a slow knock followed by the sweet and somber sounding voice of Fluttershy.

I decided it was now or never. I couldn't just leave her with explaining the reason why. I walk slowly towards the door and pop the lock. I pull it open a few inches and saw her staring at me with confusion and worry.

I motion for her to come in and open it up all the way. She trots in and I shut the door behind her. She stood behind me and asked. "Whats wrong Dax? Is something bothering you?" I kneel down to get to eye level with her and sighed deeply. She had to know and I got straight to the point with her.

"Fluttershy I will be leaving tonight with my people. Im sorry but if I don't leave with them there will be serious consequences for this world. I'm so sorry to have to tell you now. We will probably never see each other again. And I will understand if you hate me for this but I have to leave."

It didn't process with her instantly. But a few seconds later I see her eyes swell and she broke down in sobs. I deserved to die right at that moment for the pain I caused her. I hated to see her like that and felt even worse knowing I caused it.

Her face was buried in the floor with a puddle starting to form at her hooves. In between sobs I could her mumble. "Please don't leave. How could you do this to me?" I couldn't answer back and just said "I'm sorry" before walking out the door. I walk thorough the long hallway with the others staring at me with hate in their eyes.

I deserved those stares and didn't say a word as I walked outside towards the courtyard. I needed some fresh air and sat down on a nearby bench. I stare at the device on my arm and towards the sky at the vessel still in orbit around the planet. It was moving back and getting smaller and smaller looking.

A shadow eclipses my view and I look back down to see Cadence smiling brightly at me as she said. " Twilight asked me to find you and ask about you leaving. You look like you could use a friend right now." I told her about the device and the problems for them it would cause if I stayed. Basically if I didn't leave their world will die.

She sits down next too me and asks. "Don't you want to at least say good bye to them before you leave?" I slumped my head and replied. "They hate me why would they want to see me?" I feel her hoof on my back as she said. "They don't hate you. Sure they are upset especially Fluttershy but your reason for leaving is just. They want to see you before you go Dax. If you want I could tell the others to meet you here at sunset if you just want to be alone for now I'm sure they will understand."

I nod my head and felt her move the air around me as she bolted off the bench towards the sky. I continued to sit and contemplate how I could make them understand my situation as the minutes passed like hours before a entourage of six ponies clopping loudly on the stone walkway stopped in front of me.  

I was quite surprised that they wished to join me in my final hours here. Applejack seats herself next to me and starts by saying. "We had had no idea about why you were leaving us until Cadence told us about what you said. Is it true? That when you die that thing on your arm will kill us all and you have to leave to save us and our world?"

I nod my head and said reluctantly. "Yea afraid so." She gave me an unfriendly tone this time and asked. "Why didn't you say so you we would have understood then? We thought you wanted to leave because you hated us."

I look to Fluttershy who's normally exuberant eyes were red and bloodshot and said. "I have a million reasons to stay. But this is one that will rip me apart from what I love on this world so much." She walked up to me and said. " It's ok Dax I understand now. Please wherever you go from here don't forget that I love you and will keep your memory alive with me."

It was so hard to keep from crying as I jumped off the bench and grabbed her for an embrace to remember. Pinkie Pie exclaims in her high pitched voice. " I knew there was something going on between them two!!" Dash and Applejack spilled the beans and told the rest as well and they all shared the same mouth gaping expressions.

I wasn't going to let anything ruin this moment and held her there firmly in my arms. I whispered quietly to her. "I could never forget the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I will never forget you Fluttershy I love you more than life itself."




Final Chapter

Twilight trots up and asks. "So were will you go from here? I mean with your people that is?" I shrugged because of uncertainty. I honestly didn't know where I was going but felt a little better knowing I made such wonderful friends here that made my departure joyous and made it seem not so tragic.

I let Fluttershy go and stood up beside her. We made the most our last  afternoon by taking a tour of Canterlot and made our way back to the courtyard shortly after sunset. We all stare up at the sky as a object leaving a bright green trail slowly made its way towards us.

I couldn't believe that this was it. I held my marefriend close as half of the city stood in awe along side us as it lit up the sky. The object circles around the palace with bright lights flashing and set itself down like a dainty little butterfly. Fluttershy drops a bag off her sides and says to me. "Oooh I almost forgot. Heres the things you left in the castle." I smile and open it up to see the strange looking pistol along with my knife and wallet.

The craft was smaller than the others I saw about the size of an SUV but taller. The hatch opens showing a well lit interior and a short figure standing at the opening. This Human was fitted like the rest I came across before complete with a respirator and mask. We stare in silence as he walked down the ramp and onto the ground.

He looks around at all the ponies and stops when he sees me. He walked up and bluntly asks in a stern voice. "You ready to go?" I nod my head and he motions me to follow him.  I kneel down and look Fluttershy dead in the eyes and kissed her forehead and said. "This is goodbye. I hope you find somepony else that will treat you with the love and

kindness you have showed me." I start tearing up and sniffling as I hugged her for the last time

I heard a deep voice yell out and say. "We only have a few minutes to evacuate hurry up!!!" I stand up and turn to him standing at the ramp and asked. "What do you mean EVACUATE!!???" I couldn't see his face through the mask but knew there wasnt something not quiet right about this.

I grab the gun from the bag and flipped the safety. He reached for his gun and I shot him dead in the face killing him instantly. All the ponies start and flee  and panic besides the mane 6

I drop the gun and turn to look at the scared faces of the townsfolk as the ran away and said. "I knew there was a catch here. They were going to take me for the device I had and destroy this planet once they had it. I know you don't understand but I know my own people would use it to do evil things."

Fluttershy runs beside me and asks. "So what are you going to do now? Will you stay with us after all?" I knew I would upset her if I told her that the only way I could save them was to destroy the device. I look down at her and said with grimace. " I'm sorry but there is something I must do."

I grab the mans body and drag it inside and shut the hatch of the craft. I find the small control panel and sat down in the cold metal chair and begin flipping switches in fury. It hums to life and pops up a screen were I see everything on the outside of the craft. I played enough video games to know how to work analog sticks and slammed it forward and lifted off.

I could feel the Gforces almost tear my body apart as I left the planets gravity. The turbulence settles soon after and the controls smoothed out. The vessel known as Leviathan by the markings was massive indeed spanning the length of a large city as it came into range.

I slowed down when I was a few kilometers away and the screens flashed and blared a frightening red light. A face appears on screen and informed me. Lt Delmus what is your status? You are on a collision course with us pull up!!!

I recognized his face as he repeats. "Lt Delmus I say again what is your STATUS!!! I put my face into his view and smiled as I said. "My status is good but yours is about to go red." His face was one of horror as I see him frantically flipping switches. I close my eyes when I was only meters  away and felt the shock it made when I struck the side of the vessel. I felt no pain at all and blacked out into nothingness and let death take me .

From the surface all the ponies faces lit up as the spectacular light basked the ground like a second sun through the night sky. Fluttershy and the rest then realized what I did and why I had to do it. I wasn't going to let them hurt any of these wonderful creatures and would have died a hundred times  

She wasn't in her right mind for a few years after and wouldn't leave her home or stop crying but she finally moved on with her life and married the handsome stallion known as Big Mac and  had 2 wonderful foals. Every year on the date I left she made the trip to Canterlot where Twilight commissioned a statue of me to be built in the palace courtyard. She would bring flowers and her children and husband and tell them the story of the "Man that fell from the sky Daxxus Trang"
